the weirdest food i have EVER eaten is something called Rocky Mountain Oysters. If you don't know what they are, you don't want to.
Aren't those the testicles or something off a mountain goat? I've heard of them, but since I'm probably guessing right, I know I'll never try it  I'd highly recommend staying away from headcheese. It's not really cheese, but some kind of pig product. I had tripe once (I shudder to think of it now tho) it tastes like salty marshmallows, uh, is that a good thing or a bad thing. I've also eatten liver, not bad if it's cooked right.

What would you do if you were president?
ChibiHorsewoman replied to ChibiHorsewoman's topic in General Discussion
There is not enough money in the world to entice me to take that job. Now, absolute monarch, on the other hand...
I don't think I'd be too pleased to become an absolute monarch. sure, it's nice at first, but then all your relatives want control of teh throne as well. Next thing you know your up on the guillotine having your head chopped off then getting it shown to angry townspeople. No thank you -
In order to be a Christian, you have to believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again to wash away your sins. Also, if you feel that you are Wiccan and Christian, or many other different types of religion combinations, then, you aren't a...how should I put this....well, you may of been mislead. The very first and most important commandment in the Ten commandments is this: "You shall have no other gods before me." If you are a Wiccan, then your god is nature. If you are Bhuddist, then your god is every single thing. Those are my thoughts on the matter. Sorry if I offended you. I am only being mature about the matter.
I don't really know how to put this, but I'm willing to give it a try. First, what CallMe said is true, there are Christian witches. They call on Saints. Their Goddess is the Virgin Mary the God is God and the Son is Jesus (read about Yule rituals and note how we celabrate Yule/Solstice around the same time as Christmas is generally celebrated and you'll understand the connection) Of course, it's confusing enough for me to remember that Shiva goes with Kali so as eclectic as I am, I stay away from that. As for wiccan's having nature as a God well, Nature is not a god it's not a diety at all. Of course, if a witch wanted to do something for nature he or she may call upon Diana, Artemis or Geb and Nephthys, depending on your tradition, but that's different than actually worshipping nature. I think (Call, help me out, I'm still new to this) Okay, now for the fun part of my post: Did you know that the Christian version of the devil is believed to be taken from the image of Pan, The greek God of wild places and things? Well, if not, you learn something new every day.

Is it bad that the Vice President isn't in the news?
ChibiHorsewoman replied to outlawstar69's topic in General Discussion
The only time the american people should really worry about the vice president is when the president dies either by natural causes, choking to death on a pretzel or is assasinated. Since none of this has happened yet, nor do I really foresee any of this happening in the near future (except maybe the pretzel thing) we shouldn't worry that Cheney isn't being heard from except where the topics of oil companies are concerned. As for the company he owned-that's another topic. One that I don't know much about -
I can honestly say the only thing I bring to music is my voice-which isn't that bad, but isn't all that great either.I can carry a tune, but not too well since i go all iover the place after a while. I've tried to play the piano, but I can only do Hot cross buns, chopsticks and Jingle bells. I've tried to play the guitar, but appearantly I can't do it right. I once played the flute, but I hit my brother with it and then the lessons stopped. (hey, I was 10!) So maybe the best thing to say about what do I bring to music is the fact that I stay away from musical instruments and do kareoke.
I just want to know what the heck is Wiccan I know a little bit about it some people consider it to be related to say Devil Worship or Witch like activities I just hate it when people confuse Goths and Wiccans they are diffrent people just don't see that.
Wicca is a nature based religion. Interestingly enough though, the word Wicca comes from the old english word Wiccae meaning wise one, which is also where you'd get witch. I'm still new to the craft, so I don't know much about it to give you a good enough explaination. However, I can clear a few things up: Wiccans, Pagans if you' rather since that word refers to people who follow a non-Judeo-christian or polytheistic religion (it also comes from the Latin Pagani meaning Country dweller) We don't worship the devil. Heck, we don't even believe in the devil so how can we worship him? Also, we can't fly brooms (even tho if we could it would save on buying airplane tickets) or change people into toads and such. Even tho it would be fun if we could do those things. Both men and women are considered witches-yes, that's right, I married a witch. The word, Warlock, which many people consider to mean a male witch is from the old scottish language. The word actually means oath breaker. It's not something you really want to be called. I'm curious about the witchlike activities you're talking about though. Would you care to explain? Anyway, I hope I've cleared a few things up for you.
