1.
No way man. I'll still be piercing and drawing on myself when I'm fifty =p. ...if I live that long. I'm a bit apprehensive about the tongue piercing though because I talk a lot and I want to get two (one in the middle of one near the end so I can have a ring going around the tip). If the first one heals properly then I'll do the second and all the girls will love me... ...if you get my drift ;D
Okay so I will probably get that done today- I work tomorrow and until Tuesday. The worse thing about the tongue piercing is the clamp, the rest is minimum including the talking issue. Believe me it was never an issue for me since I talk a mile a minute at times. And some people- guys and girls alike, think the five year old effect your tongue gives your voice for three days is kinda endearing. But I don't know if I'll get mine done again- the ball on that thing is a beyotch to get on and off so when mine came unscrewed I just said screw it. And yes, girls will love you... Though from my end it was a guy but I'm sure everything is the same... uh yeah we'll just keep this whole thing PG now.
 2. Hehehe pick up lines. :animesmil I told my ex husband that I believed that we couldn't be together because we'd end up killing eachother, care to prove me wrong? Oddly enough I was kind of right. We didn't stay together. BUt don't worry his proposal was worse. My current boyfriend- Oh lord do you even want to know? Okay I'll spill. I told him, hey I had a dream of you last night. It was quite good, would you care to make it a reality? Maybe it was better or worse than that, but anyway it worked, we've been together over two years. I can't think of any more good ones.
 3.
Nothing wrong with dessert day, you know? hmmm... dessert. :P
Okay, so Sunday is dessert day. I guess Caturday can be Cheezburger day. Or should that be Saturdays? Anyways bacon optional.
 4.
I get two lobe piercing (same ear) and a tongue piercing today. For a fiver. And sometime next week I get my tattoos done. Funked up tribal Capricorn symbol on the back of my neck and two little stars below my ear. I'm looking forward to it =D!
Sounds fun. I was thinking of adding more color to my butterfly/sunflower tattoo. Now that you've inspired me I might go and get my third holes done for the fourth time. Is twenty-seven too old to do that though?
 5.
I'd shoot my laptop right through its screen if it wasn't so dang expensive to replace.
I thought we'd discussed chucking the whole thing out the window then blaming someone else the last time it voted you off the island during a chat. I'm looking at getting a new car next year. Any ideas? I will have to drive said car across the country in 2011. I've been going to the gym for the past two days- today will be three. I don't know why I bother, I have no one to beat me into eatting right and as soon as I get to work I walk for the better part of eight hours (sometimes eight and a half because I walk to Wegmans for dinner) Can someone beat me into eatting right? Oh and I am half tempted to bring my kid to the zoo and leave her there. Which animal would be most compatable with a four year old?
 6. I don't know if I'll get beat for this or not but I am currently listening to The Boys Of Summer by The Ataris Yes I know it's a Don Henley remake, but I really like the song. I have my reasons dammit!
 7.
Make it Sunday is Dessert day and we're set. Not that cheesecake isn't good, I'd just rather have regular cake.

Sounds good to me. I'm more of a pie guy, myself.
I was thinking that each day could be a different dessert. Like Sunday: Cheesecake Monday: Pie Tuesday: Cake Wednesday: Ice Cream Sundaes and so on. What it's been a hectic day! I just had to sell cute shoes on ebay because they don't fit!
 8. My ex husband is being an even bigger git that usual. For once in over a month he's online when I am and our daughter is awake and he hasn't talked to her in a while so I've sent him 3 quick IMs about it and nothing. Also I have to sell the Coach Sandals my boyfriend got me on Ebay because they're 1/2 a size too small and he didn't send a receipt (. Starting bid will be around 80$.
 9.
You act as if I'm a normal person.
Yeah, I lied to Chibi Two, sorry about that. :animeswea That said new rule: Every Sunday is Cheesecake day. Bring a fork
 10. Okay now you really are the holiday thread guru Chibi two. As far as I know I have no idea what is going on for Mother's day. Ain't that special? Well except for dinner. I got my mom and my mama some cards. And I had to get a card for my brother and sister-in-law to give to her. I also got my mom some nice PJs. My daughter made sure we got Yellow which is 'mama's favorite color.' As for me. My daughter made me a card at pre-school and gave it to me last night. That's it Before I go however I would like to wish all the mothers on the OB a very happy mother's day.
