I've never actually seen that before and I've used a couple versions of AR but I'm only speaking from my own experience. I guess if you've actually seen it, it could be possible. I just see that ending up as a legal problem, though I could easily be wrong.
While this does not hold true for all of the animes, some of them do have their own sites. For instance, I found theOtaku originally when I was looking up information for Yu-Gi-Oh. theOtaku has their own Yu-Gi-Oh site here with a lot of the type of information you were looking for. All you have to do to see if the anime you're looking for once had its own site is to go to that anime's hub. At the bottom of the description, if it had its own site, you'll see a link to it. Edit: I had some free time on my hands so I put together a list of all the animes that have their own sites. Here it is (with links):

.hcak//SIGN
Akira
Cowboy Bebop
Digimon
DragonBall Z/GT
Evenglion
Gundam Wing
Inuyasha
Ninja Scroll
Outlaw Star
Princess Mononoke
Trigun
Vampire Hunter D
Yu-Gi-Oh!

Are you referring to those? That list contains links to the original theOtaku pages for each of those animes. I didn't re-check all of them and it's been a while since I originally posted that list (in this thread) but they should still be good.

Are you sure that's what was happening? Could it have been that either the Naruto game was actually from the U.S. or that the console was actually from Japan?

Action Replay is really only for game cheats and pre-loaded save files. It will not let you play games from other regions.

To keep your background from scrolling, you need to add the following code to your intro:
body{background-attachment: fixed;}
This question has been asked so many times though. In the future, using the search feature may get you a quicker answer. Also, double posting is not allowed and will not get you an answer any faster. Just keep that in mind.
The worst game I ever played and im sure everyone would agree would be Superman 64. That game had the worst controls ever. Why was there so much green fog?Why couldnt Superman walk? Why did I get mission failure for no reason? They actually charged $70 bucks for this piece of crap.Thinking of this game makes my head hurt.
I forgot about that one. Everything you said holds true though. Superman 64 (as well as pretty much every other Superman game) was terrible. I don't think I ever got past the first level because trying to fly through all of those rings in like twenty seconds with terrible controls was near impossible (and too frustrating to be worth trying to accomplish.

Hehe, well I'm glad you liked it. I did warn that it would make no sense though. And yes, I guess "joke" would be the best way to describe it. As for your question, I believe the answer speaks for itself... well in a way that makes absolutely no sense anyway. Edit: I've been thinking about it and there's really only one question I think needs to be asked. Does there really need to be a set in stone meaning or is it enough that this question can be answered on a person to person basis?
-
Hehe, interestingly enough, my friend and I decided to come up with a meaning ourselves one day a couple of years ago. Be aware though that this was just for fun and we had no intention of being serious. We were just bored in math class when we had a sub so we started drawing on the white board. Really though, I don't have a serious answer to this question. I honestly don't really know where to begin. Then again, I've never really given it extensive thought. Anyway, just check out the attachment if you'd like to see what my friend and I did that day. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open it though. And if it doesn't make any sense, don't worry - it's not supposed to. I originally wasn't even going to post this but I figured, seeing this topic and how most of the responses resulted in death, I had to.

The first game that comes to mind for me would have to be Quest 64 for Nintendo 64. This game was absolutely terrible. I'm not even sure why I have it though I believe it may have been a gift. I swear though, I really think it was made in an early version of RPG Maker but very poorly. I had no idea what the point of the game was and the battle system was horrible. The rest of the controls weren't much better either. Honestly, I never left the starting area because I could only play it for about five minutes before I decided to stop. At the moment, I can't really think of any other really bad games that I've played, though I'm sure there are more. I'll be sure to stop back in if I think of any I missed.

gundampali23, please try to explain what it is that you want. Retribution has provided a good suggestion but it was only based on a guess he made from your post. If you would like an accurate answer, add in some more details. Edit: Also, just remember that members cannot link to copyrighted material so if you're looking for mp3's, this isn't the place to do it. Midi files are fine though.

Just go to this thread and look at my answer there. It should solve your problem.

As a long standing Sonic fan myself, I carry many of the same views as Charles. Now, I have not played the game but I have read quite a bit about it. The second I saw trailers for this game, I was worried. I honestly feel that guns have no place in a Sonic game. Though can you really call it a Sonic game if Sonic doesn't appear in it (Or does he? I don't know actually.)? I read a review about the game in Game Informer in which they gave the game a 5 out of 10, and for what seemed to be good reasons. After reading the rest of the posts in this thread, I guess they were right. So, I guess what I'm trying to say is that I have no intention of even renting this game because it really just doesn't look good. I love the Sonic series but come on... a gun?

This is essentially a duplicate of another thread, which can be found here. I guess you really can't consider this peeking but I do know I'm getting the Xbox 360. Of course, when you are the one putting the reservation down on it and then later (and by later, I mean yesterday, though I'm not actually going to open it until tomorrow) picking it up from Game Stop, it's sort of impossible not to know. I accidentally found out I was getting an iPod mini last year when I walked into my parents' room and it was unwrapped on the bed. The Xbox I'm glad I know about because it would drive me crazy not knowing if I wouldn't be getting it until March. Once I saw the iPod though, I really wished I hadn't walked in - I still like the surprise on Christmas morning.

You're free to discuss the music but remember, linking to illegally acquired content is not allowed here.

I've seen this too and I must say, I liked the feature a lot. I don't remember what software the board was running though so I'm not sure if it can be easily implemented here.

The title you're referring to is "Senior Artist" and is based on your submissions, not the length of time you have been a member. If there is a time-based "Senior Member" title, I've yet to see it and I've been at myO for quite a while.

We already have a thread dedicated to Star Wars here. Please just use that one to discuss anything Star Wars related. Thread closed.

Stuart has provided you with good resources on how to find Midis. If you already have one you want to use, putting it on your site is very easy. Just go to your myOtaku Backroom, click on Edit Profile, and scroll to the very bottom of the page. If the site where you found the Midi allows direct linking, just put the URL of the song in Midi URL box. Otherwise, you'll need to save a copy for yourself and put it on your own web space first. Now, for a background, you follow a similar procedure. Find the image you want to use on your computer or on a website (though make sure you're allowed to use it if it's from a website), save a copy of it (if it is from a website), and upload it to your own web space. This is a bit easier with pictures because there are free image hosting sites out there. Two good ones are Photobucket and ImageShack. Once you have the URL for you image, just go to Edit Styles in the myOtaku Backroom and put that URL in the Add A Background Image box.

I like this idea. It would definitely be easier than searching through posts in the current thread for the one sentence which has the friend-code in it. And you're right, it would useful for Xbox Live Gamer Tags as well. I guess we could just have two running lists in that thread.

We actually already have an active Afi thread here. This thread really belongs in the Adventure Square forum. I'd move it there but seeing as it's unrated (and really doesn't follow the other Arena specific rules), it would just be closed anyway. I'd advise you head on over to Adventure Square, read the sticky thread, and then re-create this thread there if you'd like. Thread closed.

I like the idea, assuming it's something that can be implemented. And in response to kuroinuyoukai's post, I'm sure that if there's a way to add this little icon to the postbit, it can be added to the buddy list as well. That's what I'm assuming anyway. I do not fully know how this system works.

DNAngellover, please make sure your posts contribute to the topic of the thread. Second, do not insult other members like you did. Finally, double posting is not allowed here. I deleted your post for those three reasons. Also, these last two posts haven't done much for this topic. Please make sure to read the other posts before asking questions that would be easily answered had you read them. I'd advise you read the Rules and FAQ before you continue posting.