Also I need to find out what religion I want to be right know im in the Christianity Branch the closets thing to that is Muslim since they both believe in Allah or God just have diffrent views I'm not with the Hindu religion with its Varna's and its ladders of reincarnation and things I've had Christianity slammed into my mouth so much I find reincarnation to be a joke im not playing I do believe in inner peace and tranquility of the mind and soul and karma, but not enough to try out the Buddhist religion I have a little anger problem that would make that kind of hard.
I'd recommend not saying you need to find out which religion you belong to and instead say you want to find which religion you belong to. If you either pray or meditate on it the religion or path you are meant to follow will usually find you. If you don't feel fulfilled by what you're following right now, maybe takling a book on a different religion from the library would help. Or you could talk to people about what they follow. And don't let anger make you feel as tho you can't follow a certain religion. I'm one of the nastiest people sometimes, and I'm sure even Justin has had the urge to smakc someone once or twice so religion is not about being perfect, it's about where you find peace in yourself Again, I hope I helped. ____________________________________________________________________
*looks around and sighs* well might as well say it, I'm animalist, and to those who would imediatly ask it . . . no I don't worship animals, what I follow is rather a small not very well known form of Wiccan
I've heard of animalism, but I've never been quite sure what it involves. I don't really follow a specific path in Wicca. My husband and I are eclectic. I guess that's because it fits or personalities. I'm curious as to how you decided to choose animalism as your path. That is, if you don't mind talking about it. ____________________________________________________________________
I believe that since there are many different religions all around the world, they are all correct (unless you are far off my beaten path)
So basically, anyone who thinks the way you do is right in their faith, but anyone who doesn't is wrong? That's an interesting theory, but I don't think it really works out to your best advantage. I could be wrong, but that's only because I haven't found everything out yet.
Let me explain. People evolved all over the world, without exposer to other religion. It seems that some God inspired every religion in some way shape or form ex: Jesus, Buddah, Mohammed, etc. I believe that we are all worshipping the same God, just under different cultures. Do you understand? Each culture (I theorize) must've been worshipping the same God, just with cultural variations excusive to the region. (I dont mean to generalize, forgive me) For example: in some countries in the middle east, women are treated terribly, but that is their religion. that is how its done, how it was done, and how it will be for a while. Christians worship in a more Western way than Hindus or other religions do. Do you wanna know why? Cause they 'evolved' in different areas.
Okay, first off your theory on women in the Middle East has a BIG flaw. Their treatment has nothing to do with the religion practiced in those countries , but instead with the way their religion has been interpreted. (OutlawStar can correct me if I'm wrong on any of this). You may be thinking of the Taliban regime in Afghanistan as proof of your findings, but that's not how the Koran is supposed to be interpreted, with women completely covering themselves and receiving no education. Of course, the head scarf is part of the religion, but that's not the same thing. Second, concerning the Eastern religions, many eastern religions are polytheistic (Hinduism and Shintoism for example) meaning that instead of one God, they call upon many gods and goddesses. Also, creation is looked upon differently. One Native American story from the Iriqoi tribes of Western New York says that the earth was created on the back of a giant turtle after the god of heaven pushed his wife thru a hole in the sky. There is a story from Shinto beliefs that Izami and Inami (the names could be wrong) were a god and goddess who created Japan. So yes, your theory is half right, many religions are based on a God, but quite a few of them are based on a Goddess as well.
I probably repeated myself many times, but there it is. Again, forgive me if you are in any way offended by my comments etc. I did not mean to...
I was only slightly offended, but I was mostly intrigued as to why you felt this way. Besides, it's always fun to debate religion as long as both parties are willing to be mature and realize that their way isn't always the best way or the right way in general. Okay, now my fingers hurt and I need to potty, happy reading!

