So, a PM has been sent to everyone with the two flag designs. Like I said, I want everyone to be really honest with what they want doing, seeing as I'm determined to win this round and I don't want it to be because of my lacking designs that we lost, yeah? ^_^; GO GO TEAM ARGO

Seeing as Team Dagger are using green in their flags, I'd like to suggest we go for Dark Orange and I can start working on it this afternoon. If eveyone isn't happy then I can do a variation of colours so we can at least get something up. I wasn't sure on Team Argo at first, but now I really like the sound of it. The Family makes me think of The Godfather, and that's a cool thing, too. My vote goes for Team Argo! If you could take a trip to any one place in the world, where would you want to go and why? I'm afraid I'm going to have to be predictable and say Japan. I'm already looking into a TEFL course (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) which will allow me to go to Japan or China and teach over there, which would be incredible. I've always loved travelling, but the closest I've been to Japan was Thailand where I lived when I was younger. I'd also like to go back to New York, or visit South Africa again, if only to see all my old school friends and how they've changed in the last few years. What is your Residual Self Image (RSI)? Well, I'm...me. I don't think I've ever imagined myself to be drastically different. However, if I ever were to be sucked into the OB I'd hope the end product was male, taller and cooler. =p What is your favorite animal? Either a wolf or cheetah, definately. I adore dogs and wolves are such beatiful creatures with so much emotion in their expression, and cheetah are the most gorgeous animals to watch. During my time in South Africa I only managed to get close to a cheetah twice, but both times were incredibly worth it. What is your favorite type of book and why? I enjoy lots of books, but I guess horror would have to be my choice. I love scary things, but I can't watch horror movies without getting a little too freaked out. Books allow me to block out some of the creepiness that movies don't. Stephen King is, and has been, my favourite auther for a long time followed by Terry Pratchett. What would be your preferred method of world domination? I wouldn't want to dominate the world, it's too much hard work. I'd collect a group of crazy scientists and suchlike to do it for me if I absolutely had to. I apologise for not following up with a question, I can't think of one right now and I need to eat breakfast. D: EDIT: Ah, something I think I should ask: What sort of design elements would you like to see in our flag? Whether it be actual pictures, abstract etc. I'm going to PM the design to everyone to keep things sekrit (hur hur), but comments can be posted here. What do you do for fun outside of the internet? -I'm a very boring person, and I find the most joy in personal things rather than with a group of people. I love drawing and creative writing, and do both outside the internet and probably for longer. I also play video games, with KHII being my vice of the moment. Reading is a big thing in my life as well, whether it be something by Stephen King, Terry Pratchett or a historical book (right now I'm getting through Legends of the Samurai), as well as a good old manga. What is your favorite season, and why? -For me, it's probably Spring. I don't like extremes of weather as I have a problem with my nervous system that seems to cause me not to regulate temperature very well. I have extreme reactions to too much heat and suffer very badly in the cold, so something in between is nice for me. While I prefer cold to hot, the only thing I really can't stand is strong winds. They frighten me terribly. Next: Are there any odd tricks you've discovered you can pull off? (Something like touching your eyeball--you know, the cool gross things. :p )

Eh, Valentine's Day is coming around again. Bugger me. =/ I've never enjoyed Valentine's Day. My best friends have always been prettier than me and get all the attention [jealous much?], chocolate and cards and suchlike. Not a fun time, really, for a young girl. I guess I've never experienced it like others have so it doesn't hold much meaning for me now that I'm older. Being in college with lots of happy couples is going to be a drag, but I suppose I'll survive somehow. As far as I see it, VDay has just become far too commercialised.

Well, guess I'll be the one to kick things off then! I'd like to start off by saying how excited I am to have been placed in this team, seeing as I've never really interacted with any of you before, save for Shy on a few rare occasions. It's really great to be with people I don't know. There's not much to know about me, but I'll go ahead anyway. Being from the UK means I'm currently in college, studying A levels. I'm hoping to study Creative Writing or Japanese History at University, which will be starting for me next year. I'm learning to drive in a couple of months, and looking forward to it like crazy. I love art and design, specifically fashion as well as drawing my own original characters in manga style. When I was in the last Survivor I played as Kuja, from Final Fantasy 9, and as some may know I usually prefer to play male characters or strong, masculine females. I'm not sure why, I've just always been that way inclined which is why I like having masculine usernames (and is what usually leads people to think I'm male). As far as our colour goes, I'd like to suggest Dark Orange, because I love bright colours and it stands out nicely. I see I'm the only one who listed art as a strength, so I'd really love it if everyone was happy with me doing the flag after we've discussed it. As for a team captain, I'd like to suggest Kathy. I honestly can't think of a better person to guide us through the challenges and to be our spokeswoman. As for our name, well?I really can?t say I have any suggestions. Just something short, snappy and unique is what I?d like to go for, but I?m pretty easy-going in that sense.

