Beth is also learning the skill of Shadow Manipulation. She is still researching this as it's relatively new to her even after all her years of being a Vampire. Beth has learnt how to create fairly powerful Shadow Puppets, but they don?t last very long in a heated battle. Another landmark is the lakes, they are not blue or even green like most, but a very dark red, almost brown colour. People would usually think that they are dirty but the water is pure and very healthy. These days she hangs around underground clubs, often changing identities in a hope of getting close to a vampire, making them easier to hunt down. She does regret having this life though but refuses to let go, it?s as if she has to prove something to herself and to others. [B]Bio:[/B] Beth had only been a part of the Hellsing Organisation, Extermination Squad 4 for about 18 months before she was thrown from it in utter shame. Even though her supervisors always said that she would be an excellent recruit, she always seemed to mess up and could never get even the simplest thing right. Her downfall was her last mission; a dangerous X-Vampire was on the loose but had finally been cornered in a warehouse on the outskirts of town. Beth had the clearest shot but fell to pieces when she was ordered to pull the trigger. Perhaps she recognised something in that vampire that reminded her of Alucard? She has asked herself that question many times but never seems to find an answer to it, or perhaps it?s denial. Currently Beth is working as a Solitary Hunter and has only been in the profession for 2 months so is considered quite new, even though she is well known for her skills. It seemed that after her shameful defeat that night by the hands of that vampire, something completely changed to make Beth a more aggressive person, now she will stop at nothing until she claims her bounty and it?s nearly killed her on more than one occasion. The sound of metal breaking was heard as the silver bullet cut through a support column, completely missing the target who was now long gone. Clark lowered her gaze and let herself be dropped to the cold floor, a tear running down her face as she stared into the black of the warehouse. No one knows how this virus got into the bodies and blood of vampires, but it?s spreading quickly making those infected thirst for more blood but also enhancing everything about them. Their speed has increased as well as their strength, making these Vampires extremely hard to beat. They can only be killed by a shot to the head or directly to the heart. No sword wound or other weapon will kill them, only a silver bullet. [U]Solitary Hunter:[/U] Those who are not part of the Hellsing organisation and have chosen to take the job of hunting Vampires into their own hands. This is totally illegal and hunters who are found are heavily prosecuted, but those who manage to keep themselves a secret are most likely extremely wealthy. There are underground organisations that pay a lot of money to hunters, the only proof they need is an eye of a vampire, showing that it is clearly red. Cassie sniffed and smiled, [B]"That smells really good, you're a great cook."[/B] Beth laughed and blushed slightly, turning down the heat and turning to some vegetables, cutting them up. [B]"Thank you, could you pass me that grater?"[/B] Cassie nodded and fetched a grater from the worktop and passed it to her new friend who went about grating some carrots. [B]"So, what do you think of this place so far?" [/B] Cassie asked politely, sitting herself on the worktop next to Beth. The blue haired girl shrugged and carried on with the cooking, enjoying the smells, [B]"It seems like we'll have an interesting time to say the least."[/B][/COLOR] [/SIZE]

[COLOR=DarkRed][SIZE=1]Methuselah groaned and rolled over, looking down to see that she was now back to her original gender with a large burn mark on her stomach. She coughed and lifted herself up onto her elbows, turning around to see Matt placing his helmet back over his head, completely oblivious to the fact that he had hit the now very annoyed Otaku. [B]"Levi...tation."[/B] Methuselah muttered, floating up from the dirt and drifting over to Matt's now retreating back. She took a deep breath and winced slightly, before tapping Matt on the shoulder, [B]"You Bastard!" "Holy...!?"[/B] Methuselah twitched as Matt dropped his helmet in shock and stood, not knowing what he was being accused of. [B]"What are you so surprised about?! You just tried to blows me to pieces, ya trigger happy git!"[/B] she shouted, grabbing her Captain by the front of his armour, glaring him in the eyes. Matt sighed and pulled out of the priest's grip, taking a couple of steps back, "Listen, I was...woah, who's that?" Legacy's attention then swapped to that of a burnt body that Kane and Deedlit were also looking at between dodging the enemies fire. [B]"Yoda...." [/B] was what Methuselah heard Kane whisper. She dropped her gaze and landed, dropping to one knee, feeling guilty about raving to Matt when Kane's own brother was now dead. [B]"Let's....get back to the Square...."[/B][/SIZE][/COLOR]

