Well, my current favorites are AzuManga Daioh and Samurai Deeper Kyo. Both are very good. AzuManga is one that i would suggest if you are into the funnier side of manga, as Samurai Deeper is more of a killing spree kinda book. It does, however, tie humor into it in some places. But, beware, if you are not one for...um...nearly nude girls, i wouldnt reccommend Samurai Deeper Kyo :P.

OOC: Sorry i am late a whole lotsa bullsh*t happenin in me life. moving on ^_^ IC: Jiae, where are you guys? I am talking to you through an oracle here in Balkazzar. I need to find you guys. Hows Gothkir by the way?? We are up here in the Calms. See if the oracle can get you here. We'll be waiting for you. Riho stops the transmission and asks the oracle if he can get teleported to the Calms. The oracle replies yes, and Riho finds himself in the middle of a very large white field. He looks over and sees Gothkir surrounded by Jiae and a bunch of others. "What have you guys been doing?...you look kinda beaten up..." Jiae replies sarcastically, "Uh, well lets see, not much unless you count the goddamn monsters we have been fighting. And then theres us getting wounded and-" "ok ok look im sorry, alright? I wanted to come earlier, but i have been practicing my skills, seeing as i am not quite experienced." Riho says.

^^ hmm...ok well pong WAS a great game. in any case, i really enjoyed the earlier Zelda games as well as the mario games. uh...hmm...the first final fantasy games my brother really liked too. Then, of course, there was Starcraft. omg a great game indeed. i would (and occasionally still do) play this game online for hours at a time, wasting the whole day practically. ah, yes frond memories. and last the dune game where ya harvest spice n whatnot was also pretty kool. Fun stuff.

well, when i was first searching for an email address (yeah sounds kinda cheesy or sumthin) i came across a guy whos screenname was psychofalcon16. so, liking this name so much, i evolved it into psychofalcon114 as my email, which in turn evolved into my nickname of Falkon, which i have carrid since 7th grade. (I am currently in 9th grade)
Have you ever noticed that the people you need to be online are never online when you are? Just an observation.
pff no one is ever online, whether i need them or not, when i get on, so...happens all the time to me.
I thought that Shato Khan was the american form of Karate? Of course, i'm basing this off of a hazy memory of the small little afterword they have at the end of "Bloodsport" so I could be wrong... Currently I am in Shato Khan Karate (I only started about a month ago) and its really not only alot of fun, but a great workout. A friend and I are doing it togehter, which is really helpful, as we can critique each other whenever we practice outside of class (which we do about once or twice a week) I hope to go all the way to black belt, and after that, maybe trying out another type of martial art. I dont think it's considered a martial art, but another thing that I've always really wanted to do was fence (swordfighting with epee's, foils, and sabres) The fast play of the swords looks really awesome, but, like ScirosBlade said, its really expensive. But I still think its really kool, and hope at one point or anotherin my life, to try it out.
well, if you want to try a really fun form of karate, try Kwan Shu. Thats what i take and, sure sometimes i dont feel like going (i mostly go tuesdays/thrusdays, and sometimes wednesdays) but when i get there, i have a great time. I have actually made friends of every person in my class (white/yellow/orange belts; about 10-15 people in my class. Of course, there are my friends who i have had from school that go too. its really a lot of sun for me, so you should think aobut checking it out ^_^

I study Karate an ancient japanese style. Actually, my style is Kwan Shu, which means the way and path of the fist. I am currently an orange belt (i only joined in October) but my friend is provisional black, which comes after 1st degree brown in our style. its a really fun sport, and if any of you out there are looking to do some form of martial arts, i really recommend this one ^_^

i think this game is one of the best out there. I have been a follower of it since it came out nad i love it. Problem is, my parents took the DMC games away from me because theyre too "violent" which pisses me off. I dont really remember any way they could make it better, just make more sequels ^_^
-
I really respect metallica, actually. The other Day i would have bought one of their CD's (Ride the Lightning) but i didnt have enough money. sure theyre an old band but that doesnt mean they arent good. They are one of the more diverse bands out there, which makes them high-up on my list. but hey, what do i know? i listen to music in almost every genre: punk, goth, electronica (techno, trance, house, rave, hardcore, happy harddcore, Drum n bass, more trance), metal, rock, psychobilly (which is a genre im sure almost NO ONE here has heard of), ska...goes on. i mainly dont like rap, hip hop, and country. so theres my 2 cents ^_^

