[COLOR=DarkRed][SIZE=1]Jinsei woke up late that night and entered Sole's quarters to see him sweating in his sleep. Sole also had a look of confusion on his face. [B]"What coud he have be dreaming about?"[/B] Jinsei wondered. Sole's body suddenly became tense, then relaxed.Jinsei shrugged and walked away. Inside of Sole's mind.... Sole was confronted by a figure engulfed in flames and shrouded in darkness, but he emitted such a light as that Sole could not stare at him. Sole tried to summon his blade but to no avail. He soon grew angry. [B]"Who the hell are you?And where the hell are we!?" [/B] The figure laughed and Sole froze. That laugh seemed so familiar, but so new as well. [COLOR=DarkGreen][B]"We are in the confines of your mind, where we can freely talk. I am here to guide you." [/B] [/COLOR] The figure seemed friendly enough, but Sole wasn't satisfied. Sole sneered. [B]"Yah, sure. Whatever. Just tell me what you need to and scram. I got more important manners on my hands right now."[/B] The figure bowed. [COLOR=DarkGreen][B]"As you wish."[/B][/COLOR] The figure turned and continued speaking. [COLOR=DarkGreen][B]"You travel to make Kuroichi suffer what he's done, and to bring Sumiyaka back with you." [/B] [/COLOR] Sole raised an eyebrow. [B][I]Sumiyaka?[/I][/B] An image of Beth flashed through his mind. [I][B]Oh...She's changed also..[/I][/B] The figure gave him a moment to contemplate that, then continued speaking. [COLOR=DarkGreen][B]"You travel there as a member of the Gwyar clan in an attempt to make her come back to your clan. But do you really want her to return? Or do you want to persue that same choice she has, to join her?"[/B][/COLOR] Sole was taken back. That thought had lingered in the back of his mind for days, and he could feel it in Jinsei's also. [COLOR=DarkGreen][B]"The choice will become clear after you meet Kuroichi. Oh, and give your accomplice the Skull Sapphire. It's done all it can for you. It now wants to empower him. But you'll want to keep the Death Diamond in your possesion. It seemes to have deemed you worthy of it and now resonates with your heart."[/B][/COLOR] Sole growled and lashed out against the entity. [B]"Who are you!! How do you know all of this!?!"[/B] Sole yelled in fury. The figure smiled. [COLOR=DarkGreen][B]"I am someone you've known for many years, but have never met. Someone you know everthing about, but know little of. I am---"[/COLOR] [/B] Time stood still and a scream ripped throught the void. [B]"Sole! Wake up. We're there!"[/B] Suddenly time resumed once more and the figure spoke again. [COLOR=DarkGreen][B]"Obviously it is not time for you to know yet. But do not fret. We will see each other again. And before you go...."[/B] [/COLOR] He walked over to Sole and touched his head. Images flowed into Sole's mind. One of Zoku. One of Sumiyaka. One of Kuroichi. Then, a single sentence. [COLOR=SlateGray][B][I]...Yes, tell him to meet me tomorrow, in Sydney. Tell him to be in Sydney tomorrow night.[/I][/B][/COLOR] Then Sole awoke. Jinsei was standing over him. Sole jumped out of bed, dressed and threw his cloak on, turning to Jinsei. [B]"Let's make haste. By nightfall we must be in Sydney..."[/B] He hesitated, reached into his pocket and produced the Skull Sapphire. He tossed it to Jinsei sternly. It glowed fiercley when he caught it. [B]"Take that. I've derived all I can from it, and look what it's done for me. Hopefully it will do the same for you. But the Death Diamond...when it finsihes empowering me, I will be overcome with another transformation..."[/B][/SIZE][/COLOR]

[COLOR=DarkRed][SIZE=1]The sun washed over the manor, causing Sole to awake from another night of nightmares and uncomfort. He stood up and looked out of the window of his room and embraced the sunlight, divulging energy from it. He turned as there was a knock on his door. [B]"Give me a sec!"[/B] He dressed quickly and took a strong hold on his blade. However, he threw his blade on top of his bed when he sensed who it was. He opened the door, smiling. [B]"Hello, Jinsei. Sleep well?"[/B] Jinsei looked uneasy. He kept averting his gaze and shifting his weight between his legs. Finally he looked up at Sole and replied in concern. [B]"I heard you tossing and turning last night. When I came in to see if you were okay dark flames were emanating from your body and you were...were crying."