I'm in somewhat of a similar situation you're in, but me and the girl I'm friends with aren't dating yet. But I'll give you my take on it. She said she liked you? That was probably because you were her friend. She likes guys like you. BUT, the way you treat a girl friend and the way you treat a girlfriend are actually vastly different, depending on who you are. You may have seemed a bit jealous or touchy with her when you didn't when you were friends. Look at how you acted before and during your dating time. Find out what went wrong and try to fix it. Ask her if there may be another chance down the road. If she says yes but not now, then stay with it. Continue to be her friend. And when you feel confident enough that she feels strongly for you again (give it 2 months at the least), talk to her about it. Do not, and I repeat [B]DO NOT[/B] ask if you two can start dating again. Just ask how she feels and take it from there. If you really like her and care for her, be there for her no matter what. If things start to go sour in your friendship, talk about whats wrong and try to fix it. Thats the best you can do. And trust me friend, if you're still in school, relationships are HARD to keep. You will have to have a [B]LOT[/B] of trust in her and give her a lot of reasons to trust you. Been there and had the girl cheat on me with my best friend. We're still friends, but its the fact of what she did. If she trusts you with her heart, she won't do anything behind your back unless she either doesn't like you anymore, feels attracted to the other person, or just did it for no reason at all. This post MAY get a little PG-13ish and maybe more for references to watching pornography. So you are warned... There is a line between being gay and being straight. But that line has been clouded and fogged over many years, making people believe that you are either 100% straight or 100% gay. And that pisses me off. :animeangr You see, I am straight. If I was a girl, I'd probably be all fangirlish for him, but since I am a guy, I just make references to his looks. That brings me to point #1. It doesn't matter if you're straight or gay, if you think someone is attractive (to any extent), then you think they are. Does that make you a homosexual if you think a woman is sexy when you are a woman yourself? No. Its comes down to the basics of a baby. A baby will like someone depending on how they look. Thats why some babys may like it when you hold them and others may cry a lot. Now to the porn reference I spoke of...[spoiler]yes, I have watched porn before. Hell, me and one of my friends damn near laughed ourselves to the point of hyperventilation because of it (he was making commentary). Now, if you're watching a porn, would you rather have the mans penis be small or large? Larger ones tend to give women more pleasure and whatnot. And since we as humans get turned on by the sounds of intercourse, the louder they are, the more we get turned on...but the sounds won't be that loud with a small penis. Therefor, most men, if they go to watch a porn with a man and a woman (or more, pending), the watcher would more than likely want the man to have a larger penis.[/spoiler] Does that make him gay? Being a non-elemental, Broly doesn't cause any super effective damage, but his hits will never be that ineffective. Given his emmense size, Brolys speed isn't up to par as Matthews other Etherian, but it would take a great force to cause any kind of knock-back. Being something of a 'Saiyan', Brolys main form of attack is using his physical fighting capabilites and his 'ki' to form damaging orbs of energy. His most powerful attack, Blaster Shell, takes a few seconds to charge, but if it misses, the explosion aftermath may cause moderate damage. [B]Dimunsis: [/B]A dragon like creature, Dimunsis is the size of a dragon whelpling. But don't let his size fool you, he is a dragon. Colored with flame red scales, Dimunsis is a fire elemental. His main attack is just a jet of flames from his mouth that ran reach a temperature of around 400 degrees F. But his power attack is Pyroshpere. A molten hot ball of fire and heat form in Dimunsis' mouth. Upon impact, whether it be foe or object, a large flame bursts, sending waves of searing heat in a 10 foot radius. Anything within that 10 feet is either burned or seared.[/LEFT]

I give advice from personal experience, twice over... My first girlfriend cheated on me with my best friend (although she had the courage to admit it to me the day after), and all they did was make out. That is the line. Anything other than hugging (kisses on the cheek would be acceptable if they can prove they've been friends for a long time) is borderline cheating. Even if the couple isn't married, engagements and boyfriend-girlfriend relationships follow the same rules. If you're with someone (and by with, I mean serious dating, maybe even engaged to them), and then you have sex with someone else, that is utterly wrong. You broke a mortal vow, not to mention the trust and love of someone who was commited to you. Now, the 'cheated on' party...here is a saying my mom has: "Two wrongs don't make a right." That means, if he/she cheats, and you haven't confronted them, then DO NOT do what they did. That just proves that you don't care about them. Married and cheating...that makes me fire up inside soooo bad. My ex girlfriend was cheating on me with a 41 year old married man, while she was 17. Not only did she SHATTER my trust, love, and friendship for her (if it was some jock guy from school, maybe I would have still been her friend), but she lied about it, KNEW he was cheating with her (and she NEVER tolerated cheating till him. I quote her: "This time I can forgive" BULL****!), and the main thing that gets me; he severed one of the Ten Commandments. Now, I'm not a bible-beater, but I'm not some non-religious person. If you marry someone, you said your vows. Even if you hate them and want to see them die, if you still have that ring on your finger and you are legally married, then you cheat if you have sex with another person. Thats my take on cheating.

