She stood and waited as the small falcon landed next to her, a small roll of paper tied to its leg.Taking it off she read it slowly twice over and sighed as her shoulders relaxed and she felt alot of tension run from her body, Talon looked over at her. "Good news?" "It would seem as though Anthem and Bryon are tailing us covering our tracks." "I knew I liked them for a reason." She laughed and leaned on the tree, a true smile on her face. "It has been a long time since I have seen you smile Shoko, not since Exodus' death." Her smile faded and she looked up at the stars, her eyes distant now. "You think he would be proud of me?" There were 12 in all, these great machines were like works of art, completely unharmed by nature and preserved perfectly; they all had unique systems that I thought we would never be able to restore but to my amazment they became functional on their own. It all happened so quickly one day, it began with the machine crafted to look like a king Cobra, all 12 of these were crafted to look like animals and the detail was amazing, the Cobra one day became operational. The systems were working as if it were brand new. It baffeled all of us, these machines were obviously built during the cyber era before our time, before we were born. It is amazing to think that they will one day be able to be used to help us defend this place we have come to call home. August 14th, AA 1290 It has finally become a reality, we have modified them and made them opperational for this generation to use. Decifering the codes and laguages to this era and made them able for use. We are holding a ceramony to congratualte all of our scientists for making these beautiful machines. "Look, we have to get out of this clearing." As she said this a young man walked into the clearing, his smiled wide and deadly, a large sword wound across his front." "Well well my sister, you tried to get away from me didn't you?" She growled and drew her sword as the others stood with the exception of Astdis. "Everyone stay out of it, this is my fight." She parried as her brother charged her and pushed her back, her feet slideing in the dirt. She barred her teeth and pushed back against him and threw him back into a tree and before he could act she shoved her sword through his stomach and winced as his went through her shoulder. "I'm still saying we have to get out of here soon, his dragon won't be away for long and once he comes to find my brother and finds him dead, we'll be the dead ones." She had her hand on it's throat keeping it from leaning down and biting her neck when a loud raor was heard, she smiled as she knew Drago's roar and looked up at her brother. Their classifacation made the pairing forbidden and after a year or so of the forbbin pairing the higher power damned them stripping them of their power and sending them to earth to live as immortal mortals. She now searces for her legendary Scythe of Power, Ebony to regain her powers and bring the Angel's sould back to his body and get her lover back. Weapon: A long, oversized scythe. The hilt is made of pure black onyx and fashoned into a human spin, the blade is black steel and deadly sharp. The Scythe is named Ebony, it is what she searhes for. "Damnit, look you guys, we have to do something. I have to get to a cliff where they can't get behind me." Talon nodded and looked around. "This way." She followed him and smiled as he showed her a beautiful waterfall. "This works, thanks friend." He nodded and took a stance beside her as Drago did the same. She unsheathed her sword and took a fighting stance. The blade still had steam coming from it from the blood of the hounds that she had killed already. As they entered the clearing she smiled wickedly and swung the sword expertly and waited for them to attack her again. As they did she took them out one by one with the help of Talon and Drago as well and soon it was down to her and the red hound. "You two go and see how the others are doing will you? Make sure they're holding up aright." They nodded and took to the air, she smiled and motioned for the red hound to come for her, she was ready.[/FONT][/COLOR]

"Son of a Bitch!" Shoko sprinted towards the camp when a loud shrill howl broke the silence of the night. "Damnit! Everyone get up and get high, off the ground! Now!" She grunted as she was boradsided from the right and when her world righted it self she was stareing into a mouth of large teeth. "Oh boy, long time no see guys." The hound above her snapped his jaws dangerously. "Well I'm so sorry for not rolling out the welcome mat but you see it's just that I hate unannounced visitors!" Grabbing the beast by the top and bottom jaw she pulled it in oppisite dirercitions till she heard the sickening crack of the bones breaking. Throwing the limp animal off of her she stood up and brushed her self off and put her fingers to her lips whisteling loudly. Drago swooped down and lashed his tail out catching another 5 and launching them into the trees. "Well about time you showed up Drago." He chuckled and then took a deep breath and then let out a deadly burst of fire. When the smoke cleared and the trees were gone; Shoko blinked as a large pack of the hounds stood in front of her. Their figures massive and their mood bad, the black fur of them made them look evil. The leaded of the pack made its way forwards, the fur on this beast was red as were it's eyes she smiled and went over to her saddle on Drago's back taking out the sword that was there. "Shoko, it