1.
Um...I live like 15 minutes away from Philly
Do you know of a place called Rancoccas (sp?) Valley? Or something like that? Because I know that's close to Philly too. Okay more fun stuff to mention about my questions from the other night- 1.) MOre places to visit- Mt.Hope Cemetary. It opened in the 1830's, but has headstones that are older than that. Some of them are in German and some are in Hebrew It's a non denominational cemetary. So there are Masonic headstones as well as Jewish and Catholic. Susan B. anthony and Frederick Douglas are buried there. I have pictures to prove it. But I can't find them so I'll go later in the week. Letchworth, Stoneybrook ect ect ect. NIce state parks to visit. The hiking there is great. Letchworth also has an Olympic size pool and a pool for diving as well as an enclosed playground. 2.) Don't visit MidTown Plaza they're trying to fix it up and failing miserably. It's neat because it was built in the 30's and has some neat old elevators (and an uncle of mine was crushed to death by a dump truck while is was being built-nice piece of family history) But there's nothing. Irondiquoit Mall- Yet another mall that may be getting fixed up. It used to be the place to go and is our first two level mall, but pretty much all the stores (including J.C. Penny's!) are gone. However they do have dog obidience classes there.
 2.
Comon, somone do me :(
Ok just remember you asked for it. Hmm- The name suggests that you are unhappy and meloncholly. but you act anything but. So you like irony. Avi- You like the Toronto Mapleleafs (it's their jeresy (I hope)). You're a hockey fan and a canadian custom title- You like irony signature- although you're my (yes I'm from the US) neighbor to the north you don't like Bush either. I don't know anything else Okay do me now that I have a new banner in my AVI and I changed my custom title!
 3.
Anyways, one time while travelling through Nebraska, we came across a sign that said: "Welcome to Smithville county! Please drive carefully! We have seven cemetaries and no hospital!" .
I've seen some really funny things in my life... I just can't remember them right now! Back when I lived in Texas I was driving from Killeen to College Station (College Station is where on of the Texas A&M's is) because my mom was in Houston and CS is halfway (2.5 hours constitutes halfway in TX). Anyways I was driving through these small towns and for some reason in TX the towns have Welcome to : Pop: I went through a town called Lincoln and the population was 96 (there were more kids in special ed in my high school) so I told Lincoln that they should worry about cow uprisings because there seemed to be more cows than people in these towns. Lincoln thought it was funny. I guess you just had to be there.
 4.
Lady with the baby. That's helpful. XD Can you picture me running up to every woman with a baby and asking them if they're ChibiHorsewman? XD -ArV
Actually I could, but I don't know what you look like. Oh I so dare you! Seriously I dare you to go up to every woman with a baby in the Sephora at Eaton Centre around July/August (make it between 22July - 15 Aug) and ask if they're Chibi Horsewoman. If you find me I'll give you a cookie. Even better. Take the Cat over to Rochester-go to the Coach Store and to Chammp's at East Veiw Mall (quite a drive from Charlotte) and ask every woman with a baby if they're Chibi Horsewoman. Okay here's a question of my own: What are the best places to go eat shop and visit in your area. What places are unique to your area. And what places should you just avoid? 1.) best place to eat- PF Chang's at East View mall. Cresent Beach Hotel/ Resturant is also a nice place to eat if you don't like chains-Also: Red Oasier (best Prime rib-a bit expensive but worth it. My parents tell me that Biancas (blanca's?) is also good 2.) Shop- Eastview Mall Carosel Centre mall and Waterloo prime outlets 3.) Visit- Charlotte beach (a given if you use the fast ferry) if you don't mind the smell. They have out door concerts every Wednesday in the summer. SeaBreeze our very own amusement park only minutes from home. Corn Hill arts festival (first weekend of july) Fairport (beginning of June) and Spencerport (near the end of July) canal days since we're right on the Erie Canal. The canal bike paths are nice too. Six Flags Darien Lake (formerly Darien Lake) 4.)Unique to the area- most of the resturants I mentioned, most of the places I mentioned. 5.) Place to stay away from- unless you enjoy a good case of heartburn don't visit Nick Tahoe's
 5.
I live in Toronto Canada, the self-proclaimed world's most multicultural city. -ArV
I plan on going up there for a visit this year (summer hopefully) preferably not by Fast Ferry because with my luck that thing will sink in the middle of Lake Ontario and I'll have to swim back to the Port of Rochester  My main goal this year after getting a job is to go to Eaton Centre around my birthday because that's the closest Sephora in my area. Plus it's much safer than drving to NYC. So yeah maybe we'll unknowingly run into eachother this summer. Just look for the lady with the baby.
