Okay, I have finally decided to keep all my crap in one thread, so as not to clutter up this wonderful forum with it further._ _U To begin with, here is a picture of Ten-Ten doing Neji's hair. This was a rather spontaneous little sketch that I came up with during science class, becuase I was pretty much bored to tears. I then decided that I liked it, and cleaned it up. I might even colour it one day... I am aware that I erased Ten-Ten's elbow by accident (>

I draw. And draw, and draw and draw and draw. Well, I do this anyway, but when I'm sick I have more time. I also marathon anime, write and update my many sorry excuses for websites. Heh. I'd read, but it gives me a headache when I'm sick, usually. It's weird how typing doesn't do that...O.o

I've been wondering about their ages, too. I have this impression that Triela and Claes are thirteen, but I don't know where I got it from. Perhaps it was mentioned at some point and I don't remember the exact context...? Anyway, I would imagine that they are all between eleven and thirteen years of age, though some of them look like they could be nine...*cough* Rico *cough*. As an offhanded statement, I *love* the name Rico. Actually, I quite like Henrietta and Triela, as well. Another few names for the Big List of Names to Name Characters Some Day. And, now, if you will excuse me, I have business to attend to. (that is: looking for another interesting post^^) I just watched episode 12, and I thought that it was amazing.
The hospital scene was sad. The music they used in it was exquisite--I love this series more with each episode...
The "No." part with Claes was simply...I don't know...satisfying, maybe?
It's always fun to see the characters whupp major ***
. I merged the two posts- I thought at first it was a double-post, but then I saw Asuka had deleted the message inbetween them, heh. -Solo

My banner is failing to show itself...
Godelsensei replied to Godelsensei's topic in Help & Feedback
I wondered this, myself. Neither of the ones I attempted to use contained inappropriate content (I do believe they delete things for this, no?), and neither of the files was anywhere near huge. Hense, my confusion. -
I got my computer a few years ago, and it runs on the evil Windows ME. It has a revolting, curved, giant moniter and whirrs incessently. We can thank my father's knowing nothing about computers for this. _ _ As much as I would love a better (quieter) computer, this one runs (relatively) great. It actually *needs* to be defragmented, however...*sigh* Maybe Cloricus will be proud of me for having both Adaware and Mozilla (though I stay away from "pr0n" sites, anyway...). Despite its flaws and crappy operating system, I love it [the computer] so. I even gave it a name: Antoinne Waldo Riccardo IV. ^_^

I have edited and re-edited my signiature, and my banner shows for a short period of time sometimes. But, without fail, it always dissapears. By this, I mean the code is still contained in my "Edit Signiature" option, but the image does not appear in the preview or in any of my posts. This is getting quite frustrating. >

This is a wallpaper I made a while back. I quite like it, although it is rather simple--however, I am looking for ways to improve it without making it look too busy. My friend told me I needed a t-shirt that said what it says on the wallpaper (there's a relatively large t-shirt line of this nature), so I whipped this up. Comments? EDIT: Uh oh. It seems that the upload file option will not work...please wait a moment for me to upload this on my website acount, before you flame me... FURTHER EDIT: Here it be: http://www.freewebz.com/godel/lavieestsimple.jpg Hmm...you may have to copy & paste the URL in order to view it...this link isn't working for me...>

I was very pleased with how you did not give the name of the dog. It would have ruined everything in the way tying up every little thing does. A couple of sentences were worded rather oddly (sorry for not quoting them--maybe I just read them wrong), so maybe you should read through it a couple of times. However, the piece is very good. I kind of wish my English teacher gave us interesting assignments.

My mother constantly talks about anti-matter and matter. The statement about acids and bases was pretty much the gist I got from her. 'If you were to--hypothetically, of course--bring pasta and antipasti together, would they cancel each other out? Heh. My friend's brother says that alot.

It seems as though it's hard to start anything without it turning into a debate over whether or not George W. Bush does, in fact, have his head up his ***. Anyway, just out of curiosity, Boba, what do you have against the French? Aside from everything, that is.^^ At least you never had to sit through hours and hours of completely mandatory French class. There are a few things, however that France (French Canadian, actually) has contributed to the world: -poutine -the Best t-shirt line -me (whether or not this is a good thing has yet to be determined) Anyway, yes. More things I hate... People who treat the ESL kids like they're stupid just because they're semi-bilingual. Does this even make sense? "Haha! You already know three oriental languages, and are now learning both French and English at the same time!! You're stupid!" Aiya. Hands-on IQ tests, and the people who supervise them. Brought together with French class, they are the Devil, plain and simple. It's kind of funny, too: my "artistic vision" screwed up my test results, because I knew that having labels on the cans would have been visually disruptive._ _U Dah...

