I've been following this as well. Sadly, I run on 56k and don't like the lag I cause other players so I don't play games online anymore. But there is the ol' LAN center down the street. :D I'm excited because there are NO JEDI! (well Vader is in the game if you play as the Empire...) Don't get me wrong, Jedi are cool and all but I'm tired of people treating them like gods every ten seconds. The Dark Forces series really brought out how cool it would be to be a Jedi and Knights of the Old Republic gave us an awesome prequel.... but just leave the Jedi in those games. I heard you can call in a oribital bombardment from a Star Destroyer if you control the map long enough... that should be a sight to behold. "DIE REBEL SCUM!"

Sciros: I ment that Batman was the best. Nightwing couldn't beat Bruce in the Fugitive arc, and they knew the only chance they had to bring him down was Cassandra. And Bruce beat Shiva suring the "A Death in the Family." arc (when Jason Todd was killed.) in the desert... about 30 years before the Batman/Superman series. Batman is the undisputed #1 DC badass. Lobo and Wonder Woman come in 2nd and 3rd. Starfire is my favorite character in the show. I just love the way they protrayed her.. and she looks cool in an anime style. I just didn't like her look in the comics a little too much like a super-powered Mary-Jane Parker for my tastes. Her awesome remarks and off-beat comments rule. And when she grows up she's probably gonna be hot!

Where is Kid Flash or Superboy... and which Robin did you speak of? If you ment Dick, than he was my favorite.... because he became Nightwing. And Nightwing rules. As Robin Dick kicked all sorts of *** wearing ELF SHOES! He kicked the crap out of 2-face, the Joker, Scarecrow, and was at one point almost as good as Bats... until he trained with Lady Shiva and became the best damn fighter in the DC universe. Starfire is also cool. In Kingdom Come she and Dick are married and have a kid... who ironically falls in love with Bruce and Talia's son Ibin. Ra's raised him though. ... if you have no idea what I'm talking about... read some comics... ya know, what the show is based on. Deathstroke was cooler than Slade could ever be, he shot Kid Flash in the kneecap for no reason, and took down the entire Alpha strike force of the X-Men, even Wolverine and Collosus!

Robin looked at the flying falcon and shrugged before staring at the new guy. "So, what do you say? You'd be an honorary one of course as this place is getting a little crowded." he laughed as he waited the newcomer's reaction. "S.. sure I'll join you guys as long as it means sending Slade away." Chi-Boy smirked. "I think that's number one on our list right now. He has a lot to answer for." The boy wonder growled. "I'm Robin, that's all you need to know for now. Just sit back and rest, I have to go talk to some of the other Titans." Robin said as he turned and walked out of the room. As he left Aqualad and Speedy looked over to him. The prince was in his tank while Speedy was reading some comics. "You still into that japanese crap?" the prince of Atlantis laughed. "Yeah, I happen to like reading about which chick the geeky guy chooses. To you it may be all the same plotlines but to me it's diffrent everytime." Speedy smiled. "You do realise you have no class right?" Aqualad quipped at the other man. "At least I can stay dry and breath air for more than an hour at a time. And I have a far better chance of getting some action from women." the blonde boy grinned at Aqualad with a smirk on his face. "I happen to have you know I'm already arranged to be married." Robin just shook his head as the two argued and walked away.

Cool premise. The West was cool indeed. Name: Deputy Shane "Left Hook" Wenton Age: 32 Gender: Male Weapon: Winchester rifle, Fists, silver colt revolver. Appearance: Tall, lanky and missing something women call a fashion sense. He wears just about anything he can find. He has dark brown eyes and jet black hair from being half-mexican. He wears worn down boots and a large cowboy hat that has seen better days. Biography: Born in Houston, Shane was the daughter of a Mexican mother and White father who owned a farm near the Mexican border. Shane lived a humble life under them as his father taught him to be an expert shot with a rifle and a decent one with a reel gun. When he was 16 Shane got interested in bare knuckle boxing. His father and mother protested as they cared for him too much, but he did it anyway. His speed and power as well as his set-ups made him arguably the best bare-knuckle fighter in Texas. His left hook was so powerful and quick he got the nickname for the ring. While in a northern city his family was killed by Pancho Villa's forces... and he decided to move to Jessie's Prarie. When he got there he was one of the first to befriend David Graves and eventually became his deputy.

