Currently on my PS3, I'm playing Heavy Rain all over again to see if I can get some other ending than the one I got a couple months back. For some reason I was itching to play this game again, so once again, I am doing so!

It's been a while since I've been in a RPG, this one sounds like it'll be fun! Hope this makes it: Name: Demitri "Demmy" Athens Age: 30 Appearance: "Demmy" is a white male standing tall at 6'4'' with a muscular built body, dark brown hair hanging down to the length of his shoulders and hazel eyes that change colors from time to time. Chance wears black sweat pants that drag a bit at the cuff and a white short sleeve shirt. He usually goes bare foot unless on rough terrain. His battle scars can be see on his arms and located on various spots on his torso. Personality: Demitri has seen a lot of combat in his life, he knows the feelings of loss and pain. But despite all of the mental and physical stress, he's known as one of the friendliest soldiers to ever walk the face of earth. Strict with his work but can have a good time with friends and co-workers alike, even his commanding officers and higher ranked officials. Demitri has been offered promotions, but he'd rather have a field job than a desk job, more exciting to him. He's one for the drink, every bartender knows his name, and no matter what he has a smile on his face and a story to tell. Definitely a social butterfly. Training and working are his strong points, and with his muscular body, he has little to be threatened with. With that mentality, he goes about like every day was his last, so he makes each moment count with something to remember by. Cross him or his friends though, the man will not hesitate to put a world of hurt on said person. Weapons: Demitri is an expert sharpshooter with his sniper rifles and pistols. On his persons, he carried two pistols on both of his thighs (leg holsters), and two secured on the back of his belt. His spare ammo clips are kept at his side where normal soldiers hold their guns. Demitri is also a skilled martial artist with Capoeira and Ninjitsu, but when in doubt, unload a magazine and keep going. Ability: During his years with HDF, Demitri has mastered his powers over Wind, giving him an added edge against his enemies. Able to control and manipulate the very air that surrounds him, Demitri can use his powers to defend (walls of strong wind currents, shields) or attack (balls of wind to knock down his enemies hard or simply push them down with a strong gust). Demitri has even practiced taking the very air out of someone's body to make them unconscious, but never kill unless it was ordered or his life depended on it. However, with all the stress from years of combat and his age, it can be difficult for Demmy for focus on more than one task while he's using his powers. So using multiple wind techniques at once is impossible for him now.

Name: Chance Lockheart Mutant Name: Taurus Age: 27 Sex: Male Mutant Ability: Taurus was born with the genes similar to the ancient Juggernaut villian portrayed in history's pages. Instead of the armor showing on the outside of his body, it lies within his skin and muscle, making him one unstopable force to be reconed with. Able to take energy blasts and hits without a worry, Taurus is not a force to be reconed with. Taurus can channel his mutant energy into small ground shockwaves or blasts towards his enemies, it takes a portion of energy away as a side effect. Vulnerable spots to his mutant ability and personal abilities is the weakness of water. Taurus can sink like a rock when he gets into water while powered up. Bio: Chance was born when things looked its worst in the world, but his mother kept him on the right path to being a good person in society and always helpful to others. When Chance was in school he would have seizures almost at random, but his body would recover and expand to a muscular state, even when he was in middle school. Other students knew what he was entering his higher learning he was attacked by his student friends and scarred by whips and knife slashes, thats when Taurus came to be born, fending himself against his attackers he won the battle and fled. Going back to his home, he weapt seeing how it was destroyed and left to blow in the wind. More of The Herald of Oblivion's troops must have come to ravage the land...and his only family as well. Chance decided to flea the path of death he saw around him and try to find a new place of living, where he can master his powers and try to make a difference in the world...even if it were by himself. Short Physical Description: Chance is a white male standing tall at 6'4'' with a muscular built body, brown hair hanging down to the length of his shoulders and hazel eyes that change colors from time to time. Chance wears black sweat pants that drag a bit at the cuff and a white short sleeve shirt, his scars can be see on his arms and on his face as they run down his eyes and the side of his cheeks. Personality:Silent but stern, Chance remains quiet unless he has something important to say, otherwise he just listens and pays attention to the environment and people around him. Throughout his life, he's learned to observe others before making a move, which is why he has his trusted friends now. Character Snippet: Sliding down the dirt hill Chance made it to his feet and turned on the flashlight in his hand. After traveling for days he wanted to stop by somewhere to grab whatever he could for some sleep and food. Looking around there were old text books and documents on the floor, covered in dust and soot from the many years they ayed dormant underneath the collaped building. "This shall do..." Chance whispered to himself as he brushed off a metal desk, seeing the dust rise every time he stroked his hand on the cold surface. After an hour, the muscular male made camp witha small capfire and blankets layed scattered about. Chance used some of the books on the ground to fuel the fire, looking at each one before he tossed it in. "Old Man and the Sea....The Great Gatsby....hello....what are you?" Chance held onto a book which had no name, nor any writting inside, just a hologram chip that activated suddenly. The figure of a middle aged man in a wheelchair appeared in front of him, bald and yet relaxed as he sat in his chair. "Hello to you friend. My name is Charles Xavier..." Chance was about to power up, he thought it was a trap, but he listened on with dangerous excitment. "I Like you, posses a power of horrible and harmful to others...but I use them for the benifit of human kind and mutants alike..." Chance's eyes widened as he sat on the ground indian-style and listened more.