As soon as the enemy mechs had launched from the mother ship, Fortescue had switched on his stealth cover. He broke away from the rest of the Knights, knowing no one would follow him as his mech quickly began to grow invisible. The enemy pilots seemed not to notice, so he made his way around behind them where the ship was still open. Knowing it was too stupid to go in alone, he began to set up two reinforced metal rods kept in compartments behind his mech's forearms. He clipped them to the bottom lip of the hatch, hoping they would leave a small enough gap to allow James' power module to force it open again when they needed to gain entry. Midway through this little endeavour he heard a crash, whipping his mech around to see QUESTA hit by one opposing mech. She recovered quickly and paralysed it, urging Fortescue to hurry himself up. As soon as he was done he sped past the other battles, switching a private line on to the QUESTA. Minerva's placid face popped up above him and he waved pleasantly, twin sabres emerging from Equinox's wrists. Minerva nodded in thanks and carried on with her search for info, safe in the knowledge that Fort was keeping her covered. Equinox positioned in front of QUESTA, stealth shields still on full. Of course, Fort couldn't be sure what technology these enemies had, but he was prepared for a fight if the need came. He'd equipped Equinox with its gun today, and now one mechanical hand was reaching down to poise itself by the grip. The shriek of an alarm caused him to tense, turning his mech to see three missiles being launched directly at QUESTA with another enemy unit following close behind. Obviously they had wised up to Minerva's prying and were going through anything to take her out. Another of the Knight's broke away from the main group, trying to catch up to the perusing enemy mech. Fortescue saw it to be Kari in Hirvi, not sure if they would manage to catch up. He brought the gun around and let his stealth shield go down, allowing more power to be sent to the laser he was about to fire. He aimed--something he was still trying to perfect--at the approaching missiles and fired three shots in quick succession. One of them exploded immediately, but the other two continued, and Fortescue could almost feel Kari's cursing as one shot nicked his mech's shoulder. Fortescue yelled into his comm for Min to move and saw her face contort as she wrenched on her controls, throwing the QUESTA into a sideways spiral. One of the paralysing appendages shot out at the approaching missiles, effectively knocking them away before they exploded on the mech Kari had just fired on. Fortescue gulped in needed breaths of manufactured air, quickly switching on his cover again to approach the ship unseen, blatantly ignoring the incoming message from Kari, which would no doubt make fun of Fortescue's incredibly lacking shooting abilities. OOC: That was a post filled with, literally, nothing. I do apologise, but at least I?ve got Fort in there.

Well, I can tell you that what I'm seeing is a fairy in a bottle in what looks like the VGCats style. I, too, am technically inept but I thought I should tell you it seems to be working for others. Not sure what could be causing you to see a different image.

Hallo there, yuki-kun! Welcome to OtakuBoards and thanks for showing an interest in the Arena. I'm afraid you've missed some things though that you need to correct. When starting a roleplay, you must post a spell-checked story in the Inn, not the Square. We also ask that you use ratings and that you have a sufficient backstory. Please read the Sticky to see what I mean, and don't hesitate to ask myself or another Arena mod if you have any problems. Thank you, Ezekiel.

My god you got this up fast, considering we were only talking about it last night. I think I'm glad you went for this idea in the end, because it really has been done well. I'm happy to see that you're focussing more on the interraction and plot so far rather than bloody, drawn out fight scenes with lots of gore and violence. I'm also impressed by how you use real names for weapons, which makes it seem as if you really know what you're doing. It's aways moe interesting than 'She pulled out a gun'. I'm excited to see where this is going, and like Sakura I look forward to my appearance~