*maniacal laughter* Especially when you're the DM, Chibbi, especially when you're the DM. Haha--I can picture that. Pregnant lady rolling dice screaming, "Oh yeah!! You're going down, BIOTCH!!" Remind me to remind you to film it. Yeah, demoralizing "super-characters" is always fun. You see, in my campaign, one of my friends just HAD to be a Yuan-ti. So, I agree and impliment a reasonable number of restrictions. But NO, he wants to constrict, dig 40km/h, secrete acid and swim. Underground. At the same time. So, I appeared him a shovel. *shrug* I have to get meaner as a DM...>.> We actually tried to introduce the game to a school-chum who we've known for a long time. However, she ended up leaving when we started lingo-ing and cheering...*sigh* You try to show people something wonderful, and what do they do? Mumble something about homework and amble home. Homework. On a Friday! Hmph.

Oh, but invisible monsters are so much FUN to sick on your campaigners! Similarly, some fun plot twists are as follows: -And then, you all fall over dead: you haven't eaten in a week. -You knock out. You haven't slept in three days. -The gruel from the prison was poisoned. -Woops! A Lich just had some nasty thoughts about you. You're all dead.~_^ -You can't swim in full plate armor: you drown. Heheheh... You acted more civil with girls there?! Dude, that's, like, woah... (pardon the stupid expression: it's become customary for me in situations like this...please don't ask) I think you'd be surprised at the kind of stuff an all-girls campaign (this is how ours started, Yin and Gil just BEGGED to join us--really) includes. For instance, I have two campaigners whose first response to every tough situation is to throw themselves at the enemy (after removing the majority of their clothing). _ _U Actually, one of them is a male Half-Orc, so this gets rather...eugh. Some day, I would like to RP with your group. Yeah, the books are crazy expensive. However, my DMG cost only $30.00 because of cupons and loopholes in sales and stuff.^_^

I still do. I've wanted to since I was six or something and I still do. By the way, they uncover dead dinosaurs, primarily, though a nest is nice. I want to be a paleontologist, but my damn Bio teacher gives me too damn much homework and my world is caving in and I need a psychiatrist! I need therapy badly...
I meant I wanted to be a paleontologist who specializes in digging up the remnants of nests. There's actually a semi-amusing story of how I told my daycare teacher, when I was four, that I wanted to be a paleontologist, and how she pretended to know what it meant...heh. I have an idea, F--er--Farto! I'll pretend to know what I'm talking about and give you quack pysochological advice! ~_^

...*sweat drop* Honestly, you guys...you're acting like France and England here! Anyway, to answer the question that was asked some posts ago... Though it doesn't entirely adhere to your question, "how did you go about believing in your religion", as I have none, I will answer accordingly. It's kind of blurry, to be quite honest, as I gave up on religion when I was six years old. However, I think what really made me question my beliefs was when I was talking to some sixth graders at the (inadequate) school I attended at the time. One of them was whining about having to give something up for Lent, or something like that, and I asked why she kept Lent if she hated it. Her: ...*shrug* I dunno. Just because. That's what you're supposed to do. Other kid: You're stupid if you question God. You're going to go to hell. Me: o.O I'm going now...*walks off to play with Beth, my best friend at the time* I had had my doubts before, but these two individual's inability to answer such a simple question really made me wonder. I asked my mother the purpose of Lent when I got home that day, and she explained it to me. I then understood the purpose of the holiday, but I still scrutinized it. The gears of my six-year-old mind were whirring rapidly for weeks after that. If my mother said it was true, it had to be. Right? Well, it's kind of an anti-climax, but I woke up the day after Easter and thought, "What the hell?" I spent the next four or five years pretending I believed in God, but you know...when my dad finally informed me that he, too, was an atheist (I guess he'd been reluctant to, as my mom had taught me some of the basic stuff about Jesus and whatnot--not that she's super-relgigious or anything, but you know...). Maybe it wasn't an evil thing, after all. And it's not. *shrug*

