Since he wears his mask and covers his body, rumors arise that he might be something else. Weapon: Ninja Blade, 20 Shuriken, 5 Kunai, Twin large Daggers. Discription: 1.85 meters tall. 60kg weight. Fairly long White hair. White eyes. Wears a white uniform and covers himself in a knee long Coat to hide his weapons. Wears a mask over his face (Covers from nose to chin), Tied behind the head. For those who have lived to hear it, he has a scar under his chin. (Basically he's as white as you can get :P ) Bio: Known as the Legendary Killer. An assasin who craves lots of cash for kill. Nothing is known about his past except, something terible happened to him at an early age, and another assasin took him in and tought him the ropes. After that he became the best, most infimouse killer alive. And has been hunted by authority and bounty hunters. He is very careful with his identity, and no one alive knows who he really is. Rumors say a man saw his face, and was emidiatly killed. After many years of killing for cash, something finally happened to him and he disapeared. No one has seen him since... Untill now...

This is a millitary RPG. We will be going out on missions and kicking butt. No plot line included... I've never herd of millitary themes needing to explain themselves to recruits. They will only know what they need to know (Need-to-know basis) Later on about 3 or 4 missions later something will happen to change the plot line... Trust me I've thought it through... Powers are obviouse. If you have a special blend of Elements in your blood, you can get accepted, deppending on the kind of person you are. That is kind of obviouse as I said that there is only 1 sort of power of everyone, except they are in different forms. There is nothing else anyone needs to know. Ok, I got informed by PM what was lacking. So, I need your name, age, rank (Millitary ( you can't be higher ranked then me so you are all probbably primates, cadettes etc...)) I need to know what 2 elements you are (NOTE: You can't be stuff like Fire/Water, so be careful what you pick) I'm gonna need info on past expereance. Also describtion about size (Height, weight)

No it doesn't have to be colored, just as long as it looks nice and neat. And yes I would preffer to see someof your work, just to see what it's like.

No no. this manga will be original, which means we have to come up with a plot, characters and character design. Character design will mostly be taken care of the person who gets the job of course ^_^

So I was thinking someone could because a staff member and make weekly issues of manga sketches, and I would put them up for you with your name as credit.
