I have a few more quotes, I hope that some of them don't offend people. Going to a male gynocologist is like going to a mechanic who's never owned a car. This is true because men as much as they like to think they do, don't know everything. I don't know why the hell there are male gynocologists or male OBGYN's, but there are. I don't mean any offense by this comment or this quote, but I would never go to a male gyno, it's just too weird. Wasure fuyame ni koiwoshin aide Translation: Don't love me to forget someone I hope the translation is correct, but basicaly what I think this quote means is that if you fall in love with a person don't do it to forget someone or to replace someone because that's disrespectful to both the person you're with and the memory of the other person. Sex is like air, it's not important if you're not getting any I'm not sure why this quote came to mind except that it kind of goes with the whole military spous quote I made a while back. But you know when you think about it, this quote can apply to a lot of people It's better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you're stupid than open up your mouth and allow people to know you're stupid. I mean nothing by this quote since I have no idea what's going on. But I was just thinking of my brother and how he's usually a big idiot. Then of other people I know like oh relatives and stuff who just open their mouths and announce to teh whole world that they're idiots. I can't think of any more right now.

I'd like to thank Genkai for his stuff on Philly since I'll be there at the beginning of 2006 for a wedding. Hopefully I'll get to see some of that stuff. Anyways I was at another cool spot tonight that I can't remember to take pictures of because I wasn't planning on going there. I went to the White Lady's Castle which is just a wall made out of cobble stones on a hill you can look out to Irondiquoit bay from there or go across the street and sit on the beach. Not exactly a tourist spot, but very nice and peaceful.
That's because they're pussies and they probably had it coming anyway. Why are you taking advice from Dr. Phil anyway?
Not necessarily. That's pretty cold don't you think? Some people just get buillied because they're different not because they bring it on themeselves. Ah well, if you're scarred I say just go to therapy. If not just move on with your life, wait til your 10 year reunion and stick it to the man! BTW, I like Dr. Phil.... Yeah I said it, I watch Dr. Phil, and Jerry Springer and Golden Girls!

High school is like a zoo, except they let the animals out in the afternoon and you can feed them. That pretty much sums it up for me now since I've been around some really weird high schoolers recently. Save me!

Ah, I don't think I can compete with that last post for length. Oh well, here's a new quote: If the military had meant for you to have a spouse, they would have issued you one O.k., so unless there are any other military spouses on this board nobody knows the meaning of this phrase. Well, plain and simple since your spouse is away most of the time (ie the hallucination marriage) you have the toughest job in the military. Hey facts are facts.

I can honestly say that I really have never run into tourists since my town sucks. But I will say that I have been a very considerate tourist. All my good pictures are in storage or I just can't find them. Therefore you'll all have to deal with my two old scans from Letchworth State Park which isn't even in my area code, but a nice park none the less. Incase you can't guess from the two pictures, I'm a vain person, not that good looking, but vain. The girl next to me on the bridge is my best friend since high school. By next week if this thread is still going strong there will be pictures of the Lilac Festival which is in my area. There's also the Corn Hill Festival in the beginning of July. That's when people sell their artowork and crafts and stuff. The last two times I went I had a real good tiem even with my head ache and I plan to finally go for the first time in 3 years. Spencerport Canal DAys are the same weekend as my birthday and Fairport Canal Days are in the first part of June. You'll only see those if we still have the thread. Well, ok, on with the pictures.

What Does your sig, avi and username say about you.
ChibiHorsewoman replied to shinji172's topic in General Discussion
Keh, I'll do Momo. It's too damn easy...I hope. Screen Name, Avi and Banner- Well, something tells me that you like Miwa Aeda's Peach Girl, or more acuatly Momo Adachi from Peach girl. However your former username Isis makes me think that maybe you think of yourself as a goddess and perrhaps are interested in Egyption Mythology? Hey it's a shot in the dark. Aw well, I don't know what else to say.... I dare someone else to guess me! -
A friend must not find anything you say or do abnormal, they must think of you always as their friend, never as some weirdo .
That mean that like Elf I have no friends either everyone thinks I'm weird. Even you guys, and none of you have ever met me.

