Retribution

Music is a universal language. So lets communicate. I listen to music that corresponds with my emotions, and I ways listen to it when I go on distance runs. (2 miles +). It keeps me pushing my limits, and putting a mental block up to the burning, pain, and the suffocation of running.

I saw a trailer and it looked absolutely TERRIBLE! If anyone's read the book I, Robot, they will know it rocked. All the movie keeps intact that correlates with the story line is the three laws of robots. Other than that, Will is just a crime busting, shoot'em up, no plot kind of guy. This movie does NO justice to the book what so ever. Go read it, not watch it. What was the last good movie that will smith was in? Independence Day? Maybe later.

Hey, I'm Black and I'm Proud [I](Say it LOUD!)[/I] Anyway, I like Linkin Park's Reanimation and Meteora albums, but I'm not quite feeling the Hybrid Theory or any other of their Super Xero, Hybrid Theory ones. Reanimation I liked because they put a techno / rap spin on the rock songs of the previous album, bringing more diversity and choice to their songs. Meteora was good for because during the verse, they would rap, then chorus they would sing and rock out, which was good, but they did this for ALL of their songs!!! This is the basic structure of their songs: Verse - Rap. Chorus - Rock, Sing Towards the end - Whisper Immediately after the whisper - SCREAM LIKE HELL! I can't stand the screaming, so i hit the stop button on my Media Player, then go to the next in the queue. My fav. song by them would be on Meteora Track 12? Session. I can just imagine someone floating in space. Can you?

If anyone here has had the time or the effort to read the book of Revelation, it is a very unique book. The end of the world in the Bible seems extremely unique to all of your other guesses. It basically says that the world will end by corrupt government destroying a major city, and from there, its open to personal translation, as it is all allegorie. Read it sometime!

When you dont succeed the first times, you start to feel like 'i cant do it,' and start to get lax. What I do when I feel like the world is closing in on me, I gotta take a serious gut check, assess what I value, and if I think I have the inner drive.

Is it just me, or are all of the images misdirected? All I can see are a bunch of x's. Someone help me. tell me if somethings wrong with MY browser. Thats all.

I listen to Hip Hop, as well as some alternative rock. I'm into Linkin Park, and I especially love how they blend rock and rap togehter in one song. The only beef I have with them is that they scream at the end of most of their songs. I know, its a rock touch, but it seems so annoying when im not in the mood to listen to shouting. I mainly listen to Hip Hop and Rap though, mainly Eminem, and I love the beats of it.

Does anyone have any quotes that are funny, memorable, true or otherwise? I know I have a couple, but I'd like to see what everyone else has said around the world!

I think that the black bg looked better because it made the dotted lines more noticable, instead of looking scattered. I think I'd give it a ... 7.5 / 10 I'm not sure what it's missing, but it looks sorta plain. All of the rows and columns... Add something in there that stands out more than the circular image in the center of it. I got the feeling of falling... maybe into a hole when I looked at the black one. The white one, well... I sorta felt out of place and confused. Thats my 3.53 cents!

Just a thought but you might want to add text to the first banner with the girl's eyes closed. I was thinking something saying "Lost in revelrie" (if thats how you spell revelrie...revelry?) or "Shattered Dreams", something to that effect. They really look good, especially the banners! The avatar looks so-so because of the crammed feel in the picture, which is emphasized by more space taken up by the text. g.j

Gundam SEED is coming out on April 17th, 2004. Gundam F91 will be coming out in select US theaters in late may. The F91 thing is a rumor, but SEED is completely true! Cartoon Network announced it, and you all have seen the ads for the action figures, right? Hasta manana ~Altron

1st poem: good, but a little bit too long. You might also want to make it a little bit less repetive. I guess i mean to make it shorter so that you dont have to worry about repeating that stuff. 2nd poem: you should make your own thread for your own poetry. It was vague and was straight forward. Try to make it a little harder to access, that way people think more about it. Just a thought. g/j

Well, I'd give it a 5/10. I guess because it's hard to make out what's happening, and the "Vegeta" is too .... uh.... unseen (hard to see?). Try that avatar but make one image more prevalent and/or the font more noticable. Sorry if I'm a terrible critic. Besides, they don't suck, just check out my work. THATS sucking.

(So harsh... *-_-*) Well, I didn't create the backgrounds, nor any of the image effects either. Just to clarify. And could you recomment any sites where I could find better fonts instead of just dogging my work? Thanks! I used a font that some people from the site recommended to me, but i guess it didn't work... Maybe I need to use it under a higher font size.

My eyes travel around the edge of the picture for some reason, clockwise. When my eyes get to about 7 or 8 o'clock, they move it, to see this shattered symbol. I thought that it was a picture of anxiousness and energy, as I felt like I wanted to run a mile or two when I saw it.

Anti matter is.... well... nothing. Its just, no matter at all i guess. I can't explain it. I'm not sure why there would be the anti prefix for the word, because as far as I know, matter and anti matter are opposites, but antimatter is just nothing. Anti (i guess) means against. Maybe it is against matter. Dont mind me... :alcohol: Im crazy.

Im a Christian because 1. It's my upbringing. 2. It's doctrines make sense to me. Only a couple of the explainations baffle me because some things, humans can't comprehend divine happenings. Some things are a mystery to all religions, such as [for instance] the end of the world, stated above, which was actualy the beginning. Sounds 'out of the box'

When I was in about kindergarten thru second or third grade, I wanted to be the Green Ranger. Thats right. The P - I - M - P ranger. The reason I wanted to be him so bad was because of his super cool dagger that doubled as a flute that summoned his MegaZord from the nearest body of water (like Godzilla). He was also a renegade / bad guy (if you wanna call him that) that ACTUALLY BEAT THE GOOD GUYS!!! Then he got stupid when he went good and became the white ranger. And why did the black person play the black ranger for a season, then was kicked off? that happened to the asian girl too! She was the yellow ranger. Maybe it was just a coincidence , or some subtle racism... (please disregard what I just said! LOL) Well, after that power ranger stage, I wanted to be an astronaut, and then a soccer player, and now I'd like to [still] be an astronaut or a writer. Maybe work in the computer field somewhere. **How views change as one gets older...** Sigh. P.S., My fav. color still remains green. guess why?

Im my area, the word hilarious is used to describe the funny, really funny, and barely funny, when the word means Extremely funny. Also, the word like is used as a filler / verbal crutch for almost any kid.

Hey, I am a Christian, and I try to go to church every sunday... keyword would be I believe that since there are many different religions all around the world, they are all correct (unless you are far off my beaten path) Let me explain. People evolved all over the world, without exposer to other religion. It seems that some God inspired every religion in some way shape or form ex: Jesus, Buddah, Mohammed, etc. I believe that we are all worshipping the same God, just under different cultures. Do you understand? Each culture (I theorize) must've been worshipping the same God, just with cultural variations excusive to the region. (I dont mean to generalize, forgive me) For example: in some countries in the middle east, women are treated terribly, but that is their religion. that is how its done, how it was done, and how it will be for a while. Christians worship in a more Western way than Hindus or other religions do. Do you wanna know why? Cause they 'evolved' in different areas. I probably repeated myself many times, but there it is.