has been years since you've used that..." "I think it's time it streches it's legs." The sword glinted in the moonlight, the crystal clear blade completely transparent. She smiled as a few of the normal hounds took a few steps back. "That's right boys, it's me." The red one growled loudly and snapped at a lower one making it lunge at Shoko who smiled and spun around with the blade sliceing the animal in two with a sizzle as the blade carterized the wound, she swooped around and into a lethal battle stance smiling, ready for the next attack. She had a feeling that the rest of the group were faceing a similar situation. Alright everyone, this is your own fight, there is pack of hounds for each of you, the only way to make it go away is to kill the red one, but make it interesting and make it last, other thing, no butting into everyones elses fight, for those of you together you fight together, like me if your on your own, thats it, your on your own. [COLOR="Navy"][FONT="Comic Sans MS"]Luna shook herself and watched as one of the other girls started a fire and when it got started she shook her self out again and noticed the other girls blink as she was now a wolf and curled up in front of the fire. "Luna is my name, I am a wolf, not any kind of dog or hybrid, I am a full wolf. I came from a small part of a calm land where my pack and I lived peacefully. I just want to get what ever it is that I am to do here done so I can go home to my pack." Her eyes searched the room and the others. "How are you a wolf? You can turn into a human." "I can give the illusion that I am a human. But in fact I am always a wolf. Posing as a human allows me to fit in better and make things easier on me." She put her head down and flicked her tail around her body and heaved a sigh getting warm waiting for some one else to go.[/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR="Navy"][FONT="Comic Sans MS"]Luna had found a good time and bailed from the on coming fight; not wanting to get caught up in something as dramatic as that, espeacily between humans, and now lay curled up in an over hang that could easily fit 3 to 4 people she heaved a huge sigh and looked over at the sword beside her, she didn't understand why this thing kept turning up where ever she went but as she sniffed it she just decided to ignore it. She chanced a glance out side and saw that the storm she had been feeling was indeed moving in, faster than she thought it would have but still coming none the less. She stood and stretched her front legs out in front of her letting out a high pitched whine as her joints and muscles stretched as well. She shook out her fur and looked up as a flash of lightening seared through the sky. She perked her ears forward as footsteps made their way to where she was huddled at. She pinned them back and readied her self for anything when a large man with what looked like wings on his back looked in. He didn't seem to notice her at first till he was about to leave. "Well I guess we'll be sharing this little hubble." She frowned as he looked at her closely. "Very pretty dog." She stood up fully and growled. "Do not compare me with some tame pet that you humans kick around for fun." He blinked as a young woman now stood before him, her green eyes flashing dangerously.[/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR="Navy"][FONT="Comic Sans MS"]Shoko looked at all the people that had come to her aid as they set up camp, they were all diffrent and had come from so many places but the one thing that she could tell from all of them is that they were reliable. She smiled as Drago slamed his tail down hard making a large indent and after Talon dumped the load of wood he had found in the hole lit it brightly on fire. "Good work boys, Talon, what kind of hunting did you scout out coming here?" "Venison, fish, rabbit, and a number of other small game. Which would you prefer?" "I think the venison would be a good choice, feed all of us at once and then you all can hunt for your selves." As she said this Drago downed a rabbit quickly. "I didn't catch that last one Sho." She rolled her eyes and shook her head, looking back at Talon she thought for a moment and nodded. "Get a buck, this is fawn season and who knows how many of the does have a fawn or two." He nodded and with in moments she was gutting the large 10 point buck, placing various pieces here and there. As she placed the heart on the bank he licked his beak. "fine go ahead, you caught it." He snapped and grabbed it quickly and perched him self in a nearby tree and ate his piece. She finished cleaning the buck and hauled it over to the fire spit where Drago helped her lift it onto the fire spit with his tail, after the meat began to sizzle quietly she rummaged through her pack and found a thick black paste that she began to rub the herb paste generously onto the cooking buck till it was covered fully, she was about to begin something else when a hand clamped on her shoulder, she acted reflexivly and had a small dagger to the persons sot stomach in a fraction of a second till she realized it was Wolfie. Putting it away as swiftly as she had drawn it she returned to her cooking. "What can I do for you Wolfie?" "I told you earlier I need to speak with you in private." "Yes, but first thing comes first, we all need to eat." "This is urgent." "As urgent as getting food in everyone's belly? I think not." She hung a pot of water on the spit and filled it with wild rice and added another flavoring to the water making it thicken almost immdently. Afterwards she turned to Wolfie. "Alright, I have a 10 minute window for you to talk to me, make it fast." He nodded and led her to a small part of the camping area that was bare and no one was near it. She stopped there and planted her feet. "This is far enough Wolfie, I won't stray to far from the others or my partners." He looked ready to argue but shook his head against it, taking a deep breath he was about to begin when Talon landed behind her and lay down infront of her. "She goes no where with out one of us by her." She crossed her arms as he frowned but he nodded and began.[/FONT][/COLOR]