"Naruto-land", hands down. It's not just because I could spend endless hours researching the history of jutsu, and waste my days trying to win the love of Hyuuga Neji ( :D ), but because of the architecture of Konoha. I fell in love with this village's lay-out from the first chapter my eyes fell upon (incidentally, it was chapter 4). The multi-leveled, thrown-together, friendly image this society has is amazing! You are as likely to find people walking on the roof as you are on the street--everything is overlapped. Sure, you'd have all the past Hokage gazing overtop of you in an overly-Rushmoor-like fashion, but still. I also love the surrounding area: trees are just so cool, as are waterfalls and everything else that makes Konoha, Konoha. Also, the world is not overly violent, though there is the odd attempted take-over every so often. The weapons are extremely primitive, so only the highly skilled would really be able to pose a violent threat to society. This removes the fear of being shot etc..., at least. But, despite this, the rest of the technology is up-to-date, meaning I could still have fun (failing to) pwning at Soul Caliber II, and spontaneously calling my friends to tell them they have armies of pizzas at their disposal. ^^

You know, Xander, I have a hypothosis of my own as to why so few girls are addicted to RPing. It's because so many of us are air-headed, boy-crazy, bra-snapping cheerleaders who think about nothing aside from how to catch some one looking at their ***. You can't call me sexist: I am a girl, and I must say, I find myself frequently appalled by how some (young, especially) women allow themselves to be treated like objects. ... Oh, sorry about that, my world-weary, cynical(-er than usual) side just took over for a moment. That happens every so often... Anyway, I guess you have a point about male-dominated RPing groups. However, considering the kind of guys I know who RP, it's more likely that they would run away in fear if a girl asked them for the time, than their being intimidating. Or maybe I've just had an elongated run-in with those kinds of guys when it comes to RPing. I mean, my male friends find a great amount of joy in cooking and knitting... Anyway, though I have a great attachment to the good ol' fantasy-world campaign, I would love to play one of those awesome-looking urban RPGs. I saw the core rulebook of one (incidentally, I do not remember its name), and instantly fell in love with the art and the concept. RPing in a perpetual Queen SW--cool. I must say, though, the art in DMG ver. 3.5 is a bit of a let-down. The Assasin and Kick in the Door are really the only two pictures I found myself in love with. Well, those and the image of the lady wearing the Cloke of Arcidna. And those uber-awesome pseudo-stones.^^ Oh, 'Song and Silence', how I lust to have you for my own! Rogues and Bards are the best classes. Ever. Period. Assasin is the greatest Prestige class, of course...come on, it's a freaking NINJA!! Oops...there I go, ranting again...heheheh...^^"

The title of this post made me laugh. I'm not laughing at you, however, but at the fact that I'm actually in a "band". "Band." *rolls eyes at self* We're called Bubba Norton Approves, and we have two songs: Paradiddles and Shinobi no Uta (The Ninja Song). They're only missing two things: lyrics and tunes.~_^ (They have *gists*, though. The Ninja Song is sort of like Stuart by the Dead Milkmen, if you've ever heard it. Not really a song, but still...cool.) Sorry for not following the organized fashion of your post, but I'm not very music savvy. I think our "band" 's mix of piano, violin, drums and bass guitar is a neat concept. I always loved the sound of the violin, and I think it actually works very well with more "modern" instruments. I probably sounded like a clueless idiot there, but I am when it comes to music, so don't hold me in too much contempt..._ _U Cool topic, by the way.

I would like to be a psychologist some day. I am extremely interested in human behaviour/emotions, so it would be wonderful to have a job involving them. I wouldn't want to be a shrink, however; the research area of the field appeals to me much more. I would also like to double (or just be, if I can't achieve my primary goal) be a novelist. I tend to get more involved with my stories than real life, but I think my writing has a long way to go before it's anywhere near publishable work... When I was three or four years old, I was hell-bent on becoming a palientologist. You know, the kind that specializes in uncovering the remnants of nests? I don't know where this came from, however...my memories of my third year are rather blurry...