[/B] Sole sighed and turned, walking towards his bed. He sat down and gestured for Jinsei to come and sit as well. Jinsei sat down and Sole went back to staring out of his window. He finally resumed conversation after a ling silence. [B]"I dreamt of Beth...how I know she's doing what she has to, but...I'm afraid she might forget me, or not recognize me next time we meet. I have changed alot." [/B] Jinsei raised and eye in confusion. He sat in thought for a second, then spoke up. [B]"That explains why you were crying. But the dark flames?" [/B] Sole laughed. [B]"My hatred towards Kuroichi...for what he's done...hmm...." [/B] He hesitated and shook his head, then turned to Jinsei again smiling. [B]"Lets drop this conversation and go see Dracula. He already has accomodations for us to head to Australia, supposedly where Kuroichi's going. And hopefully Beth....Besides, they no longer need us around here. With Caine gone our clan members have rallied to Dracula and LeStat." [/B] Sole got up and walked out of his room, heading to Dracula's room, Jinsei at his heels. He knocke on Darcula's door and waited patiently. Dracula opened the door warmly. [B]"I've been waiting...."[/B] Later that day... Sole looked out of the window of the airplane wearily. Thinking of the long trip ahead of him he closed his eyes to drown out the other sounds. Jinsei looked at Sole and questioned him. [B]"After we land at India we'll take a boat to Australia, right?"[/B] Sole grunted and drifted of into unconciousness. Jinsei laughed and fell asleep to.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

He also posses the ability to levitate and is igradually getting stronger with his chi. Before he could only focus it into his hands and launch small amounts at his opponents. But since recieving the Skull Sapphire and Death Diamond he can summon large amounts of his chi at one time. His last ability is a strong hold over others, mostly humans. He needs only to talk with them for a period of time or look them directly in their eyes and they?re at his beck and call. Doesn?t work to the same extent on vampires. Only those he cares for ever see his compassionate side, otherwise he is ruthless and will stop at no end to finsh his opponent. Both Chienzeru and Kay'liel, his friend and girlfriend, were killed and he was overcome with grief. He voyaged to his mentor and father figure, Dracula, in search of wise words. There he discovered unrest in his clan and patience running thin. A close friend of his, Beth, arrived shortly after he did, comforting Sole slightly. The elders, Dracula, him, and Beth discussed the ever ensuing problem of Kurochi when Beth announced the she believed she knew what his weakness was. Afterwards the elders sent her to take down Kuirochi, but once she met him she was overtaken with an unsual change, as if she was someone else. Meanwhile the human Zoku gave Sole the Skull Sapphire and Death Diamond, telling him he must reunite his clan. Sole trained with Skull Sapphire and Death Diamond, in an attempt to become more powerful. His physical appearance altered, his personality changed, and he decided to adopt a new name. Now he ventures to unite his clan and return Beth to her former state, before she forgets him altogether. I know you saw Queen Mathilda and I don't want you doing anything irrational."[/B] She growled at him and threw him a dirty look. He raised an eyebrow in bewilderment. [B]"I was only going....to make friends.."[/B] She said the word friends in disgust. Gebhard coiled in suprise then kissed her and jumped up. He looked around at all of the confused high schoolers and grinned, flashing them all the peace sign and winking. He helped Tyra up and smiled at her, whispering in her ear. [B]"Just playing my part. [SIZE=1][COLOR=DarkRed]0_0 Amazing... Usually I don't like reading [B][I]all[/I][/B] of the background info for RPGs, but this one had me hooked. The whole concept is great, and, as it has been said many times, the different classes are a great touch. I agree with Kitty [B](Hi, Revy!)[/B] that this does give a wide variety of options to RPG goers and I think this will probably help to attract people. I cannot await for the arrival of this in the Inn, and I will most definitley be signing up. Now just to think of which class I prefer... ^__^[/COLOR][/SIZE]

He from room to room looking for a spare bed. Finally when he looked into the last room and daw Shuuya and Keji in there. He grinned and bowed slightly. [B]"Um...Shuuya-kun and Keji-kun, would it be alright if I slept on the floor in here? All the other rooms are taken."[/B] Shuuya rolled over and snored. Shuichi hit himself on the head, angry that he hadn't realized that Shuuya was sleeping. Twilight laughed hysterically. He turned to Keji and smiled. Keji shrugged. [B][COLOR=Black]"Sure, go right on ahead. It's no problem, I'm sure Shuuya won't have a problem with that. Oh and don't worry about the honorifics, we're all good friends here. He grinned and walked over to it, unloading his bag. While he was putting his stuff away he stopped to take a good look at his watch. Suddenly he realised why it intrigued him so much. This wasn't the same watch he had yesterday. [B][I]No wonder I was having trouble with it this morning. Um, are you gonna be okay?"