Fury stared at the viewing screen like the others to see the huge ship they were about to board, it had to be the size of more than 20 space stations combines, how can something like this be called a ship Fury wondered. "Whoa..." Was all that escaped the hybrids mouth as the Mako 10 maneuvered around to find the docking bay, Wolfie knew his way around but it seemed like he was showing off his masterpiece to his future crew members. The sparkling light from inside could be seen clearly as the small vessel got closer to its destination, everyone inside was just marveled. "Well shoot, you should have said something earlier about living in a mansion" Cross rubbed the back of his neck and rolled his head a bit to get he kinks out of his shoulders, carrying around his weapon made him uncomfortable stiff from time to time. Wolfie smiled as he commanded the vessel to begin docking. "A mansion, well, I guess you can put it like that if you feel comfortable with it." His chair turned around with a slight hiss from the electronic motion, Wolfie now faced the others. "When we dock you'll all go through processing, s small security check, physical and lastly....get your I.D cards" Wolfie smiled as he leaned back in his chair, the vessel began to speed up a little as the other passengers held onto their seats. It felt like a rollar coaster ride as the ship swayed from side to side, diving down sharply to get to it's access point. The vessel finally made it inside the docking bay, passing through the force field barrier that protected everyone in the shuttle bay from going into space. "Welcome to your new home everyone" Wolfie exclaimed as he stood up from his chair and made his way outside of the vessel when it landed. Everyone got up from their spots and followed close behind. Even the shuttle bay was huge, clean and very well staffed. "Not bad" Shiva shrugged her shoulders. "Very spiffy" Cross stated as he lit himself another cigarette, puffing the stick to help it get well lit. "I wonder where the food is" Fury rubbed his stomach some as he looked around. "So where to now?" Derrick asked as Wolfie was met by some of his staff members signing off on documents and reading charts on thier future bounties. "All in good time my friends, go get process and make yourselves comfortable with your new home. Find your housing assingments and relax, I shall call you all to the bridge within the next hour or so when I have our latest bounty lined up." Wolfie didn't say bye as he walked with his subordinates out of the shuttle bay, the four bounty hunters were escorted by some androids to different rooms to get processed, inspected and watched. The whole cycle took about an hour before they were released into heart of the ship where the civilian population was held, it was a lively city of city's inside the ship. Fury got lots of looks since he was tall and because of his hybrid form, but everyone there seemed friendly. "Let's grab some food while we're here guys, we can also get to know one another while we're eating" Fury commented as he stretched like a cat on the floor. "Sounds like a plan to me, and we got some time to spare" Derrick stated as he began to walk one direction towards the market street, the strong aroma of beef and seasoned vegetables made it obvious food was to be found there. Shiva and Cross followed along as well, still looking around their surroundings.

Fury brushed off his shoulders, the blast from the rocket rose up dust and chunks of wood everywhere. Across the bar were the bodies of the gang members that attacked the two, and more that seemed to spring up out of no where during the fight, maybe poor fools who wanted a little piece of action. Cross walked around the clutter making sure not to step on a nail or sharp glass shard that would rip up his shoes. "So Fury, shall we leave?" Cross smiled as he puffed smoked from his nose, that had to be his fifth cigarette so far since he's met up with the hybrid. The lion simply nodded and followed behind the human, shadowing his body with his own mass, outside the sun started to dim into the sky, but the night sky was well lit with what looked like a meteor shower. "What are those??" Fury asked as he looked up, they seemed to be firing down on the earth, but had a mystic beauty thanks to the view. "Hmmmm, who knows, maybe it's our sponsor finally come to get us" Cross withdrew his cigarette from his mouth and looked around the town, everyone was in awe at the sky. Some of the city folk though just went back inside their houses or continued on their way down the busy streets. Everything seemed to be much more lively during the night time, Cross looked back at Fury who was tapping at a small hand held computer in the paw of his hand. "Whatcha got there bud?" "My PDA, it's been getting a signal from the original ship that "abducted" me and sent me the money....do you think this guy is nearby?" Fury showed the reading on his PDA to his ally, Cross merely shrugged as he adjusted his weapon on his shoulder. "Looks like it, I wonder if we should stay around or try going to find the main vessel where Wolfie is at" Cross tossed away his used cigarette bud and reached in his pocket for a new one, but before he could light it the human was tackled down onto the dirt road by Fury, being fully covered by the lion hybrids body. The bar where they left from suddenly exploded as innocent civilians and bystanders were blown away. "WHAT IN THE WORLD?!?!" The hot flames engulfed the air and shot towards the streets, Fury made sure to get as low to the ground as possible to avoid his hair being caught on fire again. "Whoa...thanks, see, I told you we'd make good partners" "I can see that" Fury smiled as he rose to his feet, picking up Cross in the process, the towns people began start riots and fight one another in the streets, some even rushed towards Cross and Fury. "What's up with this place? Is there no order??" Fury knocked some male humans down as they got close to the two, Cross started to fire from his weapon. "Doubt that, hey, try to find that darn signal and we'll head towards there." Cross evaded a rocket as it wizzed by the two, handing in someone's home and exploding it as well. Fury took out his PDA as his Tail held someone in the air by both his hands. "This way" Fury yelled through the loud crowd, both bounty hunters didn't give a seconds thought as they ran down the violent street fighting their way pasts the mob.

