Imogen was bored, she was tired and she nodded to get out, needed to tear her mind away from the memories of that haunting nightmare from last night. She stood up and pulled on a sleeveless top and baggy jeans, reaching for her trainers at the bottom of her wardrobe. "Mum! I'm going out!" she called, tying up the laces quickly. "Okay dear, don't be back late!" Imogen nodded and grabbed her Mp3 player, heading for the door. She paused as it creaked upon, an image of Vanessa and Rejindo flashed through her head. She blinked and then shook her head, walking out into the corridor. As she reached the street below she switched on her player and pressed the headphones into her ears, closing her eyes only briefly as the theme to Ranma 1/2 began to play. In those few seconds she walked into someone, he grunted and held his chest, giving Imogen a cold glare. "Oh! Rejindo! I'm so sorry...."

Sooo tempted to be Matt.... Name: Akira Hayashibara Age: 16 Gender: Male Partner Digimon: Gabumon Real World Home: Kyoto/Japan Starting Point in Digi-World: Server Short Bio: Akira's family were always very enthusiastic to have him grow up being the smartest kid of his generation. And dammit, it almost worked! He is known as a boy genius and usually ends up outwitting most people, including his parents. Akira is fluent in Chinese, Japanese and English and is currently learning French and Latin. he longs to move to America so that he can study to be a games designer, much to his parents disappointment. They long for him to become a well known doctor, travelling the world and tending to the needy and such, but Akira isn't too fond of that idea. He has always loved video games and played from when he could hold a controller, he is also very fond of the Digimon card game (I'm assuming it exists) and has won a few tournaments. 3. I don't really think they are becoming cliché...they just look cool O_o Let me see, in the Yu Gi Oh manga I believe Yami Bakura wears a trench coat a lot of the time. Now, I'd say it was because he was evil, I mean, you don't see little Ryou Bakura walking around in a trench because he?s supposed to be the innocent one. What eternity said is quite true, characters that wear trenches aren't necessarily evil, but there is something that could have caused them to be. Take Methuselah from Immortal Rain, he wears a trench-type-coat and he's not evil, but his past is filled with bad things and he does have a bounty on his head >_>;; Oh! I just thought of something, a lot of the guys who wear trenches seem to be the characters that travel a lot, am I right or am I missing the mark here? Anyway, a trench is really useful for the travelling type. So yeah, there's my opinion.
4. Imric had given the signal for everyone to run, and they were doing their best to get the hell out of there. Just as Imric was about to use his warp, a thought occurred to him. He turned to see Soulin struggling and knew that he had to do something. "No more running..." he whispered, slipping into warp and appearing next to Soulin. "What the hell are you doing?" Soulin growled as he tried to hold out against Pyro. "Get out of here!" Imric shook his head and smiled, "You concentrate on the flames to your right, I'll handle these." Imric focussed on the flames that Pyro had just launched, he readied himself and then ran as fast as he had ever done before, circling the flames. Two things that he had planned worked perfectly, 1: Sand and dust was blow into the flames, causing them to die out and 2: the flames became more concentrated, meaning that they would burn out faster. After the huge pillar of flames had died out Imric stopped and panted, he looked at Soulin who also had the situation under control. "I told you I knew what I was doing..." Soulin nodded sternly and blasted the frozen fireballs back at Pyro, making him (if possible) even angrier than he had been before. Imric took his place next to Soulin as the two fighters readied themselves for the worst. 'Don't worry, Danny,' Imric thought, 'I'll get Steffanie back...' OOC I'm leaving it there because I don't know if Steff actually wants us to rescue her just yet. Ya see, with Imric?s powers I could easily do it...*head expands* :p
5. OOC Jeez you guys, some amazing posting been going on O_o Imogen wearily trudged back to bed, she threw the books back onto the shelf and just dropped to the mattress. What she had seen when that girl touched her was.... frightening. She just couldn't shake the feeling that there was something strange about her. Imogen shrugged the feeling off and rolled over in bed, kicking off her slippers. "Maybe now I can," she yawned, "get some.... sleep." After that, she drifted into a peaceful darkness, although, it didn't last long. ~Dream~ Imogen's father stormed into the kitchen in a drunken rage, her mother was terrified, she dropped the food she had been preparing and curled herself up in the corner. The man advanced, a mad gleam in his eye and a twisted snarl planted on his unshaved face. "get up, woman, you're pathetic!" "Please, James, you've been drinking again...." the woman whimpered and drew herself up into a ball, knowing what kind of pain this man would put her through. "Daddy?" a seven-year-old Imogen walked into the room, sleepy and scared, staring at the man she thought she could trust. He turned on her and snarled, grabbing a knife from the kitchen worktop, "So, you want to help?" Imogen stepped back, afraid, but then she saw her mother. "Mummy!" she cried out, she didn't notice the flash of steel as her own father slashed a knife blade at her chest. The weapon made contact and Imogen cried out, her blood splattering across the clean, white walls. She heard her mother?s scream and then a thud as her father hit her, then all faded into darkness... ~End Dream~ "Oh my God!" Imogen sprung from the bed, clutching her chest where the scar was. She felt hot tears cascading down her cheeks and her mother?s hurried footsteps running to her room. She gasped and lay back down, letting the memories of that night wash over her.
