I think you're definately underestimating a girl's capacity to 'spread her seed' as well, lol. While I am attracted to several women, I can tell you that I rarely feel the need to have sex with them. I rarely even feel the desire. And I guarante you I was once the biggest horn-dog within 100 miles. Therefore, I have no sympathy for cheaters. It's your penis, and your vagina--if you cheat with it, don't expect me to feel sorry for you. I'll have compassion, but I will not feel sorry for you. -Justin

Well, you have to look at this way: You can't expect to be listened to when you're talking to people. Having said that, I think I must also state the fact that not everyone feels the way you do. Some want to see things like that expressed in entertainment, especially those who feel that they have something to say. Personally, I don't care. I'll watch if it's entertaining, and change the channel if it's not. -Justin

"Elf"? It sounds like Will Farrel is getting despreate.....
Justin replied to Chichiri's Girl's topic in Noosphere
I atcually heard it's hilarious...from a 25-year-old Alabama redneck. If it entertained him, it can entertain any of you. -Justin -
My advice? You won't even remember this guy's name in 20 years, so why not go ahead and start forgetting it now? -Justin

It would take quite a large plaid skirt for my school to have a uniform. She's a big girl, you know. -Justin

It's the idea of a God who is a friend that most people aren't able(or sometimes even willing) to comprehend. Unfortunate that it is God's greatest gift to man--the very reason He came here(as Jesus) and died for us all. "Greater love has no man than he that would lay down his life for his friends." And after saying that, Jesus turned to His disciples and said "You are my friends..." He went on to say "I no longer call you servants, because a master does not confide in his servants. Now, you are my friends because I have told you everything the Father told me." This is what the Covenant is all about. A blood bond(literally) to Christ that runs deeper than those with family. The English language doesn't have a word to perfectly describe it. It's not about condemnation, or personal exaltation. All that will come in its time. It's about you having God's back and Him having yours. -Justin

I was gonna dress up as an agent from the Matrix this year, but I didn't have a black suit. -Justin

"All we, like sheep, have gone astray..." So, there is no one who has no personal vices. Mine remain lust, pride, laziness, greed, the inability to think before I speak, and the inability to properly control my emotions. And those are only the ones I can think of. That is why I always say that God is only concerned with your direction, not your perfection. Perfection is the final destination of those headed in that direction. To me, the worst human flaw is the lack of love. That, by my observation, is the direct source of most of the world's problem today. But love is a difficult emotion to obtain, so I rarely expect anyone to ever obtain it for anyone beyond those already close to them. -Justin

A Christian is, simply put, one who is in the New Covenant with Christ--the one Dan is talking about. They live in constant pursuit of Christ, running to follow His Spirit and His Word. As you can see, I often don't even say 'Christian' when in reference to myself or my family in Christ, I say 'follower of Christ'. 'Christian' has become so very nominal, and many simply use it as a personal pacifier. My friendship, my covenant with God is very powerful. My entrance Heaven is not my primary focus or thought, because it's set in stone. I don't have to worry about it. My focus is on God Himself, and allowing Him to tranform me into what He sees fit for me to be while I stand here on this earth. I find this custom which you(Dan) told us about earlier to be very interesting. In fact, when I get done with this weekend's duties, I think I may research it further and report what I find back here. -Justin

If any of that made sense, I might be able to answer it. I'll answe what I can, though you will not hear it. The covenant we're talking about is not the Jewish one of the Old Testament. It is the New Covenant that came into being after Jesus rose again. If you accept and submit to Christ, you will be saved, and your sins will be obliterated. Jesus was perfect. He was not merely human. He was God in a human's body. He did this so that He could be the FINAL atonement for sin, and sin's power, Satan's power, and our power as humans was forever altered. He has bearing on our lives because He is our God. Thankfully, you're just a man, and you truly have no bearing on anyone's lives save those who choose to let you. Jesus's opinions did not differ from God's--they were one and the same. Jesus's opinions differed from the religion-saturated Judaism of the age. This was how God meant for it to be, because if Jesus did not differ with them, they wouldn't have killed Him, and there wouldn't have been a final sacrifice. Yes, the Sanhedron and did view Jesus as a cult leader, but there were literal thousands of self-proclaimed 'messiah's' waltzing around at the time, and they were not killed. Why did they kill Jesus then? He challenged their authority and they could not stem His favor with the people(except by lies), nor could they defeat Him in a debate of any kind. It's sad that you think we're brainwashed...it's you who's been brainwashed, friend. But as I said, you can't see or hear it, so there's no use in going any further. But I guess you'll accomplish in this thread what you're supposed to. You'll keep on trying to argue and it will be closed. Heh... -Justin