As long as I'm not dying, I actually enjoy being sick. It's one of those times where you don't have to do anything, and you have a valid excuse for being sleepy and lazy.^^ When I'm sick, I usually write stories that I decide I hate the next day. Heh. That and spend alot of time updating my several websites, experimenting with colour schemes, drawing and marathoning series I haven't watched in a while. And reading...planning my DnD campaign, too. Maybe even doing some of the homework that was assigned last month... PS: Wasabi, I LOVE your avatar!!^^

Life's full of irritations, but what things do you find to be simply the worst? That is: what pisses you off the most? I'm not reffering to things like the lack of world peace here, because all the answers would end up the same. I guess you'll get the gist of what I'm saying from my own answers... People who make fun of special ed. programms even though they don't understand them. For any one else who's ever been in one, I'm sure you'll share my sentiments. Actually, this applies to people making fun of things they don't understand in general. However, it's really the specific scenario I brought up that makes me want to bash their sorry faces in, regardless of whether it was myself or another group who was mentioned. Shouting. Especially when it's used to try and get people to be quiet. I cannot stand having some one bellow out their aggression, and as a DM, I am often the subject of their anger, whether it was my fault or not. *sigh* Shouting is just disruptive, unless it's in order to cheer for some one. When you raise your voice to such a degree, in order to communicate a negative message, all the other party hears is, "BLAH BLAH **** BLAH **** BLAH *****!!!!" You lose your argument and your voice. Shouting just makes wherever you are less pleasant. People who constantly victimize themselves. It's simply enfuriating when some one acts as though they are the only individual with problems on the face of this Earth. This includes inventing problems that really don't exist, just to attract attention to yourself. I've gotten sick of it lately, and am hell-bent on avoiding said action. Whining. Eugh. The squeaky tone of voice, the lack of the ability to accept that you're not always going to get your way...ARGH. Well, there you have it. Oh, and chainletters, too. *mutter*

Okay, first off, I'm not a dork. I'm some poor woman who married a guy who likes to play pretend with his friends. I'm also a bit of a freak and so is my husband. As for understanding RPGs-I don't really understand it either. I think I have a better chance of understanding Rocket Propelled Grenades than I do Role Playing Games.
That's what everybody says, until they start playing. It actually makes perfect sense after a few hours.^^ The thing most people find unusual is girl's playing paper-RPGs. I don't know what's so weird about this, but the masses seem to find it quite odd. Well, the ignorant masses, that is. :p "You have to appeal to the ignorant masses!" "Are you an ignorant mass?" "Why, yes."

This is a wallpaper I created for the use of my Dungeons and Dragons group. We reffer to ourselves as The/Teh Buoyancy Force, and the style was meant to reflect the attitude of our games. Laughable, needlessly bloodly, very--er--"culturally diverse". We have two Drow, a Yuan-ti, a Dwarf...well, I don't want to bore you non-DnD players, so I'll leave it at that. Keeping in mind that it was meant to be, well, kiddy-ish, I'd love to hear some outside opinions on this. It's one of my favourite works (that I've done, at least).

Aw, but I loved the Teen Girl Squad one! It was just so perfect in every way.^^ Though I have never been a huge transformers fan, I love the pattern in the background. The layout is quite nice, too. "Nice." My English teacher would be dissapointed in me. *laughs* -
Agh!! Musicals!! *runs and hides* *creeps back, still warry* Sorry, but I really have no appreciation for musicals. _ _U They just drive me nuts. This could be partially because of the fact that it is not uncommon for some of the guys in my core class to burst into "I Feel Pretty" (both harmonies) at random intervals. Then again, the guys in my core like to knit during math class...*sigh* I wonder if we perpetuate the spedial ed stereotype in any way, or if we're just messed up in our own way. ... Anyway, on to the purpose of this rant: My school is putting on the dramatized version of 'The Outsiders' this April, and, though I am not actually acting, I am on the costume comittee. I look forward to sticking the guys in girl's roles (if we have any, after all...they were debating who should play Cherry for a while, I think...*laughter*) in poodle skirts.^^ I was Malvolio in our sixth grade preformance of Twelfth Night. That was fun, even though I had to wear yellow stockings. *shudder* That's pretty much it, though my drama group does alot of preformances at assemblies...

Now, now, don't turn into Carrie's mom here, Hataki Vash. Well, you said you don't believe it's true, so you're not. But you know what I meant, right? *sweat* Obviously, being an atheist, I don't think this is true. I should hope no one else does, as it seems like this is a very Dark-Ages kind of opinion to posess. About the Tom Cruise thing, thank you for answering a question I have been vaguely wondering about once every three months.^^" I thought there was some religious group alot of these big-time actors were involved in...never knew for sure. Not that it matters. *shrug* PS: I love your banner.^^
