I really really like X the manga..i ahve 1 gripe...its NEVER going to be finsished...CLAMP has dragged this series on for about ten years...while the TV ending was really anti climactc and rather strange..at least it gave some closure..X manga..has just been..hanging out for a while since 2002 anyway as i read more and more X that have been translated it seems to me the Fanservice is getting more and more intresting XD..though i dont know if i can handle finally reading vol 16 though...

Wolf's rain was something that i stumbled upon a few weeks ago..and i was really glad i did. The art is beautiful - it resembled the art of Escaflwone the Movie with rather thick lines and rich colors. The story is very suspenseful as of now w/ the cliffhanger ending on the seconf episode. The music is done by Yoko Kanno and it contributes to the sad tone of the show The dub is well dont too i just cant wait till next week!! one thing i will complaine about is that for the LONGEST time i thoguht Toboe was a girl...>.>

Fumma and Kamui [spoiler] fumma does kill kamui's first love and has impaled kamui on several occasions [/spoiler]and there hate/ love relationship. Probably the most well know is of Seishirou x Subaru [spoiler] subaru hates seishirou... he loves seishirou... they try to kill each other at every turn ....finally he does kill seishirou he has a complete mental breakdown...^^;[/spoiler] there are 7 vol of Tokyo Babylon and 18+ vol of X for Fumma and Kamui to back up thess messed up stories.. so yes they do tend to try to kill each other sometimes..

^^; ive been waiting for something like this to come up! For shounen-ai What most people ask is WHY is it so popular...well i guess it depends on who you ask..for example fan-girls think its cute that two cute guys are in love w/ each other..and for some people its because its so very different from the norm of magical girls or action though that it does not mean shounen-ai or shoujou-ai cant contain them..for example Semiaden which is a shounen-ai with quite a bit of action or Shoujou Kakumei Utena which in esscence is a magical girl story thoguht with a complete new twist. While its true that shounen-ai and shojou ai has become more popular in animation it still cant beat its manga counterparts...there is a butt load of yaoi or june mangas and not even a fraction of those are ever made in to anime my faves. Gravitation-probably one of the most well known..its cute and funny and has great music...but the manga i think is more detailed and Yuki eiri is much less of an *** in it Fake-its a cute story..if not totatlly fictional...*sigh* if the NYPD was really like that...oh ..can't i dream Love Mode-ahhh...i know its a manga..but its probably one of the best..though it would be more along the lines of yaoi ... Descendants Of Darkness-yami no matsuei- ohh!! horror, magic, and the most evil villian on the face of the earth! this anime has it all and alot of homoerotic subtexts...or the more blatently obvious Muraki-sensei and his constant harassing of the main character and thers also quite a bot of blood and gore..

I was bored after I watched two episodes and I felt it was a waste of my time[/QUOTE] Lets just say that excel saga is an acquired taste..if you have seen alot of anime particulary the older ones like Nadesico and Gundam it will be easier to get the puns in the episodes..the first few episodes are kind of strange but once you get into it and not think about it too much ( did she really just die of a nosebleed?!?!) Gundam Wing- oh what can I say yeah Zechs was acomplete ripoff and yeah heero yuy was a log..but still it was arather new concept to make them so good looking as to attract the fangirls- thats a really smart idea Love Hina-OK somepople might not agree w/ me but I though there was no point to this show waht so ever..you couldnt even go an episode with or a bath scence or Keitaro getting his face stuck in Naru's chest- I guess Im a little bit biased because I dislike most shounen romance animes like Video Girl Ai and Oh my Goddess..but this was just really bad. Evangelion- so this is the "classic" anime...>.> call me shallow but I did not understand this anime at all..it was so pointless and Shiji made me want to poke out my eyes with a fork..the ending was very horrible too exspecially the TV version the movie was Ok. Rurouni Kenshin- Ok before I get pelted with rotton vegetable what i mean is the last few seasons after the Kyoto arc that the studio made instead of the wonderful Jinchuu arc..it was cancelled because of those horrid stories ...really evil Germans and Feng shue.. what were they thinking

yeah Inu yasha after the 1st 100 episoded got pretty boring...a really bad anime...i would say...Corrector Yui..completely pointless...totally unoriginal...COME ON!! the litttle advice guradian thing was even orange...and the main chracter makes me want to vomit.. DBZ i never understood..what is so good about people with big muscles that can be killed and then be brought back to life again and agin...dragon ball was OK..if you like naked monkey boy humor..

Well i ve been reading manga since i was in 1st grade..cept i didnt know what it was..^^;;...i guess i started with Fushigi Yugi cept it was called something different. as of now i read mostly shojou/goth manga's like Count Cain Angel Sanctuary X and Yami no Matsuei Why..well mostly becasue they were the only kinds but in america there were barely any girls comics most of the american comic industry in the 90s were aimed at boys so i had trouble finding ones for my girly senses...i magine my suprise when i found Sailor Moon in the book store after i moved to americ...even though it was poorly translated and not one of my fave titles..i still read it..but now i go to the store and there are shelves of manga and manhwa im soo happy^^ also there are increases in the shounen-ai/yaoi genre and that makes me just dilieriously happy

AHHH Demon Diary....a girl i know introduced me to this and it is one of my faves..i guess the best thing about this series is how even though it has a very cliche plot and character design it manages to make it original and funny ..* oh yes...Raenef looks and acts way to much like shuichi* take eclipse for example even though his character design is of the the cold and aloof "seme" he can act ridiculously goofy at times , usally when raenef does something embarresing..also if youve read the 3rd book...*domestic house wife eclipse* XDDD i got a kick out of that....i just read 5 and....yeah evil raenef WAS cool but he was even better being a cute "uke"...Demon Diary IS a shouneen-ai manga..i think also did anyone understand the beginning to the first book...it was kind of confusing...i take it that the person talking is raenef whos looking for eclipse? also whats that werid little girl/guy?

SO much anime yet im oh so POOR...but on my wish list Yami No Matsuei:MURAKI-SENSEI!!!!....i love anime with great villians...not to mention that Hisoka is funny too Gravitation: i dont know when its coming out but ill probably be the first person to buy it....yes...im a fangirl Rurouni Kenshin OVA collection: just so heart breaking.....i need it to free my self from the evil catholic holiday that Hallmark calls Valentine's day
