1. Yeah, the Panthers, my home team aswell, are who I'm routin' for. Adn I'm sure that the Cheif's will make it. Thay could stop the season right now and probably make it. If Panthers make it, it'll be their first super bowl, like it was for the Buc's last year. I'm lookin' forward to it, but If Dante Hall pulls another one of his crazy runs, then their gonna be in deep trouble.
2. Vash hung off the side of his bed. He wasn't sleepy. He had already slpet for several hours after he passed out in the bar, but he hung their in his hang over. He moaned in pain and nuasia. Suddenly he grabbed his mouth and stomache and ran into the bath room, puking. "Uhhhh, I'll never ever drink again..... unnnn!!" he bega puking again. Vash looked over into the shower and shed his clothes. He got into the shower and let the hot water hit his body. He looked too his side at a new scar he had earned. The scar from that day. He grabbed his siade and the pale, large slash scar. He looked into the water and closed his eyes..... [FLASH] "Errands? huh! Whats that!" "Its a little present from our brothers and sisters. Care to see what it can do? HAHAHAHA!!!" "Knives! Put it down! Now!" CLICK! CLICK! "You think that can stop me, brother? HAHAHAHAHAA!!!" [FLASH] "Hey, drunkerd!" the voice of Minami came threw the door. "Huuuhh? Oh, what is it?" "Are you gonna tell me about the Stampede or what?!"

Kevin Smith

Well, if you already didn't know, Jason Lee (Jay) is Smith's close freind and Kevin Smith plays Silent Bob. So, thats probably why. Also, there the fact that they always provide comic releif in his few serious movies. Without them, his movies wouldn't have a reason to be funny.

Outbreak

Well, actually I got inspiration for this from "28 Days Later". But now that I think about it, you right. It is alot like Resident Evil. (Kinda makes it seem the "28 Days" was better at reprisenting Resident Evil than the Resident Evil movie itself. Kinda sad.)
5. My favorite action movies are Enter the Dragon and the Game of Death footage in Bruce Lee's Movie Biography. They contain the greatest fight scene's in any movie period. They didn't require the use of wirework, special effects, or anything, just good old martial arts knowledge and the amazing directing and fighting prowess of Bruce Lee. The impact looked real as can be an some times was real (ala the kick delivered to Bob Wall by Lee in Enter the Dragon). And thats the vey reason I love those movies so much. Because the action isn't faked. IF you havn't seen either, you need to check them out right away. Rent or Buy the Bruce Lee DVD collection and watch all of his movies NOW if you havn't cuz there a MUST!
6. It depends. I do like the mean, bad-*** good guy (Like Sanoske, Spike, Wolfwood), but I also like the not so evil bad guy, (Sesshomaru, Char Aznable, Aoishi Shinimori). I guess I just like the medium between the two. A bad good guy and a good bad guy.

All except three things. 1. She is too young to be in the Army. 2. Make your gun a PP7 or an M16 3. Military BDU's is what she would be weaing. You can make them tight, but she has to be in uniform. But other than that, perfect. EDIT: Thanks for changing it.