Michael Jackson: Guilty or not Guilty?
ChibiHorsewoman replied to foxfire_2008's topic in General Discussion
I'm with Mitch and Vagetta let's leave MJ alone. I think though, that we should leave him alone in some deserted area of Montana because there's almost nothing in Montana. There he can drop out of the public eye quickly and we'll never hear about him again until his demise by being mauled by a bear. -
Animals have their own behaviour. I've had a dog and cats and birds and they all have their own quirks.[/SIZE']
I have to agree with you there hevn.I've been around all sorts of animals Horses, cats dogs, ducks ect ect ect. No two have been the same. I know horses who will almost willingly flip out at the drop of a hat and I have seen other ones who will stand placidly for anything. I have a pit mix who will let you take food away from him and a beagle who will bite off anyones fingers who come withing a foot of her food. I know ducks that will follow you around anywhere, cats that drink out of toilets don't get me started on any more horses. That said when comparing cats to dogs I don't believe i can make a fair judgement since all the cats I've had (4 in total) have been pretty cool, accept for Pouncer who got his name from pouncing on everyone and everything...And my current cat, Domino who claws at the bottom of my parents' bed. And she also bites people to wake them up- my mom has nicknamed her Bit-Me-Kitty :animesigh All the dogs I've had have been really stupid. The only good thing about Sandy, the dog I had before Fudd, is that when you say anything about her like how she peed on the rug and dragged her butt across it is that my husband cracks up because his mom's name is Sandy. I guess as far as housepets go I like horses. So what if they really don't go in the house. PS Siren, that was one screwed up post.

I'm about to ask the woman i love to marry me
ChibiHorsewoman replied to Lightwing's topic in General Discussion
IF I read this right, unless I'm having an onset of dislexia and I'm not I'm thinking you're jumping the gun a bit ok, a lot. You know this might just be me, but I think that getting married, or even thinking about getting married at 14 is a bad idea . Yeah, I know it probably worked out just fine in the Middle ages and even for immigrants in the turn of the last century. But not now. We have a higher life expenctancy now it's just not neceassary to consider marriage at 14 anymore. Wait until you're much older and have a steady job... like the military. Then you can ask the girl you love to marry you properly. Like say asking her to put up with your crap for the rest of her life. -
I know I probably should have cleared it with someone before posting but I figured what the hell, there's already a thread on incest so why not this? And just to clarify, this has nothing to do with whether homosexuality is moral or not or whether it's right or wrong. This thread is just about whether it's learned or heriditary and if it becomes something else it can just be closed. My stance on homosexuality is that it's inherited because since you can't de-gay people you can't de-straight them either. I can combat the whole, how can it be inherited if two of one sex can't have a couple as well. Although two males would have to adopt a female couple could just be artificially inseminated. In that scenario the gene (hey, I haven't been in school since 2000!) for being gay can be passed on. Hopefully I'll be able to prepare some better material tomorrow, but I have to try and sort out what I'm going to say and go to bed.
Usagi has a romance with a dork that thinks that he's cool when he wears a ballroom suit and cape and starts throwing roses at people. (worst "cool" gimmick ever) She obviously doesn't know or doesn't care what "cool" means.
Keh, as if I meant that dork. I sincerly wish Tuxedo baka would imaple himself on his damn cane! I meant the senshi and the StarLights, especially Haruka and Rei. But you are right that USagi really doesn't know what cool is, the only cool thing she ever did was let SailorUranus/Haruka kiss her when she was dressed like Tuxedo Kamen and that was only in the manga.
hey every one.. i mean almost every character in Inuyasha is really cool... but if you search deep in youre harts ... i know every one feels the same way... isent just Myoga-jijin THE coolest in the whole Inuyasha series? i mean.. i think sesshumaru and inuyasha is really cool to.. but still.. i feel like myoga is the coolest, is there any one els that think as i do ?? :P
Yes, I too do believe that Myoga is rather nifty. Is it just me though, or does Myoga sort of resemble Happosai? I guess it makes sense since they're both created and drawn by the same people. I think Myoga's best work was that one episode where the female flea was trying to get him to marry her. Whew boy was that funny! :rotflmao:

