Laptops have gotten much, much better just over the past year. I would actually prefer a good one over a desktop. You can still hook up an external monitor, mouse, and keyboard and then take it on the go when you need to without taking up a lot of space. Personally for a Laptop brand I would say Toshiba. They've been in the laptop market for a long time and overall seem to have a better idea of what they're doing but since I haven't checked into Acer or HP in awhile, I could be te...

Okay. I hope Toshiba is good. I was actually thinking of getting one since they have the cheapest model I wanted with the longest battery life and best stuff.
