the cycle has to start somewhere, so why not on the first God? You say that there must've been something else to create god.. Where did that come from? And even further? So, one must conclude that there's gotta be some sort of omniscent, omnipresent, omnipotent God. This does make you ponder however... Who knows, maybe God is a scientist, working in a marble... I seriously doubt it though.

Ok, for all you atheists out there... listen up kiddies. Where DID life come from, if there was no god? really! You can say it 'evolved'. Fine and dandy. Where did that evolution come from? A single cell? ok... we're getting some where (bear with me for a sec.) Where did that cell come from? Water? and where did that come from? Where did the Earth come from. The big bang? Then how did that happen? If there was nothing in the beginning, how could there've been a small dust speck to explode and spontaneously create the universe? Some higher mind or being must've started it sometime. No matter your arguement for creation, be it spontaneous or evolutional, its gotta stem from something. Only some shape or form of god is ever existant and has neither a begining or end could've made the world. And if there is a god out there, why were we created? I guess no one can answer that 100%. Just think about it that way.

I read some of the .Hack manga last night, and when I was done, I began to wish that ALL american books, manga or not, would be backwards. Shocking,isnt it? I read some of another one of my mangas when I was bored - the flipped kind. I found myself wishing they had left it alone. Then, today, when I picked up a regular American book, i began reading it the Japanese way :eek: Heeheheh. That's when the thought hit me.

well, I think that a Spam forum would be a good idea. I mean, it should maintain OB integrity, but It should be a place for people to get the spam outta their system. It might also clean up OB on the non-spam forums.

I really like Sci-Fi, but haven't been drawn to Star Trek. Maybe it was its semi-D&D geeky atmosphere. Maybe it was the hard to pronounce names. w/e. I like Star Wars the the Matrix. I used to LOVE star wars with my whole heart, but i guess my fire burned out. Matrix however, isnt as much of an obbsession as SW was, but still amounts to a fetish. I'd try to return a wallet, burn the unused check, and try to return the credit card by sending it to the information desk at the mall. If I couldn't return the card, I'd just cut it up into lotsa pieces... I love money, dont get me wrong, but i dont think that justifies stealing. my conscience is really loud. If i took that money, my parents might be able to hear my mind saying GIVE IT BACK!!! What if they need it, what if they worked their *** off for this? I heard somewhere that Mormons believe that every one is a god of their own planet, and when one dies, you get your own planet, and you call the "secret name" of your wives so that they come to you to help propagate the planet again.... In my opinion, Bush really shouldn't get re-elected. Here are my reasons you can agree or disagree, but here they are: 1. He goes off into TWO unjustified war efforts, and comes back empty handed. One can argue that we caught Hussien... SO WHAT??? The country's in disarray, with a makeshift government that can't even feed people. 2. Economy. What else do I gotta say. In my opinion, the economy IS his fault because of his happy-go-lucky tax cuts. C'mon people, he should've known that cutting taxes only helps out the "well to do" for a lack of a better term. Now where has the tax cut got middle clase people like me? Heck the rest of the nation? In billions of dollars of debt. When Clinton left office, we didn't owe a fraction of this crap to anyone. 3. What has he done? Really... ask yourself this question. What HAS bush done for America since he came in office. All really was make flowery speeches about 9/11 AND THEN HAS THE NERVE TO USE IT... Im a Protestant Christian, but go to a Catholic school (mixed up huh?) I haven't seen the Passion, but I hear its really gruesome and gorey, but there is NO other way to show Christ's Passion, Death, and Resurrecction. I don't know the Nicene Creed, but I do know the Hail Mary, which is a very beautiful prayer. I'd like to see some non-Christians post in this thread..........................well, I should go do the dishes *drags feet*
