I think my friends and I weren't cool enough to be classified into a group in High School. I went to a middle school with about thirty-six students... it was a school for kids with behaivor problems if that explains anything. So I guess there just weren't enough people to have labels. Hells most of the time my eigth grade class only consisted of four girls because the two boys kept getting suspended for doing dumb shtuff. So yeah.. labels... unless that strange girl who'd rather read than deal with you is a label... I don't think I had one. Of course it has been over eight years:animeswea -
...and too bad I can't use the cliche "When Hell freezes over" to talk about when the Lions'll make it to the Superbowl. Hell, MI freezes over every winter.
How do you know that Hell isn't a code word for Texas? Because that hasn't frozen over yet. -
Don't know what you meant by crash cart, but lets get something clear. The New England Patriots beat TWO, count 'em, TWO undefeated teams and are now the only undefeated NFL team in the league. Should they continue this way, they could be the second team in history do have had a perfect season. They destroyed the Cowboys at Dallas, and broke the spirit of the Colts so badly that they were humiliated by the Chargers in the first half and were eventually defeated. I'd like to think that the Patriots are justifiably the best NFL team within this decade. And I've been behind them the whole time, so yeah. Go PATS!
Well the thread had been dormant (dead?) for over a month then got some new replies. As for the Bills, they have the whole underdog thing going for them. Plus Losman is their starter now and they seem to be able to rally themselves a lot better than in the beginning of the season... I don't know why, but it seems that they've finally started pulling their ******* together. I'm not saying that they're Super Bowl or even Playoff material. But they are starting to work as a team. -
New England Patriots 9-0 Brady. Moss. Maroney. Belachick. 'nuff said.
Looks like someone got a crash cart for this thread. :animesmil Well the Bills have now won their last four games and seem to be on a winning streak. Their next game is going to be broadcast nationwide tomorrow night (I think they're playing the Patriots, but I've been working nearly non-stop since the twenty-ninth so I'm not too sure.) I did hear on one sport's program that the undefeated Patriots may have a run for their money and should watch out for the Bills who are finally getting their act together. Man, now I have to decide between the AMAs or Sunday Night Football since Desperate Housewives is off this week. Choices, Choices -
Okay again I'm going to skim through the first four pages and just reply. Westburo (spe) Baptist church, they were on 20/20 last week going on about how 'God Hates Soldiers' and telling people that they're children are burning in hell. Joy. I heard about this suit in Maryland. Apperantly the Maryland Supreme court decided that this church's (and I use the term loosely) signs and language was too vulgar to be protected by the first ammendment. Honestly I think the government should go a step further and remove the children of that congretion from their homes and place them in families to be re-programed as productive members of society. Yeah, taking kids from a family is usually done as a last resort, but this is boarderline child abuse and endangerment. And for my final thought, I wonder if they know those 'wonderful' little girls from Prussian Blue.
The day I understand how people can enjoy that show, I will re-enact the final scene of the movie Pi.
Well ya see Gavin, you get a bottle of good Irish whiskey and maybe some Canadian Rye and you sit yourself down in the family room with your toddler (who is going to be occupied by Spongebob and some cereal) then you keep drinking until the show gets good. I swear that's how it happens Now, I look foreward to your re-enactment. Have a pleasant day :drunk:.

I guess I'm just not as leniant to what is and isn't considered cheating as I used to be. I'm not saying I'm gonna be a spaz every time my boyfriend is around another woman, I'm just saying that I may be a bit more suspicious than prior to 2005. Hugging, a kiss on the cheek and just talking are okay. I keep running into on of my ex-boyfriends (who's enegaged by the way) and just talk to him. But hey so far thanks for your replies.

Okay I have to ask this question because I'm sure there have to be about twenty or so different answers to the question. You see Monday I found out from a good friend of mine that her father has been continuing an affair with a woman he works with. I told one of the ladies I take care of the next morning and she said that my friend's mom should shoot the guy and I tell her that another client's wife had said that my friend's mom should toss all his stuff out on the front lawn. So while we're discussing that her driver comes up and asks what the big deal is, it's just an affair. There's no law saying you can't have friends. Of course I go off on him, because with my pleasant experiance for the past two years with my ex's other woman... it's not just an affair. If you make a commitment to someone you keep it, you don't get extra friends... or at the very least friends of the opposite sex who you say: I love you baby' to. So now I have to ask the rest of you, what do you consider cheating. Because like I already said, there are a lot of different opinions. I myself don't consider innocent touching (IE hugging) to be cheating and I'm cool with my boyfriend having female friends because I trust him. But anything going beyond hugging is boardering on cheating. And I think of it this way, if you wouldn't do it infront of your signifigant other or you're keeping it secret, then you're cheating. So where is everyone else on this?