I was waiting for someone to say 'Sephiroth', but I'm amazed that no one did till now. XD But anyways, on topic... First off, are 'bad guys' the ones the main character goes up against? Or are they the ones that want to take over/destroy the world or something like that? Do they want revenge? Specifyingif they are a villian or not really makes the whole 'bad guy' perspective thing a totally different story...but again, to the topic: [U]Kratos : [B]God of War/God of War 2[/B][/U] Come on people. He ruthlessly kills any innocent that gets in his path, that blocks his way forward to his objectives, or anyone that makes him angry. He even defys the Greek gods and kills a few (not to mention some major mythical beings). Let me see...he kills Ares, Medusa, Athena, the Sisters of Fate, the Kraken, Euryale, Cerberus, Theseus, Perseus, Clotho, and he completely beats Zeus. Now by logic of a villian being ruthless and a killer, Kratos would be considered. And yes, he is so kick*** that he CAN beat Sephiroth...well, at least once. Thats the only one I can think of at the moment.

I remember when Mario 64 came out. My dad would tease me SO MUCH saying that I had to pay him $2 an hour to play. XD A few games I'm working on now are: Final Fantasy Mystic Quest (ROM), Final Fantasy 4 (GBA), and Final Fantasy Anniversary Edition (PSP). To go back and look at these games (although FFAE is redone), it amazes me how todays games are so easy. Even FFXII is easier than FF4 or MQ. And trust me, after having your butt beat by Asura in the World of Summons time and time again, the headache you get although painful, is one of those rare things you can expierience.

I would like to join since solving mind puzzles is something I'm good at. So, when this thing is up and running, count me in. ^_^

Meh, my hadouken varies from time to time, depending on if I'm tired or not. I once said 'Kamehameha' and blew up a 4-KIDS One Piece expo and got sued by FUNimation for copyright infringement...and I had just woke up 5 minutes before that whole incident. Anyways, I use my hadouken for everyday use. Heating food, heating water, heating the sun. Yeah, Mr. Maul did the whole 'big bang' thing...to tell you the truth, it wasn't all that big. But he hired me to keep the sun going. Should I turn it down a bit? Oh, and that 'Meteor' spell that that wimp Sephiroth cast? No, it wasn't magic. It was a combined hadouken of me, DB, and Neko. Square just made it seem like a meteor with some major special effects. And yes, that spaceship was useless against our awesome might. Ever wondered why Holy barely stopped 'Meteor'? It was scared of getting pwned.

Guilty pleasures, eh? Here it goes: 1). I always like having my shoes on when I wash the dishes. Its a habit I have, and a weird one at that. But I don't feel right without them on. 2). I love playing out fight scenes in my head, DBZ style...the more quick and actual PHYSICAL contact fights, not the 'RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.......................AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA..........AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA' kind either. 3). I memorized the entire episode 'Heart of The Prince' from DBGT and play it in my head sometimes. 4). I say yar and rawr a lot. Just to make people think. 5). I sometimes think about how I want to torture someone and go into extreme detail in my head how to do it. Or I imagine myself screaming and yelling at them.

It may not be a mind game directly, but one thing you can do is this: get in the mindset of the character. BECOME that character. Make yourself believe that that is YOU fighting. An example is DBZ Budokai 3. My main character is Vegeta. When I play as him, I HAVE to win, no matter what, just like the character himself. And its rare that I lose when I can do that. It may take time to get into character, no pun intended, but it helps out a lot. Also, try talking like your character in real life. ^_^

Thusly, throughout all his childhood, Matthew never knew of real espers until he entered middle school. His friends when he entered middle school was a small group of kids, shunned by their classmates for one reason only. All of them had some sort of esper power that made everyone else afraid. But when Matthew learned of why they were outcasts, he wanted to stay with them and learn more about them. And although he was considered a 'weirdo' as well, Matthew didn't care. He found people that accepted him for who he was and he found people whom he could actually be friends with. It was during his sophomore year that his first esper power awoke. After 4 years of being mocked and made fun of, Matthew focused in his mind all of the students he hated in pain. Suddenly, they all fell to their knees in pain. His small group realised that this wasn't some weird coincidense, but that it was Matthew that causes it. Hence forth, from that point on, they decided to teach him much more about espers and also teach him to enhance and control his abilities. After graduation from high school, his esper friends told him of a place called Esper Hall. It was far away, but after hearing so much about this place, Matthew decided to head out for it. Have you went and activated your account? I can't remember if myOtaku has a activation requirement, but if it does, check the e-mail you put on the sign up and see if you got anything. Also, make sure you typed in everything correctly. cAsE sensitive and all that. If none of that works, just remake your account and make sure you fill out everything. I hope that helps! ^_^