Dick stared at the wall as Starfire dressed his wound. "You don't have to do this." he muttered. "If I didn't do this than you would be hurt longer and possibly fall ill and then you might...." the Tameranian started. "I ment I can do this myself. Cyborg and I have a good knowledge of medical training. When your just a normal guy like me, you need it." he whispered. "But you are not normal. You are our leader, you have beaten all of us at one point or another, you know how we work best and who can work better with who. You are a true Bankorg." Starfire replied with surprise. "A what?"Grayson asked. "A Bankrog... a head of a household, one who keeps a family together on my planet." Star whispered. Getting up Dick took his mask, a new shirt and cape and donned them as he started to walk away. A slight smile came upon his face. "Thanks Star. I need to check up on this new guy we found."
The TMNT series never was intended to be serious, poor fight-scenes and cheesy one liners helped achieve this, heh, though adding a comical factor to the game is a good move, hence the "BOOM!!". Those parents wanting to buy this game for their children will be able to rest assured that what their children will be playing is a sweet and friendly game, and won't live up to the content of GTA. The harsh truth then comes to question: If kids didn't play this game, then who would? I know I wouldn't.
The new cartoon rules. Yes, the early 90's/late 80's series were plauged by such things as crappy fights and horrible attempts at comedy, but the new series is not only cool, it's based on the Mirage comic! :D The original game could have been better if you could block and have several diffrent types of attack strings rather than weak and strong. Unlockable moves and cool counters like the damn LOTR games... only this time with some cool style and flashy visuals. And yes, the enviorments and enemies were drab. Hopefully they fix that with this one. I rented and beat the first game in about 4 hours... I might buy this one if they do it well. 4-players sounds really cool though.

HOLY *****! This has already surpassed my expectations. And I'm definetly more psyched about this than the new Zelda. That and this setting looks awesome, and a lot of great jokes akin to those seen in Friday and Don't be a Menace... have the opprotunity to arise if done right.

OC: How the hell did Robin magically wake up and be fine? He had a giant cut across his torso. IC: Robin should have been fighting Falcon, if he was there he was sure they could have won. They would have had to win, he could have formulated a plan or something. He was the leader and the rest of the titans trusted his intelligence and stratagies... they relied on him and he let them down by fighting Razorblade and Blackfire rather than be where he should have been. He could have died had it not been for Beast Boy. He didn't even want to think about what happened to Raven. Getting up he removed his suit and mask as he looked in the mirror and started to dress his wound before he heard a knock at the door. Starfire and Beast Boy were on the other side. "I'm fine, I just need to be alone for a while." he called out. Starfire and Beast Boy looked at eachother. "Should we leave him so as he can do... whatever he is doing?" the Tamerinian asked with a worried expression. "Robin needs someone to talk to. He takes things like this pretty hard. And I'm sure that injury needs to be treated." Beast Boy replied before he opened the door to be greeted with a look at Richard Grayson's cold gaze. "I told you I'm fine." he whispered hoarsley as he saw Starfire and Beast Boy staring wide eyed at the gash across his chest. It was obviously a well made blade that could do such a thing. "You're not fine dude. We came to help you out." the Changling countered. "Yes, please let us help you Robin." Starfire said.

OC: WTF? I thought I was fighting Razorblade? How in the hell did he go from a one-on-one duel to fighting Cyborg and Beast Boy? This confuses me greatly. IC: Robin and blackfire were fighting for several minutes while Star was taking down Dr. Light. Turning to a shout the boy wonder was met with a hard right cross that send him down... hard. As he struggled to get the dark haired Tameranian charged up and launched a powerful solar blast at the boy wonder. The force of the explosion knocked him into the bar where the concussion set in and he lost conciousness. Starfire's look of horror became one of pure rage and hatred. As she plowed through her current opponent and went after her sister. "How could you do such a thing you Renkergon!?" the Tameranain shouted. Blackfire sneered as she few in for the kill.