[/COLOR][/B] Shuichi had started sweating and was breathing heavy. The room began to spin around him, so bolted out and ran towards the nearest bathroom. By the time he got there, however, he was no longer in a rush. Now he was just confirming what he knew had happened. He looked into the mirror and saw Twilight's grinning face. Twilight laughed. Twilight exited the bathroom and smiled. He walked outside and took a deep breath of the island air. He looked around and dashed off into the trees nearby. Just needed to stretch my legs after being locked up in your body all day. So, what shall we do? Chir hummed in satisfaction then began trotting away to explore the boat. Suddenly Twilight's voice burst through his head and startled Shuichi. Well sorry to burst your bubble lover boy, but I think I'm going to talk to Ayame. Do what you want.] [/B][/COLOR] Shuichi chuckled at the obvious dissapointment in Twilight's voice. He walked over to Ayame, who was speaking with Kumiko. He grinned and adressed the two of them. Shuichi raised both eyebrows in alarm and took a step forward. Ayame diverted her attention from Shuichi and turned to Kumiko as well. Shuichi grew nervous. [B]"Are you okay? You don't look to well."[/B] Kumiko smiled and assumed her former position. Shuichi and Ayame watched her with concern, both worried about her health. Kumiko merely shook it off and smiled. She seemed a little nervous talking wiht him, but he didn't pay much attention to that. After a while she told Shuichi that she was going to check on Kumiko and rushed away, embarrassed. He gazed out over the water and thought about what he would do on the island. He turned around just in time to see Chir run by and trip, then get back up and run off again. Shuichi looked over from his desk and smiled at the brilliance of the sunlight. He stood up and put on his watch as a cocky voice echoed throughout his mind. He chuckled lightly at his surprise and bent over, picking up his watch. He still hadn't gotten used to the other personality inside of him, though he was handy for a good conversation. [B]"Today's the day of the trip, Twilight. You didn't forget, did you? I believe I did bring it up every day of this week."[/B] Twilight sneered and didn't respond. Shuichi grinned slightly, amused and satisfied with himself. He walked over to his bed and grabbed his bag, slinging it over his shoulder. A voice called up to him from downstairs. [B]?Shuichi! Hurry up and grab something to eat quickly! The bus is here!"[/B] Shuichi grabbed his hat frantically and put it on backwards. He threw his door open and bolted down the stairs. Running into the kitchen he chugged a glass of orange juice and snatched a pack of pop-tarts. He kissed his mom on the cheek and waved to his dad rapidly as he sped out the door. His mom called to him from the house. [B]"Have fun, Shuichi!"[/B] Shuichi ran onto the bus in a blind frenzy. The bus driver gave him a dirty look and Shuichi merely smiled back at him. Shuichi looked around at everyone, and smiled at them. [B]"Hey guys! Nice to see everyone this morning!"[/B] He took a mental note of everyone, so he'd know who was here and who still needed to be picked up. [B][I]The Harada twins, Shuuya, Nuri, Ayame, Keji, Kumiko, Satoshi....and Sakura.[/I][/B] Twilight whistled in his head. Shuichi could practically feel Twilight grinning at the sight of her. Shuichi sighed and walked over to her, taking the seat next to her. He grinned over at her, stating a greeting. She smiled back. Twilight was now at the point of drooling. Shuichi grinned slyly. No one ever played in the streets, rode on their bikes or just went for a walk. Thus he grew up quite and passive, to the point of being a pushover. It never bothered him much, so he didn?t give it much thought. But something changed him one day during his first year at middle school. Up until that day he had been mugged repeatedly by a school punk and his posse on his way to and from home. That day he was about to be assaulted again, when one of his classmates intervened. He fought back against the thugs and they ran in defeat. Shuichi found out that the young man, Kaz was his name, lived in his neighborhood and had been under the same assumption that no kids lived their. After that moment the two became friends, and Kaz helped him to develop courage. Kaz told him he was rawn to him, that there was something in his eyes, something that made him special. Shuichi didn?t think much of Kaz?s comment, however. After becoming more and more like Kaz he felt he could handle anything thrown at him. He soon discovered he was wrong, however. During the first week of high school he had already associated with most of the Freshman class, and was quite satisfied with himself for making so many new friends. He tried to approach Niwa Konami, but she ran off in a hurry. When he went after her he instead found Ruby Venom. His heart began beating fast and he began to feel faint so he ran into the bathroom. Looking in the mirror he was amazed to find that he was now someone else. The figure staring at him in the mirror grinned and spoke, ?So, how do you like your new appearance?? Shuichi merely laughed in his head. But I finally got the chance to post, so I knew that should be my top priority (sp?).