I feel the same way. I'll usually blow off an anime if the animation is not all that great. For example, when I saw Dragonball, I wasn't all that happy. I know its an old anime, but I just couldn't get into it. I really couldn't get into Lupin, Fist of the North Star, Speed Racer, or Thundercats (that's an anime?) either. But there are some anime that I watch and the animation is crappy. I guess the plot has to catch me as well as the animation, but if the plot is cool on its own, then that's usually a plus for me. :)

So you may get a little upset when someone says that anime is just a "cartoon". Anime is animation in Japanese. A cartoon is an animation so I don't really get upset about it. Not everyone is going to know what anime is all about. Just try to control your anger or something. If I had dumped ramen on my father, I would be dead and buried right now. Maybe you can take the risk and show your family some hentai. Oh! The look on their face would be sooooooo funny!!!!

He doesn' really look like the average male anime character because he has an afro.( at least it looks like one) Then his personality is also different. I've never seen Excel Saga, but I've heard the opening theme song and it sounds great! It makes me want to go out and find the anime. From the way the opening was sung adn the words, it seems like a comedy.

I couldn't believe this. As soon as I saw the resipe for golden retriever, I had to leave. But then again there are people around the world who have no other food source or its not considered weird to them. I'm not condoning it though. I can't look at my puppy and think..."mmm....burger..."

Sir Kyle is right. I'm very sorry for not being more respectful, but where was this guy from? Germany? Do some of the people in Germany actually eat other people? If so, this was a mystery to me.

I find this cannibalism thing very disturbing. People are not supposed to eat people. We were created higher than the animals and they are in subjection to us. They were given to us for food and to enjoy as company and fellow creatures of the earth. A human is a HUMAN and an animal is an ANIMAL. Two very different creatures. Even in the wild, you don't see many animals eating their own kind. Lions don't eat other lions so people should start acting like the higher species and stop doing senseless things. Why would anyone even think of eating another human?! It's just crazy!!!

Too Long is the only song that I don't like on the CD. They can't really sing and when they sing acopella (is that how you spell it?) it just didn't sound too good. They shouldn't worry about the singing. The music is great.

This is your song? Wow. This is really sad. I would post up one of my songs, but their kind of confusing to myself. Their like bits and pieces of different subjects that I just mix into one song. Their mostly about a few experiences of mine and my feelings about everyhing.

Finish? I didn't know it wasn't finished. I thought it was a two-part series. What else is supposed to happen? Wasn't there two brown-haired guys? The questions! They never end!!!

Well, I started to dislike her because if all the fanfiction that I read. People wrote all these things about her, like her hanging on Hiro's arm and bugging him to death and it just made me hate her guts. :shrugs:

I think its cool when the anime has you confused and thinking. It just makes me more curious about it. FLCL was so confusing that when it was going off, I was just staring at the screen. I like anime that shows one thing and then skips to a part totally out of the subject. I like to piece together everything.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but Ninja Cadets! Someone let me borrow a tape of the Ninja Cadets and I absolutely loved it. Not only is the animation a plus, but also is the action. The only problem was that no one had heard of it. I finally found the DVD and I bought it. My next mission is finding the soundtrack, but that probably won't be an easy task.

That's weird. I've seen lots of anime and I have my favorite characters and when their friends die (that I didn't like) I find my self in shock. I find myself complaining like: "Why'd he die? They need to bring him back to life!" I don't cry though. I guess its because they helped move the story along and made it even more interesting. Its good when an anime can make you feel all kinds of feelings.

I write my own lyrics all the time. I'm constantly thinking up new ones because there are too many weird things happening in my life. (I think I'm enjoying it too.) I play the guitar also so that sorta goes along with it.

I've liked Good Charlotte ever since I heard 'Boys and Girls'. That song is just awesome. I plan on buying their Young and Rastless CD. ^_^

I with Duorocks 17 here. I saw their videos on Toonami and I was hooked. I really like their music. My favorite is Aerodynamics too. I like the video that comes with it. It was sad how the band got captured. I bought their CD and I love it. I don't really remember the name of it right now, but its the one with 'One More Time'.

I like Edward Scissorhands. It was kind of sad though. I like the whole concept going on in the movie. My favorite part was when Edward was getting all the attention from the women in the neighborhood. OMG they were so nosy! I also happen to like Johnny Depp! It was every since I saw Pirates of the Caribbean. I never really noticed him before. He is sooooo gorgeous!!!

I really like the little Volkswagon Beetles!!! They are just sooo cute! When I finally start to drive I'm going to get either the pea green color or the silver. My aunt always teases me and calls me a hippie (along with several others), but I don't care. The only bad thing is that someone told me that in a little while Beetles won't be sold anymore. I don't know if that's true or not, but I definitely know I'm going to get one.

Does anyone here like Degrassi, a tv show on Nogin? I just transferred to a new school, but no one has heard of it. I don't have anyone to talk to about it. I think it is a really cool show that shows teen life perfectly. Teens all over the world may be experiencing the exact same things that the ones on Degrassi are experiencing. The only problem I find with it is that they solve their problems too quickly. It seems like their problems should be dragged out into other episodes. What about you guys? Any fans of Degrassi out there? What are your feelings about the show?

I love the Pocahontas soundtrack. All the songs are beautiful and the instrumental music at the end sounds really good. You could go to sleep on it. The Romeo and Juliet (w/ Leonardo De Caprio) soundtrack sounds awesome! I can listen to the whole thing straight through. Oh yeah! And Disney's Hercules soundtrack has a nice upbeat tone to it. Just by listening to the music makes you want to watch the movie. As a matter of fact, I bought the movie on DVD because of the soundtrack. I'm going to go watch it now. Hee hee!!

I like all kinds of music also. The only thing that I require is that it sounds good and that the content is not extremely dirty. Lately I've been listening to a lot of rock, alternative, and Japanese music because the ones I listen to seem to fit my description. I like rap, but I'm very particular about it. I listen to the songs I like out of the genre. I wouldn't buy a rap CD though. ( I'll leave that to my brother:) ) I like very little country and reggae if any at all. The music just doesn't reach me. I've officially taken a break on R&B because to me its starting to sound the same. I can't keep listening to the same things about love and heartbreak. I like songs on life too. I guess you can say, I search through the lyrics. Even if the artist can't sing or rap or whatever, if I'm feeling their lyrics then thy've won me over.

The drivers might be rude, but they have the upper hand in this sort of case. You walk to slow and they might just run you down. There are too many crazy people in this world. And it really goes both ways. If a driver honks at someone they're putting their lives in danger also because the person walking might've had a bad day. If they had a weapon they probably wouldn't hesitate to use it.

OMG! Everyone's crazy!!!!! The horror!! The torture!!!!! Furbies are being killed everywhere!!! Wow. I didn't know so many people hated furbies. I didn't know you could teach them words and stuff. Now I want one:blush:

By the time I had really noticed them, the craze was over. My friend had a little Furby that she didn't play with anymore. I'd seen the things on tv, but never wanted one. I started tinkering with it and got hooked. It was the cutest little thing I'd seen. All the while that I was over at her house, I was playing with it. The Furby was all right, but my favorite was the Bubba Doll. I think it was a bear. Now that was cool.