 11. I actually read my horoscope for the first time in two weeks. It said that someone much younger than me was going to tell me about an adventure of theirs and that my listening would validate the experiance. Sure enough when I got home from work my daughter (who is twenty-three years and two months younger than me) told me about going to McDonalds and I listened.
 12.
a ferret,Judge me if you will, but ferrets are cute.
It's not a ferret, it's a purse dog!!:animeswea
 13.
Anyone else ever have to eat soap when they mouthed off too much?
Yeah, but I was told by my mom (who did that to me by the way) that I can't do that to my daughter. Oh yeah you know what gets me? PArents around my age who think it's cute when their kid mouths off to them or swears at them. I want to throw something at their head! Seriously I worked with a woman who thought it was cute that her 3 year old called her a *****. Really now what kind of manners are you teaching your kid?
 14.
I'm glad I'm not the only one. ^_^ Actually, someone recently told me that when you go to a foreign country, you should first eat yogurt, to get used to the type of bacteria they have there... perhaps I shall try it the next time I go abroad.
Thanks for the heads up. I have to go to Canada in a few months to meet my boyfriend's family. But Oh dear God I am worried about meeting his father. But yeah i will eat Canadian yogurt.
Interesting indeed. Even among friends in the US, I always have the "whole vs. skim vs. 2% debate" and which ones taste better or are better for you... etc. Very interesting.
I prefer skim, I've been drinking it since college and now can't even drink 1% without thinking it's too heavy. I give my daughter either 2% or whole milk because she's underweight. As for myself and breakfast it really depends on the day and when I work. Whenever I had to go in at 6am or 7am at my old full time job I just had coffee beforehand because I ate breakfast with the residents. Or sometimes a co-worker would buy breakfast (Darren did it last Sunday- which was pretty cool). We usually have toast, cereal sausage bacon or oatmeal there. SOmetimes pancakes or french toast. The 7am shift at my per diem job requires me to bring my own breakfast and then nibble at it until 9:30/10am when we can sit and eat before finishing tidies. I usually bring cereal (Special K Vanilla Almond) my skim milk, maybe yougurt and juice. Any other time it depends on my mood. A lot of weekends when I have off I make pancakes or waffles (the home made kind not frozen) along with sausage and juice. Or I just have cereal0 again I've grown addicted to the SPecial K Vanilla Almond. And I like V8 Fusion. I'm torn between the peach mango (which a co worker accidentally picked up for me one day and now I love it) or the strawberry banana. Hmm breakfast stories. Well there was the time my ex husband who thought he could do anything tried to make me an egg before work. He forgot to spray the pan and had the heat up too high so he burnt the egg. Thank God I worked in food service at the time and got fed there. There was also the time I was working at McDonalds when I was pregnant. I went to my locker and my friend had left me a sausage McGriddle because management wouldn't let me take a meal break and I got hungry around 10am after being there since 5:30.
 15. No pictures but I've been spend happy lately. Oh and I want the link to that site. Ahem. I bought a cheapie MP3 player, some sandals, 3 pairs of shorts and a few new shirts. Also some necklaces and earrings. What can I say? It's summer and I need clothes.
 16.
As a child, I was spanked with pretty much any household object you can think of. Belts, paddles, yardsticks, shoehorns, television sets, dishwashers, vacuum cleaners, barbecue grills...
Yeah I totally lucked out although once my dad's father beat me with a belt. But I just was pissed at that. My mom's mom once beat her butt with a wooden spoon and hit her so hard she broke the spoon. Aww the fifties. good times good times.
 17.

Yeah, 2 of my cousins got hit with that or a paddle. Oddly enough both of them ended up being teen parents. BUt one of them graduated 3rd in her class. However I haven't seen the other one since 2004. She lost custody of her daughter and just ran off to God knows where.
 18.
The act of spanking a child IS intentionally harming/hurting them. If you are not wanting to harm/hurt a child than you should not spank them as that is harming them.