[/B] [B]IC: [/B] [COLOR=Sienna][B]A week ago...[/B] Kyu had awoken the next morning after Kay'liel and Chienzeru had been ambushed in a cold sweat, for he had had nightmares the night before. One of many fierce battles between Vampires of different clans. He knew that he would need to visit his "father", Dracula. He needed to be consoled, and only Dracula could provide him with wise words. He set off for Greece, knowing that the Elder vampires would be meeting. [B]Present day....[/B] Kyu pulled his cloak tightly around his body. He gazed down at the manor, smiling. [I]My brethren...[/I] His smile grew wider as he watched the elder vampires emerge from the manor. His smile dropped from his face as he noticed that the elders were uneasy and appeared dismayed. He made haste and ran to meet the elders before they left. Kyu slid right in front of the elders, straightened himself out, and then bowed. The elders greeted him warmly, "Kyu! Where have you been? We've missed you greatly. We were afraid you had been attacked or worse...." A familiar voice emanated from behind the others, "Did you really think Kyu would allow himself to be attacked? After the training [I]I[/I] gave him?" Kyu was overcome with joy, "Dracula!" He ran over to his mentor, his father, and embraced him. Dracula laughed, "Emotional today, aren't we?" Kyu smiled up at him, tears in his eyes. Dracula, LeStat, and Kyu went back to Dracula's castle to talk. Dracula and LeStat told Kyu of what had been discussed during the meeting. Kyu sighed, "Unrest, hmm? It does seem we have quite the problem on our hands..." He turned to LeStat, "So you propose we get rid of Caine?" LeStat nodded. Kyu slumped in his chair, deep in thought. [I]Would that be the best for the clan?[/I] His thoughts were interrupted by the large front doors swinging open. A female figured walked in and dropped her bag. Kyu recognized her instantly. "Beth!" She smiled at him, "Hello, Kyu. It's been too long." He ran over and embraced her. Dracula chuckled, "You sure have gotten emotional, Kyu." Kyu turned and laughed, "It's just so great to see you all again. It's been ages." Kyu and Beth walked back over to the lving room and sat down. Beth was filled on the recent events. She sighed, obviously as troubled as Kyu, "I don't know if taking Caine out of the picture will be best..." The four sat there in silence, each pondering what they felt was best to do. Kyu spoke up, "At any rate, whatever we do we must do swiftly. We cannot allow Kuroichi," Dracula scowled at the name,"to collect any more gems."[/COLOR][/SIZE]

Traffic was still, as the rain beat down gently yet rapidly against the polluted streets, the mild-mannered citizens. The sidewalks were littered with soaked people sharing an umbrella long enough to make it to their destinations then go their separate ways. The night seemed no different then any other night, so no single individual thought to gaze upon the rooftops of the towering buildings that surrounded them. For up upon the everyday rooftops was a not so everyday citizen of the city. His hair was jet black, and his trench coat streamed in the wind. A cross with a ruby in the middle hung loosely around his neck. He looked no older than 16, but his face shrouded the truth behind him. He gazed down on the night, his eyes dancing with intrigue. His thoughts were interrupted by a low ringing noise. He reached into his pocket and pulled out his cell phone. He listened to the speaker, not taking his eyes of the street. His eyes grew wide with fear suddenly. He shoved the phone into his pocket and leapt from rooftop to rooftop back towards his apartment. He stopped on top of the building across from his and peered into the window. He could clearly make out six shadows. [I]Dammit?.[/I] he thought to himself[I]?Chienzeru and Kay?liel must be in trouble. Otherwise Kay?liel would?ve mentioned that she had guests over and she wouldn?t have stopped talking so abruptly. If the bastards in there have done anything to them? [/I] Kyu leapt towards his window in a blind rage. The glass shattered and he flew straight into the wall. He looked up to see who the attackers were. ?Aw, crap!? He jumped up and hid behind a nearby door as the attackers pulled out machineguns and began firing. Kyu pulled out his handgun. [I]This is suicide?[/I] He jumped from behind the door and shot two of the humans right in the heart. They collapsed, lifeless, to the ground. Their comrades looked down at them and then back at Kyu. But instead of the menacing figure, all they saw was an empty door way. One of them suddenly dropped to the ground, a gash in his throat. The last one felt a sharp pain and gasped, then looked down. Kyu?s blade was protruding from his stomach. Kyu pulled it out then drove it through the man?s heart. He stood over their bodies for a second and recited a small prayer. [I]Sorry?.