1. These are a series of my favorite/best drawings which I havn't lost or given away. I probably have more tucked away somewhere, but I'll continue updating any new ones I do. These are from over the past 3 years. Please tell me what you think: Naruto Temari & Shikamaru (Chuunin) Shino (Chuunin) Hyuga Neji (Jonin) Kankorou Shikamaru Rock Lee's Life Gate The Soul (Original Work) Soul vs. Cap The Soul The Swordsman The Fighter (Restrained) Masamune & Muramasa Homeless The Victims Misc. Favorite X-Men The Samurai The Rock Star Sanosuke Mach 5 Graf The Original Soul Hellboy Sketch Gan Ning (Dynasty Warriors 5) Some of the pics are older than others, which can be told by the paper's condition and the actual drawing itself. 2. Tell Me When To Go by E-40 and Keaf Da Sneak. Great beat this song has. It's not particularly great lyrics wise, but both MC's have great, funny voices. It's just a fun song to listen to. I Don't Like The Look Of It by Da BackWudz. Another terrific beat, they sampled Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Probably the most original prodoction decsesion ever made. It's a great song with a great hook. Make It Work by Juelz Santana, Young Jeezy, and Lil' Wayne. A song that is all about pimpin' and hustlin'. Nothing more, nothing less. Funny lyrics, and just generally a good gangsta rap song. Git It Girl by Bun B/Ying Yang Twins. A fun song to listen to with a catchy hook and a cool beat. Eyes of the Ranger by Chuck Norris. 'Nuff Said.
  3. Fish. Because I like fish. Nothing wrong with that. Plus, there's all sorts of fish, but soap will always taste like soap. Would you rather fight: A Master Ninja. or A Hoard of Zombies. PS- Hanibashi Recca, I think'd you'd be losing your virginity one way or the other.