Excuse me? Ok Super Nanny what do you propose I do? Before I get started on punishing my daughter let me first say that as a whole she's a very nice and polite little girl. Just like Knuckle's Girl's children she will go up and give someone a hug. She's gotten into the habit of trying to help out whomever she sees may be in need of her assistance and introduces herself by shaking hands. She helps with chores and will try to fold her laundry. However she is four years old and likes to test limits that have been set. Most of the time she gets sent to the naughty chair for four minutes for a time out- that doesn't always work out too well since she tries to get up repeatedly and every once in a while she does get a spanking. Just a swat on the butt. Not to inflict pain- that's what's classified as abuse (I went through abuse training through my job in geriatric care about two weeks ago so please save your preaching for someone else) but just to emphasize the fact that she's on punishment. I have also swatted her hands, but that was because she was about to try to touch either a pot on the stove or the flames from said stove (we have a gas stove) for the fourth time after telling her no three times and my only other option would've been to allow her to hurt herself. So tell me which one would you rather I allow to happen?
 19.
I would very much like to beat that person in the head with a two-by-four until either she or it breaks.
No need to be that drastic. Just ask her to spell a few long words and write a paragraph on why people need a spell check and her head will explode.
 20. Seriously now, I agree with Sangome, except that I've had experiances where the parents were just as bad as the kids and really where do kids learn their behaivors in the first place? I don't tolerate rudeness from my daughter or from anyone else's kids- oddly enough a former co-worker and I were talking about this Sunday. I don't hesitate to go to someone else's kids and say something about how they're acting. Seriously some parents have absolutely no idea how to control their kids. It;s sad really. Also with spanking. Yes I spank my daughter, with my hand. I have also slapped her hand and put her in time out. If you don't do it to intentionally harm a child it's not abuse. My parents spanked me, hells my mom once smacked me so hard across the face for mouthing off to her I thought my head was going to fall off. Kids today have no idea how lucky they are. They need to stop acting so damn cheeky. Yeah I'll rattle more later. But now it's time for bed.
 21.
Has anyone ever notice that kids really do the weirdest things? I have two boys, a one year old and a 3 and a half year old and wow are they strange...my youngest actually growls at you if you don't give him what he wants, he'll howl (like a wolf kind of howl) and he bares his teeth at you too...he's a weird one, and the oldest is a drama queen, if he trips and falls in the grass he rolls over and holds up his hand for you to pick him up and if you don't within 30 seconds he acts like he dies...yeah, my kids are weird....
I have a four year old girl so I get where you're coming from. But she has strange words for everything. Instead of wanting to wear a t-shirt she wants an up shirt :animeswea instead of shorts she wants to wear up pants. And when she wants her Disney Princess comforter she wants her night night. And heaven forbid if you tell her she can't wear an up shirt or have no bloody idea what an up shirt is. Because then she'll act like a Diva who got her name taken out of the headlines. I came home from work one day and was told that she couldn't ride her bike the rest of the day because of something she'd done and when I went up to her room there were various Barbie leavings all over the floor. Add in the strange nonsense songs and the time she told us all at dinner that the baby sitter pooped herself and I think my kid out weirds your kids.
 22.
Well you're no fun. I would have picked out some nice flowers for the occasion. =P Speaking of wallets though, I have an older one that's worn out that I meant to toss. I found it tucked into one of the pockets of my satchel. I checked it before getting rid of it and found a twenty still inside. o_O
Well Rach if you still want to get me flowers I like Sunflowers (I have one tattooed to my back- oooh thread bunny!) and irises. The second part reminds me that I have 40$ somewhere in my room and I can't find it anywhere. Oh yeah purses. I have ten purses and there are at least three emergancy tampons and an emergancy quarter in all of them. The brown one I'm using now has mustard packets, a pen, some receipts and a bunch of change in the bottom of it. The grey one I used Monday however had the following:

A full sized notebook
A pen
my brown fossil wallet
my grey NY&Co wallet
a book
my sunglasses
a bottle of water
a small bottle of hand sanitizer
apple slices
But it's a small purse.
 23. I just got my new MP3 player and loaded some songs last night. currently I'm listening to Balla Con Me (Dance With Me) from the Winx Power Show Everything's in Italian so it makes me think while I listen.
 24. I've a new job. It's quite odd for me right now though. Last week I was an RA with an HHA and I was expected to do all types of care this week I can't even help lift a resident out of a chair because I don't have my CNA. Strange eh?
 25. Uh.... hmm..... damn I've got nothing. Wow that is a first for me.