Personally I've been a fan since GTA. GTA2 got me hooked, and GTAIII and GTA:VC made me love the game's immersive humor and soundtracks along with the steller voice acting. Hopefully if they change the name and make the lead guy black (A cool move in my own opinon.) and change the name as well as making a great storyline like Vice City did then we have a winner already. I hope you can actually sit down on benches this time though to help you rest faster. And the cars better be sweet dammit!

The game is in mid to early development and this behind closed doors crap keeps people interested. Now I'm starting to get excited, but knowing me and silly things like having a life and paying my rent I won't buy this title until 2006 or something. I'm worried about the dungeons though and what gimmick they are going to use this time to re-do the same plot they have for all the games. I'll have to play though to see if it takes the crown for best Zelda title (Currently held by Link to the Past. SNES owns!) but I'm sure it will beat Oot and WW.

WOW. The new characters look retarded, but the graphics and old guys look wicked cool. It REALLY blows that Hehachi might not be in the game though, he's so frekin awesome. But my buddy Paul Pheonix is back for another round, and at least kick *** Kazuya is back as well.

Well someone doesn't like a bunch of humor and cool car chases in thier games. I think it looks cool, but why use the name San Andreas? Use a diffrent city name dammit! Remember Grand Theft Auto Miami?... oh, that turned to Vice City. And bikes have been around since GTA and GTA2. Hopefully you can play the gangs against eachother again. And which one is the main character?

(Uh, I think Falcon is too powerful. I mean he can't feel pain and he can destroy planets? I don't even think Darkside can do that... and Darkside owns all... he has his own planet for god's sake! Oh, and Speedy was a junkie in a classic GL/GA story, so I decided to put some comic in the RPG.) Robin stared at Razorblade and smirked as he dashed forward and threw a batarang at his opponent. Slapping the projectile out of the way with his katana, Razorblade found Robin nowhere to be found. "Come out and fight!" Razorblade shouted before feeling a punch to his face from out of nowhere. Robin had led him into a dark corner. As Razorblade struggled to see Robin spun his rod to grab his opponents attention before taking to the air and triple sommersaulted behind his opponent. Razorblade whirrled around before a small sonic grenade exploded behind him knocking him forward. As he got up he shook his head to help with the pain as he looked at Robin performing a flying kick. Ducking the kick, he took advantage of Robin's hot-headed nature by smashing his hilt to the back of Robin's neck before turning him around and slashing his chest. Robin let out a scream as he felt the blade pierce the polymer thread of the suit. Razorblade looked at the sword. "Your suit's tougher than I thought... but your head isn't." he said as he pulled hie blade back and readied a strike. Starfire shouted and backed away from blackfire long enough to launch a blast at Razorblades feet knocking him backwards. Robin got up and looked at the temporarily stunned opponent. "Shall we go again?" the boy wonder asked as he picked up his rod.

OOOOOH! Nice! But it brings up an important question: Is Nintendo that desperate for a best selling title? Zelda is it's new best selling franchise since OOT came out. And it hasn't had an all star selling game since the Windwaker. It makes me wonder about some things.

I'm into all kinds of genre's. My favorite's are fighting and action games though. I dispise turn based combat so I'm not the biggest fan of many RPG's, but an original twist on a story is cool (Am I the only person who wants to see an awesome modern-day RPG? I'm tired of the Final Fantasy future rpgs and everything taking place in a historical setting.) Action games are great because I like the adrenaline rush of a well executed action game. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is an excellent action game that totally rules because not only does it have an awesome combat system and arobatic feats... it makes you think! The whole Metal Gear series was the same way, MGS2 escpecially as the plot was so horrid you had to think why the hell they wrote it. FPS's are another great thing for me. Just sit me down with a keyboard, monitor, and mouse and I'm ready to go at it. The the thrill of capping your best buds with a sniper rifle is awesome. I like the setting anywhere as long as it's cool and immersive. I also enjoy it when you have an unlikley hero play a role as the character as it adds to the plot most of the time. Fighting game are amazing for several reasons, you meet new and interesting people when in the arcade scene for one thing. You also have more replay value than any other kind of game out there. Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo is over 8 years old and is still played in full tournaments to this day, that just rules. Those are just SOME of the reasons I enjoy fighters so much.

