'Anime' is a very vague subject, really. In drawing, though, always play your stengths where it counts. Be it charcoal sketches, paintings, or just something simple like chibi anime style, draw what YOU draw best.[/SIZE][/CENTER]

I'm fairly content with how I look, even though I'm not exactly a knockout >.< 5 ft. tall, 107 lbs., bubble-gum pink hair (Short and spiky in the back and on top and long bangs) with white-blonde highlights and orange-red lowlights. Baby blue eyes that clash perfectly with my hair ^ ^ Outfit... Well, I'd probably wear mostly pink and black. Baggy black pants or tight blue-jeans, and some random pink or black top. I suppose that's my usual attire... It's what fills most of my closet... But wherever I go, I am forced to wear a uniform, so I rarely wear 'normal' clothes. Lol. Anyway, the only change I'd make to myself is I think it'd be cool to have two long gravity-defying pigtails that twirl around look all cool ^///^[/SIZE][/CENTER]

I only have 2 decks and my brother made them both for me ^///^ Eh, that really doesn't count then. Another... Erm... 'Nerd Game' I used to play is Yu-Gi-Oh. Lol. Sadly enough, I sometimes wish I could go back to playing it. I was the only chick to go to most of those weekend tournaments (Well, the only one that wasn't 8...) So I got flirted with far more than I'd have liked (With guys that were far older than I'd have liked), but it was still fun. I love Dungeons and Dragons. I didn't feel like going downstairs and digging up any of my newer artworks from the horrid piles that cover my desk and floor, so I've decided to just use some of the 2-3 year old stuff. It resized the screen a bit... I'll edit that in a minute. Also, I think I might have drawn this one slightly less than a year ago... But I don't really remember. I don't suppose it'd be all that dificult, but I also have an abundant amount of summer-school work (No, I'm not an idiot or anything, my mother simply decided my school is rubbish and she wanted to homeschool me all year round. Real nice.) With school and work (I work Monday 2-9, Wednesday 8-3, Friday 2-9, and Saturday 8-3.) and school working around work, it is dificult for me to get much of anything done. Therefore, no, I do not schedule. My time is somewhat forced into certain areas, but it is not by choice. When I have free time, my world is random. (But I'm not allowed to GO anywhere since I do NOT have my licence as of yet, and my parents are far too protective.) At any rate, my rambling is done.[/SIZE][/CENTER]

The colors are so vibrant and they match him exactly. I have nothing bad to say about this piece, simply because it is quite proffesional looking and doesn't have any stand-out faults. If you really want some stuff to improve on, then har yu go- The edges weren't blended well with the background. It would have looked alot nicer if they were. You see this very well around the wings (Especially in the rips inside them) and around his hair.There looks like a little grayish halo around patrs of his outline. [CENTER][SIZE=1]Anime will never 'Die'. At least not all over the globe. There will still be those who create it, and still be those who watch it. The question, rather, is will it still be as [I]popular[/I] with the coming generations? No. Anime will become more scarce as time goes on, (As most things do) and more and more 'kiddie' animes will emerge. In America, at least, anime will become something for youth (Almost exclusively) due to lack of interest and such. I believe manga, on the other hand, will live on for much longer. It doesn't take as much cash to produce, (As opposed to the animated counterparts) and it is something that should stay rather popular with teenagers and young adults for at least a few generations. It's along the same lines as other comic books, they won't die out. Look at the state of Anime and Manga (In America) a few years ago. I'll bet a few of you knew of and liked anime/manga back then, but was it as popular? No. Did as many people like it? No. Therefore, my friends, anime is simply another fad here in America. In Japan it willstay steadily popular for many years, in my opinion. Here? Not quite.[/SIZE][/CENTER]