OOC: Sorry all, but it i can hardly get on the net at my house, so i may fall behind a lot... IC: Sitting on the rooftop, Riho pulls the arrows out of his side andquickly gulps down a healing potion. The wounds close up and he stands back up. Seeing that Gothkir was badly injured, Riho ran to help him. "Here, take this." Riho said to Gothkir, giving away his last healing potion. " Is anyone else left to be killed?" Riho asked eagerly, wanting to get the rage inside him out.
-
Riho wondered why no more guards had come since the first two had been assassinated. He uneasily peered at the rooftops, scanning for any sign of movement. Just as he was looking away, he heard the Waska say, "I am unarmed! I wish to speak to all of you!" Riho started to respond to the Waska, "What is it-" he caught a glimpse of silver, and caught a crossbow bolt in his side. "ON THE ROOFTOP!" Riho said to the others.
-
"Damnit, where'd he go THIS time?!" Riho mumbled to himself. He questioned where his fellow officer, Gothkir, had gone to. Running through the forest and into the moonlight, he passed by the desceased guards, and into the town gates. He slowed his pace to a moderate pace, cautiously peering around. Ah, there he--WHO ARE THEY?! A ball of lighting shot through the air as Riho closed the distance between him and the other figures, who he made out to be a male and female Waska, and Gothkir. "*****!" Riho yelled, fearing the orb had killed his fellow man. He sprinted towards them, adrenaline pumping through his veins.

ok i have a few games that you MUST TRY!!! First off, Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 2. If you havent heard of or played this series of games, then i recommend trying it. the story goes a bit like this: The story of "Devil May Cry" follows the hero Dante, a half-human, half-demon who must save the world. He is the son of the legendary Sparda, who fought against the evil forces, years earlier. Dante's task is not an easy one, as he must fight his way through an unstoppable army of darkness in his quest to face the ultimate evil: Mundus. The emperor of darkness himself has come back to raise "hell", trying one more time to take control of the world. Dante, a private investigator of the supernatural, is seeking revenge for the death of his mother and brother. However, Dante comes face to face with his destiny, discovering the evil conspiracy goes back thousands of years and that the evil Mundus has arisen a new. With his twin set of guns, and his father's sword, he'll find out how far he can go.

yeah i have seen the movie. I think its somewhat creepy, the whole concept of people being posessed and controlled by demonic forces. i heard that at least one guy...i THINK it was one guy, anyway, died falling out a window or stairs or something after filming a scene or something. I dunno it has been years since i have seen the movie, and it has actually made me want to research some of that demonic posession.
Anyone here like this anime. I absolutely adore it. It's about 7 friends doing things that friends do. There really isn't any real plot, just the wonderful cast of characters doing everyday things. If you havn't seen it I really recommend it. Anyways, on to the point of this topic. For anyone who has seen and liked this anime, you will know that it has a wonderful cast of characters. I just wanted to know, who is your favourite and why?I like Sakaki and Chiyo. I like Sakaki because I think it's really funny how she is this really cool kid that has a secret obsession with cats and I like Chiyo because she is just so CUTE
AzuManga Daioh is AWESOME!! i have all three mangas, eagerly anticipating the fourth, and saving up to buy the anime series. I must have read each manga at least 6 times by now, and i have only had them about a month ^_^ Yeah, Sakaki is definitely my favorite character. Not only because she is humourous in the fact that she always is bitten by cats, but she wont tell anyone her obsessions. AND last but not least, shes quiet, and I like that in girls ^_^
so i rented this movie with a few of my friends today and i was expecting it to be really good because i love horror/psychological thriller flicks, but this was outright one of the cheesiest and most predictable movies i've seen in a long time, it was almost as bad as session 9. if they hadnt gone so far out of their way to give it a 'happy' ending it could've turned out to be a decent movie. the very end of the movie especially pissed me off, it made it out to be some kinda stupid Sixth Sense knock-off anyway, has anyone else seen this? if so what did you think about it?
I watched both of those movies (Session 9 and Gothika) and, although gothika IS rather predictable, it is still an ok movie. I dont really remember much about the movie session 9, but, again, that wasnt that bad a movie. Course, keep in mind these are just my opinions. The end was kinda...not right. they could have made it much better.