There are so many people that I know who just follow the religion they were raised with because they are afraid to learn about anything else or they don't want to be shunned by their families. As for the shoving God and Jesus down a person's throat, my grandma (paternal)does that on a regular basis. Her favorite topics are religion, prayer and the end of the world. I find the end of the world to be the most annoying of the three. Add in to the mix the fact that she once told my mother to get my brother an exorcism when he was three years old and the fact that after my father went and told her that I wasn't a practicing Catholic any more She told the whole family and my husband and I are now devil worshippers. I think I love organized religion about as much as a root canal without the benifits of local anethstisia. Of course, I know that not all people who follow a mainstream religion are like that,. my mom is trying real hard (for her) to understand and come to terms with the fact that I'm not following a Christian based religion anymore and I had a friend tell me that she hopes i won't try to convert her. (Wiccans don't convert) I believe that the biggest problem with organized religion is that you get too many people into one place and then human nature takes over and people forget what they came to their place of worship for and start to nit pick at eachother. It happens in any type of religious organization when you get a large group. That's why I'm a solitary and only perform rituals by myself or with my husband or close friends. Except for major holidays and that's where the benifits of the internet and open circles come in. I kind of like these threads in a way becuase religion is another part of a person's character in some ways and sometimes gives us insight as to why they think teh way they do. As long as nobody tries to say that their religion is the only right way or tries to convert everyone, I believe we'll get along like we have already.

I sympathize with the whole, 'money out of your bank account and the bank doesn't try to call and ask why there are some strange transactions and ****' (sorry, can't really help it tonight) since the same thing was happening to my husband and I over the course of 2 months and the bank didn't call and say, what's up with your account, have you been doing anything? (Our other bank does that) It's nice that you seem to be so optomistic about humanity to think that someone wouldn't try to take your stuff and run up your credit cards and such (someone did that to my mom, nobody bothered to call her for a while either). Unfortunately the world is full of opportunistic people and carckheads who need money for tehir next fix. If it was me, I'd probably have returned the wallet, but that's only because I'd want someone to do that for me. And I'm a optomistic person as well I don't know why more stores don't start asking for ID (or POAs) when someone uses a credit card or a debit card for that matter. I know they do it in Las Vegas and if you don't have your signature on the card, but other than that your credit is fair game for any opportunistic person off the street. Which really sucks. Next time tho, freeze your accounts, cancel the cards and order new ones after you report them stollen. That way they could catch the person. I'd be in a bit of trouble without my wallet since my debit card, Social security card and Military ID are in there. But My hubby would be up ****'s creek since he also has his birth cirtificate and other crap in his. Okay well, i ran out of things to add. I hope your bank fixes that mess soon.

As for religion I was raised Roman Catholic but am now learning about the Wiccan path. Mostly because some of the beliefs, including homosexuality and the fact that woman aren't allowed to perform the sacraments, really seems out dated to me. In case any of you are wondering-I don't worship the devil, I don't dance naked on full moons (too damn cold here!), and I can't turn your ex into a toad no matter what you offer me. As for Passion of the Christ. I have one very good reason for not seeing it, I have a very weak stomach so the fact that I'd have to actually look at the screen to understand the words really hurts the fact that I don't want to see any blood in the first place...it also saves the movies theaters time in cleaning the apolstry. I wonder if Hollywood would ever consider doing a movie about the burning times. They could bring up Pope Innocent( I think it was X, but I could be wrong), The Witches Hammer and the fact that many of the persecuted weren't actual witches, but more of the type of people who were either feared, someone had a grudge against, or who the church wanted to get rid of. Well, that's all I have to add on this subject. Thank you and Goddess Bless!

Mmm mmm, takes me back. I was told that they have armadillo on soem of the restuaraunt meus in Texas, but I didn't see it. Liars! :raspberry
MRE's are good, but they're odd simply because when they're cold, it neither resembles nor tastes anything like what it's supposed to. But warm it up, and it's pretty damn good. PS: The Cheese Tortellini is the best. Nuff Said.