1. What name would you like to be used for you during this competition? Ezekiel, or Zeke if people prefer. 2. What is your age and gender? I'm 17 and mostly female, though I prefer to come across as male online. 3. What country do you come from? The lovely land of England. 4. What areas of OtakuBoards you consider as your strengths and weaknesses? Strengths- +RPGs [lol rly] +Art/Graphics Weaknesses- +Movies/TV +Discussion/Debates 5. Name one member of OtakuBoards that you consider your friend here. There are many I consider friends, but The Boss stands out to me. 6. What one thing would you take with you to a deserted island? A good, long book. Ideally I'd want a pencil and sketchpad, but that's two things. Guess I could draw on stones, though. But yes, a long book would keep me amused and be used for braining people who get annoying, or for burning if the need came. 7. Why do you want to participate to OtakuBoards Survivor 4? Well, I was in the last Survivor and ended up getting distracted midway through the game. I let my team down by not posting in crucial challenges and I was rightly given a unanimous vote to leave the game. I want to prove to myself more than anything that I can go far and make an effort to work with a team properly. Also, I don't post outside of the Arena very often, so this would be a good chance to interract with people who I don't usually get a chance to work with.

I have zero interest from boys at college, but lots of male friends, and I honestly prefer it that way. I think you're taking this MUST HAVE GIRLFRIEND situation way too seriously. Taking things seriously often leads to panic and stress and then you're bound to mess up. (Research the General Adaptation Syndrome and you'll see what I mean. It's a vicious circle, I tell you.) If you want to ask a girl to this dance, that's great. But don't give her the impression that you want to love her and cherish her. That's weird. Just be a friend and get to know her (if you don't already) and try to discover some things about her. For all you know she could be a right cow, and then you'd have put yourself in something deep and unpleasant. Just chill. There's plenty of time for love, right? Friends stay for longer.
Well I'm glad everyone likes the new chapter, heh. My posting might be somewhat short and a little less during the next week, we were told we have a REAL GCSE exam on Tuesday and Friday for Science (real meaning real real real deal, GCSE meaning the most important exam in my life). They told us a week before an exam so important as this and now I have to catch up on six months of work >_

Let's Abolish Profanity in Adventure Square/Reform thread
Ezekiel replied to Charles's topic in Help & Feedback
I still hold my opinion that we moderators could very well supervise all the threads for excessive mature content, and then put a warning to the title if necessary. But ultimately I think the time for discussion has passed, and now we should start putting words into actions.
Once again, I have been bad with not reading all replies, but I completely agree with Sandy here. As someone who participates in 'mature' RPGs, but also as a mod, I wouldn't want to see the freedom taken away completely. But supervising is our job and I enjoy it, so it would be very easy for us to monitor all threads going on. We need something to do around there now anyway. Everyone is behaving too well. -
The fire, the boy, Charles being so angry, so full of hate. The flames were his, Beth knew, even though she had escaped the burning mansion as fast as possible. She wanted badly to see that man again, if only because she felt such a connection to him. But there were the others and she?d somehow managed to lose contact with each of them. Now more than ever she felt as though she needed an alliance and yet here she was. Alone again. Christmas had come without much trouble, though Beth had spent as little time as possible in her apartment. She had researched anyone whose name she knew and that she suspected of being in the same situation as her, but it was hard work. Too hard, really. Now she was back form her weekly shop, an impossible amount of bags looped over her wrists and arms as she held her keys between pursed lips. Her mother had always said she?d make the perfect housewife, though Beth didn?t really take it as a compliment. She caught the eye of the doorman as he rested in the hallway and he quickly came out to help her, carrying same of the bags up to her apartment. Though, for some reason, he looked a little disappointed. Beth decided not to ask, but when she saw her door she knew instantly what the problem was. ?Evicted?? she gaped, dropping her shopping softly to the hallway floor. The doorman shifted nervously and laid a gloved hand on her shoulder, squeezing a little. ?I saw some guy this morning doing it. The cops say vagrants have been staying outside here and they tracked it back to you.? Beth couldn?t believe what she was hearing. Only once had Charles camped outside on the doorstep, but how could the police pin that on her. She was going to ask but simply couldn?t find the right, or polite, words. ?I?I have to move out?? she managed, that questioning tone still annoyingly present in her voice. The doorman shifted again and shrugged, obviously not pleased by the situation. ?I guess so Beth. Gee, I?m really sorry?I?m sure they?ll let you back once the cops get over themselves.? Beth only nodded dumbly and thanked the man, going into her apartment to start packing everything up. Perhaps she wasn?t so keen on Charles now after all. OOC: Sorry to pin that on you, Ozy, but it was the most interesting(bizarre) thing I could think of that Quan could have organised. >>