Outbreak

RATED PG-13 for excessive violence, horror, gore, blood, and language. __________________________________________________ Willcast-Bourne Inc.,Manchester, England 11:32 p.m., May 26, 2008 Dr. Willcast, co-chairman of the Willcast-Bourne Inc. sat at a desk covered by bottles, glasses, tubes, and other sceintific instruments. He was wearing a gas mask and swetaing perfucely, his hands shaky and nervous. He was pouring, very slowly, a test tube filled with red liquid into a container filled with blue liquid. The test-tube was marked "Rabies Virus, Cultured!!!" His shaky, gloved hand slowly poured the test-tube's red contents into the blue liquid. After he emptied it completely, he swirled the container around carefully and watched as the inside liquid was manifested and turned completey red by the contents of the test-tube. "Yes! Yes!" The muffled, old voice of the elderly Dr. Willcast said threw the gas mask. His eyes shaky. He had created the perfect monster inside that bottle. "They....huh huh, they told me that I could no longer do my expirements. They told me that I, I, the pristejuce Doctor John Willcast, could no longer do my expirements. That I must stop and shut down my LIFES WORK! Well, now, now I hold there lives right here in my hands." His eyes quenched in insane happiness. He gathered his things and put them in a large, metal breifcase, and hauled it outside of the large building and into his old, but mint, 1968 Couger. The head lights turned on and he pulled out quickly and into the road as he drove.... Manchester Airport 2:07 p.m., June 24, 2008 "Hello? Manchester Airport? I need Clearence to land this is an American B14 Cargo plane. We have a crew of 5 and we need clearnce to land, unload, and fuel up. do we have clearence?" The American pilot waited for a reply from the radio. "Hello?! Hey, we need clearence to land, were low on fuel!" he waited frantically. "DAMN IT! The radio must be busted or something. Michael, were gonna have to emergency land without clearence!" "Roger that." the Co-pilot said as he began to prepare for landing. As the plane led down, the co-pilot and the main pilot noticed that the run ways were completely empty, that is threw the clouds. They came down fast as they slowly landed, the concetrated hard on keeping the plane stable. As the plane slowed, they looked up a little at the ground infront of them and to the surprise and horror, saw many wrecked planes and fires "Holy hell! What is this?!" the co-pilot said as they slowly came to a stop. After getting out of there seats, they deployed the emergency ramp and looked around. The american crew saw fires, crashed planes, and to there horror, dead, black and burned bodies, all over the run way. "What happened here?!? Terroist attack?" one of the crew members said to the other. The other crew member slowly shook his head. "I have no idea...." "Well, we might aswell go and find out. We need to find some body." a soldier said. He went back into the plane and took 5 of the emergency weapons, M16's. He slid down the yellow emergency ramp and slung one of the M16's over his shoulders and threw the others to each of the soldiers, "We never know." The soldeirs proceeded down the long run way to find some one alive. As they looked around, all they saw was dead bodies. Red and black. The smell of rotting flesh and burning hair filled the hair. One of the crew members vomitted at the stench while others were close by. As they came down the run way, they saw a shadow moving. They raised there guns and staired at the site. As the man that belonged to the shadow walked into site, the soldiers were shot with a cold breeze. The man was bloody, his eyes ravenous and he was drooling blood. "Dear God! Hey man! Are you.... dear lord! We gotta help him." one of the soldiers said and they all rushed over. "No! Stop there! Don't get near him!" a loud voice said over the inter come with a british accent. The soldiers looked up at the control tower, and looked down at the torn up man. The man broke into a ravenous run, snarling like a beast and revealing his sharped teeth. A shot rang out and a bullet passed threw the man's head, and he came to the ground dead. "What the HELL!" one of the soldiers said. "Don't touch the body! Stay away from it!" the voice said. "Carefully make your ways to the control tower and I will explain!" The soldiers looked at each other and made there ways to the control tower.... _________________________________________________ I need this- 5 American Military Members 2 British Civilions Sign Ups: Name: Nationality: (American or British) Rank: (if American Militairy) Age: Height/Weight: Prime Weapon: Melee Weapon: (no katana's or nothin'. 9.
Originally posted by duorocks17 I've seen all of the gundam series except the newest ones like SEED. And i have to say that yes, i like Gundam Wing more. I think I like it better than the others because there is more than one Gundam pilot to get into. I mean, with the first one, you only have Amuro, and there is essicentaly only one Gundam. But in Gundam Wing, you have really 6 different gundams: Wing Zero, Wing Gundam, Deathsythe, Heavyarms, Sandrock, and Natuku. And then you have 5 different characters, Heero, Duo, Trowa, Quarte, and Wufei. Each of these characters basically have their own storyline, even though they are intertwined in a very complicated way. And then you have bad guys people can actually sympathize with. Treise and Zechs. I mean, in all acutality they both really wanted peace in the end, they just had different ways of going about it. Or maybe it was that the story made a little more sense. *shrugs* I mean, Amuro was able to sense things, which set him apart from the whole race. Maybe that's why no one could get into him. *shrugs* I don't know, maybe it's just cuz the G-Wing boys are all just so darn cute! ;)
Well, isn't that a great explanation. The reason that there is only one Gundam is because it is one of the first mobile suits in the first place. They wouldn't be able to start throwin' out these invincible Gundams. And thats the militairy realism that I love about MSG. It the fact that the gundams aren't invincible and the fact that they are deefeatable and the fact that they are rare that I like. In the case of the Hero's, just as LB said, they are amazingly cliché and reused. Nothing special at all. Yes, Amuro couldn't get got (thats a tongue twister) because he was a newtype. Thats one of the major story points of MSG, the evolution of humanity and the newtypes. And thats what sets it apart from other mecha series. Another thing that makes GW boring is its lack of MS. There's 5 MS outside of the Gundams and thats it. The Aeris, Leo, Cancer, those hover craft things, and the Doll's. But in MSG I counted over twenty types outside of the gundams, not to mention the vehicles that aren't MS. That also gives it a hint of realism. Each MS Team has a specialtist. Long Range, Marine, Artillery, everything. Where ist the Gundams from GW are all three in one. And thats just so un-realistic. Like, a soildeir asked how could Duo use a beam melee weapon underwater, and the series never even answered. Duo simply killed the guy and we never would know. Maybe if they gave an explanation, it would be more realistic, but noooo! If the end reason is because there are more Gundams and cuter characters, than these people need some kind of reality check because THEIR NOT REAL! And if thats the point, then theres no reason fantasizing over them, and rather, should concentrate on the story.

