1. I'm from a border town in Texas and I've seen both sides of the immigration issue. I don't see any racial issues with the law that Arizona enacted. Arizona was acting upon it's own rights as a state to regulate problems that happen within its borders. There are certainly many illegal immigrants that do help the economy tremendously and eventually do try to apply for citizenship. But for every few good apples, there are a few rotten ones too. The amount of burden that illegals put on the local, state and federal goverments really skews the government aid systems. People using American Emergency Rooms like local clinics, Faking SSN's to get welfare and unemployment benefits, and getting their children into American schools by being born in American Hospitals (which guarantees you citizenship? WTF) takes away the benefits from American citizens who are in the country legally and have had been having problems. What good is government aid if any old person can loophole the system and get benefits from the government? Also, I'm noticing a trend within the minority communities. Any time a law is enacted with a border community (California, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas) that has to deal with immigration, they take it as some sort of massive insult to their culture and a racist attack on the Latin-American community when it's hardly the case. States have a right to enforce laws to protect people living within them. It shouldn't have to be an issue if people would go through the proper steps to gain citizenship.
 2. Speaking of underwear, I always wondered what the attraction to wearing boyshorts was....I guess Hanes to need to appeal to all markets? If women wanted to buy boxer shorts...then why not just buy them?

 5. Oh you silly boys My favorite recipe has to be my mom's recipe for Chili. Nothing too special. Just kidney beans, ground beef, and chili seasoning bought from the store...but it's all the extra things we add (cheese, sour cream, fritos) that makes it awesome. I could have that any time.
 6. [fond=Garamond]Again, you can't say you didn't watch less than manly anime, HC.... there has to be some secret Tsundere crush you have
 7.
Let me know when we get some people who care in office and then I'll care.
Have you been following the disaster at all? President Obama and the various agenices involved in Congress acted pretty swiftly (when possible) when it came to dealing with BP and getting the proper people in place to assess the disaster and provide aid to the literally millions of people on the Gulf Coast Area that were/are going to be affected by this particular oil spill. Bubba Gump is not a happy camper right now. Also, how quickly do people expect aid from the government when something like this happens? Usually when a disaster happens, you have to assess the total damage before deciding on the most appropriate (and most-cost effective) solution to a problem. It's not like the government can drop what they're doing and run to the Gulf and spend whatever sum of money that environmentalists decide to conjure up.
Second, the US government did not solve the crisis in the gulf. The US government did exactly what it should have (well, exactly what it should have after the oil rig was damaged, they sure as hell didnâ??t do well in regulating oil wells before hand), it applied a ton of pressure on BP to use the best scientists and engineers that they could muster to stop the oil flow and fix the mess. While I am sure the US government spent millions on the disaster (deploying coast guard and scientists) , they forced BP to spend billions on solving the problem and will force them to spend billions more in retribution.
The government gets blamed for not regulating BP better and following protocols for inspecting them, but ultimately it's up to the oil companies themselves to accurately and correctly report their goings on. BP did not do that. They are a private company that is operating in international waters (given the US is right there too, but no one says it's OUR Gulf.....) and no one government can keep 100% tabs. There's a certain amount of trust that has to go on between the two parties.
 8. Last time I checked, the Niger delta doesn't border the US. So, the US shouldn't spread itself even more thin in order to spread good will across the world. The US has enough problems with the Gulf Spill that actually affect Americans. Although, the Obama administration might view this as a point to get brownie points in the World Stage.

 10.
Don't lump me in the category of watching Sailor Moon. I was in school by the time that came on. I was strictly DBZ "OORAH" And don't get it twisted. I never said Hamtaro (so that's what that is) was for girls only. I only said that the image I had pictured CaNz as was gone. Considering the time he first joined and the threads he made kinda gave me that image of one of those "badboy" types. And I'll shank you if you throw me in the category of watching Pokemon

 11.
I should clarify, there is no way rejection isn't going to be little awkward right away. However, it is awkward for both parties involved. If you are friends with the person that rejected you before hand then I think, as the rejected, you need to be the one to extend the olive branch. I do it through my typical lame attempts at making jokes. Maybe I'll jokingly criticize her on how horribly "cruel" she was (boy, not even a pity date, huh?), or maybe I'll pick on her for her delivery of the bad news. Whatever you do, you want to let her know (through your actions) that you are cool with the fact that she rejected you and you can move on from it. One important thing, make sure you want to be friends with the girl after you have been rejected. Rejection often can open your eyes and make you realize that the girl you are pining over isn't really all that cool, and that you liked her solely because you were attracted to her.
This whole thing ^ Rejection is never personal anyways. There's plenty of girlies out there ripe for the dating. You just have to show them how smart, funny and one-of-a-kind you are. Best way I know how to do that is to embody a fun and exciting lifestyle. If it helps, try doing more social things around your city. Take up something new that you haven't tried before. To close the book on the good looks thing, you need to show that you possess good grooming habits. It's fine and dandy to have a face like Brad Pitt and a body like Arnold (when he actually cared), but if you dress sloppily and you smell like you just took a field trip to the dump, then no woman will want to be around you. Taking up good grooming habits is an easy way to stand out. Brush your teeth, use floss and mouthwash. Wear some nice clothes. Get a new hairstyle. Pick up some jewelry that is flashy, but not tacky. Wash your face. If you have a problem with acne, see a dermatologist. If you wear glasses, get contacts (or even just some stunna shades ). Basically, show that you care about your appearance and others will notice.
 12. SINCE WHEN IS ENJOYING HAMTARO LIMITED TO GIRLS? I know the whole lot of you watched Sailor Moon too, you manly men.
That's an interesting idea. I'd like to pool the money and go on a vacation. Provided, people could get off of work.

 25. I'm really fed up with Reverend Jesse Jackson. I think he tries to make everything into a racial matter when there is no racial pretenses in it. He levyed his "professional" opinion on the whole Dan Gilbert and LeBron James thing. To sum up, dear ol' Jesse said that Gilbert was acting like LeBron was a "Runaway Slave". ..... .... .... .... .... Yeah. He said that. I don't agree with what Dan Gilbert said in the least and I'm glad he got punished for it, but there was no racial slurs or attacks on LeBron in Gilbert's statements. My dad said something that I thought was kinda true. Had LeBron been a white man and this had happened, Jesse Jackson would have been mum.