[/I] He walked over to Kay?liel and Chienzeru and untied them. Kyu scowled, ?How could you allow yourself to be captured? By humans none-the-less?? Chienzeru sighed, ?We had our guard down. Most of the time he fights bare-handed, his blades are only for those he's deemed worthy. [B]Powers:[/B] Kyu is unique in that he studies and controls one of the most abundant forces of energy that most vampires ignore or overlook, the elements. His extensive research of the four traditional elements-fire, water, wind, and earth- allows him to control the manmade element, steel, and the majestic elements, light and shadow. He also posses the ability to levitate and is in the process of learning to control his chi. At the moment he can only focus it into his hands and launch small amounts at his opponents. His last ability is a strong hold over others, mostly humans. He needs only to talk with them for a period of time or look them directly in their eyes and they?re at his beck and call. Doesn?t work to the same extent on vampires. [B]Personality:[/B] Kyu is kind and compassionate, and nevers turns away one in need. He rarely drinks human blood, but can not always supress his urges. He mingles with humans during the day, though he needs to wear shades to shield his eyes. He's friendly towards most people, and finds it quite comfortable in this new day and age (read bio). [B]Bio:[/B] Kyu was born to the name Erald Lightfeather, during the 1200?s. His parents loved him dearly and treated him to whatever he wanted. He had one younger brother, Joseph, who was born when Erald was 5. Erald watched over his brother fiercely and spent most of his time with him. One day him and his brother went out for a stroll, when his brother, only 3 at the time, wandered off after a butterfly. His brother was gone for many weeks, and Erald?s family was distraught. Joseph was found nearly two months later, but something was wrong. Erald?s brother had been bit on the neck by some mysterious animal and soon disappeared a few days after being found. Erald became solitary and disconnected after the incident, but he did still have one friend, the only one he believed understood him. His name was Atticus Rinefeild. The two spent all of their time together, and Erald didn?t talk much with anyone beside him. They developed a hatred for their people, the cruelness of their ways. The two grew too sick of European barbarianism and ran away at the age of 12. They didn?t make it far, however. After a couple of weeks, their supplies were depleted and they were exhausted from famine. They were found by a Japanese samurai who was returning from a journey to far away lands, and brought to his house. He spoke English quite well, and allowed the boys to live with him and his family, as long as they pulled their own weight. The boys gladly agreed. Though they had a reasonably large amount of work to do around the house, they always managed to make time to wander about the unknown city, sneaking into dojos to learn Japanese swordsmanship and bushido, and stealing fruit from local vendors for themselves. They were taught Japanese, but were not forced to go to school. There they lived happily and comfortably for 4 years. After Erald?s 16th birthday the boy?s went wandering off into the mountains by their home, thinking it to be nothing but good fun. While up in the mountains they were attacked by ravenous wolves, and while running away from them they stumbled of a cliff to what appeared to be their apparent doom. Erald blacked out during the fall, but when his eyes began to open he wasn?t looking at heaven?s pearly gates. There was a man standing over him solemnly. Erald looked down to find he was severely wounded, and he figured he would probably die from blood loss. The man spoke in a soft tone, ?Your wounds are to great. If I tried to take you to a hospital you would surely die.? A tear rolled down Erald?s face. The man continued speaking, now with joy in his voice, ?But there is a way to save you. But afterward?you will seize to be human.? Erald, without thinking, responded quickly, ?Yes, anything! Please save me!? The tall figure?s eyes looked sorrowful, but he smiled and bowed. ?Whatever you wish. Ah, but where are my manners. You cannot trust me if you do not know my name, even if your life?s on the line. I am?.? He flashed a sharp pair of fangs,??Vlad Dracula.? He then swooped down and dug his fangs into Erald?s neck. Erald blacked out once more. He awoke after what seemed a matter of minutes, but what had actually been a couple of weeks. He felt odd, however. As if something was different about him. He tried to sit up but felt a heavy weight on his chest. When he looked to see why, he was amazed to see two blades protruding from his chest. His stay in Japan made it easy to identify the two blades, although. One was a katana, a samurai blade, and the other a kodachi, a samurai shield