1. I'm definitly looking forward into watching Witch Hunter Robin. I did heard from a friend that this show would be very cool. However, I'm expecting to find out who's playing who in the voices. You'll never know which character will have the voice of your favorite actor. Can't wait!!
2.
Originally posted by Heretic_Hatred The Super bowl commercials were great in my opinion, since i dont get commercials overseas...BUt i did see some good ones that made me laugh, with the mosquito exploding in the tabasco, the bud light commercial was great how he slid out the window. Its good to see commercials again, lol.
I loved that commercial. Just seeing that mosquito explode from sucking hot sauce blood kills me; eat that blood suckers. I also forgot to mention about the Simpsons commercial with the credit card announcer talking to Homer. That one was definitly funny. I do wish they should've done that to anime; now that would be cool.
3. I believe for all the Janet Jackson fans, it could've been planned out for the big final of Halftime. I however didn't see that. I was actually too busy posting in this site. Although, the halftime show turned out pretty cool to me. I think Janet didn't really expected that to happen. Justin had to be an idiot to pull that stunt. From Janet's reaction, I think she was shocked herself; so I don't blame her for that. I'm not sure if MTV planned that without telling her or she must've forgot her bra at the dressing room; it's just my opinion. With Janet, she looked like she felt really ashamed and embarrsed; I hope she'll be ok. I'm a Janet fan myself. Hmmm...maybe her outfit just needed a few more stitching; "OBVIOUSLY!!"
4. Last year in 10th grade, my class and I read the play of "Antigone." I have to admit that it was a very good play I've ever read. It had a very sad ending though, but the drama was terrific. I couldn't understand it at first, but somehow it made since in the ending. The story of "Oedipus" was very dramatic. I'll admit one thing though, it really freaked me out big time. I was totally shocked while listening to the story, but I'd cooled off a while later. Reading Greek plays was really cool; just like plays in Ancient Rome times and Shakesphere times. I like poetry better, but plays always catch my vote.
5. Now that's totally awsome! This one has a perfect perfection of Sakura's appearance; and Li's blushing...how cute! I always love Card Capters art with Sakura and Li; they're so cute together. And, it's always funny just watching Li turn red like that. Very cool. Also in special note, I like your banner too. I'm a Card Capter fan.
6. While watching Superbowl, I always expected funny comercials of either Bud Lite, corporations, and car advertisements. Now with Superbowl XXXVIII, there are even funnier comericals. Like the Honda (I think) with the yellow car in it's new style; and every child that saw it would curse out and be at home with a bar of soap in their mouths. That has funny. There are lots more I can tell, but I lost count. So, what are your favorite comercial(s) you saw during the game? I like the Bud Lite and football cmercials. They're totally funny.  Ok; too funny.....no..HILARIOUS!!!
7. All of your avatars and banners are very cool. To my vote, I would go for Avatar #1 and Banner #3. Avatar #1 is cool; it's like a picture gone matrix. Also, banner #3 shows good footageon the TV screens. I can see the games they're playing; and they're cool. Avatar #1 and Banner #3 take my vote. :)
8. I think there is something special going between Tsukasa and Subaru. In the series, Subaru had a friend name Crim. I don't think she was with someone else; it's that they haven't seen eachother in a long time. It's more of a friendship thing. Also, I have watched the series about Tsukasa and the life the real player has gone through. She gets abused by her father, gets ignored and picked on by students. That's terrible. I could just cry.:bawl: But during the series, Tsukasa and Subaru did find some happiness from their conversations and visits. That's good; the last episode I saw really lighten up my heart and confused my mine. Was the game over? Oh well; also the real players of Tsukasa and Subaru really do look alike. It's in the eyes I can tell. I love the show; wish I was a character in .Hack//Sign. Now that would be cool.:D
9. I kind of like G Gundam. It's cool on my opinion. I've seen almost every episode except for the last and final episodes. Why did CN took it off?:bawl: About this Gundam SD; I really don't like it at all. I mean, chibi-Gundams with eyes and voices; that freaks me out. I've only saw a few episodes and stopped. The show is...well....confusing for me to understand, the graphics are like in 3-D style or whatever, and I really don't like how the Gundams act and talk. It's just wrong. I like Gundam series well animated like Gundam Wing; not like Gundam SD. So, there's my answer. Gundams are cool; not cool in 3-D.
