[COLOR=Red]Now... Let's start this little adventure. Are there any volunteers? Any brave souls willing to risk their lives in this perilous journey? Here are the rules. Were all /teammates/. There can be /quarrels/ but NO /mutiny/ or /actual fights/ between members. You can enter in the middle of the plot but I don't see how you can just appear like THAT. Your chosen characters can be people from /games/ or /animes/ or just /made-up/. Keep your made-up characters believable and plausible... like Ranma. Stick to their personalities and skills. You can improvise their skills a bit like Ranma always does. And if you think doing something you want to do is bad, then don't do it. This adventure... can be deadly... thrilling... sad... maybe even joyous. The plot is up to you guys. YOU CREATE THE STORY. Making up every single part of this journey... as we go along... every post submitted contributes a lot to the advancing of this voyage. Interaction... teamwork... your character can even fall in love with another... become rivals but teammates... become the best of friends... It may sound difficult to do... to much detail... but it's only a matter of expressing your feelings... innermost thoughts. You get what I mean? I sounded REALLY deep didn't I? I could have gone deeper but I just didn't have the time. I'm just usually pretty deep when the moment gets serious. Let us begin... The Threads of Fate have begun to unwind... A lonely figure stands in the middle of a remote field... Standing there... his long golden hair, swaying in the wind... With a black shirt, black pants, blue shoes and ponytail, 16 year-old Seiryu Bakuten awaits his anonymous allies... He takes a walk through his the village once more... This may be... his very last stroll through the place he grew up in... Halfway through, he stops to think. "I'd better say goodbye to... Kazeko." He heads for her house... but stops once again. He remembered what he had promised to Kazeko before... "Seiryu... Promise me... you'd never leave me. 'Cause if you do... I'd never feel the same again. When I'm with you... I feel happy. Happy because I know you're there to protect me." Seiryu's heart almost cracked. He was going to break a promise. And his loved one's at that. Which one was more important? Going on an adventure that nobody knows, or being with his beloved Kazeko for all eternity... A normal person would obviously choose eternal companionship. But this was a difficult descision for Seiryu. There was something about this journey which bothered him. What exactly lay in store for him and his to-be teammates? Nobody knew. So THAT was why he had to go through this. To leave Kazeko behind... He continued his stroll... and out of the dark, a hand reaches out and rests on his shoulder. Seiryu turns his head and looks at the dark figure. COULD HE/SHE BE ONE OF MY ALLIES IN THIS MYSTERIOUS STORY? Now, this is the recruiting place right? Please join in. Resurrection's done and gone, But thoughts haunt my imagination. Guilt, remorse, embarrassment. My dignity which these three bent, Is falling down a road of shame. What more do I have to gain? I've lost a lot. Still losing more. What on Earth is my life for? Shame is over coming me. I'm losing all my dignity... END. That was good. This one's better. "Sorrow". Being flushed down a world of pretend. Never making this dreaded misery end. Being pushed around every second, every day. Being brought to the ground, Getting in another person's way. The weight of the world is being brought upon my shoulders. Like a hundred moons and seven million boulders. Despair, distress, unhappiness, depression. Regret, grief, gloom, moroseness, desolation.. All these words destroy my facade. Annihilating my senses, turning me into a clod. What's left of my soul is my overflowing sadness. How am I supposed to stop this growing madness? I've hit rock bottom. I'm fresh out of bliss. A shot for joy? I'm probably gonna miss. I've got no chance. Everything is futile. I'm trapped in a sad that's so damn senile... END. [COLOR=Red]I don't really get old school. How old? But I'll say anyway. Anything Rumiko-made and is old. Urusei Yatsura's.... Okay. Really funny. Maison Ikkouku. Really sweet and deep. Ranma 1/2. Is this old school? Ranma rocks anyway. Inu Yasha. This is definitely not old but it's still cool. Cyborg 009. This is really something new... but old. That's all I could bring up.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Red]Vandread is a good series. But I think it would be better to watch the whole series only once. I watched the replays and it sucked. I don't like watching a short series again. But if you'd really like space sdvenyure and sci-fi, then go knock yourselves out. My fave character there is Meia. She's really cool. I like that metal thing on on forehead and her blue hair ROCKS!!! And her outfit.... Oh, man!![/COLOR]

[COLOR=Red]I prefer both. In 2d games, it's basically a hell lot easier to aim. Your projectiles have a bigger chance of hitting in 2d games. I also like 3d games because it's a lot easier to move around. You have less chance of getting hit. Both are really cool to me. Yeah, something like that. I just want people to list down similarities in the animes they see. Like stated above, well, those are my examples anyway. Not exactly animes created by the same artist like Rumiko Takahashi (Ranma 1/2 and Inuyasha) but... you get the point.

I say you're a good artist. But you have to put more... I don't know. Is that guy hugging a girl? If it is, then it's really romantic. He looks a bit like half-Loki and half-Sanzo. I suggest using felt-tip pens for your finishing touches. The depths of your drawings are really good. It's like my brother's. All I can say is "Keep it up."