The two bounty hunters discussed thier mutual aquaintance "Wolfie" and more about his histroy during the hours waiting for his ship to arrive, Fury was told a lot of things, but he still did not tru the human, or AI, or whatever they thought it was. All the while, they continued to drink and the bar got busier by the minute, all the low lives and botom feeders came into the welcoming saloon as if it were their turf, and by the looks theygave Fury and Cross, it sure felt like it was. Still, the two conversed with one another without paying their guests a second thought. "His ship is said to be as massive as 5....no 10 orbiting space stations, you can get lost in there and possibly never get out of there alive, if you choose to cross him" Cross reclined in his seat as Fury did before, the lion hybrid grabbed his PDA from his back pocket to check the time, it had only been an hour since he arrived on the planet and sure enough their host would be arriving as well. "That is huge, I've heard stories about a ship like that, said to be unstopable even by the galaxy police. Though their only storied, truth be told, I'm more interested in how it all runs. I'm kind of a mechanic nut" Fury smiled as heis tail wagged harder on the wooden floor, it caught the eye of a group of gun weilding bottom feeders as they got up and approached the two at their table. Fury looked at the corner of his eye and address the group, without even turning his head towards their direction. "Can we help you?" "You're tail boy, it's making 'n aweful racket" The group snickered as their leader talked, an average sized mand strapped with knives all over his body, some kind of hunter Fury would presume. "Ya know here we would skin ya alive just to hear the cries before slicking your worthless throat" With that the leader quickly grabbed a knife from his back pocket, before he could unsheath it Cross drew his gun and pulled back the hammer. "Now now there cowboy, you're messin with two guys who don't take fightin words kindly. Now why don't y'all move along and take your stentch somewhere else? It's bothering my Whiskey time" Cross only smiled as he held his weapon firm while taking another sip of his drink, behind the bounty hunter was the shadow of another human about to attack, Fury's tail quickly wrapped around the humans neck and stopped him in his tracks. Surprised, Cross looked back for a moment. "So, I guess playing dirty is your game. Fury, up for some fun?" "Why not, these hick need to be schooled. This is no way to start a bar fight...this is!" With a flicker of his tail the trapped human behind Cross was sent flying across the table as he connected with the group of bottom feeders, sending them all to the floor. Cross stood up from his chair and flipped the table over to provide cover, within seconds they received gun fire and lazer fire from the group they were messing with. Cross returned fire as Fury took cover. "You don't have any blasters?" Cross yelled through the loud barrage of bangs and zaps ans electronical hummings. "I'm not a shooting kind of person" Fury replied, ducking his head as the table began to windle down to dust. "What kind of bounty hunter are you then?" Cross ducked as well, one of the gang members began to rush the table from the side, throwing his body at Cross, but Fury extended his arm and caught the low life in mid air. "This kind" Fury replied as he stood tall holding the gang member over his head with body hands, then tossing him across the bar and knocking down some of the others who were shooting. Simultaneously, both Fury and Cross rans towards the bar and jumped behind the wodden bartop for more cover, the fight continued with Cross returning fire and Fury knocking down humans as they came close to their hiding spot. Unknown to Fury though, his PDA in his pocket was beeping to the notice of an incoming ship, the one it hacked into while he was in space.

Ok, so, you want to know my name? Sure, why the hell now. The names Nathan 'Cross' Wolfwood, at you service." Cross extended his hand twards the lion hybrid. Fury's ears popped up to life as they twitched a bit in the air, this was the same person Wolfie told to look for earlier. Either Fury's luck was on point, or someone likes him somewhere in the galaxy, either way if this guy was up for grabs it would be an easy bounty catch. "Well Cross, it's your pleasure today" Fury smiled, showing his fangs and sharp teeth at the human across the table. "I was sent here to look for you, believe it or not by someone names "Wolfie" " Fury rested his large paws on the table as his tail brushed against the wooden floor of the bar, that piece of information caught the bounty hunter's attention a lot. "So, he's contacted you as well? Well looks like he has good taste" Cross laughed as he took another sip of his drink, once finishing it he hailed the bartender for another glass. The bartender grabbed the bottle of Whiskey and went over to the table where the two sat, he was a bit more chubby looking that what the bar showed. Placing the bottle harshly on the table he murmered words underneath his breath. "Stupid humans, bringing their pets into this joint......*murmers*" The voice trailed off as he angrily went back behind the bar. Fury huffed air through his nose in resentment. "I'm not a pet" Grabbing the bottle of liquor he chugged some of the contents before slamming it down back on the table. "Whoa there bit kitty, save some for me" Cross grabbed the bottle himself and poured another glass for his consumption. "You heard what he was saying? I couldn't hear a damn thing, but he sure did smell" The bounty hunter laughed as he took another swig, Fury just brushed off the comment and leaned back in his chair. "So, who is this Wolfie anyways? Before I could find anything about the guy his computer booted me out and I landed here." "Really? You haven't heard of him, he's a known legend across space and more. He's not a force to be reckoned with" Cross finished another glass and began to pour himself another. "Let me fill you in boy, you've got a lot to learn"

Haha I was looking for this section in the Backstage area for a while, don't know how I missed it. But yeah I'm a huge fan of Star Trek: Next Generation and I didn't know you were using that as an element alone with the others in the RPG, I keep calling the driver's seat "Helm" and all that, lol. Where is everyone else though who signed up?