10. My brother and I are huge wrestling fans. Here's our answer:

GOLDBERG!!!!! He's strong, awsome, and aggressive all the way. WHOOAAA!!!
THE ROCK!!! He never gives up (this was back in the days; still the same), great singer (cute voice), funny comedian, and...cute. Heck, my family loves him.
Stone Cold Steve Austin all the way. He was my first hero when I've first started watching WWE (which use to be WWF). All heck, he's himself and that rocks.
There're more; like RVD (the man), Rey Misterio, and Hulk Hogan("what'cha gonna do brother?") Although, there should be more to your list. Can't forgot Foley man; he's my haordcore favorite!!:D Also, the divas like Trish, Lita, Tory, and CHINA!!!!:D (my first favorite woman superstar) Oooohhh..... so much to know in so little time. I love them all; they ROCK!!:D :D :excited:
11.
Originally posted by Semjaza Azazel I'd say the worst taste there is would be tomatoes (cooked or raw or whatever). I don't mind tomato by-products (good ketchup -- I won't touch anything outside of Heinz -- tastes nothing like a raw tomato). Nothing disgusts me more. Not only do they smell, look and feel horrible... they just taste absolutely terrible. I'd eat almost anything before I'd eat big chunks of tomatoes. Seriously.
I've been there before. I remember when I was little at a daycare center, our teacher made us eat everything in our plates; including slices of tomatoes; so that we can have a cup of sweet good grape juice (our desert). I didn't want it eat them, but I know I had to or no grape juice for me. I did remember this trick from my friend that when you hold your nose while eating something terrible, the taste can turn out good (well....alittle, but it helps and I got the juice). It still works; though I don't do that anymore, but I'll always remember that trick.
12. I'd say your art is super cute. I like it very much. The drawing is perfect. Also, I think you're right about coloring her dress black. Either light or original colors would do fine, but hey it's your choice and I respect that. It's totally cool! Good work; maybe I'll keep practicing my drawings too.
13. Out of all your four choices, my brother would choose Gundam Wing; although I choose Evangelion. We're big fans of mecha. Shows like that are cool; seeing robots fight eachother is cooler than robot wars (why cause it's anime of course). I like Gundam Wing too; but Evangelion takes my vote. :D
14.
Originally posted by ChibiHorsewoman I did the babysitting thing, but my first actual job was being a cart girl (Helping HAnds) at Wegmans around the corner from me. I'm a friendly person-the customers sometimes gave me tips-but I hated most of the guys I worked with because they always stood around and I got yelled at. I was told I couldn't be a cashier by my supervisor because he said I couldn't handle it. I also had to be outside pushing the damn carts in the middle of summer, over blacktop. I got heat exhaustion from doing that once and went in to see if I could go home. My surpervisor started yelling at me to get back to work-so I threw up on his shoes. Needless to say I went home that day. I also got fired from that job. All that crap for $5.15 an hour and they didn't even give me the hours they promised. .
Oh:mad: , I know how you feel. I have a friend who works at a different store; she too had to go through that issue. Staying outside in the heat pushing carts and couldn't get a single drink; nor a break. Don't forget working late and during bad weather and holidays too. Heck, they never had breaks. Also, the employee issues. She told me about this guy who works with her right? He's all stuck-up and walks around while my friend had to do the hard labor. She told me alot about him. Although, he has a son, but he's young; now who's stuck-up? But still, I can see it. and I would quit if I had to go through it; heck my mom would drag me out after she beats the crap out of the boss and the mean employees I work for. It's a good thing she works somewhere else. I'm glad that's over.