Wait until they send you to the feild. Then you can make MRE bombs with just the MRE heater and hot sauce. Oh, and I'd advise not eatting the candy-that stuff is pretty old since the MRE can be stored for a while. I'm sorry, but I had to say that-now, back on topic- The strangest thing I've ever eatten is probably Kimchee which is just spicy pickled cabbage. It's really strange looking tho and kind of pinkish in color. I've also eatten squid and octopus-the later was sushi and wrapped to the rice with seaweed. I think once you get over the suction cups it's just fine. Oh, and seaweed salad I'd do the kimchee again because when it's prepared right. I think I'd pass on anything with suction cups or seaweed salad-since I eat sushi.
]John Kerry cited his experience in the Vietnam War during his campaign; isn't that profiting off of the Vietnam War? Wesley Clark cited his war time experience no end during his campaign; was'nt that profiting off the war?
I'm afraid I'll have to dissagree with that remark. (and ask you to make your font bigger, the size makes my old eyes hurt) Kerry and Clark don't show pictures of soldiers being loaded into body bags in their ads. Sure, in one ad I saw on Monday you see Kerry in his BDUs looking at a camera, but there's nothing to suggest that Kerry could have won the war if he stayed in longer. I don't see that as profiting from the war. Also staying on that topic, I don't think Kerry tries to use the fact that he was a Luetenant to get his point across. On that same note if Bush wanted to use his military career as a spring board, I don't think there'd be a problem there. either
CHW, I'm afraid your analogy doesn't quite work. "Pulling rank" and having pride in your accomplishments are two different things. If a military officer believes that he is the best person suited for an operation, isn't it his responsibility to let his superiors know, and tell them why?
I don't think you followed my analogy completely. Letting your superiors know that you think you deserve a promotion and telling someone that they should do what you say because you 'out rank' them are two different things. I feel that Bush is using the fact that he was in office during 9/11 to gain votes and so do many other people who saw this ad (use the link on my post and read, or go to google). The line that I'm talking about states that: 'I will not use my rank for personal gain, which is what Bush seems to be doing.
The american people are Bush's superiors. He believes that he's the best person to be president, and he's telling the American people why. He's not 'pulling rank', he's saying, "These are my accomplishments. I believe I should be assigned this post again; the final decision is up to you."
Keeping that thought in mind I think the american people should bump this Master Sergeant back down to E1. But I'm not everyone, so that's just my thought on the matter.
I really think that this is only an issue because it's Bush that's doing it. Bush has been dogged non-stop since he was in office. Any other politician can point to his finest hour, but Bush is forbidden to.
Not to sound rude, but if my 'finest hour', as you so eloquently put it, involved such tradgedy, I'd put it far behind me and focus on other things like maybe my military career, or my academic career or maybe other accomplishments that I made during my first term as president. I'd show some class and leave out human tradgedy.
Not to offend, but this whole question is geared to slam Bush. Look at our choices: we either are strongly offended, vaguley offended, or have no issue. Yet again, Bush is wrong because he's Bush.[/color']
I admit that maybe I didn't choose the questions very well, and I do appologize for that. But I do think it's absurd to say that al this is is tryiong to bash bush. Believe me If I wanted to, I would, but I think we should all try to be above all that. I don't think he's wrong because he's Bush, I think he's wrong because he didn't think about how his message would affect other people, and that's something you really have to consider when your president.

