In Japan they have all sorts of nudity in every anime they have.. They even let the 5 or 6 year olds watch these nudity infested animes(somewhere around that age at least)...Thats not fair, here we can see poorly animated females in bathing suits and in movies we can see some nudity, but over in Japan they get to see nudity in their well drawn anime on TV... No seperate channels or PPV, just plain "Pay For The Service, We Give You The Channel." Why can't a Japanese manga/anime artist become the president here??(preferably Ken Akamatsu) Most of this is far from the point of your topic, but i hope it helps you some...