 6.
hey, i dont know if any of u, like me, have been looking for some music videos, or videos of the opening and closing theme songs, but i have found some. thier really cool, though in japanese. its http://groups.msn.com/fansdeinu/videos1.msnw
Sorry I can't speak or read Italian or too much Spanish. It looked interesting though and I hope I get my CDs soon and burned episodes and Anime music videos as well. But for the time being I'll deal with what I have.
 7.
I live in Iowa. Des Moines, Iowa. The land of corn. We have crops growing within city borders. A horse lives near my school.
I have you beat quite a few times. I live in Western NY (as I've mentioned). My cousins a few towns over have corn feilds across the street from the houses on their side of the street. Most of our horse farms (including the one I go to) are just off the main express ways. Black North Farm is near 531 and RT33. EverGreen Stables is off of 390. There's one right near a major shopping area that charges $22 for a half hour private lessons. :animestun There used to be a riding stable by my school as well, but it closed in 97. I used to live in Ft. Hood Texas- Technically Killeen TX the 7th circle of hell my friends. There are long horn cattle sharing the base with the US Army.. at least on West Ft Hood. The others wander around on the old artillery training grounds. Sometimes when we'd drive down to Austin we'd drive by the White Westing house office building in Georgetown outside of Austin on I-35S. There are long horn cattle grazing there. Along 195 there are goat and cattle farms. The place I lived in in Texas was truely the middle of no where.
 8. I live in Western Upstate NY. I have to clarify because lots of people think that the only part of NY is NYC and it's not. We have pleanty of stuff up in good old Western NY. http://myrochester.com/events/cresults.asp?category=1&category=3&category=2&category=4&category=5&date=6%2F11%2F2005 And that's just whats happening this weekend
 9.
Oh, okay, BUT WHAT WITH CALLING Jakkotsu A GUY??? He talks and looks exact like a woman and even says girly things and somehow, they called a guy. This show just get better and better.
Because he is a guy dur. It's like when Minako and Usagi thought Haruka was a guy because of how she looked and people thought FishEye was a girl along with Zoisite (and Fishy and Zoi were easy to sex change?) Jakkotsu is a guy. He's just an extremely effeminate guy. You know in other words-he's GAY! He doesn't like girls. He's a bit light in the loafers ect ect ect. Jak's not weird, he's flamboyantly gay. He doesn't even look much like a woman once you get past the face. His chest armor doesn't cover his pectoral area so you can kind of tell that he's a he. Dur
 10.
What is the name of that werid chain around Inuyasha's neck that Kagome said to sit when he can behave?
They're just rosary beads. I don't think it's all that weird.
 11. Let me just start this post off with a confession: I still have my old yellow baby blanket. Nobody made it for me. It's store bought, the lining can me off of it and it has holes. But it's nice and soft. And I sleep with it too. Perhaps my most cherished one though is my pink and white baby blanket. I came home in it and the reason it's so special is because it's from my birthmother. Yes people I'm adopted. That blanket and a dress are the only things I have from her. I have comfetors that go with the sheet sets for my bed. And I have a ratty quilt that was on my parent's bed. I have two horse blankets (meaning blankets with horses on them) and some blankets that my great aunts made. ONe of my favorites is a peachy colored crochet baby blanket that my great aunt Elsie made. It's in a shell pattern. Very pretty. Okay so that's my list of blankets and I have 3 with sentimental vaule.
 12. Thank you everyone for the help. but I'm going to use Sakurasuka's banner. Thanks everyone.
 13.
Ok, this is not a joke. I've seen this sign, it was in BC near Calgary.
Well, that's from Canada so I understand (jk,) You should consider sending that to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Unless you have something else like that in Canada. You really should do something. I can't believe that they added oh and the bridge is out in such small print
 14.
In episode 120 he is called a female if you look.
Yes, but if you watched last night's episode InuYasha, the soldiers who were killed, Miroku and Kagome all called Jakkotsu a guy. And since InuYasha isn't being dubbed by CWi (shudder) I think everything will remain consistant. Yes, the happy dance is in order, too bad there is no banana smiley because it would be appropriate. Jakkotsu wasn't Zoied! I'm so happy! *happy dances* (Think that episode of Fushigi Yugi with Tasuki and his bandit friend) That episode last night was so funny. I loved the look on his face when he saw InuYasha then when he looked at Miroku. The whole episode was probably one of my favorites. He's so flamboyant! I'm glad that he wasn't given a sex change because of the whole 'evil gay guy' stigma. Oh man. He's just so.... and then there's Bankotsu :luv: Okay I'll stop now.
 15. I know I had a small misshapen banner for a while, but LCrisler and I are having troubles So I was wondering if someone wouldn't mind making me a new one to go with the avi I have. I have an idea of what I want. I just don't know how to do it. But if it could have this picture with the driver and the words, drive it like you stole it in it I'd greatly appreciate it.