6. Imogen didn't recognise the girl, but anyone struggling with college was a friend in her opinion. She ducked behind the door and unlatched the chain, pulling it open so that the two could walk past her into the living room. "Just take a seat and try not to be too loud, my mum's asleep." Both guests nodded and sat down on the sofa, exchanging smirks with each other. Imogen meanwhile walked into her bedroom, taking off her pyjamas and getting dressed into some jeans and a loose sweater. She brushed her hair quickly walked back out, grabbing a few textbooks from the shelf. "So, what was it that you had a problem with?" the red head asked quietly, she could feel panic starting to set in as she looked from the boys face to the girls. "Oh, just some biology stuff..." the girl leaned back into the sofa, smiling at Imogen. "Oh! I never asked your names, how rude of me..." Imogen trailed off as she took a seat in an armchair, she blushed slightly and bowed her head. "It?s no problem, my name is Lyllith." "And I am Hiro." Imogen nodded and reached for her science textbook, yawning slightly as she pushed her glasses further up her nose. "Now, where shall we start?"
7. OOC *points* that's my name there, that it is! But you already know that -.-;; Imogen lay on her bed and stared at the ceiling wistfully. She looked around at her digital display and read the time, 00:25. She groaned and rolled over in bed, unable to get to sleep. Her mother snored softly in the room next door and Imogen blocked her ears to filter out the noise. But it was no use, her constant visions of demons and monsters filled her head, she really had to stop reading those stupid horror books. The girl reached up and switched on her bedside lamp, reaching carefully for her glasses. After shoving them on, she grabbed her laptop and logged on to AIM, messaging her friends in America. Just then she heard a noise, like the sound of two people on the landing. The apartment block that her mother and herself stayed in was very well known and nothing dodgy ever happened. Imogen became worried; she gingerly climbed out of bed and reached down to grab her torch. If she needed to protect herself, that would have to do. After getting on her dressing gown and slippers, the teen walked out of her room and into the corridor leading to the front door. When it came to situations like these, Imogen could be surprisingly brave, especially if there was a chance that her mother was in danger. Imogen reached out a pale and slender hand, grasping the doorknob, shaking slightly from nerves. She twisted it and slowly opened the door. As she peered out, her red hair falling about her shoulders, she was greeted by the site of two attractive teens, one male and one female. She sighed and went to open the door wider, "Um...excuse me? Could you not make so much noise, I was trying to get to sleep...." OOC I hope this is okay with you two.
8. Well, I think all of those are really good, especially the first two. I'm a massive fan of still life/realism and I always love an artist that can draw real things well (mainly because I can't). I think you done really well with these drawings; you?re certainly very talented. I?d love to see more of your art.
9. Yes! You really should do your Creative Writing class, I don't know about anyone else, but I think it would be fairer on you anyway. There isn't much you can do unless your teaching, so I think you should go ahead. Of course, the others may have something planned?.

Yes, thank you, thank you! Finally, some people who have heard of this amazing band. I have to agree with you, DW-sama, Sucks to be You is a great song. Oh yeah, amibasuki...you are SO right in what you say about the lyrics. But still, Be As is another great song...even of the lyrics are a bit warped, the basic theme is nice. (Plus they say my name in it ^_^) Hmm, I'm seriously considering starting a Prozzak fan club now...look at what you've all done!
11. All these guitarists, make we wish I'd actually kept mine O_o I play the piano/keyboard. I've never had proper lessons, I just taught myself really, but I'd say I've been playing for about...8 years. Maybe it's a bit more. I mainly play the themes of animes, my favourite being the theme to Slayers next. I'm trying to track down the sheet music for the D N Angel theme, but so far, no such luck.
12. Wow, you know...I'm in love your style...totally. I'm totally loving the first attachment...is that Hakkai and Daisuke that I can see in there? The way you use the pen to give all different types of shading and textures is amazing and the final product is just beautiful! The second attachment, the Naruto one, again, your shading and technique is perfect, but something about his left hand bothers me...though it's nothing big. Your latest pictures, I must say, I prefer the inked one. I have to agree with Lore with regards to her comment about the amount of CG. Even though it takes talent to CG properly, pictures just seem to look that much more.... authentic when they have been done with the traditional media. All in all, I'd rank these at 9/10, absolutely wonderful stuff!