It's not so much the slang, as how we use it. . Someone let the children out Basically means that there are some prepubesent girls with too much make-up and not enough clothing walking around a mall. Put a bee in your bonnet-Horray for you Go take a nap or I think someone stayed up past their bedtime-Kind ways to say someoen's cranky. Pagan Standard Time-This isn't my friend's slang, this is from the open circle my husband and I attended while at FT.Hood (too much politics and drama in that group, but the only pagan group listed) The lady who was High priestess was always late so we'd say she ran on pagan standard time. Which would come to mean the given time plus fifteen to forty-five minutes. McDonald's Drama-Any thing that goes on at work which is too annoying for us to deal with. I once got really silly with a friend of mine the day before I moved back up to New York and told her that my ETS date had come up and I was going to my Permanent Duty Station. Which coincidentally wouldn't be happening if my ETS date had come up. I also annoyed my husband and said Hooah-which means Heard and opperated (or something like that) when he asked me questions or wanted me to do something. The worst thing I probably do now with slang is telling my surpervisor that it's a big 10-4. and okay, so this isn't slang, but my friends and I get bored when we do road trips so instead of doing punch buggy-we have Silo-no punch back!
-
I got bored and went on Google, here's what I found: TITLE: "Tested." LENGTH: 30 seconds. PRODUCER: Maverick Media. AIRING: In rotation in 18 battleground states and nationally on cable networks. SCRIPT: Bush: "I'm George W. Bush and I approve this message." Announcer: "The last few years have tested America in many ways. Some challenges we've seen before. And some were like no others. But America rose to the challenge. What sees us through tough times? Freedom, faith, families and sacrifice." KEY IMAGES: Bush appears at the beginning and end only. The ad mainly includes portraits of people of all ages and races, along with Sept. 11, 2001, wreckage, a flag being raised, children saying the Pledge of Allegiance, parishioners at a church, parents with a new baby and firefighters. http://www.thebostonchannel.com/politics/2897305/detail.html The first is a description of the commercial, the second is a link to where you can find the commercial. The picture is kind of small so you can't see too much detail, but you can tell that he's showing scenes from 9/11. Seeing the commercial hasn't really changed my opinion on this topic, or the man in general, I still think he's doing an extremely disgraceful thing. Friends of my parents lost their nephew in the twin towers. I doubt Bush would even think of using such fotage if someone in his family was lost-then again....
-
I'm not sure if this topic has ever been done before, but since I can't find it on the first five pages, I think I can do this. What really goes through these character's heads MIaka-Tamahome-Ne, forget Tamahome, Chicken pot pie! Tamahome-Miaka Mizuno Ami from SailorMoon-Okay if x=32 squared and y=-12cubed then xy= equals... ki ya! I forgot!!!! *pulls out hair* Why does Usagi get to be the leader? I should be the leader I was the favorite senshi in Japan I should be given top billing! *starts to cackle insanely* Tsukino Usagi *walks in on Ami who is laughing like a nutbar* She must be thinking of the time she forgot all her english vocabulary. Kagome Alrighty if z=-56cubed and a= 15 1/4 to the fourth power then az equals equals oh no!!!! I FORGOT!!!!!!!!! *runs screaming thru the temple yard then falls down the well Well, that's it from me for now, if this works out, I'll think up some more
-
I don't have a link to the ad, and I didn't hear the commercial, but I did see it on the local news. So if anyone can help me with that part, I'd be much obliged. I'm not going to go on a bashing extravaganza since that's just over done and I'm sure politicians can do it on their own without the help of people who are either old enough or still too young to vote. That said, here's my topic: I was watching the local news and one of the stories was about Bush's new campain ad which uses clips from the events of 9/11. The families of the victims are upset by this ad saying that the president is using the tradgedy to advance his political career. I definately agree with them in this sentiment-I'd much rather hear Bush bash Kerry about his politics than see him use a national tradgedy to help his presidental campain. Of course, that's just one person's opinion and this person is a liberal who doesn't much care for Bush in the first place, so I'd enjoy the input of others with either like or differing minded opinions-(This means you Boba) That said, I leave you all to your devices and have at!
Our Dorm Chief actually walked around in nothing but his dress shoes, web belt, canteen and flight cap while singing 'Shes a Maniac'. Oh yeah, we we're bored.