Oh yeah Thanksgiving. I think I'm working that day, but I can't remember. I know if I am it'll only be two hours in the morning and then two at night. But hey, holiday pay combined with my overtime pay is more than welcome this time of year.:animesmil As for traditions and the like I doubt that anything can top the Thanksgiving of '05 when the ex had to come over to my mom's older sister's to pick up our daughter and she (the older sister) went upstairs so she wouldn't 'forget she was a Christian and beat the crap out of him' and the ex had the nerve to show up in his class A's like some kind of war hero. Thank God they're in Texas this year.:animesigh Usually we have turkey, sweet potatoes, regular mased potatoes, cranberry sauce, squash (the good kind with maple syrup, walnuts and brown sugar) and my mom's stuffing with Italian sausage. Then of course dessert, I usually make pumpkin pie and we also have apple pie. Then there's the board games for a few hours and yelling at the televised football games. Because what fun is a holiday when you can't yell at people who can't hear you? I'm not too worried about this year, it's next year that I'm dreading. Why you may ask? Because next year I'll be celebrating two Thanksgivings because I plan on visiting Lee's family up in British Columbia in October next year and I'm pretty sure I'll have to help with that. Just one question: Do you guys do football?

I just skimmed through four pages of posts, so forgive me. I recently read an article in either Marie Claire or Glamour about the rise of women beating up on their guys and let me tell you, not pretty. It seems that now that we're at the top of the game and everything we now think it's okay to beat the crap out of whomever we please. Your friend's girlfriend seems to be one of those girls who feels some type of entitlement to piss you off and start poking at you. The question is how do you properly react to this. Well for one thing, hitting her is not an option no matter what she's doing to you. I mean what are you an elementary school student? You can always try removing yourself from the situation or telling your friend and hoping he'll see your side of it. Maybe even ask the girl to just leave you alone. The problem is that since girls bullying guys is still a new phenomenon and there's a stigma attached to a guy getting beat up by a girl. You don't want to look like a jerk by retailiating because all that will do is win her some sympathy points with your friend and possibly get you beat up in the process. So yeah tell someone in charge, and good luck.

Can you look at your self in the mirror?
ChibiHorsewoman replied to spy46's topic in General Discussion
Yeah, there is no way a 16 year old boy of that description is going to listen to a word you say, but it's important to put the effort in - because when his entire life falls apart around him, and he ends up bleeding, alone or in jail at least then he will know he can turn to you. And if he does, he will listen to you. *waves to chw*
*waves back* Well he's twenty, but that's still true. I've heard enough to know that there's not a chance Paul will listen unless something bad happens. Like really bad. But Lee... Isn't he usually only that bad when he's drunk? -
Well I kissed a girl once on a dare in Wal*Mart. But other than that I'm quite straight.I'm honestly not at all sure how to reply to this thread other than that. I've never had any other homosexual tendancies (unless you quote mental health books from the 1950's then of course I have lesbian tendancies because I enjoy reading) Yeah that's it from me. Great come back eh?

ChibiHorsewoman replied to spy46's topic in General Discussion
Okay first of all, yes I live again... damn work. Second Ew! Lee! Paul did that in your mom's bed? That's just thirty-one different flavors of disgusting. Third I think that you know as well as I do that telling Paul that April is cheating on him won't do much good because even if they do break up they will eventually get back together and there's nothing you or anyone else can do about it. It doesn't seem to matter that she's a two bit klepto with the personality of an extremely drunk Courtney Love (I've had the displeasure of speaking to her a few times.) He must not really give a damn and neither does she. Lee I know that you don't hate your brother even if some of the things that come out of his mouth are more than a little distasteful. But I know that you know that no matter what you say he won't listen. But use your own judgment... or I can always tell him. -
I'll bid on the brother for 1 (obviously fake) dollar. After all, how I do love Frito Lay products. But only if he'll live in my closet.
Well then. Whoa Mann is now the official owner of a tall boy with a busted foot. AKA my brother.

Okay please don't laugh, but in my car I'm switching between the local radio stations and The Essential Hits by Cyndi Lauper... hey it's a work day and I need something to get me through all these hours. (FIVE MORE DAYS TO FREEDOM!!! ) That doesn't sound bad right? Well I have the Wreckers playing right now in my home CD player. Country pop... who'd have guessed?
That is until back in August when I finally found a perfume that I actually like. Well to be honest... I'll blame Beth since she's the one who gave me a little sample of the stuff. And what makes it worse, the name is cute too. Pink Sugar. I love how it smells.
I know isn't it a really nice smell? Ah well I still love Vera Wang's new scent, Princess. It even comes in a purple heart shaped bottle Anyways. Things that make me feel old? Well for one two of my cousins who are ten years younger than me (I'm twenty-six) are now driving. And one of my cousins who is seven years younger than me is in college. I used to babysit these guys and change their diapers! Now one of them has a myspace talking about how he raps and gets a lot of bling yadda yadda. Another is the fact that in two years my daughter will be starting Kindergarten. I was twenty-three when I had her... that means I'll be twenty-eight... which means I'll be closer to thirty. I think I need to go lay down... and then go buy some sunscreen. My brother is also helping the cause, he'll be twenty-three next month. This is just crazy because my boyfriend is also twenty-three so you wouldn't think that it makes that much of a difference. But since this is my brother it does. It makes a big difference because this is my younger brother... who is also about a foot taller than me. Okay, now I have to go pack my dinner and go back to work CHW AKA Meg

Well, I know you all may not know the song, and I may get strange looks, but I think I'll live. Right now the coolest song of the week in my humble opinion is: Nothin' Better to Do by LeeAnn Rimes It's off her new CD coming out on Tuesday... that I have to wait until next week to go out and get because I'm saving my money. Okay so this song is actually the coolest single played on the radio this week. The coolest song for me in my own private world is Steve McQueen by Sheryl Crow I've been speeding and playing it loud.