sword. Suddenly a man stepped forth from the shadows, ?Those are your inner weapons. They are a physical manifestation of your soul.? Erald identified the man as Dracula. Dracula told him of what had happened. What he was now, how he came to be this way, and how things would be from now on. He also asked Erald to repeat his name to him. Erald thought it quite peculiar, but when he opened his mouth, the word he uttered seemed so foreign. He then adopted a new name, Kyu Hitori. Kyu was the shortened form of the Japanese word for vampire, and hitori was the Japanese word for alone. Dracula took Kyu to America and spent many, many years training Kyu in different vampiric arts. Dracula took him is as his son, and Kyu accepted him as a father. Kyu even called Dracula ?dad? and Dracula called him ?son?. Kyu only went out of his sheltered home on Sundays, and that was so he could go to church. His parents had taken him to church when he was a child, and he had never grown out of that habit. Even when he lived in Japan he prayed when no one was watching. Though church caused him much pain at first he slowly and painfully built up a near perfect immunity to the light. It still pained him slightly, but this immunity allowed him to develop powers of light as well his other abilities. Kyu was let out into the world for more than just a couple hours every Sunday after many years, but because his visits to the outside were brief and secluded he was taken aback by the new world he was introduced to. He had been sheltered in Dracula?s home for nearly 2,000 years and still looked as he did at the age of 16, but the world had changed drastically. It took Kyu quite some time to get used to the new world, but once he did he decided he would take care of himself. He decided moved to America. Before he left Dracula informed him of some news of late. He told his ?son? of the many vampire clans, the war, and of the rouge vampire, Kuroichi, and the army of strong vampires that followed him. Kyu kept this in mind and departed, promising to come back and visit. Once he arrived in America he discovered a new power and using this new power, a sort of mind control, he acquired an apartment for himself. He went to high school and fell in love with a young lady, Janice. She ran away from her home and had to live in her own. He insisted upon her staying with him. They grew close to one another, he even told her of his condition. She wasn?t frightened though. She had had run ins with vampires, some nice and others not as nice to say the least. Kyu was overwhelmed with joy. A thought suddenly hit him, Now there is another who understands me. The thought was surprising. He didn?t know what he meant by ?another?. Soon after this he began having strange dreams. Dreams about a boy that looked similar to him named Erald and his best friend Atticus. Then he began remembering things. A journey. A house in a Japanese city. Mountains. Then his memory returned in full. He remembered his childhood friend, the samurai who took him in, how Dracula rescued him?his brother?and his parents. He decided that he would go and look for their graves. He found the graves of his family easily, but found no trace of Atticus? body. He decided he would go about his life, but deep down he hoped that something similar to what had happened to him happened to Atticus. But tragedy soon struck. Janice was shot in the chest and was surely going to die. Kyu went after the thugs and ripped them limb from limb. When he returned to her, she made one last request, ?Bite me?.so we may live forever together?? Kyu looked at her hesitatingly. He knew the horrors of being a vampire, but he couldn?t just walk away. He loved her. And if this was what she wanted, he would give it to her. He bent over her body, kissed her tenderly on the cheek, and the emerged his fangs into her neck. He pulled up quickly afterwards and looked at her face. She was smiling. He watched over her body for many weeks, and when she finally awoke he hugged her emotionally. Her memory returned instantaneously. But she had a new name, just as he had adopted a new name. It was Kay?liel. After witnessing ?rebirth? as he called it, first hand, something told him that Atticus was alive somewhere. But where? He told Janice of his troubles and she said merely to wait. That they would meet again. She was right. Two weeks later Kyu bumped into someone in the street. He scowled and swung the person around to chew him out. After taking a glance at their face, he became overcome with emotion. It was Atticus. Atticus told him all about what had happened to him, and that he no longer goes by Atticus. His new name was Chienzeru. It was a combination of chi, the Japanese word for blood and enzeru, the Japanese word for angel. He was a part of the Ijuuj clan, but thought the war was pointless. Kyu listened intently, so happy to be reunited with his childhood friend. He introduced Chienzeru to