"My father is no concern of this group or anything that happens within it." He shook his head and pinned her with a steely eye. "You know your the only one he wants on the throne." She stopped and looked down at her feet. "You know you may be able to do more as the queen then as a reble preincess." She snorted and kept walking. "I wouldnt be able to do shit, you know that cause the king or prince of the west would hear none of it, just like my father. It's not like I can do something over night there." "You can't do that here either but at least there you'd be safe." "Not from my brothers, just drop it talon, I made my choice." She walked past him and towards the front to talk at Kaiyi about a place to rest for the night since evening was going to close in very soon.[/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR="Navy"][FONT="Comic Sans MS"]Luna ran with all her might as something followed her, talking about a key blade and a key hole. "Leave me alone! I don't know what your talking about!" She rounded a corner and tumbled into two other people that were standing there, she suddenly realized that they both had weapons, she looked at hers and then theirs, they looked the same but one was a spear and one was a sword. "What's going on? Who are you and what is going on? I just want to get home to my pack!" She heard someone mutter something behind her and spun around to see another person standing there. "Who calls a family a pack?" She growled and stood up looking at the person sternly. "Don't make disgrace my pack." man and woman behind her sucked in a breath as they got a glimps of her true form, a solid black wolf with a white undercoat; her bright green eyes gleaming dangerously. "Tell me where I am, and why I'm here!" She grabbed the sword firmly and growled waiting for an answer.[/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR="Navy"][FONT="Comic Sans MS"]Shoko growled as Wolfie yelled at her to get scorch on the ground. "I said to get out of here damnit! Char isn't going to be down for long and once he wakes up and gets on to scorch we're all in trouble! Now go damnit! Follow Kaiyi!" He blinked as Talon swooped around and hovered in the air as Drago and scorch twisted in the air, he screeched as Scorch bit down on Drago's tail. "Talon, get me in there." Manuvering Talon wove in and out of he fighting dragons till he flipped and had her land on his back. She took a deep breath and put her hands on Drago's head. "Let's do this." He nodded and closed his eyes dving for the ground, she could hear the scream and protests of the others but ignored them. "Now!" She opened her eyes at the same time Drago did and smiled as she could see what he was seeing. "Alright, veer left and flank him, he's heading for where Daly fell." He nodded and folded his wings down increasing his speed til they tackled scorch to the ground, the whole time they wretled she hung on tightly. Drago lifted one of his clawed feet and slamed it down onto scroches head knocking him out. She blinked and smiled as she had her own sight back. "Daly, let's get out of here, we don't have the time to be split up anymore." She nodded and took off on her own dragon, Drago and Shoko following close behind. "Are you alight?" "I am fine, thank you." "Okay, if you need anything let me know, I know this land pretty well." Drago titled his head to the side so he could see her as the others joined them one by one. "You should know this land, your father owns it Shoko." "Drago! I told you never to speak of that!" Rei looked at her in disbelife. "Your the princess of this land?" "It's nothing to talk about. I disowned that life a long time ago." She had her face set and was looking straight ahead as Talon soared beside her. "Kaiyi, we'll follow you from here to night fall, then we'll find a spot to rest for the night and head back out at sun rise." She looked at Wolfe. "I understand we'll be helping each other, but I know these troops, I know what they and their dragons can do. If I tell you to run, you better fucking run. You got that?" He blinked at her. "Alright, you head out with Rei and Daly; Emilio Wolfie and My self will follow shortly." "How will you know where to find us?" "Drago, he will fly with you and let me know where to go, travel half way there, if you run into danger, try your best to run and not fight, we're trieing to end the war, not add to it. Once we meet up with you there we'll all go together." They nodded and retrieved their weapons from the stump that they had all placed them when Dargo let out a deep growl. "Drago, nimni ryok?" They all frowned as he turned and muttered something in the strange tounge back to her. "I'll explain later, right now you have to go, Emilio, Wolfie, wait for me just beyond the trees, I'll be there momentairly." "What's going on?" Shoko cursed as a large shadow