Furacao did not trust the mystery voice, and the only reason he tossed his bounty was because the bills were going to be back up if the ransom wasn't enough up front when he brought his bounty in. Before ejecting Avantes, Fury made sure to quickly dress him in a space suit and make sure the oxygen supply was at maximum capacity, eventually someone would fine him. Who knows? Fury was certain this mystery voice didn't have hidden cameras on the escape vessel he was on. The proud cub sat down on his chair as he rested his paws on the computer console, typing up codes to get into the systems main computer system. The technology on the vessel was unlike anything Fury has ever seen, or even hacked in his lifetime, but it still enticed the lion to continue to crack the codes. "It bothers me that he knows more about me than anyone else does....but how much does he know?" Fury talked to himself as he continued to probe the system, his quick typing speed could only be matched by the more advanced humans on the Lemur Space Station back at Jupiter, and even they barely matched up. Fury's tail swished from side to side as a smirk danced across the hybrids face. A small ding tone broke the silence in the vessel. "That was harder than I expected, but it was no match for me. Now then, let's find out who this generous mystery man is, shall we?" Fury continued his research as the escape pod came closer to Falerious. Upon looking at the archives of the ship he managed to find the main information about its owner, the well known Bounty Hunter Wolfie. All his records were listed: arrests, kills, exchange routes and transport affiliates both good and bad. But the most intriguing bit of information that Fury was interested in was the ship he now operated. "Approaching Falerious within 2 minutes, automated landing sequence activated. Homing beacon, Activated.". The red flashes of light from inside the vessel brought Fury out of his reading daze. "What? Oh man, I wasn't finished!!" Fury quickly planted his feet firmly and tried to operate the vessel manually again, but he was booted out by a stronger system safe guard and the helm's console locked up again closing the information screen. "DAMMIT" Fury roared as he pounded at the console. The escape pod cleared the atmosphere and flew on its own towards a vacant location, the smooth landing surprised the hybrid as they came to a complete stop on the ground. The side hatched bursted open, Fury stood up and quickly extended his claws as he saw a mechanical man walk into the vessel like he owned it. "Furacao Heartwell?" The droid question expecting to see a human, his mechanical arms almost matched the mass and width of Fury's. "Call me Fury, are you Wolfie?" "Negative, my master will be upon us shortly, but you will not live to see that" The droid moved like llightning as he suddenly appeared underneath the lion hybrid and dealt a powerful blow to Fury's stomach, causing the hybrid to fly back towards the main screen of the vessel, breaking the helms console as he flew by. On his knees, the lion huffed and puffed for air holding one arm around his stomach while the other one on the ground. Fury could hear the droid walking towards him. (Just a little.....closer.....and...NOW) When the droid prepared to hammer his fist down on Fury's head, it was halted as Fury's tail completely wrapped around the mechanical arm and running along its artificial neck. With that, the lion hybrid stood up tall and enraged as he lifted the droid up by his tail alone. The mechanical fighter wiggled in the air as it tried to free itself from Fury's tail, the muscular lion only smiled as his claws came out of the sheaths of his paws. "My turn" the view from outside showed the escape pod moving violently from side to side the the echoes of loud roars filling the air, finally the dismantled and disfigured droid was tossed out of the pod onto the hard ground, the light from its eyes flickered before going totally black. Fury hopped out of the pod and began to walk towards the nearest town he saw about a mile away, the hybrids PDA started to beep suddenly, almost scaring the lion. Fury retrieved it from his back pocket and saw he had an incoming call. "Hello?" "Congratulations on a steller performance Mr. Heartwell, your combat skills along with technological knowledge have peaked my interests, that's very hard to come by. Up ahead in the small town of the foul and most despicable souls, you'll find an ally who passed his own test before you landed. I would highly advise you meet with him and stick together until I arrive. He goes by the name of Nathan 'Cross' Wolfwood, "Cross for short."Wolfie's voice almost scared the proud hybrid. "And if you don't mind me asking, why should I meet up with someone I don't know? He could be a murderer for all that I'm well aware of" Fury continued to walk until he made his way into town, lots of shade humans and aliens gave him evil glares as he made his way down the main street. "If you read my profile a little more quickly before being disconnected, you would know more about my tastes young one. Oh, and next time do be quicker with your hacking, my subordinates were commenting that they could repair a antimatter containment unit faster than you could hack a system"With a light chuckle, Wolfie's voice disappeared as Fury was left standing in his place gritting his teeth. "WHAT!??!?!"