 16. Thank you Gywna for these questions. 1) favorite character? Meioh Setsuna and Kino Makoto (AKA SailorPluto and SailorJupiter) 2)favorite season? Sailor Stars- Mamo baka and ChibiUseless go bye bye. Chibi Chibi and Seiya are there. And SailorMoon Super because Neptune Uranus and Pluto. SuperS was only paletable because of the Amazoness Quartet 3) least favorite character? Chibi Usa and Mamo dork 4) Least favorite season? Sailor Moon SuperS- Why was Chibi given her own season? 5) Do you hate DiC and Cartoon Network for dubbing the show? Well, DiC just sucks period. Cartoon Network had nothing to do with the dubbing because I also watched SailorMoon on Fox 59 a Syracuse station.I hate DiC and CWi for their crappy dubbing and inconsistancy with the dubbing. In one of the final SailorMoon S episodes staring Tellu the Tellurin was given 3 different names: Heart Snatching Plant Tellurin and one name I can't remember. 6) Have you seen the fifth season yet? Yes all but episode 199. How can you not want to see the final season? Everything is finally explained then! I'm adding a few of my own: 7.) What is your favorite episode from each season? 1st season- The Four way romance because Makoto chokes Mamoru and there is an abundance of Super deformed chibis! 2nd season- The one about the babies When the baby pees on Natsumi And the final episode in R when there's a bunch of recaps and the girls argue about who gets to be leader 3rd season- The Cruel Uranus Makoto no pinch- because Makoto is the star of the episode 4th season- The one with the dentist because ChibiUsa and Usago get cavities (it's originally from a manga special edition) Probably because Palla Palla tells Tuxedo Kamen-"Palla Palla doesn't like you so you have to die." 5th season- The one where SailorAluminum Siren and SailorLead crow come to Usagi's house. Eternal SailorMoon's wings break stuff and Sailors Uranus and Neptune do their poses on the table causing Siren and Crow to comment. There's also the whole ChibiChibi remark -Erotic aren't you? 8.) Who is your favorite villian?- JunJun and PallaPalla from SuperS and Mnemosyne from Stars (but she was only in the manga)
 17.
Do I really want to support a performer who'ss too stupid to adopt a stage name? Nah.
*directs Death Bug to my second post which explains that she changed her name.* Read before you type DB. Controversey sells, but she's also a fairly decent singer. I heard her on 20/20 last night and she sang Revolution (not my favorite song) without any music. So she shouldn't do too bad selling her CDs.
 18.
One of my friends was wearing a shirt that said PETA: People Eating Tasty Animals.
That is now officially the funniest thing I've ever seen. At least until tomorrow.
 19. Singer Sheds bin Ladin Name, Aims for StardomWafah Dufour Speaks With Barbara Walters About Her Notorious Relative and Life in the West Wafah Dufour speaks exclusively with Barbara Walters on "20/20." (ABC News) June 3, 2005 ? Until recently, Wafah Dufour was known as Wafah bin Ladin, a monumental handicap for this aspiring singer. Her lyrics are in English and the sentiments expressed are clearly Western. But this 25-year-old cosmopolitan woman is a product of several cultures. Dufour's passport is American, her education European, her heritage Saudi Arabian. She is also the niece of Osama bin Laden. Dufour told Barbara Walters she has "never met him" but still can't escape the name. "No, I can't. Unfortunately," said Dufour. She has adopted her mother's maiden name, Dufour, and is now looking to develop a singing career after spending several years living in the United States. Coping With Life After 9/11 A member of the huge bin Laden family, Dufour estimates she has 200 cousins. Her father is Osama's half-brother and they are just two of the 54 children fathered by Mohammed bin Laden, whose construction companies have changed the face of the Middle East. The shockwaves from 9/11 reverberated through the entire bin Laden family. Osama's youngest brother, Abdullah bin Ladin, previously spoke with "20/20," telling Walters he barely knew Osama and was living in Boston on Sept. 11, 2001. He returned to Saudi Arabia almost immediately, fearing harassment. At the time, Wafah bin Ladin, as she was known then, had been living in New York and attending Columbia Law School. But on the day of the terror attacks in New York and Washington, D.C., she was visiting her mother in Switzerland and recalls hearing the news. "They were starting to say bin Laden did this, bin Laden did that ? and I was so numb because I couldn't even believe what was happening in New York," said Dufour. "It was my home." She said she was both ashamed and concerned about what people would think of her family. "It's such a big family but in the United States or in Europe people don't really realize how big of a family it is, how many relatives there are I couldn't find a link to her CD or anytyhing so I copied the excerpt from her interview on 20/20. I hope that helps.
 20. I hope this becomes a well thought out post because it has to be. And I swear this fits in the music lounge because it's about music. But the woman who put the CD out is Bin Laden's niece. She's Westernized and everything. And you can't pick your family, but still you know how some people are. Honestly I don't care as long as she can sing. But what about the reast of you all?