11.
Originally posted by Juuthena 4) Romeo + Juliet (1996): I saw this for the first time when I was six, and that was when I actually understood what was going on in 'Romeo and Juliet'. Everytime they'd do a play, first of all, I couldn't understand a word, second, I would always just giggle at the funny costumes. But I really liked the way Baz Luhrman turned it into something more modern-ish so the audience now could understand it a little better.
I saw that and I enjoyed it alot. But they used the exact same lines from the original, they just put it in a modern day Los Angeles setting. I quote- Setting- Gas Station Romeo- "Draw your swords!" (Romeo and his gang proceed to take 9mm's and Desert Eagles out of there pants.) I found that part funny, but it was steal pretty good. Like the fight between Tibult and Romeo.
12. Vash dreamed in his drunken haze. He dreamt of the same incident. Vash remebered seeing Knives walk into the room of hit hotel..... "Knives!!! Its you! What happened to you?" "Oh, I only went to run an erand." "Don't play dumb with me Knives! Where did you go after I took you from Demetri!?!" "As I said, Vash, only running an erand......" [BLACK OUT AND EYES OPEN] "Hey, wake up!" an adjitated femal voice said. "Huh, what? GAh! My head!" VAsh yelled in his hang over. "You got drunk, you idiot, now I need to know, where is your hotel?" the girl said to Vash. He looked aroudn and noticed that she had his arm over her shoulder. They were outside in the middle of the dark street. "Uhh, oh thats ride. I don't have a hotel yet." Vash ansewered her with a waavy and cracky voice. "What!?! You idiot! God, now I have to find you one." "Remember? I said I was broke." Vash said with a smile. The girls eye twitched with anger and frustration. "Damn it!!..... Okay, heres what were gonna do, tell me what you know about Vash the Stampede, and I'll buy you a hotel room." The girl said. Vash looked up in suprise and fear..... HE thought to himself...
13. But Gundam 0083rd Stardust Memories and 008th MS Team had great animation value! They were on FLCL level and they were both so crisp. And the only "lovable" characters in GW were Duo and Qautre. The rest were kinda dull guys, on the level of talking robots in personality. But I guess thats what people like. I would love to see some definite reason's myself. Fans, could you comment on this?
14. Vash was riding in the back of the bus, heading to New July. He just sat back, chewing on a peice of wheat and listneing to the idle talk of the passengers, as he hummed a mellow, yet, upbeat. It felt good not to get recognized by people. It felt good to, for once, not be chased so much. As longas he layed low, he was happy. Vash opened one of his closed eyes to see that they wre entering New July. Vash sat up and got his small bag of luggage ready. The Bus stopped and Vash hopped off of it. He strolled down the side walks of the peaceful, yet, bustling town. Vash saw many happy faces and this made him happy aswell. He took a quick turn and walked into a small tavern that he favored. HE had visited the town before, and so he was adapted to it ways. "Hey, its Felix!" A stubby bartender called out to the crowd as Vash walked into the door. The entire bar raised there glasses with a cheerful "Yeah!". "Hey, nice to be back in town." Vash said with a smile....
15. "Knives! I thought you were changed! I thought you were...." "Now, now, brother! I have changed. I now see that you are a fool, and I see that you cannot be considered my brother. It disgusts me to think that such a weakling, such a pathetic man is my own flesh and blood, and so, you must die aswell!" "What!?! Your insane Knives! Don't d it! NOOOOO!!!" [BRIGHT FLASH] "No! Huh, huh......" Vash awoke from his horrible dream, nightmare, memory. Vash slowly ran his open fingers threw his sweaty hair and over his face. He slowly got up from his bed and met the rising sun with his drowsy eyes. He turned his back and dressed himself and gathered his things. Vash knew he couldn't stay in one town for too long. The Bounty Hunters were everywhere and more would be harmed because of the bounty on his head. Vash had changed his signature red coat so he wouldn't be recongnized as well and had grown his hair down and pulled it into a spikey pony tail. He now wore a dark blue trench coat open with a white shirt and pants under it. He thought to himself ironically, I guess I'll be known as the devil in blue now... He left the Inn he was in and made his way to New July, the rebuilt town that Vash had destroyed so many years ago. It seemed like a different life then, though. So many things had changed, and most not for the better, but Vash new that he mustn't let things bother him, or he would be destroyed, and if he were destroyed, God only knows what would come to this world..... 18. I would like to know something. Why do people like GW so much over the original Gundam sereis. Its not as action packed, less story driven, has nothing to do with the original Gundam's "war/human evolution" concept, and it often time seems boring. Atleast to me. What ever hapened to the purist gundam fans. The fans who like Mobile Suit Gundam, Gundam 0080th, Gundam 008th MS Team, and Gundam 0083rd? Are there anyfans of these shows left? Please tell me. Kevin Smith