Name: Furacao "Fury" Heartwell Race: Lion Hybrid Age: 25 Birth Place: The Lion Breed Moon of Jupiter, Lemur Space Station of Jupiter Bio and History: Long ago as the technology of Earth grew throughout its years, so have advancements in gene splicing and hybrid experimentations. Scientists from the inner ring planets decided to set up colonies along the outter ring planets to test their experiments further. The Lemur Space station was one of the most successful area to splice and create human/animal hybrids with the help and cooperations from female humans. Fury's father, Cavernoso, was one of the first generation hybrids to be created. The following years of his growth me fell in love with a human female and mated the natural way, not artificial. Fury was born outside of a test tube, and aqs such was sought as the prized final experiment by the scientists of the space station. As a cub he was sent to the Lion Breed moon of Jupiter to grow up accordint to the lion breed tradtion. Advance combat training, hunting skills and full body growth. When Fury turned 18 he was sent to the Lemur Space Stationt to mix with the colony and continue his education in communications and engineering. When Fury turned 21 he sought a little more adventure and action rather than books and technology, he learned of the bounty hunters in space and what they stood for and decided to join to local police to start his traiing. After a year Fury was certified and ready to be out alone in space catching bounties for his own living finances and making a life for himself. Personality: Though Fury has been trained exclusively in remaining calm in stressful situations, he's still young and reckless, so his parents and friends tell him. He is very cocky and arrogant, but takes to heart what people have to say. He takes great pride in his work and often gets offended and angry when others try to correct him, but he's a team player through and through. Furacao slowly crept onto the bridge of his next target, after spending months searching and doing a lot of "on=paw" tracking down he finally managed to find the bounty he was searching for. A known murderer that was wanted by the Galactic police in both the inner and outter ring planets. Fury's tail dragged on the metal floor as the lion hybrid finally came to the door of the bridge, the alarms were disabled by Fury's A.I assistant on his portabloe PDA pad, and the guyards were easy enought to detain and pummel. Fury smiled to himself as he prepared to enter the bridge. "This was too easy" With a mighty leap the large lion rammed the metal door down and stood tall and mighty with his claws extended and muscles buldging. "Freeze Avente Monzon, you're...under...arrest?" The hybrid paused his words as we only saw the man barrels of laser pistols armed in every direction towards the lion. Growling to himself in anger the muscular lion raised his arms in the air. "Did you think I wouldn't have noticed a novice bounty hunter like you on my ship? How foolish" The outlaw laughed as he continued to face the viewing screen of his bridge. His hentchmen surroundede Fury still pointing their weapons. "You were fun to watch in the hallway, but this was not even a challenge. Though, you are the first animal like creature to have come after me, it was not even a threat" The words burned through Fury like lava, enraging the lion hybrid. "I'm not so easy to get rid of, as you can...SEE!!!" Fury roared to the top of his lungs letting out a sonic boom through the air knocking back everyone in his way, even pushing down the bounty off his captains chair. It was time to think fast as Fury grabbed his bounty and ran out of the bridge followed by a barrage of lazer blasts. Running down the many cooridors the alarm finally sprung to life, more guards ran around trying to find the intruder who captured their captain. Fury sniffed the air to retrace his steps and finally made it to the docking bay, but it was not the one he docked at. "Put me down you monster...GUARDS I"M IN HERE!!!" Avante screamed, Fury leapt off the stairwell and down onto the docking bay platform of the ship, quickly finding a random ship he boarded it. "Fine" Fury stated as he picked up the captain off his shoulder and slammed him into the ground, knocking him out. The lion hybrid walked over to the heml's seat and tried to operate the vessel, but it was already locked on a sestination. "Falerious??, where in the world is that?" Before Fury could manage to press anything else the vessel began to move and make its way out to space and away from the ship, Avantes ship began to open fire causing great damage to Fury's ship. "Dammit!! I can't die here!!" Fury tapped randomly on the helm counsol until he heard a lout humming noise, the ship went inot max drive, escaping the bounty ship's fire and making it's way towards Falerious. Transport to Planet Falerious : During a hunt for a bounty, Fury went into a droid vessel that was detained by the outlaw he was hunting. Since Fury was the first person to be inside the vessel, the computer began to run it's programming and launched the lion hybrid and his bounty to Falerious. Chance began to wash the dishes from his meal, the soap rose up to the top as he scrubbed the plated and silverware in the water down below. He had his mind on what that man from earlier mentioned about being watched, Chance had no idea that Avian was being watched long before they had met. (Was she not telling us something at dinner? No that can't be, she was very blunt and specific.....still) The thought passed through his head like thunder as he continued to look around his very own apartment, as if to look for something that shouldn't be there. Chance drained the sink after finishing and dried his hands, he made his way to grab his gym bag until he stopped for a moment. He looked across the living room at his open window, walking over to it he peeked out the corner of the frame to see a nice black car parked outside of the apartment complex gates that he lived in. There was another man in a black suit talking on the phone and walking around the car, as if he was waiting for something. But it wasn't Mr. Walter that approached him before, looks like it was someone who worked for him though, there was a split second where the well dressed guard dropped his cell phone on the ground. (Perfect!) Chance smiled as he wound his hand backwards, streams of wind collected in the palm of his hand until it formed a visible ball of wind. When the guard bent over to pick up his phone Chance tossed the ball of wind as hard as he could sending it in the air and straight for the car. In a loud crash, the vehicle flew in the air and spun around several times before landing on its own room causing the car alarm to go off. The guard began cussing out out. "Time to make my exit" Chance grabbed his gym bag and went to his door, down the stair of his complex and towards his car. He managed to exit the the complex in a hurried rush as his car sped off onto the highway and towards his gym. When Chance got to the gym he was a little bit satisfied that things went smoothly, after his workout he entered the sauna room to unwind. His cell phone beeped, he had a new text message, opening the phone Chance's eyes shot open as he read. "How's the steam room?" It was from a blocked number. "There's....there's now way" Chance lost his words. "I told you we've got you under watch" Another text message read, Chance closed his phone and threw his head back against the tile wall to think. (How do I get to you where it wont be suspicious?) Then the idea hit Chance harder than a pillow case full of bricks. He stormed out of the sauna room and changed his clothes before leaving the club, it was getting late again and there was only one place to be that was hip in town.....the Untamed Beast. Chance made his way there and got inside thanks to his bouncer friend, he noticed the club was packed once again. Making his way to the bar he saw the bartender from the first night that was working. "Well hello there Mr. Popular, what can I get you to drink?" Smith asked. "Remember, you go the all access account for your tab, anything is open" Chance didn't pay much attention as he was writing a note on the table as quickly and clearly as he could, hopefully Avian would be here tonight or the bartender could give it to her. At the corner of his eye he could make out another guard coming up to Chance. "You know, I wanna buy a drink for my buddy and I" Chance said loudly to get everyone's attention. He gave the man in the suit a huge bear hug that almost killed him. "We've been on so many mission that its time to celebrate, give us some shots of your strongest liquor" Chance smiled. "Excuse me buddy, but I don't drink and you're....." The man in the suit tried to release himself from Chance's grasp, but Chance only flexed his muscles to keep him in place as he leaned down to his ears. "You will tonight.....buddy" The shots were in front of them and Chance took a gulp, the the nervous guard followed suit. While the man wasn't looking, Chance folded the paper and slid it to the bartender. The letter contained info on why Chance hasn't called Avian and his situation being monitored. "Drink up bud!" Chance laughed as they took another shot. Only an hour into drinking the guard was passed out, Chance chugged some beer bottles and lined them up as he finished them. Smith had been away for quite some time, Chance's face became flushed and hot....he was getting pretty wasted. (I wanna see you're cute face again...) He thought as he opened another bottle and began to drink, it took him some time since his coordination was way off, he could barely sit on the bar stool anymore.

