After that first transformation, you will still need the tail. 2)If they grow it back, then sure, they can do it. Thats how Gokou and Vejiita did it. 3)They can only stay in that form for a short time, because it uses alot of energy. wow, i didn't know how much of a moron Shiabtku really was till a second ago.
