I think that they were the only ones that could truly do it correctly, Kurrurin did it weird when he fired one at garlic jr. it didn't look exactly like the others that Gokou, Roshi, and Gohan fire. But Gohan Fired the chou kamehameha, and one other one that was really long and i dont remember how to spell it correctly because it is in japanese.

I will agree with transtic, but i always said that it depends on the amount of energy that is out into the wave. When gokou wants to put alot of energy into it, he says, Ka-Me-Ha-Me-Ha. But when he puts a meduim amount of energy into it, he says Kame-Hame-Ha. Thats the dub version though.

i thought that gohan was kinda stupid when he was fighting cell before he whent SSJ2, because he got kicked around, and didn't do anything. and btw, you might want to watch your language, you can get kicked off for that

he is a crazy one, that gokou. but yes, he does absorb the dragonballs, and i can't wait to see it.

I would have to agree with cool kam, but the exception for the rule is Golden Ozaru because they can do that on comand, normal oozaru is not a SSJ stage because some saiya-jin do not have control over themselves after the transfromation, and all the SSJ's have control.