Work seemed to pile up for the day, there were a lot of admissions at the hospital and Chance had to log everything in from his house and he couldn't find any time to take a break. Waking up after last night was easy, but not having to wake up to the work load and endless emails about patient records. It was about to turn noon, the sun was high and and weather was very warm to the touch as the winds caressed his cheeks as it blew through his open window. "Man, I really don't need this today" Chance sighed as he finished charting his final patient for the day, he backed his chair away from his desk and stretched his arms in the air. The giant looked out his widow, he could see his dog sleeping on his bed, his fur shinned in the sunlight and beamed off the beast. Chance just marveled on how things seemed to be normal to him, even though his history in the past was covered in the blood of the innocent. Chance closed his eyes and took a couple of breaths before standing up from his chair, he walked into the kitchen and grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge. There was a knocking on the door that surprised the gentle giants, Chance made his way to the door and opened it. He saw a tall man, still shorter than he was in a well pressed black suit and and dark pair of shaded, the man looked up to meet Chance's gaze. "Hello there, my name is Walter, Mr. Walter. I have a couple of questions for you about a certain young lady that you've recently had contact with during the past couple of days." The man rudely entered Chance's apartment and made his way to the inside, Chance didn't see him as much of a threat so he let the rudeness pass. Chance only wondered if he was talking about Avian. She was the only female he met in the past couple of days. "An contacts I have with anyone is my affair, it is none of your concern sir. Please leave my home" Chance motioned for the man to leave through the same door he entered. The man mealy cocked an eyebrow and took out some photos from the inside of his coat pocket. He through them on the kitchen table, they were pictures of when Avian and Chance were in the alley. The pictures were dark but there were still clear shots of he two talking with one another. "Funny thing about these pictures Chance..." Mr. Walter knew his name without Chance introducing it, "....your eyes seem to turn a shinny white, more so than what regular people do" "The moon was in my eyes, as you can see in the photo" Chance walked over to the photos and proved his point, Mr. Walter mearly adjusted his shades and began to walk away towards the door. "Just know this boy, she's under our watch and you will be too. I'll be in touch" He made his way out the door and left. Chance stood there and shook a bit inside, he didn't know if Mr. Walter was just suspicious of Avian or if he knew their secret, either way.....Chance knew he had to limit his contact with Avian in order to protect her from this man. He seemed more dangerous that he appeared.

Chance remained downstairs while Ira stormed off and out the house, the others went back upstairs to chat, at least thats what Chance thought as he sat down on the couch and thought for a moment. (So, I was used to kill innocent people and now those same people need help from a mad man. I don't even think I'm strong enough to battle in my beast form against a far more advanced being that has more experience) Chance twiddled his shoes on the ground as he made a choice about leaving or staying. Finally, the giant stood up and made his way upstairs to find Avian and the others in the living room. Avian was sobbing on the couch, Chance frowned as he knelt in front of her placing his hand on Avian's shoulder. She looked up at the man with watery eyes. "You won't come, will you?" She said almost in a whisper. Chance closed his eyes and thought for a moment, he was shaking slightly before opening his mouth. "Tell me when you plan to leave, and I will be there" The answer surprised the woman as she placed her hands on her knees, still looking at Chance. "Even after I told you..." "....obviously I left because I couldn't do anything.....alone, that is. But if you got a small band at least its something to make a dent if not more. I probably deserve the marks on my body, but I'll be damned if I don't get some payback." Chance stood up and began to head towards the door to leave, the children in the room were at awe at his presence and their spirits were increased more knowing they had Chance on their side. "Like I said, just contact me when you're ready" "How do I get a hold of you? I don't have your number" Avian replied. "You wrote down my information didn't you? My address is there, come over whenever you want" With that, Chance left the house and made his way to his car, starting the engine he drove off and got onto the highway towards his apartment. He remained silent throughout the drive until he got to his home, walking up the steps he made it to his door and entered, his dog sleeping on the couch in his favorite spot. Chance went to his room and closed the door behind himself, he picked up his phone and dial for his friend Ian, the phone rang a couple of times before he answered. "Chance.....Chance do you know what time it is? What's up bud?" Ian yawned on the other line. "When you rescued me from my car after the accident that day, and brought me to the hospital Ian you were more than a friend, you were my only family I had here. don't remember my past or much about it, but I know I've always looked up to you as my brother." Chance laid down on his bed, snuggling o his back looking at ceiling of his room. "...." Ian remained silent. "You took me to your home and took care of me, I ask you did you know what I was when the full moon came out?" "Yes, one night I saw a wolf in bandaged where you slept. It was only once but I knew it was you since the bandages were as tight as I tied them. You had spiked along your backside and slept like a log for the remaining month, I didn't think it would be best to tell you what I saw..." Ian coughed a bit, still groggly from waking up so late. Chance sighed through the phone. "Ian, I'm going to be away for a bit to find my home.....I don't know how long I'll be gone or if I'll even come back alive..." That notion brought fear into Ian's heart. "Just know this my friend, I'm in your debt Ian" Chance hung up the phone and turned to his side.