The four survivors were roaming through the jungle with a lighter mind set. The three conversated about life on the island until their discovery. ?Man, good thing we landed on a place like this. Food, water, shelter... paradise.? Mike to said to the other three with a sigh of relief. ?You got that right. I?m eager to look around in those ruins to.? Alex said inquisitively, Kat nodded with a trademark smile. ?Dash, you seemed pretty impressed yourself, eh?? Alex trailed off for an answer. ?Dash?? he said again, turning his head. ?Dammit! You guy?s, Dash is gone!? he called out worried. ?What!? Why wasn?t he following us?? Kat growled in frustration. She began looking back into the woodlands, but she could see nothing. ?Who cares... the guy?s a grown man, he can handle himself. He knows how to get here, anyways.? Mike said with anger. He was slowly growing tired of Dash?s child-like behavior, and it wasn?t going to get in his way of survival. ?That may be true, but did you forget that body!? That was a grown man to!? Alex yelled at Mike in argument. ?Listen, we basically cleared a path to the waterfall while we were barreling through the woods, he?ll find his way.? Mike replied. Kat nodded in agreement to Alex. He sighed, ?Alright then... lets go.? he said uneasily. The three continued through the jungle and finally came to the large waterfall clearing. Alex?s mind was eased by the benevolent site. His eyes spoke for him: Amazing.... Mike and Kat lead Alex into the cave behind the water fall, and peered into the darkness. Kat began speaking, ?We really need to get some light in here before we-? suddenly a loud screeching was heard, unhuman cackling followed by a dark figure running at impossible speeds towards the three. They were silent with fear and jumped out of the way as the creature came screaming through the waterfall and out into the jungles. They couldn?t see it if they wanted to, all they could tell was than it was running on all fours, and it was about the size of a small man. ?WHAT THE F*** WAS THAT!?? Mike yelled in panic, his eyes open with shock. ?Probably just a jungle animal. Could?ve been a jaguar or something... lets calm down...? Alex breathed heavily as he tried to speak calmly. He looked to check Kat, she was alright, but shocked. She had gashed her elbow on the cave walls in their dive to dodge the animal. ?We need to clean that up...? he said to her. She nodded, still frightened. The three made their way out of the darkness of the cave and back into the open around the water. They laid out around the water for a moment as Kat washed out her wound with the water, careful not to spill her blood into the spring. Mike splashed his face with the water and rose up. He looked down to Kat and Alex. ?You two stay hear. Wait for Dash, get you situated,? he motioned to Kat, ?and I?ll go and get the others. I know the way back, so I?ll go alone.? he said with a strong voice. ?Are you sure you?ll be okay?? Alex asked concerned. ?I?ll be fine. Just wait for me and the others. Dash needs somebody to be here when he comes back, Kat is injured, and somebody needs to stay with her.? his voice was one of rationality. ?Alright, be careful... I?ll build a fire, you guys can follow the smoke back.? Alex replied, withdrawing the Zippo lighter from his pocket. ?Try to hurry, we don?t want you guy?s out there at night.? Kat added. Mike nodded back and made his way into the jungle, refreshed from the waters.... OOC: Alright. So, I left his open for Kat and Alex to look into the caves. Blayze and I already have something that will be found in there. The survivors on the beach can meet me, but let me take us back. I have an idea.
  5. Thanks you two. I was fearing this RP had died. I can wait for however long, Athena. I look forward to it. Revelation, yours is great.
  6. Other than Broccoli, Spinach, Collard Greens,Brussle Sprouts and Sausage, I will eat just about anything deemed as food. I've eaten rabbit, octopus, squid, deer, etc. My favorite foods are japanese steakhouse, sushi, pizza, spaghetti, ramen, chicken regenado, buffalo wings, and basically all Greek, Chinese, Japanese, Southern, Italian, or Mexican food. My favorite sandwhich would have to be a local special called the Georgio Special. A literal heart-attack on bread. It is comprised of bacon, roast beef, ham, turkey, and cheese with mayo, in between two pieces of bread. I like to add onions, but other than that, it is the most unhealthy, greasy, meat-packed sammich you will ever encounter. I love it so much. I like all junk food. Cheetohs, Lays, Fritos, Pringles, Pretzels, etc. I am known to down a whole bag in a sitting. Granted a long sitting. French fries, curly fries... The Hardees (aka Carl Jr.) Thickburgers are great. Sourdough bread, 1/3 pound, bacon... Goodness. God's gift to me in life is the Taco Bell Grilled Stuffed Steak Burrito. I can eat two of those things no problem. Delecious. For sweets. Everything 'cept nuts. Ruins the flavor of chocolate and caramel all the time. But for some strange reason, I'll eat a Snickers. I guess the combination cancels out the peanuts. Anything fruity. I love all ice cream ('cept nuts). I love anything in pie form. I love all fruits save pears, cantoloupe and plums. Cookies... ah, nothing beats a warm cookie. Brownies too. And Cake... And while my love for food is predominate in my personality and life style, my metabolism keeps my weight in check some how or another. Lucky me. I think I may be guilty of gluttony. BTW- I'm Greek. I love gyros, but I can't stand tzatziki sauce. Makes me shiver to think about it. I'll eat a gyro with nothing but hunks of seasoned lamb/chikcen on it. Onions and 'maters. Good to go.
  7. Considering FLCL's production values, not a very good one. The show has plenty of closure, you should need to look deeper than just the crazy people fighting giant hands and what not. The show is about Naota's maturing from a child into a young man. He basically goes through puberty in the show's six episodes. He just learns to be himself and take chances rather than being the closed in person he was at the show's beginning. The show goes as so:
Haruko appears, teaches Naota that it's okay to be himself, they fights Medical Mechanica, they meet Atimisk, Haruko tries to 'eat' him for his power, Atimisk fuses with Naota, they fight, Atimisk escapes, Haruko follows him, Mamimi leaves town to become a photographer, Naota lives 'happily ever after' after he 'finds himself'.
. Thats it in a nut shell, or atleast, what the closure was.
  8. Even though I have read fully through the Naruto Manga to Chapter 303, I havn't posted here. Odd of me. I hope I'm not the only person who hates Sai and his arrogance. However, he is quite good at the insults, I'll give him that. I noticed that he doesn't make much use of his ink jutsus. I'd like to see what he is capable of.
It was also hilarious when Sasuke Mangekyo Sharingan'd his punk ***.
And I don't even like Sasuke. I am also curious to another fact:
If Gaara lost his demon being, does that mean that he has lost a large amount of his former chakra?
If so, then I want a rematch with Rock Lee so we can see what SHOULD have happened in the Chuunin Exams. Speaking of which, Gai and Asuma's cells seem to be in the back burner. I really wish they would show their journey's for a little while. One more thing. Who else notices Orichimaru's resemblance to Michael Jackson in both appearance and character? Collecting pubesent boys? Poor Sasuke...