15. My very first job was babysitting in the age of eight. My step-mother had to go shopping for supplies and food. So, she let me babysit about eight to nine kids. They're from I guess ten months to four years old. It was kind of hard watching over them, but we had great times watching Barney:) and Pokemon:D . All of them really love me; like a big sister.:) The funny thing is, they sometimes either forget or say my name wrong; but it's so cute hearing that. When that was over, I would get paid about $20.00. I think along time ago I had about $40.00 (from my dad) With that, I'd babysit anytime; especially during summer. The second and last job I had was cleaning new houses that were on sell and display. Four of my friends and I had good time; there were intercome with radio. So, we can listen to music while cleaning. It was $6.00 an hour. After one week, I had $50.00. Though, I didn't spend it for myself. We all went to KOEL's. My friends were shopping for clothes (which were over $50), and I just bought a new watch for my dad for father's day, new bracelt with earrings for my mom, and a ponytail holder for myself. I felt good afterwards. It was a great experience. Also, my parents loved their gifts. This time, I don't have to get a job until either summer or never. My mom believes that education comes first; school and work is too much for me. I agree with her. Woooo..... what good times they were. Hopefully, I'd find a job working in a store that sells a bunch of anime.:D :D
16. OMG!! I love British Comedies. I totally remembered my three favorites, well... four shows I always watch every weekend night. I know "Are You Being Served?", "Monty Python", and my favorite of all time "Mr. Bean." "Are You Being Served" is the funniest show I've ever watched. Mrs. Slocums (I'm not sure what her last name is spelled) is my favorite. Everytime, she would change her hair color in any style. I like it when it's purple. I have friends who are crazed fans of "Monty Python." They would sing the goofiest songs and remember almost every quotes. I remember one quote from this dirty old guy who walks up the screen very fast and says "It's". It's cool Mr. Bean has been the greatest show I love. He wouldn't talk much, but he goes through a lot of crazy stuff from his home to almost any place. I love that show. Also, the fourth show I started liking is about three guys from another planet who came to earth; and live in a shagy apartment. One has short-straight black hair, the other has spicky orange hair with pierced eye-braws, and the last one has long brown hair. I don't know what show it was called, but it sure was funny. British Comedy ROCKS!!!:D :D
17. I think the new Ninja Turtle series is kind of ok. I mean, there's cool actions and all. Also, the graphics surely did make the show look better. However, my brother and I have been HARDCORE fans of the original series. I just love the opening theme song; I'd sometimes sing it when I was young. The new theme song is...well..alright but not the same. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles rock; and I still love them!! :D
18.
Originally posted by xXchaosfaerieXx I kinda liked Android Kikaider (they showed it on CN a few months ago). Even though it was really old and only had 12 episodes, I enjoyed it. The plot was very interesting, and the ending actually made me cry. It's kinda weird tho, that it was based on a Power Rangers type of show from like the 60's... o_O Anyway, once I got past the unusual animation, it was one of my favorites for a short time. The ending song is catchy... ^^ The last episode was so surprising... I can't believe I cried!!! I've only cried twice while watching anime. The last episode of Cowboy Bebop, and the last episode of Kikaider... I'm weird...
I agree, Kikador is a cool show. It became underrated to me when I first saw it at a convention last year. I thought it was one of those 1980's or such shows. Sure it really was a short series though, but it's pretty cool. I got excited when it came on Cartoon Network. At the convention, I love the ending theme "Looking for a Destiny;" it's depressing but cool. The ending is depressing I can tell you that; now that's drama. I didn't cry though; all I felt was not smilling for hours or maybe a day or two. It touched my heart big time. Yeah, Kikador is alright!:)
19. I like dark and sometimes light colors. My favorites are green, blue, black, and dark red (regular red I don't like.). All in all my most favorite color of all times is none other than purple. Anything I wear and/or make will always be purple. :excited: PURPLE!!!!!!!!!! :excited:
20. I'm very happy that Animatrix will be aired on AS. I love that show. I have a question though. Do you all think that AS Saturday night anime is a good idea? I mean that, every Saturday you we watch our favorite shows. Once they're over, we'll have to wait seven more days to watch them again. Is AS going to do that? I really hope not; cause that's too long to wait until next Saturday to come. Sure the shows come on late at week days, but it's better than waiting seven days. Oooohhh....time os slow!:bawl:
21. For starters, if I was president I would drag Bush out of the office first!!! After that, I would declare to get rid of TAKS tests and other tests that has the cost of a million dollars. In news, schools are spending up to over millions of dollars; and it's creating a huge flaw over the economy. My solution is "GET RID OF IT!!!!" I mean, what's the point of taking them when they know that we'll probably not pass it and have to repeat our own grade again. Do they want us dumb or what? I'm sick of this. Also, I would talk/ negociate first before planning for the war. There is no way America will be spending billions and billions of dollars for nothing. It's happening now; and people are being fired from jobs, out of homes, and other worse situations. I will do what ever I can to prevent that from happening again. Sometimes I wish I had magic powers; I really wished that. All I know is in life, you have to have faith in God and anything is possible. I believe that; and I think Bush should too. He's a christian, he should know and believe that. There're a lot more I could do, but I'm fresh out of ideas. Too sleepy!

