My secondary ability is a bit embarrassing. >_< It only comes once a month. That's right, during that "special time of the month". So I call it Red Devil. "So then we moved out here and since my mother gave up her music career, I'm trying to start my life as a DJ." [b]I have to contribute to this topic after learning some new things about this character. [center][img]http://i38.tinypic.com/2vn2z3o.jpg[/img][/center] Her name is Minai Ruo and she's what's known as a Shikibane Hime (basically, an undead girl that fights other undead creatures.) She's from an anime called [url="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shikabane_Hime"]Shikibane Hime.[/url] Now the strange thing is, that this is a love/hate relationship. I absolutely love her character and wish she could be in more episodes. But at the same time, I never want to see her again. It's complicated, so I'll explain with spoiler tags. All Shikibane Hime have a monk watching over them that they've made a contract with. Well once there's no contract, the Shikibane Hime die. [SPOILER]And this is just what happens to Minai. Her contracted monk, Isaki is a real jerk and treats her like dirt. Supposedly though they still have a bond together. So long story short, she is thanked by the main character of this anime (a young boy that's a brother of one of the monks named Oori. He's a normal school kid at first,) so then she begins to like hanging out with him. Finally, the moment most people are waiting for happens and the jerk monk Isaki gets what's coming to him and he dies. However, now Minai is left without a contract so she gets sick and starts turning into a monster that needs to be killed. They mention that she can be joined to her new friend Oori to stop this, but what does she do? She says that she belongs to Isaki still. At first I thought they just killed her even though she could be saved, but recently I found out that she had the choice of being with Oori but she turned it down and chose to die for no reason.[/SPOILER] It's thanks to this that I don't watch the show anymore. I guess I was just really hoping that they would do what they hinted at instead of how it actually turned out. Also, I don't hate too many anime characters so she's really the only one I could say I have strong feelings against. [/b]

Barra walked along the empty parking lot, passing up a familiar looking bus. She kicked it and kept walking with a mild glare on her face. Getting inside of Walmart, she stepped over hundreds of emo corpses. Bear and the others were definitely in here somewhere. Barra also had to get some shopping done, but she decided to leave that for later and instead decided to deal with "first things first" as the song had told her to do. It was the only song on an mp3 player she had found on her trip along the way so she had listened to it over and over as she tracked the bus down to Walmart. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but now she couldn't get that song out of her head, even though she smashed the mp3 player about halfway back. Finally, Barra spotted Bear and even though he seemed to be busy and some other weird stuff seemed to be happening, she had to call him out. She couldn't fight him and win of course and she didn't plan to, but she had to get this anger out of her system. [b]"Bear! You took off while I was in that restroom a few miles back!" She said, pointing at Bear and yelling.[/b] [b]OOC: Okay, sorry about the wait Tentacle. And just to let you know, Barra was left behind because she took to long in the bathroom. She's back now though and besides that outburst is going to go shopping, unless you want her to be involved with the whole shadow thing that is going on.[/b]

Rakin finally decided to search for Sarli as she moved into position. The mission of course took priority over the life of a Sith apprentice, even if it was her apprentice, but there was no harm in searching along the way. She just had to be quick about it. In a few minutes, Rakin would try her radio again just in case. The normally crowded alleyways were now all empty thanks to the attack, anyone that wasn't involved in the battle had either run and left their homes behind or were hiding and hoping for everything to soon be over. Some of the braver ones watched from windows as Rakin ran to her destination. Rakin came to a quick stop, which made several eyes go away from the windows. She could sense someone and it wasn't a Sith. No, this person thought they had the element of surprise. Rakin stood still for a moment, as if she was confused, but then dodged the incoming attack and pulling out one of her lightsabers. The other one wouldn't be needed for this fight. After all, the person who stood before her lacked experience. No words were said since none were needed. This was a time of battle and Rakin had no need to taunt her opponent since she was visibly shaken, although still willing to fight. It was a young Zebrak female, which made no difference to Rakin. The only reason she even noted the race, besides to get a feel of her opponent's strength and weaknesses, was because this was her first time ever fighting a Zebrak. Rakin charged at the Zebrak who just managed to get her lightsaber up to block the attack. With Rakin's extra prosthetic arm though, she was able to break the Zebrak's defense and knock her flat. Rakin got ready to strike the killing blow when something on her radio made her give up the fight. She ran off, swearing to herself to take care of that Zebrak if their paths crossed again. Rakin smiled, she hoped they did and soon. [b]OOC: Okay Muuh Puar, thanks for letting me use your character. Tell me if I need to change anything.[/b]

[b]First off, congratulations on your one year anniversary! And I originally joined because OB was the one place I could find active and creative role playing (and it still is the only place. Seriously, nothing else beats the RPs we have here.) I've made some people annoyed or upset because I usually get busy, but everyone has been great here so I can't leave either. However, the RPs did die down a lot during the OB move and before that, so I would have maybe thought about leaving if it hadn't been for certain people. That's right! If it wasn't for you CaNz and chibi and Botar and a lot of other people, I wouldn't have discovered the crazy fun everyone else was having on this site.
