He felt his body tingle as he connected with himself, all his emotions seemed to run riot and he was finding it hard to concentrate. He felt Velvet enter his mind, she was warm when she spoke, "Okay, you're doing fine but try to stay in control." Imric nodded, a bead of sweat ran down his forehead as he felt a surge of power run through him. 'Find that trickle' he thought to himself, and then he felt it. he created a shield and he felt lighter somehow. he heard Velvet clapping as he smiled and relaxed. "I think....I need to rest for a while." he said breathlessly, "You have helped a lot...I should be able to teach myself enough by tomorrow." he bowed low to Velvet and she laughed, "No need to be so formal, Imric, it was a pleasure." [COLOR=SlateGray]Imric suppressed a laugh when he saw Jacob skid into the room. He looked up from his desk to see if Shaun was around, he wasn?t sure why though. He remembered music lesson and blushed again...maybe it was a good thing that Shaun wasn?t around. He got out his books and started writing notes. A girl next to him giggled and he turned his head slightly, looking over his glasses at her. She blushed and smiled, Imric raised an eyebrow, "What is it?" he whispered, his voice lower than usual, the girl blushed even more and shoved a hand in her picket. When she pulled it back out there was what seemed to be a love letter grasped within it. "Oh..." Imric smiled at her and placed his hand on top of hers, "I?m sorry...but...." "Just read it, please?" she begged "I...okay..." Imric looked down and took the note, placing it in his pocket. He nodded to the girl and she smiled as she carried on with her work. She didn?t enjoy PE or fighting of any kind so she had brought in a note to get out of it. She watched that Koji boy with interest, she liked the guy and thought he was really nice...pity that he seemed very distant though. She shrugged it off and continued t watch, her friend Teana was arguing with Max again, not the Hoshi cared but she found it very amusing. She watched Yunsung roll his eyes and laugh slightly but then she saw the pained look on Teana's face. "Teana?" she walked over to her friend who was wrapping a kerchief around her hand. "Oh, Hoshi-chan, I didn?t know you were watching." "Yeah...hey, you?re hurt, lemme look at that." Personality: Imric is cold to almost everyone he knows. He was never very good at making friends when he was younger and now that he has grown up they don?t seem necessary to him. He is sarcastic but will fight for people who would do the same for him, he's a good ally to have. Bio: Imric's family are long gone and he didn?t know any of them before they were killed when he was three. The Kagushi's were big in the gangs of Japan and were tied in with the Mafia. Unfortunately, when Imric was born his parents wanted out but the Leaders said no and when they tried to run, they were hunted down and showered with lead, along with the rest of the family. Only Imric survived and he was taken by the aging Leader of a big gang and raised as his son, but more so as an emotionless fighting machine. Imric doesn?t speak much anymore but in battle he is full of life, he believes that the only way he can life is through the rush of destroying an enemy.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=SlateGray]Imric stayed in the background and watched as the others had their respective conversations. He sighed and ran his fingers through his well kept, blue hair. The cross around his neck chimed as he moved and looked at it with the same awe he always did. It was a family heirloom, a work of art. A silver cross hung on a delicate chain with three jewels set in place down its long section. The top jewel a sapphire, middle garnet and last amethyst. Garnet was Imric's birthstone so it was only right that the cross had been handed down to him even though there were other priests in the family. He sighed as he thought of his late mother and the father that he never knew well enough to hold close, or maybe he did, after all, he wouldn?t be thinking of him now if he didn?t. He unintentionally sent a wave of sorrow through the group, those who were gifted with the power of empathy felt it and some shuddered. Velvet whimpered and looked to Imric with a pained expression. "I apologise...." Imric trailed off and tried to mask his feelings from his hurting heart, he still needed to practice with his power. He looked to the latest addition to the group, a young man who looked nervous from the gazes he was getting from the others. Imric shrugged and stood next to him, making friends wasn?t his first priority but this one seemed different, he?d stick by him for now.[/COLOR]

This is obviously a play on Dragon Ball Z, my friend Gary, who is a BIG DBZ fan, came up with this idea a while ago and we both decided to draw a mini manga for the school magazine based on the idea. Now I want to create a comedy role play based on this and this thread is to see what people think about it and if they are interested. This is the storyline I have so far, it?s still in the works so any crit. will be appreciated and taken on board. [CENTER]***[/CENTER] [I]Years have gone by since the last great battle when monsters were used to defeat opponents and great warriors came from around the world to support each other and fight against the common enemy. After many years of fighting, the evil that had encroached upon the world was defeated, but the warriors, afraid that the evil might return, summoned sorcerers to seal away their fallen enemy?s powers?.into the artefacts known to the modern world as?.The Bunny Cubes. Powerful light blue crystals that are heavy to carry and a bugger to fit in your pocket, that hold the secret to world domination inside. No one knows what will happen if the Cubes are reunited, will a wish granting