Part 13 The ice had grown thicker since Ezekiel had driven to work that morning and as she ran for her car she almost went skidding herself. She checked the chains she?d attached to her wheels and slammed her siren on the car roof as she ducked inside; it?s horrid blaring only heightening her fear. She reached the hospital in a matter of minutes, flashing her badge to the woman in reception before she spoke, asking of Seraphim?s whereabouts. ?He?s on the second floor, in A and E. But you can?t go in there now, the doctors are working on him!? But the detective was already gone, taking the stairs two at a time to reach her partner. She skidded into an operating theatre and stopped dead, palms pressed to the glass wall separating her and the bloody body of her partner. Three doctors were crowded around him with clipboards and Ezekiel wanted more than anything to scream at them to hurry up. But no sound would come out except for gasps of breath now leaving expanding circles of condensation on the glass. She turned away and pressed her back to the wall, closing her eyes tight until someone approached her. ?Detective.? the voice was warm and friendly and the hand that gripped Ezekiel?s shoulder was equally so. She opened her eyes to look up at Gavin, a welcome face given the current situation. ?What are you doing here?? she managed to choke out, her throat dry and tense from the effort of holding back tears. Gavin only smiled again and pressed a coffee into the detective?s hands, looking through the glass as he spoke. ?I work here sometimes and I?ve just come off duty. I thought I should visit him, but I had an idea you would be here too. To be honest, I have a hidden agenda.? Ezekiel raised her eyebrows and looked up at the larger man, wishing he would meet her gaze. ?You what?? ?I wanted to ask you some questions. The case seems to be getting a little?slow. Perhaps I can help.? ?Look, Gavin, I know you?re a brilliant help to the team but right now I don?t want to talk about the God damn case,? Gavin winced and Ezekiel waved her hands apologetically, forgetting her friend?s fierce Catholic beliefs, ?Sorry, I forget myself. I just don?t want to talk about it.? Gavin nodded but then looked down at the redhead, a flustered doctor stumbling toward the door. ?But I?m afraid you might have to.? The doctor burst into the corridor, hands clamped over his mouth as he bent over double. The other two quickly followed him, Seraphim seemingly forgotten as he lay prone on the operating table. Ezekiel cursed mentally and walked into the room, already pulling out two plastic gloves from her handbag. She walked around to the far side of Seraphim?s bed, where a box was sitting under the window. She carefully pulled back a flap, the cellotape already having been cut by one of the doctors. She groaned as the sight of the contents met her and beckoned to Gavin. He took one look at the box before quickly turning his back, taking a few deep breaths. ?It?s an arm.? He said, softly, seeming not to notice that he was stating the obvious. Ezekiel shrugged and took out her cell phone to take a few pictures, wishing for the first time of many that it was her in that bed instead of Seraphim. Huzzah! It feels good to be writing this again. ^_^

