I finally got through the series, and I must say that this show is a work of genius. Such an intricate and detailed plot, must have took a while to put together. Very good anime.

I finally was able to get my hands on some Boogiepop Phantom. So far Iv'e watched the first 3 episodes, and I'm very intrigued. Even though my head hurts from thinking so hard, It's mysterious vibe, multiple scenarios, and eerie sensation, exites me to see more. I can't wait to get though this series. Once I get through it, I'll give my final word. ;)
My most memorable episode of anime would have to be Hellsing: Episode 7(or 6). It has been a while since I have seen this but I remember that these Vampires and their minions attacked the Hellsing corporation. I'm not sure what the episode was called, but at the end it was The vampire in the Hellsing corporation was facing against the vampire dressed in white. I can't remember any more of the episodes details.
Daermon_Nashabe, I agree with you. It was Episode 6 (Dead Zone). This was probably one of the highlights of the series, and It's probably the most memorable one.
It was way cool, when Walter uses those strings of his, to dice up those zombies. And the fight at the end with Alucard and that other vampire (can't remember his name) was just awesome.
Anime Who is the best anime character, in your opinon?
Quicksilverus replied to King Vicious 2's topic in Otaku Central
It's hard to pick just one character. I like Spike Speigel because of his calm and cool attitude, and he's not afraid of death. I also like Alucard because he's badass and doesn't show mercy toward his enemies. -
I have heard of Boogiepop Phantom, but I've never gotten around to watching it yet. Dagger IX1, after reading your posts, I've really become intrigued, and I will definitely give this show a look. I'm always open to new and different things, so I'm sure I won't be dissapointed. Thanks. I'll let you know what I think about it after I've watched a few eps.

Anime Samurai Champloo [from the creator of Cowboy Bebop]
Quicksilverus replied to Dagger's topic in Otaku Central
wow, this sounds very interesting. I've always loved Cowboy Bebop, and now that the creators are coming out with something new, that's enough to interest most of anyone who loved CB. I'm not sure about the hip-hip music being there, but who knows. I've never seen a clip, but once I am able to see some of this, I'll give my opinion. UPDATE: Okay, I was finally able to see the first episode and I'm speechless. Everything about it is awesome. The fluid animation, the style, the snappy dialouge, and even the rap I don't mind. Now I really want to see more of this. Can't wait! -
Originally posted by WolfAngel I agree about Victoria's character being the only one who goes thru a change- i just found her boring, and a lot like any other anime girl- girl goes thru transformation/goes on a journey and has to deal with the consequences- she seemed cliche to me. on the other hand- Integra rocked! maybe i'm biased seeing as I love Integra, but she was just so intriguing. and the fact that she is so unique, so unlike any other female anime character- I really liked that.
Yeah, that's just how I feel about Victoria too. Not even the fact that she blows up demons with a bazooka, really makes me like her. And Integra is awesome. She's got attitude, and she'll never give up.

I thought Hellsing was a good series. The only thing I didn't like, was that Celas Victoria seemed to serve no purpose there, and the show seems to meander a lot with her exploring. In this way the show wastes time doing nothing, when they should have had more action. However, Alucard is a one of a kind badass, he's unlike any other character and he's just plain cool.

I was also, really considering about getting this series. After reading the posts, I think it'll be worth it. Thx.

I thought the poem was really cool, and well written! I've never looked at bees that way before. good job. :D
Originally posted by tattoi nobori Well, actually
Vash did kill Legato!
Man, that scene was hard-core... But I think I'm going to side with the "Knives lives" folks. ?_? As has been pointed out many times, Vash never hit any vital areas on Knives, and in fact
only shot the two "Angel Arm" guns in that last scene.

yeah im aware that
vash killed Legato
but that was only one, and Vash's nature, isn't to kill...

I'm don't think Knives is dead. 1. Vash doesn't kill 2. He did wrap him in bandages, and carry him back.. Also, I just saw the Japanese version of the last ep. It basically shows Meryl and Milly waiting in town, while Vash is smiling with Knives over his shoulder. I wish there was more though.

Trigun is the coolest. Humor... Drama... and cool music, it has it all! my fav eps were prolly.. "out of time" lots of action, plus the ending was sad. "Lost July" I laughed so hard at this episode! "sin" it was cool episode, but too bad legato doesnt pull off some psychic trick.

Yeah, your all right. The music is extremely diverse. The music plays an extremely important role in this show, and has probably the best soundtrack on an anime.