My junior prom sucked. Half of the night I spent in the hospital cause my date forgot her inhaler at home. She had an asthma attack at the prom and yeah, my entire night was ruined...not to mention she was pissed that MY best friend wasn't there to support her even though I was right beside her the whole time I could be. -_- I just recently went to prom with my girlfriend now. She's a junior in high school and I went with her. It was very boring...-_- She didn't want me to go to after prom because she wanted to spend that time with her friends, yet we spend almost the entire prom chatting with her friends. That kind of saddened me, and lately I've been having thoughts of why she's been acting differently, but thats a different subject. Both proms sucked huge arse, and I hope if I go to another one, its MUCH better.

My last name is Duffey. D-U-F-F-E-Y. I can't tell you how many times my last name has been spelled wrong. Its even spelled wrong on my diploma for entering high school! (Not sure if all schools do that...) Every time I see my name spelled like that, it irritates me to the point that I want to beat some sense into them seeing as how 90% of the worlds population lacks it...anyways, a common misspelling of my last name is 'Duffy'. Yes, like the actor Patrick Duffy. And when someone references me to him, I want to smash their skull in with their own stupidity. But, I do have a lot of nicknames due to my last name...here are some examples: Duff Master, Big D, Duff Man, Duff Beer, Duffmeister, Scruff McDuff (a seething hate filled name I want to destroy). One small event about my middle name, Wayne, was during my senior year. One of my friends noticed I draw a lot of anime style stuff. So he thought my middle name was 'Wang', thinking I was part Chinese or something. XD I wasn't mad though, I just thought it was hilarious as hell. A common misconception when people think with their eyes and not with their ears. I haven't had any problems with my first name, which is Matthew. I do get called variations of my first name, like Matt, Matty, or my girlfriends favorite version, Matty-chan. ^_^

Over the past few weeks, I have been noticing a considerable amount of excellent players playing in the lower ranks on Halo 2. This also goes on in other ranked XBOX Live games as well, but the only one I have is Halo 2. Now, most of you may think that 'Oh, they're just that good. People do get better you know', but the thing is, this happened in a span of 2 months. I believe people have purposly been de-leveling just so they can take on lower skilled players before all the ranks reset this weekend. Now, how would you feel if you just wanted to play a few rounds of Team Snipers before work, but when you get on, you're teamed with stupid, useless, incompetent players while the other team has players that could go semi-pro? Wouldn't you feel angry, irritated that people have no lives and must disrupt others enjoyment before they have to go and WORK? I bet you that most of these kids that de-level have their parents pay for their account, internet, system, games, everything. Not saying that ALL kids are like that, just most are. If you have felt this problem in whatever XBOX Live game you play, please give me your opinion. I'd like to know how others feel and hopefully I won't risk breaking my controller again. Just note, I have skimmed over the rules, but I did not see anything that restricts the conversation of emulators and ROMs. LINKING to them is different, of course...but anyways, if this is breaking the rules somehow, would a mod please close this thread and tell me? Now...on to business. After craving FF7 for a long time, I decided to download a Playstation emulator, specifically, and emulator entitled ePSXe. I spent a good amount of time finding a good FF7 game because most of the things that were brought up were FF7: Advent Children downloads...anyways, down to the problem. Whenever I run FF7, some of the sounds are missing. Like the footsteps of Aeris in the opening FMV along with the sounds of the train on the train tracks, other peoples footsteps, and the vehicles running in the opening FMV. Even the battle swirl, the little effect that shows you entering a battle, is missing. But the main problem is the battle menu. The battlefield and the characters show up crystal clear, but the menu is just a big black box with a thin, long blue box near the upper center. This is really making me angry because I really love FF7 and I really want to play it. Can someone give me any help here? -NOTE- I used a friends FF7 discs and ran the discs with the emulator (that is capable with the emulator I have), and the same problems occur, just so that narrows down the problem a bit. I dunno why, but I like Dagger. I know Dagger is a girl, due to some of the various posts she has made...of course I could be wrong. She is a good admin and like all women, she has more intelligence then most men. Other than taht, I somewhat get the indication taht she is rather cute. Don't ask. I don't know why. -_-