13. OOC I should have posted ages ago, so sorry, Solo ;_; Sept 7~ 9:30AM Imric lounged in the cafeteria, slurping some milk and casually munching on an apple. He flicked his sleek, blue hair over his shoulder as a couple of girls walked past, sighing at their giggles. "What did I do to deserve this curse..." he muttered to himself, checking his appearance in a pocket mirror. He sighed again, fluttering his eyelashes as he stood up. The school was surprisingly quiet; usually the corridors would be filled with shouts, growls and clanks as the students milled around. But today was different. Imric only noticed a few people as he made his way outside, lying down beneath a tree. He pulled out his timetable from his pocket and bit into the glossy apple again. "Hm, PE..." he muttered to himself, resting his head back against the tree. But this was no ordinary tree. Just as the un-expecting teen was about to drift into a blissful sleep.... his pillow.... coughed? "WHAT THE HELL?!" Imric fell flat on his face, scrambling to find his glasses as he jumped around. "Who's there, what, who, show yourself?!" the startled boy hopped from one foot to another, like a kangaroo on a caffeine high, babbling mindlessly and pointing an accusing finger at the tree. The plant was not amused. A large red vein popped in its uppermost branches and the whole trunk bent towards Imric. He shrieked at the site, grabbed his book bag and took off, rambling about possessed trees. Needless to say, his morning didn't improve when he ran into a tired Suzuki.
14. OOC By the way, it's Imric.... :therock: Imric clutched the sides of the basin, a slight grin on his face as the water dripped from his chin onto his shirt. He shook his head and looked in the mirror, "Why the hell did I do that?" he asked himself, still staring at his reflection. The boy shook his blue hair from his ponytail and let it cascade down his back, touching the back of his knees. As he looked back to the mirror he blushed, he looked like a girl. "Damn..." the teen quickly pulled his hair back into place, putting his glasses back on and getting dressed into his normal clothes. Now the match was over he?d be in his usual, serious and arsey mood. Grabbing his bag, Imric stepped out of the changing rooms, avoiding Mira's glance and taking off in the opposite direction from the team. Of course they were all used to that, but it still worried the girls, Imric's mood swings were never good things.
15. Imric watched Sage and growled, instantly slipping into his warp mode, feeling his body being ripped apart as he shot through the air again. He had soon caught up with Sage and she stared at him, shocked. "I...you? What?" "It's a gift." Imric said sarcastically, wiping the sweat from his brow. "So this is where you last came, hm?" Sage nodded in mute reply and walked forward slowly, Imric followed close behind. He didn't know whether to believe this girl or not, could Steffanie really have formed some kind of link with her? "I suppose it's possible...,? he muttered to himself, unaware that Sage had heard him. "So you don't believe me either?" she said, stopping. Imric looked up and frowned, "There are a lot of things I don't understand..." Sage sighed and nodded, she knew all of these things must have been a shock to Imric, especially since his sister was in danger. Imric? Can you hear me? "What?!" Imric jumped and whirled around but sage just chuckled, "Is Jean talking to you?" Imric looked stunned and was still staring around the forest when the voice in his head started again. You must wait for us. The boy gulped and spoke out loud, "But what about Steff...?" Sage shook her head, "Use your mind, Imric." "Use my what? Damn...I really don't get any of this." OOC Imric's sleepy, leave him alone :p
16. I would hit you, but I love you too much ;_; You don't know how pleased I was when I read this; I really was looking forward to Torment starting. I mean, it's not everyday you get the opportunity to write with people like Charles, I'm actually kind of scared now I think about it. Well, thanks anyway Tony, I appreciate you taking the time do get this thing started.
17. Name: Imogen Connor Gender: female Age: 18 Race: human Appearance: (No! Damn my laziness...) Imogen stands at 5' 7'' and would be classed as elegant rather than the usual pretty girl. She has hair that reaches past her waste and it's dyed red with one black streak. She doesn't have a fringe and prefers to wear her hair swept back, held by a band. She wears rectangle glasses that have black rims and they usually slip down to the end of her nose. Her eyes are dark green and Imogen usually has them half closed, giving her a very snobbish look. Reason: Imogen grew up in a house were arguments were a daily occurrence. Her father constantly beat her mother and had affairs all the time, he also beat Imogen and his girlfriends would usually do the same. Bio: Imogen was never a very confident child, even from an early age she would be embarrassed to talk to anyone who she didn't know well. Her mother was worried about her but her father just passed it off as stupidity. Whenever Imogen would shy away from a stranger he would push her forwards and usually embarrass her, causing her to lack confidence. It's because of these early days that she has developed somewhat of an inferiority complex. Throughout school Imogen aced nearly everything, except the more vocal subjects like French and Latin. When it came to the sciences, Imogen was the best. But as soon as she had to speak, the girl would fall to pieces and usually end up passing out. Over the last few months she has been seeing a therapist about her lack of confidence, but the sessions aren't going so well. her mother and father have split up, but he will sometimes come to their house in a drunken rage, beating Imogen?s mother to near death. She lives in a constant fear of her father and never speaks of him to anyone, if someone brings up the subject; she goes silent and refuses to speak for a few hours. Hope this is all right, depressing enough?