If you had LOTS of money.....
ChibiHorsewoman replied to Silent Whispers's topic in General Discussion
You know world domination does sound really nice and all. You'd be in complete control of everyone and everything, but you'd never get any time off, At least I know I wouldn't get any time off because as RULER OF THE ENTIRE WORLD I'd become so paranoid that someone was trying to take over I'd never take a day off for the rest of my life. Then I'd stop sleeping and showering and the whole world would try to kill me. So world domination really isn't for me. Nope, I'd rather spend all that money on more logical things. Like paying off my car, and my Sears bill and my student loan. After that I think I'd buy a farm.... Or at the very least a horse. Then a house. Then I'd hire someone to wash my horse and clean my house and so on and so forth. I'd take all the time that would have been spent cleaning and spend it perfecting my writing and my riding. Yes no world domination for me... too much work. -
Hmm, good question. I think my favorite one is: No one can make you feel inferior without your consent The quote is by Elenore Roosevelt and I think it's a good one to live by. Yes people can say all sorts of things about you. But unless you allow yourself to give into those feelings then you will never really be bellow everyone as some people wish you to be. That's all I can think of for right now. And I really like this thread.

Michael Jackson: Guilty or not Guilty?
ChibiHorsewoman replied to foxfire_2008's topic in General Discussion
The Michael Jackson trial? It makes for funny skits on Saturday Night Live and some good monolog on Leno, but other than that I haven't really followed it all that much. I know that the boy and his mom have been changing their stories a lot. And that his Ex-wife spoke up for him. But I think he really brought this crap upon himself. He's a bit of a freak and admitting to sleeping with kids isn't really helping his immage all that much. That said I don't think he's all that innocent. -
Hmm...useless anime characters. The first anime that comes to mind is SailorMoon and the characters are: Osaka Naru (NA Dub Molly Baker) Gurio Umino (Melvin) and Rika (Rita) Naru is pointless unless you count how many times she's had her energy drained by the Dark Kingdom, caused a Daimon to appear (with help from Umino I may add)
and get Umino attacked. Or got her dream mirror searched by the Amazone Trio
Usagi should have just dumped Naru as soon as she got cooler friends. Umino served as nothing more than the class nerd and an annoyance to Usagi until Naru weaked Nephrite
and Zoicite killed him
Then he forgot Usagi (how fickle) and became infatuated with Naru. Proof of how uselss they were was shown in the fifth season when Naru and Umino were dropped to make room for cooler characters...like ones who could change sex. My last character Rika, has only appeared twice...ok, three times if you count that one episode where that other guy who has a crush on Ami shows up again. Once in the first season when she had a rainbow crystal, once shortly in the first season when Evil Endimion captured her again and lastly in the fourth season because of something else. Rika is also a really crappy rider.