Chance listened intently to everyone's description of their beast forms and special abilities with their elements, to be honest he was a little surprised that so many young kids had these abilities to keep a secret from their families and friends. Chance took a swig from his glass to wash down the food he ate, it was very delicious and cooked accordingly he though. After Tetra spoke, Chance decided to share his information that he had. "My name is Chance, I can morph into the combination of a wolf and a rhino but I keep the wolfs physical form. My skin though is tough and hard to penetrate, and I have spiked that run from the base of my forehead trailing down my backside and it stops at my tail. I can manipulate the wind at my discretion and case tremors with the earth." Chance moved around some broccoli on his plate while he talked, he kept his eyes on his food as well. "I don't really know anything of my past, I was in a car accident so I was told and can't remember a thing. But every time I sleep i get these images of people dieing and hear countless cries of pain and torment, it keeps me up at night." The group seemed to be listening closely since he was the eldest there. "I found that drinking helps me sleep and gets those thoughts out of my head, but its only temporary.....soon I became addicted and it consumed me for a while until I started to go to group meetings." Chance took the napkin off his lap and cleaned his mouth before tossing it down on his plate, he wasn't too happy to divulge that bit of information to strangers. "It's alright Chance, we're not here to judge anyone. But hearing your side brings more light of what I have to discuss after dinner with the whole group" Avian spoke up. "I guess" Chance shrugged his shoulders before picking up his glass of wine and gulping the whole contents.

The night the Club had its little cold front, Chance left early after having the discussion with Avian on the dance floor. He could wait a couple of hours before hearing about what his dreams and past meant to him before his car accident. Chance got home that night sober for the first time in a while, he was actually proud of himself. The next day there were reports all over the news containing to the freak Chill at the Untamed Beast, but Chance ignored the reports and went about his day. Working from home and then heading to the gym, he was the only body builder there since most of his friends took the day off to relax. After his workout, Chance went to grab some ice cream, he entered the small store and felt the shivers down his spine from the cold air. (I wonder if they have any fudge) Chance thought as he walked up to the counter and scanned the menu to see what they had. "Umm...sir? I don't mean to rush you or anything, but I have somewhere I have to be today. So i'm closing early." The woman smiled and continued washing the counters. (Hmmm.....oh well, I guess this will do for now) With a great sigh, Chance ordered a chocolate-twist ice cream cone. After a moment she gave him his order and walked out from behind the counter. "Hey, what about the pay?" Chance asked a little puzzled. "No worries. It's on the house. I had a good day today, so lucky you." She laughed and walked him outside as she closed up. "Thanks." He smiled slightly. Chance thought he should do something to repay this girl for her kindess, the sun was going down and it was going to be dark soon, he could at least give her a ride. "Do you have a car?" She frowned and looked to the ground. "Well...my boyfriend and I had a little fight last night...so...not at the moment." "I could give you a ride. Um...I mean, it's the least I could do for the icecream and all." She thought for a moment and cheerfully agreed. "Okay! You seem harmless enough." She followed him to his vehicle and got in. *Hmm..he has an interesting scent. Reminds me of that girl from last night....* "So, where to?" He said as he started the vehicle. "Actually, I got the address right here." She handed him the address from Avian. He starred at it and then back at her. Now he remembered where he had seen her. She was the girl who passed out at the club last night, but she looked so different. "Um, if it's a problem I can just walk." Chance snapped out of his thought and laughed. "Oh no. It's fine. I was actually going that way already." "Oh..good! I would hate to be any trouble. "I'm Ira by the way." "Chance" "Have we met before somewhere? You seem a little familiar" Ira tried to make some small talk while they traveled to their destination. "I don't believe so hun, but I think I might have saw you at Untamed Beast last night for a brief second or two." Chance continued to drive to Avian's address, steering with one hand while eating his ice cream cone with the other. "So, how do you know Avian?" "Oh, she actually invited me over after I had a little....umm, emotional distress yesterday and so I thought I would give her the kindly gesture of showing up. It's the least I could do" Ira stared out of the window, watching the buildings pass by as the sun sank behind them in a sherbert glow. Soon they arrived at the house, Chance parked the car in front and got out of the car door, he went over and opened the passenger side for Ira to get out. "What a gentleman" Ira stated as she got out. "It's dark outside, there could be people out that are bad. You could use someone for some protection" Chance replied, they both walked side by side towards the door. "I'm not so helpless, I'll have you know that now Chance" Ira commented back. They reached the front door and it was Ira who rang the door bell to the house.

