2. I'm extremely excited over Germany's dominating performance over Argentina. I think Messi and crew thought they had this tournament sewn up from the get-go, but Germany really exploited the Argentines' lack of defense in their play. Schewisstager was amazing too. Total unselfish ball from the Germans, which lead to some easy goals. Great game. Now let's hope Paraguay can work some magic too. (Sorry Eleanor, love ya <3 )

The new emotes are fun though. They remind me of the older Thwomp's in Mario games.
I miss my Geisha purple, lol. But I dig the new emotes. Lots of fun. BTW, don't tell anyone but I got my girlfriend her 2-year anniversary gift. I bought a little doll from Kaiserslautern and a nice card. I'm a good boyfriend :3

 5.
Ha, the Dutchies are going to get bulldozed over by Brazil. I can't wait though. :^D I think Germany have a shot against Argentina, which should get them a step closer to the finals. Germany and the Netherlands could meet each others in the finals or in the "3rd/4th" round. That'd be awesome.
Quite so. I loved rooting on the Netherlands during the Euros a couple of years back. They're an awesome team.
 6. Tsk! I see how it is, Bethers.

 7. Hahaha, glad you like Lucky Star. And thanks for the B-Day wishes!

 8. I'm your step-brother. Chibi is my half-sister.

 9. For some reason, I get the feeling he was trying to make an offhand joke that backfired on him. But I totally agree, he got what he deserved under the military code. While he's entitled to have an opinion, expressing it isn't good media for the US Army or the Government overall. If you don't have the support of your generals, then you'll eventually not have the support of his army. Hey Justin, I'm curious, does this article extend to NCO's as well? I'm pretty sure you don't want an E8 or E9 spouting off about the President either.
 10. Wow, the big letters really hurt my eyes X_x. So I'm turning 21 tomorrow. Everyone's been telling me to go out and experience German alochol, but I haven't experienced alcohol period. So, I dunno about having a drink for my birthday. I know I shouldn't be such a prude, but I don't really want to have a drink just because I'm turning 21. Throw me a Pepsi and give me a cheesecake!

It doesn't require a lot of sincerity to type *hug*, after all, and I think sincerity's kind of the more important factor.
So very true. The advice that the internet can give you is hit and miss. People hear what they want if you come across as less than "OMG YOU POOR BABY!" on the internet, then you're being a cold, heartless bastard. Not that it doesn't matter to me, but I think you're a little too young to let heartbreak getcha down Steph. You're still maturing as a person yourself. Relationships are damn hard when you have to find yourself *and* learn about another person's idiosyncracies and how they match up with you as a person.

 16.
Well not to spoil you're parade, but I have a white deck based around creatures that can block any or multiple creatures, also I've modified the nuts and bolts deck so I can mill a deck in one turn. It takes a artifact with converted mana cost one ore less, grinding station, and salvaging station, My goblin deck can potentially deal 20 or more damage in one turn, and I feel like such a nerd.
Luckily enough for me, I have a mostly Soldier/Rebel deck and most of the cards allow me to search for more Rebels and soldiers to add to my hand. I can make my entire deck work for less than Five mana. However, if I ran into someone who had a few block white damage enchantments or all-land destruction decks, I'd be pretty screwed. What did you think of the "banding" ability? It's certainly saved my butt a few times ;D
 17.
Well I have saviors of kamigawa, betrayers of kamigawa, Time spiral, Dessentions, Cold Snap, Ravnica, Guildpact, shadowmoor, Lorwyn, Dark Steel, 5th Dawn. Then I got 2, 750 randomly assorted card boxes from my local card shop, plus multiple fat packs of rise of eldrazi, worldwake and zendikar. Then a ton of booster packs, how about you?
I started collecting around IVth edition or so. I have pretty much all the packs that included the new Myr creature types, but I have almost the complete collection of Ice Age and 7th edition, including all the holo-foils that they put in them. Good thing about having the cards that I do is that I've made some pretty nifty low cost mono-theme decks. I figure, "can't block everything that I throw at you."

 20.
seems to me everyone is judgmental regardless of if they publicly judge people or not. not everyone speaks out, but like you said Allamorph everyone has an opinion who is not dead or in a brain-dead state. the contradiction i would like to make though is that i would consider it "wrong/evil" to force those opinions on others when you cannot be sure of the view is correct. which means its okay to tell someone they are wrong if they are wrong, but not okay to tell someone that they should be more like you because its you think it is better. example would be i think its "wrong/evil" to judge people for drugs. so long as they only try to hamper themselves i shouldn't do more then tell them how i feel on the matter. there are certain personal choices that no one can tell you if its right or wrong but everyone has an opinion of them. these opinions are not bad, but are not necessarily enforceable in the same sense as correcting someone who has said 2+2=3. ....and to Stephanie, i liked your post because i thought i was the only one believes "your face" is a valid rebuttal. but i dont condone making fun of Allamorph he dislikes me enough already!
This bold statement^. Everyone judges to a certain extent. Some moreso than others. The term "judgmental" usually gets the connotation that someone is overly judging of others. But not all judgements are bad ones per se. For example, I judge most people to be good until they prove me otherwise. Not a bad thing, is it? Certainly not. But when people get negative opinions of others and voice them, it's not a bad thing either. I could say that wearing a pink shirt makes you look ridiculously stupid and that's certainly my opinion and I'm entitled to it. You may then make your own judgement of my judgement. You may think that I'm being ignorant or even stupid myself. But in that respect, are you any better than me for thinking my opinion is stupid? But people have told you how to make your choices since you were little. Parents, teachers, friends. It's all a part of your social growth as a person. Heck, you might even ask people to tell you what to do (generally known as advice). And that's based on their own opinions of the situation you're in.
 21. I watched the England-USA match and I was just underwhelmed by the US team. For how much time ESPN spends lauding the team and how it's the best team we've had in years, the match didn't live up to the hype. I think that botched save by the England goalie really demoralized the team and they just couldnt' recover (not that I'm downplaying Howard's goalkeeping ability). But a lot of these matches that I've been watching have been a little too conservative. I've seen so many ties, it makes me wonder if the competition is really this good or if the competition is really just that bad at scoring.

 23.
The NBA Finals are this close to driving me to a bar.
Yeah, the Kobe's are making it a series by giving the Celtics two games. Speaking of sporting events and drinking, is anyone else a little offput by people who get sloppy in public places (Bars, Restaurants, Sporting Events, Concerts)? I went to a Padres game about two years ago and I sat right behind a man who was three sheets to the wind. Right when we sat down, he had a beer in each little Cup holder and he had about five more during the game. What made it worse is how obnoxious he got. He would yell at the umpire, make fun of the other team. Usual fan behavior, but this involved a whole lot more expletives and most of them were slurred. It made the game less enjoyable to me because when I go to a ball game or out in public, I love to cheer and root for my team. However, I don't try to be obnoxious to others who are trying to enjoy the game. Eventually someone got fed up with that guy and he got escorted out of the game. Little too late, seeing as it was the 8th inning :/