    Tarantino Films

The first movie I ever saw by Quentin Tarantino was Kill Bill Vol.1. After seeing this movie, I went to great extents to find every other movie made by him. My wish came true when I found Resevoir Dogs uncut on Bravo one day. I loved it, particularly the scene when they argued over their names. After this, I began searching for his other film, which I had heard of several times, Pulp Fiction. One day, searching my local cable channels, I came across the uncut marathon on IFC. I watched it with my Dad. It was probably the greatest film experience I ever had. I loved this movie more than Kill Bill. I just loved the movie's ability to put out such great lines of dialogue. I usually need a lot of action in a movie to keep me entertained, but the movie's speech and conversation were enough to keep me enthralled the entire time. Plus, John Travolta, Bruce Willis, and Samuel L. Jackson were at possibly their best. I loved every thing about this movie. It also provided me with my favorite movie quote of all time; "Bring out the gimp...". Kill Bill as a whole is my second favorite movie of all time, and by Tarantino. All of the wild kung fu/samurai references really amused me, because I recognised several of them. In fact, I noticed Uma Thurman's jump suit as a Bruce Lee reference before any other media outlet. It was a moment that I was proud of for some time. The movie's general style of story telling and cinematography was amazing too. The shots, the slightly cheesy, yet effective effects, and different camera effects just put me in an excited feeling. The seperate halves of the movie definetly had a different feel from one another, but where both great. The only gripe I every had with the movie was that I really wanted to see Budd fight. Other than that, greatness all around. I have yet to see Jackie Brown in it's entirety, but I am ready to when ever I can. I cannot wait for Tarantino's next film, which I hear tell is supposed to be a WWII movie. Could be wrong, but sounds cool to me. I would like to see his take on the war film. I also can't wait for the rumors to come true of a Kill Bill anime prequel. I love Tarantino's work.

Mike and Dash followed Kat through the thick of the jungle. ?It?s right up here, we?ll be there soon.? she said hopefully as the sound of splashing water became audible. The three of them began hurrying through the vegetation, each of them carefully dodging the vines and bushes. Suddenly, Kat halted the three of them as they gazed upon the beautiful waterfall spilling over a tall stone wall. The sun was shining off the water and the site was truly something to behold. Behind the elegant waterfall was a large, hollowed out cave. The three of them looked at each other and smiled with optimism. Dash looked forward with a grin and ran to the large spring of water and leapt into it with a loud shout, fully clothed. Mike smiled, but Kat hollered at him. "We don't have time for this. We need to check the cave out and go find Alex. We have time for this later." ?So, this is it? Very nice...? Mike said to Kat, patting her on the shoulder, easing her tention towards Dash. He then began advancing towards the cave behind the water fall. He walked around the spring created by the water fall. Which was nearly 30 feet in diameter. He edged behind the waterfall and entered the cave as Kat followed. They stepped in and looked into the darkness of the yawning cavern. ?It?s way too dark. We should go find Alex and bring him here. Then we can get some fire and explore this place a little.? Mike told Kat, who nodded in compliance. ?That sounds like the best idea. We can bring some of the others with us too.? Kat answered back. They two then stepped back out from the water fall. "Dash, lets go." Dash nodded with incite and crawled out of the water, soaking wet. The three then made their way out. As they stepped out, the three of them were alerted by a loud scream from afar. It sounded like Alex. He was calling to them.. The three once again traded glances, and rushed into the thick woodlands once again, following Alex?s voice. OOC: I hope this is alright. We've found the cave. Lets go check out Alex. Blayze or whom ever wishes can take us there. I want to see what all the ruckus is about. I've left room for something to be lurking within the cave, but I don't want to mess anything up. Maybe we find something in it.

  13. Yeah. It's all parody and satire, usually relevant to the games they are reviewing. It's all for comedy, and that is one of my favorite parts of the show. It's just fun to watch. Likewise with AOTS. And all they review, like Diablo said, is video games, and when they get a game based on an anime and have no idea what the story is about, they mock it. Just as they mock most other games, even good ones.