OMG! :ROTFL:that's even better than the story my husband told me from basic @ Ft.Sill. All that happened was him and a battle buddy had to wear the same shirt (he had to wear his battle buddy's) and his DS talked with another DS and said that they had to be called the wonder twins. AIT was better, he fell asleep on a toilet
My AFSC (Air Force Equivalent of MOS) is 2A616, or Aircraft Electrical and Enviromental Systems Helper. I can carry a wepon if I ever get sent to Iraq, god forbid.
I was curious about that one, my husband is 31Fox basically a gloryfied phone/radio operator who tells the infantry who to shoot at. AIT is a lot better than Basic, you get more freedom, even if you do have to go to the phones with a buddy as tho you're a kindergartner. I'm not sure how the AF does it, but the Army lets you wear Civies and go off post when you make phase5 (you had phases in basic too right?) Hopefully Witchita Falls isn't as bad as Killeen-if it is, save some money and maybe you and some friends can do Dallas. I really hope you don't get sent to Iraq since that'll be bad. However, if you do go, it'll only be as an occupying force, kind of like our bases in Korea.
We don't really get to pick our station, but during the Second week ot training (WOT), we got to fill out a wish list as to where we wanted to go. I'll most likely go overseas, as I want to and the military normally picks those types first. I chose 3 years overseas if I go over....smart move Will.
I think they let you put in your wish list for your next duty station during your over seas tour of duty. Of course, most of the soldiers at Hood were from Korea or Germany. So, maybe putting in a wish list isn't all it's cracked up to be. We had a few friends who came over to Hood from Germany. One family hated it she said it was nasty and people don't seem to bathe as much. The other family loved it. If you decided to reenlist when your third year is up, be firm or be single. The guy my husband talked to said the only way he'd get stationed state side at Drum was if he spent a year in Korea after his year+ in Iraq. He probably would have done it if he wasn't married You said you wanted to do more questions, what was the most annoying thing you had to do in Basic? Come to think of it, where did you have basic? Oh and do you think you'd ever try to go for soldier of the month then take the test to be an NCO?

The Final Word...should parents have it?
ChibiHorsewoman replied to Godelsensei's topic in General Discussion
Parents can't expect their children to lead productive lives growing up in bubbles, but on the other hand, you shouldn't take a six year old to go see Passion Of The Christ just because it's a religious movie. Actually, you also shouldn't take a six year old to see the live action version of the Hulk because it was a comic book. What agrivates me are the parents who sit their kids in front of a TV or don't pay any attention to what their kids are doing then wonder why Will or Sara has a sudden urge to try flying off the roof or run around with the meat cleaver . As children get older parents should slowly allow them to make thier own descisions about what shows they want to watch or a movie they want to see. Of course, the parent should probably sit ther and watch the program or see the movie along with their child since that's the responsible thing to do. I hope I can take my own advice when the time comes. Wish me luck -
My advice to you is to get over it. Yes, you have a lot of tests, everyone does. I survived years of different tests. I got ink blot tests, the test with the patterned blocks, blood tests up the wazoo (they give you tons when your pregnant), math tests, my sophomore and Junior year I took both the regents and the local exam for Global and History respectfully, biology, chemistry, and even a test in interpersonal communication! And yes, I even took a driving test :flaming: Okay, you're not a lab rat, but you are a student partaking in education and therefore this country's education system has to make sure that its participants have at least a vague idea of what their teachers were talking about while the student was passed out and drooling on the desk. So shut up, count your GPA and hope that you don't decide to join the military and get a PT Test.
Just incase anyone wanted to know, the Seiyuu who did Seiya's voice passed away a few years ago from Leukemia...kinda sad...
