well, i would have to agree with sephiroth, but cell is in the best villains list. Juts because HE WONT DIE!!! and neither will frieza. But cell just gets more powerfull after near death. just like the saiya-jins do.

yeah, and gokou put up a fight when he whent SSJ3 to stall him while gohan looked for the earring. I haven't seen the whole battle. just up to where gohan got absorbed and he is looking for someone to fuse with.