Who the hell wants to play alongside Bond? I want to BE Bond so I can get cool gadgets and hot chicks. Sad what they did to what could have been a kick-*** single player. And do you know if the new Bond game was anygood. As for multiplayer Goldeneye was the king of FPS console games (FPS are better on the PC though.) until Halo came out. While I'm damn sure history will not repeat itself with the sequel I hope to god they get the multiplayer package right. I want things like Paintball and DK mode back dammit!

OOC: Nobody got my Speedy refrence? It's a classic storyline. 10 points to the first person to get it. IC: Robin and Starfire continued chatting about what to do while Aquadlad was helping out Speedy make a speedy recovery. "Dude, you alright?" Aqualad asked as he led his friend to a couch. "Yeah, I'll be fine in a few minutes." Speedy answered as his friend tended to him. Beast Boy entered and Terra followed him as they came up to the boy wonder and the alien. "Hey Robin, how's it hangin?" the Changeling asked. "Deathstroke has something planned, look at these people... only a few of them seem to be enjoying themselves. The rest seem like paid... GET DOWN!" Robin commanded as he tackled Beast Boy out of the way of a plasma blast. People started shouting and running as one of the Slade bots started to run towards Robin who threw a razor-battering at it's neck severing the head clean off. "Titan's GO!" Robin commanded as everyone got ready for battle (even Speedy.)

Robin simply sat down and awaited for anything suspicious. Starfire was hovering and moving to the beats while Cyborg was just talking to a bunch of girls. "Wow, I like a man who knows his way arounf machines." on of the blondes said as she hugged his arm. "Well, it just happens to be I know my way around a lot of machines. Including myself." he laughed. Beast Boy was hanging out with Kid Flash who decided to jump into the party as well while Aqualad decided to chill with a bunch of guys upstairs. Speedy looked really out of it after returning from the bathroom (GA/GL might know what's wrong.) and Terra seemed to be uncomfortable with everything. "What is wrong Robin? Why don't you dance to the strange sounds like that of a formbilog?" Starfire asked as she landed next to him. "Something is wrong, very wrong." Robin said. "Deathstroke has set things up here, I can feel it."

I liked Equilibrium. Gun Kata's rule, and Tye Digg's did a pretty good job in that movie. I think the guy can act, but he was never given a complicated role yet. He was kind of a small character in Equilibrium. I've only seen the movie once though, what is this loophole you speak of?

If I were a game designer.... I'd join EA and make football games as you only do minor updates and then when it comes time just update in engine and some play mechanics. And you get to meet your favorite players... that would be so frekin sweet. :D But if I could make any game? I dunno really. I would have to think long and hard and I might post a game I'd make later. I would however like to update a game that Capcom decided to try and do... and failed miserably. Super Street Fighter II X (or Super Street Fighter II Turbo in the USA) is one of Capcom's greatest achievements and one of the best fighting games in history. It was the first to create the super meter we know and love and it's character balance was nearly perfect. A DC version was released with a bunch of new features for the game such as adding the bonus games and changing some features. But I would give it an update. I would release a compliation of two versions. On one hand you have the original arcade perfect variation, on the other you have the enhanced version The enhanced version would have a few new things such as extra animations for things like taunts and new win poses as well as smoother transitions into certain moves that didn't look right in combos (Zangeif's final atomic buster looked wierd when it was comboed into.). I'd also re-color and touch up the old CPS2 sprites for the game to give it a more updated look. I would not change the sprites as that would mess up the game in a big way but I would help get some better colors and add some things such as rips at the edges of Ryu and Ken's gi's, hair or headbands moving in real time and maybe put the old breakable objects back in the stages. I'd also update the color system as all the characters get thier original colors (ie: Ryu wears a red headband and white gi.) by pressing JP rather than have to go into thier "SSF2" mode. Instead those versions would retain thier original models. Add in the revamped Game Boy advance artwork and portaits. Place the GBA only stages in as bonus vs. stages and even use the GBA character select screen and you have one helluva cool Street Fighter game.