Kids' Movies
Originally posted by RogueA007 My favorite movies: An American Tale: Fieval Goes West- The very first movie I saw. ^^ Robin Hood- Erm...just do. Like the buzzards (Nutsy and forget the other one's name.) The Jungle Book- The music I just love. The Lion King-The movie that made me want to pursue animation as the career I'm planning to study in college and go into....yup....and also had made me want to work one day at Walt Disney Feature Animation until a couple of years ago....*grumble grumble.*. Who Framed Roger Rabbit- The combination of live action and animation of course. Space Jam-ditto to above, but with Warner Bros characters. Way better than Looney Tunes: Back in Action. Toy Story- The movie that opened up the field of 3D animation as something possible to do as a feature film. Shrek- The nice storyline that isn't just for the kids, but for everybody (Donkey!). Brilliant work from the minds of those who used to work at Walt Disney such as Jeffrey Katzenberg, Chris Miller, etc., and like Pixar, shows that you need story to back up nice animation too. (As in not what Disney's been doing lately because the creativity there has been clamped shut by layoffs and upper management acting stupid.)
I've always loved those movies since I was a toddler. You're absolutely right about them. These movies do bring out the mature modes of the story plots that's not just for kids, but for teens and adults too. Shoot, "An American Tale" was I think my first movie when I was either 2 or 3 year old. This movie kind of made me act responsoble like my mom. I think when it comes to movies kids watch that bring out an adult like action, it kind of makes them think harder into their own age in acting more mature. It's sort of a scientific theory I've come up with. Hey, it works anyway.
23. There are alot of series that are new to me. All I know is the only two series I look forward into watching are "Someday Dreamer" and the other one that has these little children (girls I believe) wearing angel wings and haloes. The title starts with Haibanna or something. I think that 's how it's spelled. I only saw two episodes. I can't explain the plot, but the show is really cool and the art is terrific. I definitly look forward into seeing these series. :)
24.
Originally posted by Shinji The movie is not going to be released until 2004. So, you have got a very long time to wait. Official site To quench your thirst for movie plot, This is what I've learned so far... It will be directed by Tim Burton (Batman, Beetlejuice, Big fish) and tells the story of Sopngebob's journey into hell after dying in a car crash. When he finds new living people have invaded his Pineapple, Spongebob calls on the expert exorcist, a sea anemone called Bootlejuice, who is fond of making up tall stories and dressing like a bat to fight crime. spongebob makes new friends along the way, including a talking couch, and a red bicycle. Apparently the scene where Patrick questions his mortality is one of the greatest cinematic sequences ever.
this is a joke, byt the way.
Edit: The trailer is available, I don't think it lets on about the Burton connection though.
Holy cow!! Tim Burton is directing Spongebob movie? That's cool. I'm a huge Burton fan; I fell in love with his movies. Now, this will be cool for Spongebob. At least we'll see some action; and maybe humor. I totally can't wait.:D
25.
Originally posted by DeathBug A Spongebob movie.... Now, I think Spongebob is okay, don't get me wrong, but I can only take him in ten-minute cartoon segments before he starts to bug me out. I don't know if I could sit through a whole movie. I probably won't see it. Sure, Spongbob, Rugrats and the Wild Thornberries get movies, but there's no Invader Zim mobvie? Gah, there's no justice...
You've got a really good point there. First there's Rugrats movie, then there's Wild Thornberries movie, and both. Come to think of it, there should be an Invader Zim movie. I have friends who are huge fans; I myself like it too. Back to the subject, I have a good feeling that the Spongebob movie will be cool. After all, the show is funny. I remember my favorite episode. There's one where Spongebob discovered a bad word. He didn't know what it means, but he thinks it sounds good to say out in public. So, he and Patrick started a conversation with that word. I love that show. I never knew there were thirteen bad languages; that is if you're a pirate. Hilarious!!