EDIT 2: I am done, la la la! EDIT 3: Oh, look at me, the age limit was 30. Oopsie. >> Name: Fortescue Camdon Age: 30 Gender: Male Nationality: English Rank: Captain Appearance: Fortescue Fortescue, affectionately nicknamed ?Fort? by some, stands at around 6?. He is well built, though not overly muscular, and doesn?t spend as much time is the gym as some other soldiers do. He prefers to jog to keep himself healthy, and is a stubborn vegetarian. His casual clothes consist of button up shirts and loose jeans, as well as a nicely polished pair of shoes. There are some soldier traits he just can?t get out. Personality: A determined and driven man, Fortescue has long worked to achieve his dream position of Captain. He is renowned for his joy in success as well as for his patience and is well respected by all soldiers under him due to his clear way of thinking and ability to pass fair and well-researched judgement. Never one to snap or make brash decisions, Fortescue has been called a coward by other captains, yet he always insists that those who look before they leap have a lesser chance of being killed. That seems to be the way he prefers to live his life, especially now that he has attained his life goal. Despite his happiness at finally reaching this point, he seems a little lost now that he has nothing else to aim for. In moments of strange philosophical moods, he believes the only reason he keeps on going and keeps on striving is simply to keep on living. Chosen ?Knight? module/description: Stealth [Equinox] The Equinox is not designed to be especially offensive or well defended, with it's technology to allow a stealth mask and being undetectable taking up most available space in the sleek design. It's torso area, where most mechanics are located, is fortified as well as it's neck, but the arms and legs are not so well armoured. Two small beam sabres are located in its wrists, which can be used for close combat, and two small heat-guided missiles are stored in the shoulder pads. Fortescue prefers not to use the gun shown as it's an extra weight, but will equip it if he's sure there will be a vital use for it at some point. While the design isn't made to be very fast or agile, it is light, which makes it easier to handle and to outmanoeuvre a bulkier, less adaptable mech. However, as it isn't supposed to be used at high speeds it can get thrown off course very easily if Fortescue tries to show off. Berserk mode: Messenger Being a Stealth pilot, Fortescue prefers to sit and wait and assess. His Messenger Berserker Mode allows him to do this even in situations where he is the last one standing. His mech has the unusual ability to create 'clones' of itself using a form of hologram. These clones can either act as temporary stand ins while Fortescue drifts into the background, or they can be used as a method of getting backup and warning other units. As a man who does not enjoy violence, it makes sense for Fortescue to pilot a module that requires forethought and intellect rather than big guns and ammo. This is why his Berserk mode is more helpful to others rather than himself. Special ability: Unlike others he has come across, Fortescue was not gifted with any inhuman powers. He has, however, developed an almost sixth sense when it comes to war. He is a brilliant strategist and can assess multiple outcomes of a military operation or a sudden enemy movement with almost eerie accuracy. Weapons: The twin weapons shown in the picture are, to put it basically, beating sticks. While not the most agile of soldiers, Fortescue is quite fit and tall so can hold his own in a close combat fight. If the enemy appears with a gun, each of the batons are equipped with a 'light bomb', which when fired sends out a brilliant flash, allowing Fortescue to escape. Bio/Snippet: ?I swear to you, general, the location I gave you was secure!? A man shifted uncomfortably, his cropped blonde hair seeming almost white in the intense lights of the main office. Soldiers stood on the outskirts of the room, their faces masked with shadow. It was probably better for them, seeing as right now they were glaring pointedly at the general. ?I find that hard to believe, Lieutenant, seeing as our squad were destroyed as soon as they reached it! You?re telling me there was no sign of an enemy force at all?? ?That?s what I?ve been trying to tell you, they must have been using Stealth mechs.? The general sighed and slammed his fists on the table, causing the man in front of him to wince. ?Lieutenant Camdon, you?re dismissed. I?d like you to leave my office and hand a resignation form in tomorrow.? ?I?yes sir.? Camdon saluted and turned about on his heel, barely managing to catch the anger-filled eyes of his teenage son. Once the general had left and the soldiers were dismissed, Fortescue went after his father. He was not disappointed, as he knew he had been tricked, and that damned old fool just couldn?t see it. Jenson Camdon had promised his son they would advance in the army together and that he would never let his boy get hurt?and now where was he left. A father without a job, a mother on the run and Fortescue, eighteen years old and on a soldier?s pitiful pay. He could barely even hold a gun, let alone fire one, and up until now his father had been the only thing ensuring he wouldn?t be killed. ?Father?? he called, leather-gloved hands cupped around his mouth. He tugged angrily at his tie and collar as he approached the lower district, heading at a jog toward his house. The door was open and he hopped inside, wiping his feet hurriedly and half-jumping, half-stumbling into the kitchen as he pulled off his boots. His father was at the table with his head cradled in his hands, the shaking of his shoulders clear evidence that he was sobbing. Fortescue felt a pang of distress as he saw his mother?s picture on the table and walked to his father, placing both hands on the larger man?s broad shoulders. He stiffened a little before looking up, eyes red and swollen. ?My son?? he said softly, voice croaky and dry. ?I?ve failed you. I?ve broken my promise, I?? ?Be quiet, dad. I love you.? And he did, and that was all that mattered. His father calmed down and Fortescue started to cook, making a silent vow that he would be a pilot. He would show their enemies what it felt like to be on the end of an ambush. He would show the general that the Camdon name was a proud one. Notes: -Fortescue is good-natured but reserved and fiercely protective of his father. If someone wants to become his enemy, that?s a sure way to get there. -His mother left when he was eight years old and although he remembers her he has no desire to see her again. -He lives by himself and although he has friends in the military he doesn?t appear to enjoy socialising. [strike]Woah, mega-edit needed I know. Consider my PM nullified, as that poop-head Sandy got the Support module. =p[/strike] [strike]Edit 1: I'm getting there! Editted his age and mech appearance. Why am I struggling to find good pictures for these mechs? =/ [/strike]

