I gotta admit, it's saved my butt as a defensive wall sometimes, but if MJ's on the field... eugh. But if you manage to play it and get SORL on the field in the same turn, you're flying as far as defense goes until you can get a decent monster on the field too.

Yeah, I have both Eng. and Japanese versions of RE and 1000 Words and I like all of them in their own way, I personally think they're well done. Has anyone on this Board actually bought and/or played the game? In the UK it won't be out until the 12th Feb. I have it pre-ordered, but I really would like some decently constructed criticism.

The item in the Bevelle Temple was the Knight Lance, I'm almost sure of it. And you can't really complete the game without all the aeons anyway, coz you [spoiler] have to destroy them all at the end[/spoiler], surely.

Have you got Anima and/or Yojimbo? Anima doesn't have a Damage Limit and can deal a heck of a lot damage if you've developed Yuna enough, and if you pay enough money (though I haven't tried it on Jecht) Zanmato should finish any opponent. I beat FFX on Sunday. *dances*

I can't remember when either of these cards were played in the duel, but Mai played 2 illegaly. Mirror Wall- She would've had to have given up all her LP to keep it in play. Shadow of Eyes- Wrong effect and only lasts for one turn anyway.

I think you mean the God Cards, shorty, but only Ra has 'secret' abilities and that's only in the show. The real ones show all effects. The two effects you want are Instant Attack and Point-to-Point Transfer. Instant Attack means that if Ra is brought back from the Graveyard it can attack immediately, while Point-to-Point Transfer is the ability for the player to donate his LP to strengthen Ra's atk power.

He did say it was a fun deck, Tom. Anyway, here's a question that seems a bit stupid, but I'd like cleared up- any monsters with the effect of going into defence mode after attacking such as Goblin Attack Force and Giant Orc, is that effect cancelled if your opponent has used Stop Defence?

It was activated like a Trap Card. 'Kaiba''s version put all the monsters Yugi played in Atk mode. It only puts one monster in atk mode. It also only should last for 1 turn. What's completely not right in the scene where a young Marik and Ishizu visit the village in [i]"The Tomb Keeper's Secret"[/i] and Marik asks about the things he's just seen?