 21. Well, I'm quite easily amused, I'll laugh at just about everything. But I have to say that the funniest thing I saw was on I-71 south in Ohio. I had just gotten out of a two hour long traffice jam outside of Cleveland (brought about not by rush hour, but by a guy who got pulled over by a trooper and decided it would be a great idea to chase her with an axe. So she shot him, he died and it blocked traffic on I-71) Oh yes, that event was funny in itself because I didn't reach Brownsville TN until 10:30PM and I wanted to get to Little Rock that night (long story as to why I got that far and why I was going in the first place) Okay anyways I was still driving slowly on I-71 when I decided to look over (maybe near Columbus or Cinncinnati whichever comes next) and I decide to look over on the North Bound side and see a Billboard on someone's land that says : If you die today, where will you spend eternity Well since I had been on I-71 just out of Cleveland since 8:45 that morning and it was nearly 12 I said "I probably am dead and am spending eternity in Ohio." Abby was sleeping, but that made me laugh. On the way back from Texas in a blizzard I found that going north on I-71 the signs ask you to repent. But Lincoln and I (yes I can type his name today even though this whole thing is killing me) had already spun around a few times and were convinced we died. Another funny billboard was in Kentucky- I think near Louisville. It was a PETA billboard with Pam Anderson talking about how KFC debeaks chickens. All we could think of (it was back up from TX) was why de beak, why not just de head and get it over with?
 22.
I saw previews for the next new Inuyasha episode, they gave Jakutso a girl's voice. That kinda sux, I mean you can really tell that he is NOT a girl.
If it makes you feel any better, FishEye, the SailorStarlights and Peruru all had female Seiyuus. The Starlights weren't even translated to english. I think it just happens with gay and lesbian (even though Haruka has the same Seiyuu as Petz and Haruka was a lesbian and Petz wasn't and the seiyuu was femal (Megumi Ogata)) Actually I think if Jakkotsu got breast implants or wore a more concealing top he'd pass as a girl. Come to think of if Sesshy looks quite fem as well. I'm crossing my fingers for Saturday's episode, please please please don't Zoi Jakkotsu. Edit I just stared mindlessly at the Adult Swim IY character guide-Jakkotsu is indeed being called a he... Unless the geniuses at Cn haven't decided yet. They still have the summary of InuYasha wrong.
 23. I have to jump on the Super Milk Chan haters wagon. I honestly believe I could conceive better anime drunk than that load of tripe. Yet those people are raking in the cash while I have to call welfare tomorrow. Life is so unfair! Ahem. I also agree with InuYasha slowly and surely becoming sub standard anime. Sure it was exciting for a while-pent up anger, sexual frustration (yes,I picked up on that) InuYasha and Sesshomaru showing how much they need therapy. The monsters, getting the jewel shards. But after a while it just seems so recycled. For Miroku's sake just find Naraku (okay they did already it's all done!) and get it done with. I also didn't care much for Pretear either. It could just mean I need to watch the whole thing again, or I just didn't like it. No I did not.
 24.
anything involving McDonald's I think my least favorite one is about DJs and how these guys hang out at a club all day and then super early in the morning they eat some McGriddles for energy. There's also that one about a drumteam that eats McDonalds after their performance. It's McDonalds and soda. It gives you nearly zero nutritional value and soda is dehydrating. How would that be a good idea? I can't even choke down their food, personally, so maybe that is part of the reason I dislike the commercials so much. They make it seem like you need to be reliant on their food at all times. That it's "cool" to be so. Don't ask me.
I used to work at McDonalds so I can't understand how anyone can eat the food (Ok, the parfaits, and ice cream are good) but like you said, grilled cow parts (ok it is 100% USDA beef I've seen the boxes) and soda is not nutritional. Those apple walnut salads are good for you, but the ads are so dumb! I also don't like the Wendy's ads about the salad. You know the one where the people are sitting around eating lunch and asking about eachother's salads. Then the one lady says her salad is mmm not eh. Well, if everyone else had made their salads from romain, green and red leaf and oak leaf lettace instead of iceberge they'd have good salads too. And I agree with Death Bug *world comes to a crashing halt* about the old taco bell commercials. I miss 'Here leezard leezard leezard.' And how he'd/she'd say "Yo quiero Taco Bell which technically means I I want Taco Bell. I alsways wondered if he was stuttering.
 25.
Its nice to know that theres more people out there that watch the English version. Alot of people say that it sux compared to the Japanese version, but I like the English version sssooooo much better!!!
It's incorrectly translated. Kagome's voice gets on my nerves. And some things are just so cliche. But it's better than SailorMOon. The dub is good because you can watch it and do something else at the same time. The sub is good because that's how it's supposed to be. But anything's better than SailorMoon.
