If it's still for Rapunzel, maybe try to find a shorter wig and then tie it all up in flowers like she did halfway through the movie? ORRRR you could do spoiler!Rapunzel at the end. :0
Defs not doing spoiler! Rapunzel, not as much fun haha. I think that what I''ll end up doing is getting at 1 metre long wig and braiding it to "explain" the shortness. Most cosplays I've seen have been with wigs to the knees at most.