[SIZE=1][B]OOC I know it's pretty early, but I'm brining in some gory stuff, all will be revealed soon.[/B] [COLOR=DarkRed]Connor pushed his glasses back up his nose and checked his hair in the reflection, having long hair was a hassle, but getting it cut would seem like such a waste. [B]"Connor, you're so vain!"[/B] Rita laughed, shoving her friend lightly; chuckling as he did an over dramatic fall to lighten the mood. A few people turned and laughed as the boy pulled himself up, adjusting his shirt and hair once again. Then he felt it, like a sudden shock inside him. He looked around the hall and noticed a couple of the new arrivals shudder as well. He looked to Rita and she returned his worried gaze, clutching at her chest as her heart pounded in her throat. Connor gasped and leant against the wall, a drip of sweat ran down his face before he saw it. A black shadow, the form of a dog, seemed to drift straight through the wall opposite. His eyes went wide and Rita screamed, gaining looks from the others around. Those two, Carter and Adrian had obviously seen it too and were backing away, towards Connor and Rita. [B]"Why aren't you moving!"[/B] Rita yelled as another shadow drifted though the wall. The first 'dog' was getting closer to one of the girls, who was happily gossiping with a friend. [B]"They can?t see them...." [/B] Connor said, his voice void of all emotion, taken by the fear of what he was seeing. But what came next stuck in his mind; the 'dog' reached a blond girl and opened its jaws to reveal two rows of razor sharp teeth. With a howl it pounced and bit into the girl's neck. She screamed and fell as a chunk of meat fell from the 'dogs' mouth, her blood pouring out in torrents. It was within that one moment that the whole place descended to anarchy. A whole pack of the shadows had formed and were attacking students and it seemed that the only ones who could see them were Connor, Rita, Adrian and Carter, all of which were standing at the back of the hall, staring in absolute terror. They watched, as friends were ripped apart and blood slowly stained the floorboards of the ancient hall, Connor could only imagine what it must have looked like to the...normal ones, as he often referred to them as. After 10 minutes the shadows had managed to kill all who had not escaped. They crowded around the four teens at the back of the room and bowed their heads before leaving and melting into the shadows. Rita slid down the wall and sobbed, looking out at the gory scene before her. Teenagers, most of which were friends, lay dead, their blood still pouring from violent wounds. Stomachs ripped open, the contents spilling to the floor, all had claw marks and bite marks along their bodies, chunks of flesh taken out to feed those monsters. Connor couldn?t...didn?t want to understand. Why where they the only ones who could see those creatures? Why did they seem to bow before leaving? Was it because he was a Warlock? He just couldn't understand any of this but found he couldn't cry, not matter how hard he wanted to. After a few minutes everything seemed to be a blur as Connor slid down next to his best friend, looking up to the girl who stood next to him. She was crying, her tears flowing but no sounds coming form her, she was probably just as shocked as he was. "Hell Hounds..." Connor looked up to see the guide standing in front of the four teenagers, the bottom of his pants stained with blood. His expression was one of shock and anger as he stared at the children, pure hatred reflected in his dark eyes. [B]"Leave now, those of Magick, you are not welcomed here...and we will kill you."[/B][/COLOR] [B]OOC Ah, haven't written a gory scene in ages, so sue me -.-;[/B][/SIZE]

[SIZE=1][COLOR=DarkRed]Beth smiled slightly and continued to watch the TV, flicking through to another channel every so often. That Corey guy seemed nice, albeit temperamental; she should probably get to know him better. Brushing back a few strands of still damp, blue hair, Beth stood up and switched off the TV, walking into the kitchen in search of a drink. She found Corey sitting at the kitchen table while eating a sandwich and smiled, "Mind if I join you?" she asked politely, noticing a shrug as Corey's only reply. The fridge was certainly full, but Beth doubted that it would last five weeks meaning that there would have to be travels out to the nearest town, she just hoped that someone could speak French. "I just realised, we haven't had a proper dinner...." Beth spoke to the fridge more than Corey but he replied anyway, "Then maybe you should cook something?" he carried on with his sandwich after that and kept quiet. The girl sighed and shrugged, looking back at the fridge, 'Why not?' she asked herself and quickly went about the task of cooking a meal for everyone. She may not have been the best chef ever, but her talents in the kitchen were second to none on school.[/COLOR] [B]OOC Anyone can say what she's making, I don't care.[/B][/SIZE]