Kay?liel. Kyu and Kay?liel insisted that Chienzeru come live with them. Chienzeru happily agreed. Aida heard Sakura shout to all of the angels. He rose up into the air blade in hand, ready to assist his comrades in finally finishing their ever ensuing battle. Now is when it ends...he thought fiercly to himself. Orion laughed as the angels flew towards him, "Yes, that's right. Fly towards me. Fly towards you're own demise." He sneered as they continued to draw closer, "You were strong enough to defeat those who worked beneath me...but do you really believe you're powerful enough to defeat me?" He rose his hand up into the air and fired a giant wave of energy at the angels. The angels were struck by the blast, but merely shook it off and finally ascended right in front of their arch-nemesis. Takahiro began firing off his pistols, Aida, Kitty, Asaku, Sakura, and Yojimbo began hacking at him with their blades. They all jumped back in unison to see how much damage they had inflicted on their foe. Once the smoke cleared they were all astonished to discover they had not even scratched him, he had managed to put up a demonic circle, which was deflecting their attack. Asaku grolwed, "Alright fine! Let's stop playing and pull out the heavy artillery!" Everyone pulled out their gem and pepared to fire. Aida put his between both of his hands raised them up together, and shot an energy beam at Orion. The others did as well in unison. "Haaaaaaaaaa!!!!" Aida screamed as he focused his energy. He stopped abruptly when he realised that Orion's barrier hadn't gone down. Shit...he thought to himself as the others took this into realization. He growled, [I]there's no way we're going to defeat him like this. We need a giant explosion of some sort, to weaken him.[/I] It suddenly hit him. [I]Here goes... [/I] He began channeling all the energy in his possesion outwards. Soon he was covered by a glowing golden aura that was almost blinding. The angels didn't understand what he was doing, except for Sakura. He looked to her and she nodded on approval. He looked towards Asaku and Kitty, then smiled. He floated in front of them, "Goodbye...." He turned, flying as fast as he could at Orion. He threw his gem back at Asaku," Use it wisely, friend. Only those closest to me can use it, so you and Kitty utilize it to the fullest." Suddenly they all knew what was about to happen. Asaku and Kitty yelled,"No! Don't!!" Aida grinned, tears streaming down his face. [I]You've made this the happiest years of my life...all of you,[/I] he said through mind link. [I]Our purpose is to defeat Orion...and now I'mm going to help fulfill our purpose!![/I] He hit Orion with full force and unleashed his energy in a violent explosion. Orion's barrier faltered, then disappeared. Aida's body lost it's glow and began to fade. He looked towards his friends, "Heh..good luck. You'd better not lose." He threw his blade towards them, "Here. It may come in handy....Goodbye." Then he vanished and all that was left was his blade and two of his feathers that slowly floated to the ground and vanished as well. [COLOR=Orange][SIZE=1]Aida suddenly sensed Sakura in pain. [I]We have to hurry...[/I]He then looked at the horde of demons in front of him, all ready to tear him and the others limb from limb. He summoned his blade to his hand and the others summoned their weapons. Aida looked to the other's and grinned,"Well, the odds are against us boys. But as long as we maintain a steady defense and offense we'll win this game". They stared at him, confused. "Ah what the hell. Let's go kick ass and get Kitty back!" Aida's wings emerged from his back and he flew at the enemies head on, the others at his side. He held his blade over his head and brought it down into the nearest demons neck. He then spun around and stabbed another in the heart. One of the demons jumped on his back from behind and slashed him across the back. Aida howled with pain and then took his blade and drove it into the head of the demon on his back. He soon became frustrated because it seemed that no matter how many he killed they just kept coming at him. The othes weren't having the same problem. They were blasting demons away with their gems. Asaku yelled over at him," We can't afford to try and take them out one by one! This way's faster!" [I]Well duh....[/I]he thought to himself slapping his head. Strange....[/B] IC: [COLOR=Orange][SIZE=1]Aida had heard Asaku's mind link right away but hadn't joined him because what he said placed him in a state of shock. [I]Kitty, no not Kitty....not Kitty!![/I]He was filled with a silent fury and he flew off after the others at full speed. He summoned his weapon and gem to his hands while he was flying. When arrived only Saio, yojimbo and Asaku were there. Aida growled,"Why are we standing around?!? We need to save her!!" Asaku shook his head,"I feel the same way....but Saio says rushing in blindly can only make the situation worse." Aida looked at Asaku, and could sense Asaku's distaste towards him.