"Strike! Strike! Faster! Strike!" A flurry of punches flew out into a red hanging bag, a kick of blinding speed, bending the thick sack in half. "Faster! Stronger! More Power!" A flurry of even faster punches whirled into the bag, causing lasting indentations. A fast knee to the middle, then followed by an elbow, all at inhuman speed. "Faster Michael! Your Better Than This!" A growl of determination, a cry of anger and power, and a fist shot out with power and quickness. Then Mike woke up. Mike... or Michael, looked down to his injured hand. It was nearly burried in the beach sand. "F***! he mumbled as he pulled the dirty, newly opened wound from the sand. He viewed the injury momentarily, and wiped it on his trousers yet again. He then looked around him, it was early morning. He must have been the only one awake. Michael looked up to the sky to see the still visible moon. It couldn't have been any later than 8:00 am. Mike raised up and strolled over to the fire place created the previous day. All that remained was ashes and glowing ambers. He then rushed over to the jungle's outer rim to gather some green plant leaves and grass. He returned and threw them on the hot ambers, and the started a small fire. He then turned to the remaining lumber and tossed the sticks on the new flame. It soon caught, and Michael rested for a moment. He looked up to see the rest of his camp mates slumbering on the beach sand. He noticed the tide coming very close to their sleeping bodies and smiled. At this, his stomache growled and he realized his own hunger. They would have to gather some food. He decided to wait until Alex and that Dash fellow woke up. He would get them to help him... and so, he waited, amused as the tide came to them slowly. OOC: Sorry if this post seems short. Okay, so... any body can wake up first, but either Dash or Alex, you guys can come and speak to Mike about hunting for food.

  17. I am a defender of these two, seeing as how X-Play and AOTS are two of my favorite shows. Now for a moment, I want you guys to imagine that games like... Dragon Ball Z Budokai exists in the same world as games like Soul Calibur 3. Now, are you going to tell me that Budokai is better than Soul Calibur 3? No. Games such as Tekken and Soul Calibur tend to set new standards which should be looked into. Now look at every other game review magazine or website, and let me know when you find one that rated Budokai higher than Tekken or Soul Calibur. Lets believe that a game like Fullmetal Alchemist: Curse of the Crimson Elixer exists in the same world as a game such as Kingdom Hearts. Ghost in the Shell in the same world as Metal Gear Solid 3. Gungrave in the same universe as Resident Evil 4. Shaman King in the area of Final Fantasy Tactics. X-Play and every other game reviewer for that matter have high standards for games because they have played the best, and they're not going to go easy on a game simply because it has an anime license. You get what I'm saying? I mean, yeah, I like Budokai, but its no where near Tekken 5. I loved Fullmetal Alchemist, but it doesn't hold a candle to Kingdom Hearts 2. So, I don't think its a good ethics to get angry at a game reviewer for putting down a bad game, regardless of the title or characters in the game. Blame the developers for making a mediocore/bad game.

  21. The Battle for San Francisco The year was U.C. 0079. The war between the Principality of Zeon and the Earth Federation had been going on for sometime now. Zeon forces had already invaded the North American continent and were deeply rooted in several major cities on the continent. The city of San Francisco, California in the U.S. was currently under conflict for control. The battles had just started and Federation Mobile Suit units were on the look out for Zeon insurgence. Little did any of them know, that a Zeon ace squad was on their way to take the city by themselves. Using a radar-disrupting tank as back up, the squad slowly moved into the city, undetected... -------------------------------- Cool current winds blew through the deserted San Francisco streets. The vacant structures of the once bustling metropolis created a soft whistle as the salty air whisked around them. The city was silent. Sea birds perched calmly on top rooftops and phone wires without care. They were the only sound to be heard. Suddenly, a flock of seagulls flew into the air with great urgency in response to a loud mechanical step. Then another, followed by several more. These disturbances were the product of a small Zeon MS unit contrived of two Zaku II units, lead by a single menacing blue Gouf unit. They stepped slowly into the city with great caution on their minds. The pilot of the blue menace was non other than the famed ace, Sergeant Michael ?Ares? Arestos. His monolithic mobile suit carried a wrist mounted Three-Barreled 35mm Gatling Cannon. The unit was watching observing radio silence for safety, using hand signals thrown by the behemoth war suits to communicate. The concrete ground of the city cracked under the weight of the mobile suits as they advanced on the enemy position deep in the city. Their orders were to take out a Federation outpost near the famous red bridge of the city. These three men were more than enough for the job. The two Zaku units followed behind Michael as he made his way around the narrow corner of a skyscraper. He then threw his suit?s arm up quickly, signaling a halt. He pointed down the street. He had made visual contact with a tank unit down the road. He signaled his men to go around and scan the area. The tactic was confirmed and they dispersed. Then, the famed war god, ?Ares? awoke and took action. Swinging around the corner, Michael fired two rounds from his automatic weapon, destroying both tanks down the street. It was a ploy. Two orange/white GM units of the Federation swung around the buildings down the street and began firing their mass production beam rifles at the Sergeant. He boosted to his left and dodged both heated rounds, which destroyed a single city building behind him. Boosting back, Michael fired several rounds into the two GM units. He fired 10 rounds into them, five apiece, he stuck both of their sensor units and cockpits. An explosion went off as they fell to the ground. It was a dead give away, and his position was now known. The operation had started, and the battle would soon ensue. ------------------------------------------------- Alright. Retri, you know the rules, lets get going. Post amount will be determined later. Member votes decide the winner. Lets go.
  22. Thank you for showing me these. I had never heard of them or come across them, I've just heard of Judas all my life as the great betrayer. Thank you again. 24. New Subject: The Gospel of Judas. A new text scroll has been uncovered telling how Judas Iscariot, the famed traitor of Jesus Christ, was actually a good guy. It tells how Judas was asked by Christ to turn him in to the Romans (or something to that effect). And I actually think this is more plausible than Jesus being tricked. I mean, he knew it was his fate to die for the sins of man, so why wouldn't he be expecting it to happen? I think if Jesus wanted to, being such a miracle worker and all, he could have prevented such a betrayal. What do you guys think about that?

