An IP ban works by keeping the user of that IP address from accessing the site at all so even if they did make a new account, they wouldn't be able to log in from the banned IP.[/color][/font]

[color=Blue]I can't see it from school because for whatever reason, it's blocked by the school's network but chances are, it's the Javascript. The last time I looked at it and tested the code that was written, it did not work in all browsers and really, only worked in IE for me. If you have the file on your computer in one way or another, you can try just setting it as your background - the computer will stretch it to fill the screen which usually doesn't look too bad though it does depend on the original dimensions of the image.[/color][/font]
