It enabled her to be able to know the exact way to defeat any Digimon she and Dagu happened to come into contact with. She leaned against the door, panting and trying to catch her breath. The critical comatose patients were sent to this ward, the one's that didn't have many signs of life or had low vital signs. It was mostly just the one's that they thought had no chance of waking up, but Kayla knew better. She knew that half of the patients on this floor were victims of one of the 8 Phases' Data Drain and did have a chance to wake up, as long as the hospital could get the power problems under control.[/color][/size][/font] [font=Arial][size=1][color=darkslateblue]Kayla shook the power problems from her mind but just as she did so, the power went out again and she was in pitch black darkness. She put her hand to the wall and began feeling the numbers of the rooms that were beside the doors she passed. It was the room that Trevor was in. She stumbled over to his bed and the lights flickered back on. Kayla got down on her knee's next to Trevor's bed and silently prayed for all of the comatose victims and everyone else in the hospital. Kayla wasn't religious, but she thought that just this once, a prayer seemed appropriate.[/color][/size][/font] [font=Arial][size=1][color=darkslateblue]Directly after she ended her prayer, the lights went back out. Kayla began to silently cry, the tears slowly sliding down her cheeks at first and then they began to stream down her face. She then heard a devastating noise. Trevor's heartbeat had slowed, almost to a dead stop. She glanced up at the Heart Monitor and saw that only small ripples interrupted a long straight line every once in awhile. I need some help! I need a doctor or somebody! His heart's stopped! Please help!" she yelled down the dark, bleak hallway. She hadn't thought that there were that many doctors around on the floor, but then again, it was pitch black and impossible for her to tell if there were any doctors or nurses on the floor.[/color][/size][/font] [font=Arial][size=1][color=darkslateblue]The doctors quickly checked Trevor's pulse and breathing. When each were a negative, they sadly turned to Kayla and told her the news. "I'm sorry, he's gone. There's nothing we can do." they informed her. Tears were now falling down her face non-stop. She was sobbing and quickly turned away from the doctors, although they couldn't see her in the dark anyway.[/color][/size][/font] [/color]

Taking the life of another was wrong but as long as you knew it was the right thing to do then it was just fine. No, on the contrary, I'm calling you strong. She was hungry afterall. Kayla followed, in the back of the small group, behind Vash and Stocatta. She watched them with great interest as they strangely seemed to be flirting with each other. Kayla's attention was soon lost as she smelled food. She had no care if she couldn't play soccer for a few weeks, her team was already going to the Championships, sure thing. All she had to do was to be healed up in time for the Championship game. All Kayla was worried about at the current moment was if this injury would sustain her from certain duties in the Digital World. "Oh, I could be mean, if you'd like me to. This is all pretty much an act anyway, do you really think that my personalities in the real and Digital World could be so different?" Kayla easily caught the pass with her feet and began dribbling it expertly down the field. DIB's are so small they are almost invisible to the naked eye.