Name: Dr Julian DuLoc Nickname: Julian doesn't accept nicknames, but who knows what people call him when he isn't listening. Age: 46 Personality: Julian is, as expected, a very sarcastic, very serious man. He is what most consider to be quintisentially English, with the posh accent and dry sense of humour to match. He doesn't approve of 'rebels' and thrives in an environment where there is order and uniformity. He has respect for those above him in the Illuminati, which have grown to fewer and fewer over the years, and as such he commands respect from the other members. He gets it, most of the time, even if it's reluctantly given. Julian prfers his own space and has been known to have minor panic attacks if someone tries to get too close or too friendly. Needless to say, he isn't exactly a hit with the ladies. Appearance: Julian Julian is not a man who likes to be outdone in any way, and as such will always be seen with the best. High class suits and shoes are the order giving him his professional and intelligent appearance to match his personality. He is never seen without his glasses and after wearing them for so many years feels a little lost without them. The only hint of a sense of humour that comes from his appearance is the crystal skull tie clip he sometimes wears around the 'young pups'. Habits: Julian has an annoying habit of always beng right, which comes from his great love of books and, well...being right. He makes sure to know his facts at all times on most subjects. He also has the uncanny ability to suck the joy out of a room by simply being there with his dissaproving frown and raised eyebrows. History: Julian has a very basic, boring background. Well, in his opinion. He was raised in a middle class family which, at the time he was born, was a pretty good position to be in. He had most things a young boy needed and until about the age of twelve he was a very happy child with no troubles or worries. However, he found out not long after his thirteenth birthday the tradition of the DuLoc men, and their admittance to the Illuminati. His father was a very strict man and despite loving his son undoubtedly, he began a harsh regime of history lessons and those of etiquette and class. Julian quickly became disliked in school, his old friends leaving for new ones when they started in high school. He simply couldn't find the energy to find others to be with, so simply went through school as a loner. He achieved top grades after his GCSE exams and went on to a private college, later to be accepted at Oxford. Julian has a doctorate in 17th centrury English history and has written a couple of books on the subject. While most of his free time these days is tied up in the Illuminati, he tries to make space for the leisure of reading and researching. Julian is seen by others to be a very, very boring man. He doesn't care. [STRIKE]It shall be done! I ended up staying off college today so I thought I'd make a start. (I may find a better picture before I finish this up, too.)[/STRIKE] EDIT: Oh em gee, I'm done. Sorry I took so long, I accept all beatings from massa' Ozy.
Considering I'm not longer with Hevn anymore, I would, personally, not appreciate it. The reasoning is purely emotional, of course.[/color']
I know that's something I'd put heavily in earlier chapters, but in the last few I had planned there wouldn't be any mention. I know it's a testy subject but I'll be very careful, if that helps at all... I'll start working on the next part today and decide from there if I post it publicly, or I could create an LJ account for it or some such. ^_^ Thanks for the support again, all~

So, after seeing a nomination for this in Nifty Fifty by darling Mimmi, I thought it was only right that I attempted to finish it. I wanted to know, however, if it's too far-gone to complete the story for people before I go ahead. I do have the final few chapters planned out; I just never got around to writing them up. So, er...yes. I'm not trying to be awkward with this post; I just wanted to know if I should go ahead. (Or if this is too outdated to update)

I'm really looking forward to seeing
Noitora, as I'm a huge fangirl of his. I'm also looking forward to Gin and Aizen in their gorgeous new outfits.
But on a more serious note, the fight I'm most looking forward to is probably
Hitsugaya versus [strike]tentacle monster[/strike] Luppi. I loved Luppi, but I think the fight and his end was a good touch.
I have to admit, I love the Arrancars and the Vizards. I miss Shinji, seeing as he's one of my ultimate favourites next to Gin.

Let's Abolish Profanity in Adventure Square/Reform thread
Ezekiel replied to Charles's topic in Help & Feedback
It might make sense, however, to merge Adventure Square and OB Anthology. This way we could have one creative writing forum that encompasses a wide variety of projects, including stuff created by individuals and stuff created by groups of people. That might work.
Maybe it's just me, but I'd get annoyed with that very quickly. I can't see the problem with having one forum for stories and another for interractive games. That way everyone knows where things belong and how to use their threads in that specific forum. I haven't read through a lot of posts either, but I'm all for getting rid of the rating system. This whole debate wouldn't have started if it wasn't there in the first place, because I tihnk what people get annoyed about is how everything is rated for Mature evn if it isn't.