Bride resurfaces: Admits Faking Abduction. ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Distressed, out of cash and in disguise, a missing Georgia bride-to-be turned up on a seedy stretch of Route 66 and told authorities Saturday she'd been abducted, then copped to the truth ? she fled the pressure of her looming wedding. ADVERTISEMENT Jennifer Wilbanks, 32, was picked up by police after a bus trip that took her through Las Vegas, Nev., to a payphone outside an Albuquerque 7-Eleven where she called her fiance, John Mason, and 911 late Friday and said she had been freed by kidnappers. Family members began celebrating outside the couple's home in Duluth, Ga., but hours later, Wilbanks admitted her disappearance was voluntary. She was "scared and concerned about her impending marriage and decided she needed some time alone," Albuquerque Police Chief Ray Schultz said. Police said there would be no criminal charges, although more than 100 officers led a search that involved several hundred volunteers, including many wedding guests and members of the bridal party. "She's obviously very concerned about the stress that she's been through, the stress that's been placed on her family," Schultz said. "She is very upset." Wilbanks returned later Saturday by plane to Atlanta, where she was picked up in a police squad car on the tarmac ? with a towel covering her head ? to avoid the media that had gathered inside the terminal. There were no family members at the airport to greet her, but her stepfather and an uncle had flown to Albuquerque to escort her home, authorities said. Bill Elwell, an FBI spokesman in Albuquerque, said Wilbanks apparently decided to flee shortly after purportedly leaving for her jog Tuesday without her keys or wallet. "Based on the information we received, it was a spur of the moment situation," Elwell told The Associated Press. After finding herself broke in Albuquerque, Elwell said she decided to call her fiance and police with the story about the kidnapping. In her 911 call, Wilbanks sounds frantic and confused, telling an operator she was kidnapped from Atlanta by a man and a woman in their 40s who were driving a blue van. At one point, the operator asks if Wilbanks knows what direction her captors went after dropping her off in Albuquerque. "I have no idea. I don't even know where I am," she says. Wilbanks cut her hair so no one would recognize her, but gave no indication that she had watched news reports of the search or realized the magnitude of the situation, Elwell said. After police reported the hoax, the mood outside Wilbanks' home went from jubilant to somber. Family members ducked inside and the blinds were drawn. They later expressed relief that she was safe. "Sure, we were all disappointed, maybe a little embarrassed, but you know what, if you remember all the interviews yesterday we were praying, 'At this point let her be a runaway bride,'" said the Rev. Alan Jones, who was to perform the wedding. "So God was faithful. Jennifer's alive and we're all thankful for that." Police said Wilbanks was tired, thirsty and "very, very distressed" but in otherwise good physical condition. Jones said the family had no idea that Wilbanks had fears about the wedding, and he believed she "probably had no clue how it had been blown out of proportion" while she was traveling across the country. He said Mason had no hostility toward his fiancee. "I have never met such a strong person in all my life," Jones said. "He's an incredible man." More than 600 people had been invited to Saturday's wedding bash, which was to feature 14 bridesmaids and 14 groomsmen. Just hours before Wilbanks called her fiance, police in Duluth said they had no solid leads in the case and began dismantling a search center. Relatives offered a $100,000 reward for information and were planning a prayer vigil. The hunt for Wilbanks had consumed the tight-knit town. Her picture and newspaper articles about her disappearance were on telephone poles and shop windows. Police had also seized three computers from the home she shared with Mason. Mason did not speak publicly after Wilbanks said she lied about being abducted. Her uncle, Mike Satterfield, thanked people who had helped in the search. "Jennifer had some issues the family was not aware of. We're looking forward to loving her and talking to her about these issues," he said. Ryan Kelly, owner of the Park Cafe, an eatery a few blocks from Wilbanks' house that gave out coffee and sandwiches to searchers, said he was glad Wilbanks was alive and healthy. "But that being said, this is one of the most selfish and self-centered acts I've ever seen. We saw her parents, and you could see the anguish in their eyes. It was terrible," he said. "I don't care where you are ? unless you're in the Amazon rain forest, you'd know everybody was out looking for you." I'm really suprized that this hasn't been posted yet. I hadn't heard about this woman being 'missing' until Thursday and all I could think about was how freaky she looked, but I felt bad about thinking that since she could have been dead.... Of course she isn't dead, she's just a selfish self centered word that can't be used here, so I'm allowed my feelings. I included the excerpt from yahoo news since not everyone knows the whole story. I don't even know how far traveled the story was outside of the US. I can understand getting cold feet about getting married, knowing that you're only going to be having sex with one person for the rest of your life has got to be pretty daunting. NOt to mention the fact that you really don't know how you'll be 10 15 years down the road. But for the love of all things sacred just call off the wedding. Don't fake an abduction! Well, that's my 2 cents. I welcome someone else's opinion.