The ocean breeze blew salty air across the faces of the two men as they journeyed from the beach and back into the thick tropical forest. Mike reached up and snatched down hanging vines to clear the path. Mike looked back into the face of the man named Alex. He seemed older than him by a few years, indicated by his mature, yet youthful appearance. He couldn?t have been any older than 24... not that Mike could remember his own age either, but it was apparent he was the younger. ?So... Alex was it?? Mike asked with interest. ?That?s right.? he answered in a friendly manner, which had been revealed in their meeting. ?So, you got any idea how we all got to this place? I can?t remember nothin?...? he questioned with hope. The lack of memory was still burdening him. ?My guess is as good as yours. I?m having the same problem... All I know for sure is that we were all on a plane to... somewhere, and we crashed. At least, that what it would seem like. Haha.? he said humourously. Alex?s calmness helped Mike trust him more. They were now into the thick of the jungle, and the light of the beach was barely visible. ?Yeah... unless we got shot out the air. That would be somethin?, huh?? Mike joked back, stopping in a clear spot with several twigs and sticks scattered through out. ?Tch. Yes it would.? he scoffed a laugh. ?Well... let?s get started.? he said, leaning over to pick up a few pieces of the fallen timber. Mike followed his example, bundling them under his left arm. Mike?s knuckles upon his right hand were still sore from his frustrated attack on the tree, but he continued ignoring it. ?Hey. Do you think we?ll make it out of here soon? I mean, I would hate to live the rest of my life out in this place, y?know??. he asked Alex. Alex gave a spiritless sigh, and looked up to Mike. He opened his mouth to speak when they were interrupted by a shout from afar. It was faint, but audible never the less. ?You hear that!?? Alex snapped to Mike. Mike gave an alert nod, and they tucked their remaining fire wood tightly under their arms and started towards the voice. ?Helloooo! Anybody out there!?? Mike shouted back for an answer. ?Hey! Where are you!? was the reply. It came from their right side, towards a tall hill, which seemed to lead into the mountain range on the island. The voice sounded like a young woman, an idea Mike liked particularly. Alex shouted back, ?Follow out voices! Can you hear us!??. ?Yeah! I?ll be right there!? the voice came back, soon followed by the sound of rustling brush as a fit young woman stepped through the bushes and vegetation. She was clearly attractive, yet another thing Mike was glad to see. She came down hill quickly. She was sporting a white tank top, and she had a visible wound on her left arm, which she had treated with a piece of clothe. She came up to the two men and flashed a smile. She was winded, but held out her hand to greet them. She shook with Alex first, ?Hello. My name is Kat.? ?Hello Kat. I?m Alex, and this is Mike.? he gestured towards Mike. She held her hand out and shook with him aswell, smiling. Mike gave a smile back. ?We were just gathering some fire wood. We?ve met up with a few other survivors, you should follow us back to... camp. I guess that?s what we could call it.? She looked to Alex, nodded, and they made their way back to the beach. Night, however, was falling rapidly. ------------------------------------------------- (OCC: Alright, take us home Blayze or Astdis.)