Dragon appear like in the famous TV show, or will something much more sinister reveal itself? There are warriors who have been chosen by the Wise Old Men and, whether they like it or not, they will travel to find the Bunny Cubes as a means of protection against the evil geniuses and zombie wielding madmen of the universe. These people are not willing, they do not believe in the power of Bunnies and they can?t be bothered to get off their sofa! He doesn?t like to socialise and if anyone insults him he just ignores them and gets on with life, he prefers not to get into unnecessary fights. Bio: Satoshi came from on orphanage and was sent to K High because he critically injured another child. They had picked a fight with him and before they even landed a blow, Satoshi had struck with deadly accuracy and power. He has been described by teachers as a ticking time bomb waiting to explode, if anyone messes with him they will get what the deserve. He has attended K High for 3 years and is an excellent student, he is strained acquaintances with Tobias Durden and doesn?t bother with many other students. The only reason he got to know Tobias is because Satoshi knew that he was powerful. He can?t stand kids from lower years and if the chance arises, he will kick them on their *** without a second glance. He is one of the top academic students in the whole school and is high ranked out of the one who practice martial arts. He walked over to a bench where he usually sat and noticed two people sitting there. The girl looked up and noticed him, "Oh...did you want to...?" Imric shook his head, "It's fine, I'll leave you both to it..." He walked across the courtyard where the sun shone brightly on the wall and he sat down, taking off his glasses and closing his eyes. Although once he knows a person well he will open up to them and help and protect them to the best of his ability. He is mature and always tries to offer good advice (logical or religious) to anyone who asks. He is a good ally, an excellent preacher and a great friend to have. His father was a missionary and left home when Imric was very young and he doesn?t have many good memories of their time together. His mother was ill but still attended Church every Sunday and went to pray on Wednesdays, she was on anti-depressants and many other things before she eventually died 3 weeks after Imric's 19th birthday. By that time he had been accepted into the priesthood and was doing very well for himself, travelling around the country and preaching to people. When he found out his mother had dies he was stricken with grief and couldn?t work or go out anywhere for 6 months. He locked himself in his apartment and refused to come out, he nearly died of starvation but his cousin came to visit him and broke down the door just in time to get his sick cousin to hospital and treated for malnutrition. 3 months later Imric was out and back on his travels but his outlook on life and religion has changed. Imric sighed and was voted to play centre, he nodded and stood opposite a guy that was about 6' 8'' tall. Imric looked up and squinted, "How's the weather?" he asked coolly. The guy ignored him and spat just a few inches from Imric's right foot. The boy growled and when the whistle blew he went into a full tackle, stealing the ball away effortlessly. The other team were after him like a shot, he managed to dodge and actually scored a goal without getting hurt, but as he ran back towards the centre the goalie came out and 'accidentally' rammed into his side. Imric cried out and went flying into the person in front of him, landing in a very intimate position between his legs. The boy blushed like crazy and tried to get up, "Kento, oh my Kento are you okay?" That was Leon shouting as he tried to help his beloved up, only getting him more entangled with Imric's legs. (Now that is a secret *insert cocky laughter here*) -Xellos This is so funny, I say it to my friends, in Japanese of course, and they either have no idea what I'm talking about or it just annoys the heck outta them ^^ - "Baka saru!" -Sanzo, really, this needs no explanation...it's just a classic. My personal faves - Urasaii! -Sanzo, mostly, just becasue it sounds cool when you shout it at someone - Omae o korosu (I'll kill you)- Heero Yuy, he says it to Relena, that's reason enough for me ^^ Yeah, most of my favourites are the Japanese versions, but I do prefer subbed to dubbed animes so that's why. [COLOR=SlateGray]Sorry if this thread has been started already somewhere ^_^ If it has, I'm reviving it...in a sense. @.@ I?ve recently fallen in love with this anime (and the manga) and this thread is basically to get peoples opinions on it. I know it?s not one of the more popular animes but I think people should give it more attention. The story-line is fantastic even though it has it?s certain annoyances like any other storyline, too many filler episodes that don?t add to the plot, for example. The characters are also wonderful, each of them have distinct personalities and quirks, it?s more obvious in the manga but I'm here to rant about anime ^^;. The animation is very good too and seems to get better as the series progresses, the character designs are well thought out and look very much like the characters in the manga, almost identical. I?m just pointing this out because it?s not always the case >.>; unfortunately. Romance is usually my favourite genre and this story has a mix of comedy, romance and action, I think it?s something that boys could enjoy as well as girls, but that?s just my opinion. So, what are yours views on this anime? Who is your favourite characters and why? Most people know that Satoshi Hiwatari is my fave, probably because I think he?s sexy :rolleyes: but apart from that his personality and his attitude make him such a cool guy to watch.