Chance's muscles slowly relaxed themselves so he could move freely on his own, the little shock wore out his alcohol buzz, that was for sure. After moving his joints back and forward the giant got up from the couch and stretched more, taking in deep breaths as he did so. He couldn't help but keep the imaged of Avian's scared back, just like the one Chance had all over his body, except hers were more severe and deep looking. (She....she knows about my past and what its like to hurt, can she shed more light on all the questions I have?) Chance though as he made his way out of the back room and back out into the lounge area. The bartender on that floor looked at Chance and smiled as the muscled giant came over to the counter top. "Good news for you bud, our owner has given you premium access to the bar. What can I get for you lucky guy?" Chance sat down at the bar top and thought hard for a moment before answering. "Just a Sprite please" The bartender looked a bit puzzled, but he shrugged it off and went to fetch the drink for Chance. The lounge area still remained a relaxed environment, that only remained until a group gasped as a woman collapsed on the floor. Her drink spilled on the carpet as he date knelt by her side shouting real loud over the music. "Don't touch her you moron, give her some room!" He snapped at the innocent viewers who were only trying to help, the man picked up the woman in his arms and took her to the bathroom, the two passed the bar where Chance was able to get a clear look at the woman.....she was younger looking up close. Chacne took a drink from his cup, after taking one sniff from his nose made Chance shocked once again, like when he made eye contact with Avian. "No way!" Chance choked on his drink as he spat some back out. "Sir, are you alright??" The bartender asked. Chance only nodded as his eyes turned a bright shade of white, he excused himself from he bar top and went back downstairs on the dance floor. Some dancing should lighten his mood, and the music that was playing enticed the dancers into a trance. Chance was taller than most of the dancers as he looked over head to find Avian tending to a table, he ducked onto his knees and sucked in a good amount of air before howling into the air, it echoed though out the building as the dancers only clapped and smiled at the beastly roar. Chance stood back up to see Avian looking at his direction in shock, shocked that he actually howled in public. But she knew he wanted to talk to her, leaving her little serving trey at the counter top, she pushed and maneuvered her way through the crowd to get to Chance. Soon they were standing in the middle of the moving crowd of dancer, Chance grabbed the woman by her waist and brought her close to him, bending over a bit to tell her something in her ear. "I want to know everything....I don't care how sensitive or horrifying, everything" He stated, Avian didn't resist as Chance held on tight she could see some security guards make their way to their position. "You don't know half of what I can do" Chance looked up and positioned his foot at the direction of the closets bouncer, with skill he stomped his heel on the floor and small tremor made its way towards that bouncer, knocking him down on the ground. The other dancers were only shook by the force. Avian looked up at Chance to meet his glowing white eyes and could tell he was serious.

Chance tapped his index finger on the table as he thought about what that woman said to him before she left, so many things popped into his head and yet he knew she had answers to the questions he had. Chance shook his head for a moment until he focused on his new drink that she left, the pungent smell of alcohol would remain on him for the rest of the night. He was trying to behave, and this was only his second drink for the evening, but he was nervous. Quickly the man picked up the glass and sipped the contents until only the rocks of ice were left. "She made her announcement quite loud to the bartender......did she want to speak to me in private?" Chance thought as he got up from his table and went over to the bar, he leaned on the counter top until the bartender came up to him. "You seem to be popular with that server, she's a real firecracker bud" "Yeah.....she's special alright. What's her name?" Chance asked. "Avian, but I wouldn't go asking for her number on the first night ya know, she's the owner of this club. Give it some time so you can be a regular with her" He laughed while washing some more glasses. "Heh yeah I guess. Give me a large Shiner Bock from the tap please" Chance turned around while the bartender went to get him his beer, the music seemed to get louder and the bass was more powerful. Other dancers walked past the muscled giant looking into his clear white eyes, some amazed and some scared. "Here you go, enjoy!" The bartender left the glass in front of Chance. The man quickly chugged the beer down before setting it on the counter top empty. "Start me on a tab, I'll be right back" Chance cleaned the foam off his upper lip as he made his way towards the back door. He left and looked around Avian, he walked past the clubs exterior to find her in a back alley just taking in the night sky. It was warm and there was a full moon out, it's light illuminated the darkness of the shadows. Avian did not notice Chance since she was facing the opposite way, so he quietly made his way towards her, his shoes clapping against the concrete floor as it echoed with every step. "You said you know my secret" Chance broke the silence, Avian turned around and looked up at Chance as he came in front of her. They could see one another clearly in the moonlight, he could make out her inhuman ears and she could tell the full moon was reacting with his body by the way his eyes were white as snow. "Yes, your scent is familiar to others I've talked to, it shows that we have something in common. Something that you know makes you stand out from other humans, but I'm sure you know that" Avian gave a smirk, she went over to a nearby trash can and sat on the lid, still focused on Chance. "So, how long have you been on earth? Due to your age I would say quite some time" "How long?? What are you talking about, I've always lived here....I think, some things are a blur but i know I'm from here" Chance squinted his eyes to think for a moment. "Wait a minute, I know I'm not wrong to believe you are like me." "That you're right of, I have the ability to change into a wolf with the combined features of a Rhino, but I don't know why I can. Or when it started, but I get these imaged of death and screams from time to time and it's been occure more often. Do you know that secret? Do you know something I don't?" Chance focused on Avian. "A fighter?..." She thought for a moment, she believed he was used to kill before he came to earth. Somehow though he must have lost his memories about is past, but the thought of his combined powers was enough to conclude he was a fighter. She wondered what his elemental attacks were though. Chance suddenly became saddened when it seemed that the woman was ignoring him when she was actually in deep thinking. "You know....nevermind, I probably shouldn't even talk about it. I don't talk about it with anyone, but for some odd reason I felt something deep inside when I looked into your eyes. It was a mistake I guess" Chance turned around and began to leave the alley. "Wait, don't go" Avian yelled, but Chance ignored the cries and went back inside to the loud music and dancing people. He was thinking about heading back to the downstairs bar, but since he found out from the bartender that she was the owner he might get cut off. He went up the side stairwell of the club to the second level and ordered his drinks from there. The lounge area was a nice a relaxing place to be, the music still played even up there. Chance went up to the bartender. "Shots of Tequila, and keep them coming" Chance's mind continued to race as he took some of his shots, but he couldn't get Avian scent out of his mind.