I don't know if there is already a thread like this but... I'll give it a shot. Ever seen those "anime likenesses"? Example: Ever notice those lines on the cheeks of the people in Beyblade and Saber Marionette J? How about the voices in Ranma 1/2 and Clamp Gakkouen Tantei? The pepole who voice Ranma and Akane also voice the people who work in the restaurant in CGT. Or maybe the characters of Slam Dunk and GTO have the same character compositions? I even THINK Onizuka and Hanamichi have the same voicings. I'm not sure. Clamp GT and X? There are a lot others I forgot... Anyway If you wanna correct me, or post... just... POST.

I've noticed too. Look at Genma Saotome. He looks NOTHING like Ranma. He's bald, ugly, bulky, stupid, wears glasses and... Yeah. He only looks like his mother... Same thing with Akane too. Soun is ugly but her mother is... okay. (I only got to see her figure once).

I think I understand. You just basically have to support any coupling of anime characters (like a web ring or somthing like that) and give a reason why you support that. I you know me, then you know that mine is RANMA AND AKANE. These two have been in it since the very beginning. For more than [SIZE=4]100[/SIZE] episodes, Ranma has shown his love for Akane by doing stuff like rescuing her from danger and taking the blows. The only part that sucks is tha fact that they both fail to reach out to each other. I can never die happy if I never knew that Ranma and Akane had confessed their love for each other. Ah, love. It's one of the most complicated emotions.

Dai-dai-dai-daigunder!! Who actually watches this anime? It looks somewhat like a distant cousin of Crushgear and Yu-gi-oh. Anywayz... this is about a boy who has a dream of getting the Titan belt. Akira Akebono together with his battle bots are on a battlestreak, ready for victory. Just.... post on whatever you have to say on this series. I say I like it.

This has been my anime fantasy, ever since I've actually SEEN an anime. I'd have to say...... Akane? Ukyou? Mikaze? Ruki? Himiko? Natsumi? I'm starting to become like a Ranma who has a lot of fiancees. Okay... it's AKANE TENDO!!! She may be a bit dangerous but she can get really sweet sometimes.

I don't have 6 soundtracks, a DVD, a poster, T-shirts and other mechandise for nothing, y'know! 2. Porno Grafitti - I love J-music. You gotta love J-music. 3. Orange Range - Like I said, you gotta love J-music. 4. Ranma/Akane/Shampoo/Nabiki/Kasumi - I'M NOT SURE IF THIS REALLY IS THE NAME OF THEIR GROUP BUT they're from the cast of Ranma 1/2 and they have their own CD of Doco songs. 5. Soul'd Out - This is a rap group of J-people.

Besides that, I'd say that it's pretty romantic and had a wonderful plot. 2. Ranma 1/2 - Nihao, my Concubine - If movie 1's done movie 2's next. It's funny and, like movie 1, has a good plot. 3. I really don't remember the episode numbers but I got a few from Ranma 1/2. 1. Ranma and Juliet - And as in every Romeo and Juliet play, THERE'S A KISS. It was too bad that Akane had to [spoiler]use duct tape on Ranma's mouth.[/spoiler] 2. Spring of Drowned Frog - Some guy fell in a spring of a drowned frog, he slpashed Akane with some of it, Ranma cried, but the water was really [spoiler]tap water[/spoiler], blah blah blah. 3. Love Mushroom - Ranma and Akane ate a love mushroom. Their love for each other was really touching. But it really sucked when [spoiler]Nabiki ruined it all.[/spoiler]

So far, I've seen the series of Saber marionette J. It was really cool. Lime, Cherry and Bloodberry have SUPER awsome powers!! Well, of course! They're marionettes with Maiden circuits! My favorite character just HAS to be Cherry. She's cute, humble and quite a good chef. I'm not a super fanatic of this series but I like it a lot. The second-to-the-last episode was really touching. I almost cried! [spoiler]Lime, Cherry and Bloodberry were going off to the Mesopotamia ship but Otaru was begging them not to go because they could lose their lives forever....[/spoiler] uh.... uuhh.... [SIZE=4]WAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!![/SIZE] IT'S SO SAD!!! But it's better watched than explained.

It has a really cool story and plot. A very unique combination of sadness, adventure, battle, bloodshed, romance, loneliness and a lot more. It starts with 4 descendants of the Gods who are sent to the west to stop the chaos demons are creating. They also have to stop the revival of Gyu-Mao, some all-mighty demon. These four guys are: Genjo Sanzo (Konzen Douji) Cho Hakkai (Tenpo Gensui) Sha Gojyo (Kenren Taisho) Son Goku (Seiten Taisei) On their journey to the west, they meet foes like: Kougaiji Dokugakuji Yaone Lilin And there's more: Homura Shien Zenon Gensomaden Saiyuki is jampacked with comedy, action and those freakily sad moments.