Actually, I wouldn't call true submission a form of religion. Submission to God(here I go again) is the formation of the greatest one-on-one relatioship you can ever have. Submission to what people tell you to do--that is religion. But this discussion isn't about what is and isn't religion or whatever. It's about the correctness of a gender change, isn't it? Forgive me for straying. As I've stated(Scratch that, I can't go on with this statement this time.)--God created you to be with Him in accordance with His will. If you want to know what is and isn't sin, "seek and you will find." I have already presented the Gospel to this place many times, including once in this thread, you'll accept it or you won't. "Seek and you will find." Non-spiritually? If I weren't a follower of Christ, I'd do whatever. There is no right or wrong without God...lol, there is nothing without God...so whatever you decide to do is your business. It's not my job to tell non-Christians what they should and should not do--my only obligation to them is presenting the News and loving them as God loves them. With that, I wash my hands of this topic. -Justin

I like the smell of my pillow for the same reason Jenna likes the smell of her cat. Outside of that, there are tons of smells that I like. -Justin

FallOut's sister, I assume. Jesus came to set us free, but if there is no Satan, what then are we free from? If there is no judgement, what then is salvation? Your points are all excellent, Dan. It does me good to see how much you've grown. Just as Dan said, God does not change. Therefore, neither does His Holy Spirit and the gifts He can give us. I know saints gifted with the authority to heal and authority over demonic forces. I know saints gifted with prophecy, and I know saints gifted with tongues(I'm one of them) and discernment. This is the living God that I am talking about. Not some plastic figurehead that men can form to fit their needs and desires, that god is an idol. Most people aren't comfortable with a God that they have to conform to, rather than one who conforms to them. It took me a while to realize this truth, as well as others. Revival has come to the Church, but now it's time to share that with the world. -Justin

Eh, being who I am, I have to say "Be happy with what you have." It's amazing the "problems" that would disapear if some of westernized cultures were suddenly shoved into a more third world enviroment, I think. I'm going to jump off of wrist cutter's post a little: I really think the whole idea of someone being born into the wrong body is more of a tick than anything. An obsessive/compulsive annoyance that becomes a consuming problem. I agree that they should seek therapy before going thorugh a sex change. Actually, I'd suggest that they seek the face of God, but most won't like what they find when they find it. Is it a sin? Beats me. I could argue 'yea' and 'nay' for that question. This is how I see it: God loves you. That is the bottom line. No one is perfect, nor can anyone obtain perfection here on earth. He's not concerned with your perfection, He's concerned with your direction. God loves you exactly as He made you, and when you accept Him for who he is, He begins moving you in the direction His perfect plan will take you. Summary: God loves the way you are. Any changes that need to be made will be made by Him when you submit to Him. Is it a sin? I still can't say. But(from a spiritual stance) I wouldn't advise anyone to go through it at all. From a non-spiritual stance, I'd advise anyone to seek counseling first. -Justin

All this and I thought that kid at school made up the word... I'm with Ken. This is certainly a eh-situation. Eh... -Justin

My childhood was about like any other, I guess. I was pretty sheltered in comparison to my younger brother, but parents are always more uptight with the first child, it seems. I don't miss my childhood, though. I look forward to my future. -Justin

This most definately falls in stride with a recent revelation throughout the Spirit-filled Church. The power of the name of Jesus. I once heard this illustration: So many Christians constantly say this prayer: 'God, give me more power.' Well, what would you do if the sky parted, God poked His head through the clouds and said 'Where am I gonna get it? I've already given you everything I can, when are YOU gonna use it?' Hello, Church! I pity the person who walks around in dispair and negativity because they fear for themselves in this age--the last days(wow, what a revelation there, it's been the 'last days' for 2,000 years.). Christians should have the ultimate reason to be happy, should we not? Hello, we're saved. Not only are we saved, we're empowered. I really think people should do a deeper study on the Early Church, I'm tired of what 1800-something years of trying to choke out the Spirit has done to humanity's friendship with God. And that is what Christianity is--humanity's friendship with the Lord. It's not a religion, because religion is the very scale that covers the eyes of many people today. Praise the Lord! Man, I feel so much better now. Excellent point, Dan. -Justin

I mean, hey...how do you think James hired me? Shoot, it wasn't because I was qualified. Just proper distribution of the Benjamins, know what I'm sayin'? You gotta be 'roofless, dawg. Sometimes, you just gotta kill a man to get to da top. Don't take me seriously. -Justin

No, irregardless is not a word. Look it up. However, ain't is. Teachers cussing? Not surprising. Cussing doesn't bother me, unless it's coming from someone who is claiming faith in Christ. In which case, it still doesn't bother me much. I just try to contact them and make sure that they know it is in conflict with the Lord. -Justin

Yep, it been happening to me pretty regularly of late. Darn AOL -Justin

All of them had a diluted perception of Christianity. Jesus never killed those who were possesed by demons. He freed them. I blame a very deadly case of teenage hysteria--nothing more, nothing less. -Justin

You really shouldn't eat just before going to bed...it causes nightmares. I wouldn't call humnas monsters. I'd call them sheep. -Justin

I, too, hate the Yankees. I'm not even a big baseball fan, but I can't stand Clemens and I can't stand the Yankees. Normally, I'm a Braves fan; but for now... Go Marlins!! -Justin

I'm not easily scared, lol. I laugh at them sometimes. It' the exact same set up at every one. -Justin
