And though it seems rather silly, since I've had the game for several years now I realized that I've also put in 100 hours playing Animal Crossing: Wild World. o_O What makes that scary is I still don't have everything you can get and do in this game.
Ah Des would hurt you, or chop down your trees. I've hit the 100 hour mark on Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7. All those side missions get really tedious after a while. I find the leveling up system very stupid though. Why can't we just use regular EXP? I'll never understand those people at SquareEnix. Lady Aura, listing games for this thread is not good for conversation. In the future, please try to put a little more into the posts to avoid this problem. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to PM me or look at the Posting Rules for the website. Thanks. I'm sure I've logged over 100 hours playing Darkstalkers 3. I've been messing around with Morrigan in that game and finding it really fun. It's a shame that no one really plays Darkstalkers anymore. It's a really fun game and I would recommend it to anyone who is into fighting games.

Ah I love these threads! :catgirl: Ethics is a set of beliefs that is based on your cultural socialization. Socilization meaning what sort of society you were raised around. For example, a suburban Caucasian male is definitely gonna have a different set of ethics than an inner city hispanic male, based upon their socialization. All sorts of factors come into play when you think about ethics and who shapes them. The ultimate decision is up to you as a person what you want to believe, but this can be influences by several factors (family, school, friends, religion, the media) I would respectfully disagree with the religious aspect of being what dictates laws and such. An example I like to use is the city of Babylon in ancient Mesopotamia. Their were law set in place in order to keep the peace around the city and there were no religious beliefs backing them. This was basic human moral code being put into place here. I would also venture to say that most religoius teachings can be based around natural human moral codes that have been developed since the beginning of civilization. As to the validity or not of religious means, I can't really speculate on that. Some things within the Bible or what have you contain some of the most basic laws and ethical practices that people have used for centuries.
In this society, classes base their grades on which students sit closest to the front, the front desks get an A, the middle desks get a B, etc (you understand what im saying here).
Actually, I don't see what you mean here. In this society it's generally the students who apply themselves the most who get the good grades. I was a good student throughout high school and now in college and I sit where I please. I can see how sitting in the back of the class may equate to less attention being paid to the teacher or lack of interest in schooling, but to be perfectly honest with you, the kids who want to learn will learn. No matter where they are located. Oh and by the way Godot, please don't try to moderate your thread. That's what Rach's here for. He'll keep it civil ;)
As Phenom pointed out, so long as we have potions on hand, I'm not trusting you a single iota Korey. :p
Alas, what happens when you are underleveled and are hopelessly out of potions, dear sir? Who will come to your rescue when you need to be healed and your comrades have sadly used all the potions and have no means of healing or casting defensive spells? What happens when your best combo is nulled by a comrade's death and your strategy falls to pieces? I'm not asking for much, just for some simple gold to buy material possesions at the various shops that we adventurers will encounter.

I would say so Phenom. From what I've seen of the game, myself not owning a PS3, MGS4 would be a reason to buy a PS3. The game just oozes awesomeness and wraps up the series' unanswered questions very nicely. The CQC and shooting part does take some time getting used to, even for seasoned vets of CQC in MGS3. I personally do not like the L2 and R2 buttons for the PS3 being more like triggers instead of actual buttons. It makes the controller feel weird in my hand. I'm skeptical about MGO though, because of the past attempts at online play for games such as Metal Gear Solid go down the tubes with bad online netcoding. I thought games such as Brawl would have awesome code for netplay. Alas, they do not. I'm thinking that MGO will probably follow suit on this one. I think Metal Gear is really more of a single player experience anyways.

If I could suggest a random, hyper comedy that you have to watch...it'd have to be FLCL or Fooly Cooly or Furi Kuri (whatever). The show is definitely worth watching for it's wacky antics and the amount of crazyness in there. I still re-watch the series from time to time just to see if there is anymore I can take out of it, and I still find things that I didn't see before. The show is littered with pop culture references, both Japanese and Western World. Give it a watch. Another series would be Cromartie High School. This starts off as an offbeat story, but quickly turns into another Azumanga Daioh or FLCL minus the cute girls or the awesome music. The wacky antics the boys get into are sure to leave you in stitches. This carries high regards from me.
Oh sure, we give you the role of ensuring we're all fit enough to fight, and then when we're at our weakest you strike. Feh, such an obvious tactical ploy Korey, you'll have to do better than that. ^_~
Why Gavin, what ever do you mean? I would never employ such a cowardly (yet effective) strategy on my dear comrades. I can't cast revive [strike]and steal your loot[/strike] if I'm dead...so you need me.
God knows how far we'll actually get in the dungeon with people killing each other constantly. On a side note, in openly admitting you're willing to kill people for their loot Korey, I think you just ensured you're the first one to be killed when the paranoia over loot-related killing starts.
Yeah and my evil plan comes into fruition when my "teammates" lose their focus on the dungeon and instead focus on trying to kill me in order to make sure I don't do the same....mwahahahaha. I only sabotaged my teammates in Four Swords Adventures, because my friends would get so mad at me and almost wanted to physically fight me over that. I was the saboteur of the team and I was always the one that won in the overall Rupee count. In all seriousness though, I'd be the nice guy on the team. I play healer class characters in most RPG's and I would gladly take up that role for the WiFi play, if it meant that I get some good fun with my buddies on the OB!

When this game comes out, I'll be making my Friend code very public. Get some RPing in with everybody. Rest assured, if I kill you and take your loot...it's not because I hate you, but that you have something that I don't and I decided your life is acceptable payment for me obtaining this item. Lord help you indeed, sir. Recently I've been playing a lot of Resident Evil 4. I've been messing around with the game and after unlocking the Chicago Typewriter and Infinite Launcher, I see how easy this game really is...heh. I also picked up Brawl recently too (like two months too late I know) and I'm having a LOT of fun with the game. I picked up Zelda and Ike first, and now I'm branching out to learn Meta Knight and Snake. I don't really get online too often, but if I do...I'll lend you guys my FC so we can Brawl.
? A brand new dungeon and a Wireless Play mode adds exciting new dimensions to this timeless classic.
I wonder what exactly this WiFi play entails. It'd be interesting to go dungeon diving with friends in CT. Although, I get the feeling that I would treat my WiFi excursions the same way I took my excursions the same way I did in Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures. Kill you and take your loot

I'm kinda leery about this to be honest because I've played other ports of SNES rpgs to portables and most of them were better in their original form and console. The most recent port of a good RPG that I played was Valkeryie Profile and I found it a tad underwhelming on the PSP....I loved it when it was on the PSX though. I'm gonna hope that this game pans out though, because the original version of Crono Trigger was fantastic. I liked the port of it that was with Final Fantasy Chronicles as well. Let's hope that the developers don't try to do anything fancy with the controls, like use the touch screen for anything besides menu navigation.

I dunno Alla, I like cookin Pizza on those little Bagel Bite things. So I had to cook em for myself and see how it would go. I like the homebrew better, because I don't get little bagles the size of two of my fingers as a source of nourishment. I have a reason I call people kiddo. I might be that person is younger than me or it may be that they may be shorter than me. In your case, Chibi, it's both. So kiddo it remains until you prove otherwise ^_~