Coming from a guy with "I Enjoy sex with animals" as his avatar. But seriously, your right. His first work, Clerks, was strange and looked like a home made movie. But his last work, Jay and Silent Bob was the funniest of his movies. With Mallrats with a close second. "Chocolate covered pretzels?"
21. Katana, all you gotta do now is change your characters age and we can begin today! Just hurry up and we can. I'll post later today, so be on the look out.

Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith is a semi-famous writer/director, known for his works "Clerks", "Mallrats, "Dogma", and more recentely, "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back". Apart form being a hilarious movie acter, director, and writer, he has also writen for several comic book heroes (Including his original comical characters based on Jay and Silent Bob, Bluntman and Chronic.). Personally, I love his works and I find it hilarious how he created his own universe, intitled the Askewniverse, and how he makes fun of his own characters. I wanna make sure I'm not his only fan on the boards. Tell me what you feel on his works and what not.

24. .....(and picking up were mal left off.) and as the anime fan grows he gets into more mature forms of anime. I myself used to be into DBZ and Pokemon. But as I grew, I out grew those less mature themes and got into shows such as Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, and FLCL. Other influences anime has made are in commercial mediums, such as the populaization of manga and commercials themselves such as the Johnny Danger commercial from T-Mobile for there new ohone/palm pilot. I'm sure the influences will countinue.
25. Yes and no. Flowing like water is a martial arts disapline, but thats not the intentions that Jeet Kune Do uses on water. Jeet Kune Do teaches that one should be like water as in constantely adaptable. If you pour water into a cup, it becomes the cup, pour it into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. Think of as this way. Cup= The opponent and his set fighting style. (Be it whatever.) Water= The Jeet Kune Do user as he uses his knowledge of several martial arts and attacks to adapt to the fighting style of the opponent. Jeet Kune Do also teaches that one should be unsubstantial like water. Water cannot be attacked or harmed, pucnhed or grabbed, only over heated, where is it evoporates and recycles itself again. (Meaning self destruction and rehibialtion.) But water can dissolve any form of rock. Water can flow gently and transfer motion (as you put it) or it can crash down furiously (as in an offensive attack.) Another Jeet Kune Do philosophy is that a martial artist should not bind himself to one style, because by doing that, your forcing yourself to use only the moves that martial art teaches you, when you could really study other martial arts and create a style that suits you and your personal build or prefernces. I personally use TKD's Kicks and stances, Goshinjutsu's grabs and kicks (there are quite a few useful ones in that style), and Boxing's punches and occasionally its footwork is ideal situations. But I use the all around taught knowledge of the bodies pressure points. I know how to make an opponents face go completley numb, to knock him out, and theres a certain spot on that can kill. I also know the points of the body that cause savere pain, but right now, I really only attack the knee caps and solar plexus (down the center of the chest.). I also like arm locks, but striking is more my way. And so thats applying the philosphy, but you can't just go into a martial arts an get your feet wet, and then think you know it, you have to absorb it and then use what is useful, then disguard what is useles to you. You have to be careful.
