Hey you guys, it's me this time. I'm actually AT Christian's house =3 unfortunately, my computer is still out of commission, and at this point we aren't even sure if it's able to be fixed or if we will need at entirely new system. I'm actually seventeen now, FYI Sandy ;D Only as of a few weeks ago, actually. I'm also a musician, and I've got a lot of respect for Rach here, who's working towards his masters. I play trumpet and I sing, and I have played violin, guitar and piano. It's my passion, but alas, I don't think I'll be keeping it up after I graduate next year. I've already decided I want to major in English so that I can teach it in Japan, and might sound silly but I'd like to go for a PhD in English Lit =3 I play club soccer, I work, I'm in 3 school bands and I do alot of drawing in my spare time. I'm in 2 advanced sort of classes for English and Social Studies, and I'm working towards an IB diploma in those. I don't mind being the Sunflowers or having Yellow as our team colour.I was going to suggest fuschia, but if we were fuschia, I wouldn't suggest a flower name. I'm not so inclined to the Roses because I think it's pretty commonplace. I mean, they're nice and all. But we're about having fun and I think that sunflowers represents us more because we're optimistic. Roses bring to mind a serious and romantic occasion. But that's just me, yo. I too have grown fond of the name and the flag D: We've gotten so far on this,and we did some major pwning to get to this position. It's a shame. But underneath our new name and flag, we'll still have the same heart ;D

Not that common, but it's simple and I've always figured it was rather easy. And apparently alot of people in this thread have simple names who also get them 'effed' up on a regular basis xD I've heard it all, including a teacher calling me Alexandra. I'm not sure where she thought the 'ndra' came from... I've been called both Alexia and Alexis many times. My least favourite nickname is probably Lex.. I do however sometimes refer to myself as Lexbot xD My grandma and my auntie call me Lexy, but I can't stand the name otherwise and my friends know it. I think it's most annoying when people put the wrong emphasis in the wrong places so it sounds like "AHlecksAH?" That's just [I]gross[/I] sounding.[/FONT][/COLOR]

hay guys! As far behind as I am with the whole "packing" thing (lol, shock and surprise), I figured I would drop by and try to make this as easy as possible, once I saw the theme change. Here is my character profile, just so that this weekend goes smoothly! Name: Alexandra Woods Gender: Female Age: 17 Special Ability: Alexandra has the ability to literally communicate with nature. She can make plants grow, move rocks by thought and can speak to animals. Description: Alexandra is about 5'5, a thin and petite girl, very pale with large green eyes and dark brown hair with caramel chunk highlights that reaches to her mid-back. Her features are defined, with high cheekbones and mischievious smile. Personality: Playful and friendly, she loves to kid around and is easy to talk to. She'd be considered the lovable slacker of the group. She's smart but she chooses not to apply herself to much unless it interests her, which, unfortunately for her grades, isn't much. She loves music and can often be found in random places playing her guitar. Bio: Alexandra came from a wealthy family, who shipped her off to be "cured" when her abilities were discovered. It was promptly realized that she could not be cured, and so they sent her to the school.. they give her money when she asks for it, but do not want anything else to do with her. I know you guys will do awesome. Have fun with it like you did and we'll be fine =D

The rest of her team moved to her aid, followed by the rest of the group. [B]"On my count, we pull."[/B] Murmurs of consent were heard throughout the group. [B]"1...2..3... Pull!"[/B] Kathy commanded, and the ragtag group pulled as hard as they could. For a moment, it seemed like even their combined strength could do nothing to move the doors, but they began to hear a screeching sound, and feel the weight of the door come towards them. [B]"Again!"[/B] Kathy cried out, and the group strained under the immense weight of the door, but refused to give up. Finally, with a great groan, the door swung forward, and many had to fall backward to avoid being squished between the heavy door and the stone wall. The room in front of them was beautiful. It looked to be the main entrance of the castle, it was made of stone, with a high arching ceiling and stained glass where the sun poured through, illuminating the hall. Everyone kept their hands on their weapons, as their eyes swept over the room, searching for even the slightest movement. Bethany was the first to speak. [B]"I don't sense Morgwyn's presence.. We're safe from her, atleast for now."[/B] Sighs of relief were heard from several people. [B]"We should take this opportunity to explore."[/B] said Shy, as he stepped forward into the great hall. Morgwyn is extremely powerful now.. if we don't stop her, we won't be around long enough to spend the money we make from stealing."[/B] Sergei stayed silent but gave Alexandra a stern look. I think it's fair to warn you that I probably won't be on the computer much from Wednesday night until Sunday because I have alot of band functions coming up - I've a concert on Wednesday night and Thursday morning I leave early for my band tour, and I won't get back until Sunday evening. So I might be able to sneak in a post that night if I'm not too tired, but other than that, this won't be my most active week. I'm with Rach on this! I'm totally diggin' the story so far, and I think all of our writing styles compliment eachother rather nicely =3 It's fun. I'm gonna hold off on posting though till atleast tonight. Sandy said he didn't want to see one team or one player dominating the game because it would be frowned upon, and I think I've definitely seen the most posts out of us four. It's not that I don't [I]want[/I] to post right now (I'm brimming with ideas!), but hey. Gotta give the other teams a chance to compete ;D

[B]Personality:[/B] Energetic and outgoing, her mouth gets her into far too many fights, and she sometimes gets her teammates into tight situations because of her "talent" at pissing people off by saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. She's enthusiastic when it comes to her job, and is willing to do just about anything to finish it. [B]Short Bio:[/B] Alexandra lost her parents when she was young, and lived on the streets where she learned to steal to survive. She was picked up by the group after they witnessed her pickpocket an unwitting man with great ease.

I love the idea of keeping with our team name, and being a rebel band of mercenaries out to retrieve the jewel for our own benefit of gaining the reward. We could even play tricks on the other teams to get ahead, hehe.