I'd heard of that happening a few years ago. Her name was Niiyama Shiho and she passed away in July of 2000. I also heard that the seiyuu for Prince Dimando from BSSMR passed away at the age of forty from cancer a few years ago as well. That's quite depressing. as for things on a brighter note-All the inner senshi aside from SailorVenus/Aino Minako have names that are puns. The reason that Minako's name doesn't fit the kanji for venus (gold star) is because she was created prior to the rest of the senshi. Also, I heard that Keiko Han who did the voice of Luna and Queen Beryl in the anime sailor moon is doing the voice of the stuffed Luna in the live action series. :wigout: I don't know about you but I don't think I'd really want to do the voice of a stuffed cat. Strange stuff about me: I once went to school cos-playing as Kino Makoto (kind of) I had my hair like hers, the green contacts, rose earrings and then jeans and a sweater. It was kind of fun. :D

I haven't marathoned anything lately since all my anime is in storage in TX and even if it wasn't, I don't have my DVD player with me. However, I have a feeeling that I'll be on bed rest by July and prior to that I'm buying the first and second season of SailorMoon and a DVD player then I'll have me a marathon of great proportion! I think marathons are good ideas, but only in moderation-if that makes any sense to anyone here!.

With the amount of anime I've seen, I've only seen the ending of SailorMoon, which was fairly decent.(which means I have to watch it again.) EternalSailorMoon/Neo-Queen Serenity/ or whoever finally defeated chaos, healed Sailor Galaxia and then found out why Mamoru hadn't been writing to her. They also finally got to lead a normal life and all the senshi came back to life. All in all it was a very touching ending. I need to goout and buy the ending of Ayashi no Ceres and Fushigi Yugi, something tells me it's not as pretty as SailorMoon. Another good ending is in spirited away-but I won't spoil it. So I guess you could say I like a happy ending without all teh fatalies of real life. But I like to knwo what finally happens in the end. Mars confused me as did Rayearth. Open endings are endings I can do with out. Thank you!
Why not have the all homicidal maniacs living with you? That'd be cool! They probably wouldn't even notice you, and go for each other. Then, you can just sit back and watch the events unfold while munching on a bag of popcorn!!! Well, I think it's a good idea! :D
That's actually a pretty good idea in the beginning since you can invite all your friends over to watch a bunch of homicidal maniacs try to off one another until there's only one left. Unfortunenately when there's only one left standing, that one will more likely than not go after you. Taking that into consideration I think it would be best to keep all maniacle psychotic killers away from me, myself and I. I've done some more considering on who I don't want living with me and I've managed to turn a few more up. 1-Kurata Sana from Kodocha- She's way too hyper active and too young. I need a roommate, not someone I need to babysit! Ki-ya! 2.-Prisea from Magic Knight RayEarth- While thinking of her the lines she had in the second episode of the show come to mind and since I have no wish to be hung upside down in the front hall, have my ears pulled on to see how long she can make them or be boiled in a big pot. I'm afraid I'll have to decline. finally Wolverine from X-Men-Yes, technically he's from a comic and a cartoon, but technically so are Prisea and Sana so let's pretend okay? I don't really want to share any enclosed area with this guy because he's got a short fuse, claws and some times he can get nasty-really nasty. Besides the fact that he's so hairy, he'd probably clog up the shower drain. I'd definately have to call Queer Eye for the STraight guy for him-they'd wax his back! okay well, have fun!

Social clashes--online vs offline
ChibiHorsewoman replied to Godelsensei's topic in General Discussion
This is a really interesting topic. And a great idea. On Line Well, I'm probably as liked and disliked as I am in the real world. I probably annoy everyone a little each day, but still sound intelligent enough to be tolerated. However, online it's easier for me to finish sentances when I'm typing since sometimes my brain and my mouth don't want to to work as a team and I stutter. Also, I have Some kind of social anxiety and since I'm preggers, I can't take my pill for that so I have trouble speaking to new people and get really freaked out. It's easier for me to talk to people on line. off Line Let's see, I have a few close friends who I can tell anything to-including about am/pm sickness and other things you guys don't want to know about. I'm as much of an individual in the real world as I am on here, and I lvoe to debate and argue with whomever. I also tend to cuss which I can't do on here and my family is trying to cure me of. I think I can blame my husband for that problem. I like to help people out and give advice like i try on here, even if it's just silly things, like why you shouldn't name your child Scout or Sushi. Just like I do here. So basically, I'm still me, just a bit more insane than usual. Okay, so I bored everyone to death again, but I did remember to space my paragraphs! Can I get a boo-ya?