fell on the clearing, Drago lifted his head and let out a jet of pure blue flame. "Scorch!" "Son of a bitch, everyone, move now!" Char walked from the woods and into the clearing, his weapon in hand and a blood thristy look in his eyes. "There are dogs from the east here aren't there Shoko? Will you let me taste their blood?" Shoko grabbed her sword and looked over at Emilio and Wolfie. "Get moving, I'll keep him busy." Emilio smirked sarcasticly. "How? Being his puppet? He's four times your size." As Char rushed for Emilio she grabbed his arm and swung him around and into the ground. "I said go." Drago was above her keeping Char's dragon busy, Talon roared behind her and she doged to the side grabbing Char and punching him hard in the jaw. He fell onto his back sprawled out and breathing heavily, Talon walked up to him. "Lets end him here and now Shoko, end his never ending torment of you." Shoko covered the unconsious mans body with her own and groaned as the Griffin's large claw dug into her shoulder. "Shoko!?" "I told you Talon, no more killing, there has been enough, even if he is corrupted by this war and knows nothing but killing that does not mean we have the right to kill him. Do you understand?" "No I never have, lets go, there is no time for us to split up, we must all go now." She nodded and climbed up behind one of his feathered wings and got comfortable, Talon looked back at her, his eyes sympathetic. "One of these days, your going to get your self killed if you don't learn to draw blood." "There is always a way to save everyone Talon, you know I believe that." He nodded and took flight meeting the others in the air as Kaiyi began to lead them to what they hoped was their first clue.[/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR="Navy"][FONT="Comic Sans MS"]Luna was running, running like her ancestors before her, like wolves loved to do; howling at the moon as she went, her pack running along side her. She smiled as the rest of the pack howled in unison and their song rang out through the mountains. She closed her eyes in pure bliss, just letting the chilled night air rush against her fur when everything went silent. Opening her eyes she saw she was alone and her pack was gone, everything was black and the moon it self was missing from the sky; she was no longer even running on the snow, just pure darkness. She stopped and began to look around realizing she was no longer in her wolf form but in her human form she began to panic as she tried to change back but with no results. "Mother! Father!" She whirled around as a single light blazed towards her and landed in her hand, from it came a large sword that resembled a key. "What is this?" 'Key blade....' "Key...Blade?" She covered her face as another bright flash blazed through her veiw, when she opened her eyes the second time she was in a strange city with bright lights and cheerful sounds. Looking down at her hand she saw nothing but in her heart she knew that there was more to it then that. She took a deep breath and began to search through the city, her nose picking up odd scents she had never smelt before. [/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR="Navy"][FONT="Comic Sans MS"]Lee paced back and forth by the side of the ship, away from Mat-tsu but not so far as to be unable to be found. She continued paceing, her mind raging a war with it self. She growled in frustration as her hand unconsiously went to her lips. "It meant nothing, it was an accident, wasn't as if I enjoyed it. Not as if he did either." She heaved a sigh and shook her head franticly. "I'm acting like a pup...this is ridiculous." She winced as she threw her arms up and looked at her upper arms where his claws had dug into them. They were deep but already the bleeding had stopped. She sighed and ripped the sleeves off her shirt and began to lick the wounds clean. She stopped as her hand went to her chest. "Why can my heart not slow down...? 'Because your falling for him.' She growled as her mind replied to her question. "That's not it! How could I be? He's arrogant and he doesn't give a damn about anyone but him self!" She sat down heavily and put her face in her hands sighing heavily. "What is wrong with me? Why am I acting this way?" She heaved another sigh and just sat there in her own thoughts.[/FONT][/COLOR]

"I think everyone is here, since that's the case everyone, see the stump over there. Put your weapons over there, stick your swords into the stump as you see mine." They did as she told them and then had them stand with her. "Okay, well we all know why we're here but heres my question do any of you have any clue as to why this is all happening?" "What do you mean by that?" She looked at Emilio and sighed. "Are there any records in any of your liberarys that state why this war even started?" She watched as they looked between each other, all shaking their heads. "I didn't think so, our first thing to do on our list is to find out why that bit of information is gone. Something isn't right about that, I don't know about the west but n the east the history files are not allowed out of the liberary and if you look at them your moniterd. So I know that there is foul play in that" "How do we know that your not just saying things?" She looked at Rei. "You just said your self that you don't have any record of the begining in your liberary, and that its secured, you tell me how else it could have happened." She crossed her arms and waited for a response.[/FONT][/COLOR]