Personally, I like Hugh Jackman but nobody could act in this movie. What happened to the depth he had from the characters he portrayed in theatre? Other than the watered down (But still totally awesome) Wolverine he hasn't been givin a role for him to shine in, and even in the X-Men movies he was out performed by noted and great actors like Patrick Stewart and Ian Mackellan (A man I have great respect for because of how he delt with the world.) Now back to the movie, I liked it because I saw the Mummy movies, and they were retarded, but fun. I like campy movies, and I expected to go in there and be entertained and watch a retarded movie with some cool action scenes. I got what I excpected and thus, my money's worth. However, for non-camp fans the film was horrible. Decent acting was nowhere to be found, the special effects were good (as was the editing.), but the characters were shallow (which may have been a primary reason Jackman failed.) and totally butchred from thier mythos. But I enjoyed it, and the movie even had it's own little game. "Spot the scene stolen." There are several moments where Sommers (the director.) took moments from other films and just plastered them onto his own movie. Little things to full blown scenes that make you sigh in disgust. I saw a scenes from Batman, Bond films, Indiana Jones films, Return of the Jedi, LXG, Romancing the Stone and a few more. on a 10 system I'd have a campy review of 8/10 and a normal review of maybe 5/10. What is happening to action movies? In real late 80s and up until maybe the late 90s action movies were good all around from the Die Hard series Leathal Weapon to Terminator 2. The original Matrix (not the sequels) was the last good all around (orginal script) action movie until maybe 2002 when Once Upon a Time in Mexico (the sequel to the infinatly better Desperado.) and then now Man on Fire was all around excellent. Both Kill Bills are the same way. It's sad that good non campy or simple action movies are hard to come by anymore. :(

I'm not a big fan of Yoai and Yuri. But I have no problem with it if it's cannon or HEAVILY supported by cannon and not a bunch of rabid fangirls (no offense to rabid fangirls.) like the whole Gundam Wing and Ronin Warriors things. There was no hard evidence of homosexual relations between any of those guys (It was a pretty boy show, yes. But even the creators said that there was no real romance ment to be in the show... they kinda had some undertones between Heero and Relena and Une and Triez but that's it.) I'm not a homophobic who suddenly dispises a series or movie because it has two guys fall in love and kiss. No, I'm the kind of guy who dispises poorly written and unoriginal series and movies for being poorly written and unoriginal. I'm not even against well written fan-fiction with cannon shonen-ai elements. Classic case: Gren was a homosexual in Cowboy Bebop, there was an excellent fic I read once called "Camping with Backpack Billy" or something. No fangirlism, slight OCC between himself and Vicious's interaction. But well done and powerful, while at the same time just makes me feel for his character more.

The trick to defeating Shin Vega (Bison in the US version. Most of my SF games are imports.) is stay on the ground and turtle when his bar is full at MAX. You can fool the CPU with certain characters to give you the Mega Psycho Crusher on a whim. (Ken's LP Shoryuken at a certain distance does it. I think one of Charlie's moves can trick the CPU as well.) After the super has been wasted proceed to fight like before. Rushing and poking seem to really help. Playing Defensivly is harder due to Shin Vega's inhuman reaction time and shortened lag after certain moves, but it is far from impossible if you keep a level head. And as for Solidus, he was a cool boss. But not even he could help salvage the stupid plot of MGS2, or get past the fact that Solid Snake, the John Rambo of Video Games wasn't playable the whole time.
