They do have the virtual world #2 (or w/e) in between the finals. I don't get it either (seeing as I haven't read/seen it). But I bet it happens in the middle of the finals because Noa interupted them or something. Altron Gundam, what chapter of the Ancient Egypt Arc are you at? Currently I believe that the Pharoah and his preists are battleing Bakura, but I think that was around Ch. 18 or so, and Jenniyah has it up to...20 I think. (You do read them at Jenniyah's Scanlations right?) Maybe I should read some more of it.

I don't know alot of the new pokemon yet (seeing as how I just finished learning the Gold/Silver ones), but I'll join anyway. -------------------- Trainer Sign Up Name: Otogi Ketojiyami Age: 14 Gender: Male Height: 5'7" Weight: 134 Hometown: Mauville City Appearance: (What Otogi Ryuji looks like, but clothes are all black except for headband and vest. Those are both red. I'll get a pic later.) History: Otogi was brought up by his father who died recently after he (Otogi) turned 2. His mother died in a cable-car crash going to buy some Lava cookies shortly after he was born. He was brought up by his older cousin, who worked as a staff member for the city gym. He grew up alongside the son of the gym leader. His son was a bully however, and Otogi was resentful. He now wants to train strong metal- (and rock) type pokemon to defeat the gym leader's son in a battle. Personality: Energetic, but easily angered. Some times he acts without thinking, but he seems to get around ok. He has a habit of correcting people, and has annoyed the heck out of some of the city elders because of it. He is normally shy, but can be very outgoing when given the chance to learn the personality of another. ------------------------- Your Starter Pokémon Nickname: N/A Species: Aron Type: Steel (Metal) / Ground Moves: Tackle, and Harden.

Yes, the ENG God Cards were a promo from the video game Duel monsters: International Edition (WWE). (The Japanese version.) And there aren't any God Cards with the effect on them. The real ones aren't meant to be played with, they are collectible. So there are 6 real God Cards. 2 language variations of each monster. I still gotta get those pics..

I saw the pic, and those cards are FAKE. The picture was taken from a distance, with a crappy resolution. Therefore, you can tell they are fake, because they also don't appear to be holographic, and the eye of Ra (UDE says eye of Anubis) sticker thing isn;t there. There are real god cards in ENG and JP, but they're pretty expensive and rare on ebay. And the backs are supposed to be colored. SAINT DRAGON - GOD OF OSIRIS: http://store4.yimg.com/I/dragonballzcentral_1762_18371738 Make sure that the cards are from the right "set". The set # of Osiris is: G4-01 (G4 stands for Gameboy 4, which is the # of the Yuugiou game it comes in. So it would come from Duel Monsters 4.) THE GOD OF OBELISK http://store4.yimg.com/I/dragonballzcentral_1761_52650062 Set #: G4-02 RA - THE SUN OF GOD DRAGON http://store4.yimg.com/I/dragonballzcentral_1761_52587455 Set #: G4-03 I'll get the Eng pics and set #'s later. I didn't have that exact thing happen to me, but one time I forgot what the parenthesis were called for a whole month. (parenthesis) o_o

For the bonus question: Sacrifice (Relinquished) or Thousand Eyes Sacrifice (Restrict). EDIT: Reply to post under this: That's ok. I had no idea what the official answer was.

Mmm Japanese candy. I like the Meiji caramels the best. Last year I had a Labo student stay over for a month, and he brought LOTS of candy. I had some strawberry Pocky (mmm) and some mint chocolate Pocky (meh), Japanese lollipops (don't eat the pineapple ones), and various flavors of gum. Oh, and there were these koala candies that were like wafers, with chocolate inside. (And even though it's not candy, he brought snack crackers that tasted like seafood 0_o).

I took Kenpo (Kempo, w/e) a couple years ago. I didn't like it that much, since we never really did anything except do pushups and blocking forms. For a year and a half straight. So I quit. I wanna take some kind of sword style though. Bushido *thumbs up*

Oh, I know. I was..just pointing...that out... Sry, I have a tendency to point out the obvious. Just call me Captain Obvious. Could someone post an emaple of a shadow ghoul deck plz? I don't know how the "useless" cards would work in it. Maybe just weak monster to waste to the cemetary?
Originally posted by Kakashi No card is completely useless... Sure, some are far less playable than others, but there's always some use you can find for them. Although, the uses do tend to be a little too situational to really be practical.
I don't mean to be...negative for my first post here, but I disagree. Pretty much all the commons in LOB are useless. You can use them, but if you do, then you will lose more than win. Even though Niwatori isn't from LOB, it's still useless. No duelist that has a good grasp on the game and its' rules would ever use that card. satan665 wrote:
why do you think they are included/ why were they made?
Teh (not a spelling error. Indeed it is intentional.) useless cards are included in sets are becuase if they weren't, then every single pack would have wicked good card(s), and not as many people would buy them. And they wouldn't but as much as they do now. The idea is to make money, and to "challenge" collectors. I think that Japan is making more money than the U.S. off of this, because they do not have the guarantee of at least a normal rare in every pack. And there are 5 cards in JP packs, and the U.S. (and other countries) have 9 in a pack. I will now end this post, for I have exhaughsted myself from typing. :sleepy: EDIT: edit'd some stuff. The edit & quote buttons are on the bottom of the post. 0_o; kinda confusing. Oh well. EDIT: (AGAIN) I find it odd that there is no introduction/nexbie forum. To introduce myself and what-not. If there is, slap me and point me to it. (A light slap, if you will. My skin is sensitive.) ;)