[I] He hates me.....[/I] He walked over to Asaku,"You have all right to hate m---""Don't tell me what I have the right to do!! You don't know how I feel!!" Aida got angry,"How you feel!?!? You couldn't possibly understand how I feel!!" Suddenly Aida and Asaku yelled at each other at the same time,"I love Kitty!!" They both stared at each other in disbelief. Aida lowered his head,"Your right...." Asaku finished his sentence,"...I didn't know." They stood there in akward silence. Saio turned to them,"We must stop waisting time and find a way in. I don't want to rush....but we need to get in fast, yet undetected. If you two really love her, you'll try your hardest to save her." Aida and Asaku looked at each other and nodded. Asaku looked back at Saio,"So...." Aida clenched his fist,"...what's the plan?"[/SIZE][/COLOR] [B]OOC: I just really didn't want Asaku to hate me anymore. ^__^[/B]

[COLOR=Orange][SIZE=1]Aida grabbed his sweater and cap and walked out behind Kitty, closing the door behind them. He ran up besides her and shoved his hands into his pockets. They walked silently for a while, then Aida decided to break the silence," I love the night sky....you could stare at it deep in thought for hours, until the sun rises. You could think about anything and it wouldn't matter. Out there there's no one hurting, no one in pain. Just an endless realm of thought". He laughed and turned to Kitty,"Am I making any sense?" She smiled,"Perfect". He looked back up to the sky and sighed,"Night skies are usually filled with brightly lit stars", he turned to Kitty,"but your radiance makes them all seem dim". He realized what he said and turned a deep shade of red. Kitty hugged his arm and they started walking again. Kitty put her head against his shoulder and closed her eyes. They walked along, just enjoying each others presence, untill Aida felt a drop of water land on his nose. [I]It's raining....[/I] Soon the rain began pouring harder, so took his cap off and put it on Kitty's head so her hair wouldn't get that wet. He tossed his hood over his head and laughed,"Guess we should head back, huh? Don't want you to get soaked". Kitty nodded,"Guess so." She spun around and started walking back when Aida grabbed her hand gently. She stopped and looked at him,"Yes?" He brought her close and kissed her on the lips. "Thanks for asking me to go with you. I always feel....sorta....complete when you're around. It's like nothing could ever go wrong when we're together". He leaned towards her and they kissed again. He put his arm around her happily,"Let's head home".[/SIZE][/COLOR]

[COLOR=Orange][SIZE=1]Aida looked at Saio in confusion,"Get it for you?" Saio nodded on agreement. Aida shook his head,"I don't think it's possible to get another's gem for them.....but..maybe...." Aida trailed off. Everyone turned to face Aida, curious to what he would say. Kitty spoke up,"What is it Aida? Don't leave us in the dark." Aida grinned and looked up,"It's nothing. Just a crazy idea". Asaku spoke up as well,"Come on man, tell us!" Saio and the angels nod in agreement,"We would very much like to know." Aida shrugged,"Fine." He took a deep breath then continued,"We need to have a deep bond with our gems and the person who they reside in before we remove them, right?" The others nod,"Well than maybe all we have to do is have an angel with a deep bond with Saio [B]assist[/B] him in removing his gem". Saio raised an eyebrow,"Explain". Aida sighed,"Like, someone could place their hand into the person in unison with you, then their powers would halt time or revive the person. No death needed." Saio smiled at the prospect. But then he shook his head,"Who has such a bond with me?" Aida chuckled,"Who else? Your brother." He looked over at Takahiro. Takahiro grinned,"Of course. It's no problem." He turned to Saio,"So where's your gem?"[/SIZE][/COLOR]

Rei had been sitting in class thinking of the e-mail he recieved. His yami was anticipating it himself. "Meet in Domino Park, eh? Think we should go?" Rei laughed without realizing it and everyone in class turned to look at him. He just shrugged. Ridge sighed,"Idiot". Rei growled,"You're the smart one.. Do you think we should go? Hmmm?" Ridge hadn't really been paying attention to his answe, he was still thinking about the message."Yah, sure..." Rei grinned,"Then it's decided! We'll go straight after school!" He covered his mouth when he realised he said it out loud. Everyone stared at him again,"Heh, heh. Whoops...." Now.... He was walking directly to Domino Park and was holding his deck in his pocket, without thinking about it. Ridge smiled,"Nervous?" Rei shook his head,"Nah...More anxious than nervous. I wanna know what this is about." They arrived at the park and saw a group of people splitting into two groups. "Wonder what's going on?" He grinned suddenly. Ridge didn't laughed,'You sense it to?"