[SIZE=1][COLOR=DarkRed]Beth noticed the other girl.... Cassie, she remembered her name was, treading water in the middle of the lake. She dipped under and swan quickly and smoothly until she reached the girl, surfacing a couple of feet away, a small and polite smile on her face. [B]"Hello there."[/B] she smiled, her voice sweet and kind. Cassie nodded and smiled back, [B]"Hey, those boys are going to be difficult."[/B] Beth laughed and nodded in agreement, [B]"Aren't they always though?"[/B] Cassie chuckled and the two girls carried on talking, swimming about every now and then. Eventually, about half an hour later, the lake was beginning to chill, causing the girls to swim to shore and find their towels. [B]"Well, I'm going to have a shower."[/B] Beth said, leaving Cassie behind before realising that there was only one shower....and that someone was already in it. She sighed, dripping on the carpet outside the bathroom, [B]"Um, male or female?"[/B] the girl asked, her teeth beginning to chatter slightly. [B]"Girl!"[/B] it was Aria's voice, Beth sighed and decided that feminine modesty was for those who weren't coming down with hypothermia and opened the door. [SIZE=1][COLOR=DarkRed]The Underground was certainly the best place for Methuselah to be these days, at least until she changed her appearance for the umpteenth time. Currently she was in the form of Alucard from Hellsing, and as many know, being a Vampire whilst on a sunny, virtual island isn't a very good thing. Methuselah looked down at Vicky and chuckled, [B]"That tight suit must get very annoying."[/B] she commented, totally innocent in her mind and yet she received a semi-glare from the other member. Then she realised, as a girl that comment would have been laughed about, but since she now looked and sounded like Alucard, with the fangs and sadistic smile to prove it, she supposed that her comment was not appreciated. "Of course, I didn't mean it to be offensive.... in any way.... Vicky...." Methuselah trailed off and sighed, her broad shoulders slumped as she gave up. [I]I can see that this will be a problem....[/I] Vicky shook her head and ran a hand through her blond hair, adjusting her mask, [B]"Never mind, let's just get somewhere a little less crowded."[/B] Methuselah grinned, [B]"No prob..."[/B] she said, her now deep voice dripping with sadistic humour. Within a flash, the vampire had pulled out two guns, Joshua and Jackal, and was currently pointing them in the direction of Jokopoko's new RPG section. Needless to say that the path was cleared pretty quickly. [B]"Sorted."[/B] Methuselah laughed and grinned broadly, striding forward through the other members with Vicky walking beside her. [B]"I think you enjoyed that a little too much."[/B] the girl wonder sweat dropped slightly as the pair strode into the rather empty allotment that Joko had set up recently. While Vicky went to read some information, Methuselah set about bringing up her keyboard to check where everyone was. She noted that Joko was with Kane and Solo, but who she really wanted to find was... [B]"There he is!"[/B] a couple of members gave her strange stares, worried that a member taking the form of a sinister vampire armed with two guns was now acting like a giddy schoolgirl. [B]"What?"[/B] [B]"Nothing."[/B] Someone laughed. [I]Note to self: Change appearance....[/I] After a long time of reading ideas and fighting her way through crowds, Methuselah finally made her way to the door leading outside. She pulled her hat down lower and put on the well-known orange glasses, making sure that her red trench was pulled tightly around her. [SIZE=1][COLOR=DarkRed]Methuselah drifted around until he could see the large mushroom cloud type explosions that were coming from the Adventure Arena. He smirked, knowing that his friend had, to put it simply.... gone mental. [B]"Ah Matt, you are a gift and a curse to these boards."[/B] he smiled and ported to the space behind the nOObs who were currently being blown to pieces. Muse was being treated in the Otaku Lounge, which had been made into a quick infirmary of sorts, so Methuselah knew that she would be okay. As the nOOb corpses slowly melted into particles and the smoke started to clear, Methuselah made his mysterious entrance through the smoke and dust. A silhouetted figure was seen drifting through, Kane and Deedlit looked up, readying their weapons before they saw the shine of purple hair, sighing in relief. Unfortunately, Matt wasn't looking for an ally at this point in time.... and Methuselah was brought down by a well-aimed grenade to the gut.[/COLOR] [B]OOC Short maybe, but it gets the job done.[/B][/SIZE]

Each of them come from different schools across the country and have been picked as the school?s representative, whether it be for sporting achievement, academic skills or just being a good students, each of them shine in their own ways and will all meet up at a camp in the south of France. A place where the sun shines constantly, shimmering from clear lakes, giving the whole area a truly magical feel about it. None of the teens know each other and yet they will be thrown in together, having to live for themselves in an alien environment. The teachers have decided to give the students one French holiday villa in the middle of no where, surrounded by lush forests and a large lake. Once the students arrive they will be left to their own devices for 5 weeks of summer. Tasks will be set when they least expect it, gaining them rewards if they succeed. All of these tasks will involve teamwork and co-operation. The finest children in America, must, after all, be able to function as a strong unit. But when teenagers are out together, sparks will tend to fly?whether it be friendship, arguments?or romance. She sat underneath a tree near the path and took out a book, staring wistfully at the lake. The others would have to arrive before the house would be opened and she was early.