What Does your sig, avi and username say about you.
ChibiHorsewoman replied to shinji172's topic in General Discussion
Whoa, I got Godel. Hmm... Well, from your black Text I'd say that you like things done plain simple and up front. And your signature about being a genious is pretty straight forward. I'd say you're easy to get along with as long as ou're not stabbed in the back and you like things to be done and over with? I really hate analysis. And I shudder to see what someone will say about me. Just so you know, the girl in my avi is from Bloom Cosmetics. -
Good topic. Now let's see if I can answer your question. I believe that a friend is someone who will stick by you no matter what, but also tell you when you're being an idiot. Because what kind of friend would someone be if they didn't stop you from doing something stupid? I also think that there are different levels of friendship. For example I have a friend down in Texas who never bothers to call me unless I'm actually going to be down there. She also doesn't like my husband but that's because another girl we know...long story. But then there's my best friend Becky who I constantly have to tell that she's doing dumb stuff. But she'll call me and we'll hang out when both of us have time. I consider myself a good friend because I don't mind telling my best friend when she's being an idiot and I try to offer advice and sympathy.

Actually, I'm glad that the show is finally off the air. The dub was so bad I found episode summaries and voiced over the actreses myself. Plus after a while the entire series became redundant. The minor exception was what the villains were doing. Yes, I liked SailorMoon, but I can get along without it if I have to... *hides Sailor Senshi coin bank, Sailor Venus Plushy, Sailor Jupiter doll, 2nd season and drawings*

I was about to start a thread about this anime/manga buit I figured I'd try to remember a few things about this board and check first. My favorite part about this show is the opening. It's so crazy and the song is so catchy. The whole show is crazy and there's no actual plot so if you miss one show you don't wonder if you're missing anything like some of the other anime. I think my favorite character is the girl's language teacher. She's really silly...I just can't remember her name. I've only seen 3 episodes of this anime, but I plan on begging for the whole series soon. I think so far is my favorite episode with the teachers with them hanging out and then the language teacher gets drunk. I'm sorry I really can't remember the rest of it right now.

I'm still looking for suggestions and some help with this RPG.. I just don't know when this is going to be up since I'm in the middle of trying to find a job and I'll be moving again soon. On the bright side though I may have some help from LCrisler as well as the wonderful Dagger with this RPG. Also I think I may borrow from the actuall Survivor. ie: People who were voted off will be put on the jury. Back stabbing is encouraged, but unlike Survivor if you lie about things like a dead grandmother to gain sympathy and move ahead. So yeah, this is still alive, I'm still looking for help.... have a nice day

The Best teacher you ever had...
ChibiHorsewoman replied to Kuramasgrl's topic in General Discussion
Man, favorite teacher.... Gods I haven't been in school since 2000. My third grade teacher Miss Rosica was pretty cool. She let us take turns reading the Bible during morning prayer (I went to a Catholic Elementary school) she told us stories about when she was a kid. We got to take turns doing class readings for different lessons. We even hatched ducks. Ahh those were the days. My Biology/Chemistry teacher, Mr. M. (The M. was short for Myslovececk, but who wants to say that?) in my junior (chemistry) and senior (biology) years in high school was pretty cool too. He used to tell stories. For example he'd tell our Chemistry class about how he fouind out that birth control isn't 100% effective- that's how his first kid happened. He told us about the time the raccoon attacked him when he was supplementing his teacher's salary in animal control and about the time he fell off a roof and ended up knocked unconcious for 3 days. Gates Chili has some decent teachers-I think they should be cloned. I don't know who else to add now, but I'm sure I'll think of more later.