18. Imric groaned in his sleep and blinked slowly, his vision was blurry and he lazily looked around the room to adjust to the light. The damp cloth on his forehead dropped off and landed on his chest, causing the boy to shiver. "What the...?" "I see you're awake, Imric." Jim smiled from where he stood at the window, turning around and looking at Imric. "Oh, Jim. I didn't realise...." Imric trailed off as he felt a blush cross his cheeks, what if Jim had heard him crying in his dreams? "I thought you had a fever or something, you were burning up." "Oh, that..." Imric looked down, his fists shook at his sides and he pulled in another lungful of air before continuing, "That...that happens a lot to me..." "Do you want to talk about it?" Jim looked slightly worried; he walked over to Imric's bed and sat on the end, bracing himself with his right arm as he steadied himself. "You don't look so good Jim, you should be in bed." "Don't try to change the subject," Jim smiled weakly and gave Imric a knowing look, "But you're right, I should rest." Imric nodded and motioned to one of the empty beds in the room, Jim nodded and headed over to one, laying back and stretching. At that point Imric turned over to his side, crying silently to himself. He didn't know if Jim ever got to sleep, all he wanted now was to be left alone.
19. I've only just recently started collecting this manga and I've got volumes 1-3 so far (wow, so many). But I'm totally addicted! I know it's actually quite perverted, but it just seems to add to the humour. Anyone who's read it will know what I'm talking about, I'm sure. The story basically follows a young boy names Ai Shiomi. He is blessed with psychic powers and has to attend the Psychic Academy. He does not want to be there and is adamant that he's a useless psychic, but matters are not helped by the fact that his older brother is a living legend. Everyone believes that Ai will follow in his brother's footsteps and that he's some kind of prodigy, all the attention generally leaves Ai getting beaten up by someone  Despite it's regular perversions, I consider this manga a romantic comedy at it's best. I really suggest that anyone who is looking for a good laugh buys this manga; it's a great read. On a side note, this is my 400th post! Happy!
20. I really like the way you CG! I have only one real complaint about this picture and that is that it's too small. I?d rather see a bigger girl and less background. The way I see it, since you have her to the far right of the picture and the rest of the space a plain background, it gives a really empty feel. Something looks a bit off with her legs too, but I can't quite put my finger on it. The bird is great, I'm loving it...can I take him home? Overall I'd rate this at about....8/10 ^_^ very well done

Out of all the people I've talked to, I seem to be the only person who's heard of this band. The annoying thing is, they are amazing! I was really surprised when my American friends had never heard of them before. One of my favourite songs is 'Pretty Girls', the way they sing and play their instruments is really original in this and I just think their overall style is great. Sure, some of their songs are slightly strange theme-wise, but a great band none the less. So, can anyone put me out of my misery and say they've even just heard of Prozzak?
22. I really want to see this anime, from reading everyone's replies it sounds great! I love an anime that confuses me, that just means that the creators are clever. Either that or they don't know what the hell they are doing but that's not usually the case. I haven't seen the DVDs over here but I might look on EBay for them later, I'm glad I've been able to read other peoples opinions on this.
23.
Anyway when you "finally" reach that kind of "level" (I'm getting a strange feeling I'm reading about a DBZ fanfic) and can prove your fantastical powers I say Wrist Cutter all the way!!
Wow, I totally agree with you. Maybe you could also use those powers to fix grammar and spelling, ne? These kind of 'powers' are what humans dream they had, it's not actually possible no matter how hard you train...and the fact that you keep referencing Naruto just shows that you're obsessed with that show...I think you need to come out of the dream world, buddy.
24. Hey, what about D N Angel? I know it came to a reasonable ending and everything but I would have loved to have the creators have a second season similar to what they done with Digimon...okay, it's early in the morning so my writing is confusing...what I mean is, theme the storyline about 10 years in the future or something. It would have been really good to see the relationships develop between the main characters, not to mention Daisuke's cute little kid (kawaii). I think they could have made it quite successful if they tried, but then again, I'm a huge fan of D N Angel so I would say that. Good animes like the others have mentioned here should take a look at Ranma 1/2. Seven seasons and how many OAV/Movies? It never gets boring.
25. ;_; I don't have a presnt to give to him but I can give my well wishes and congratulations for a good 5 years! *gives Gavy a big glomp* Also, those banners are pretty cool >_> especially since my wifey used Paint *claps* well done you two! I'm sure our sexy mage will love them
