'And so is Reiver...' She ran down the stairs and hit the door hard making it bust and fall to the floor as the flames licked the ceiling now. "Reiver! god don't you be dead on me you bastard....you had better be alive...." She stopped as she found Sol trieing to revive him. "Sol! Reiver!" She ran up and dropped to her knees. "Oh my god! Is he okay?" "I dunno he's pretty fucked up, probably broken if you wanna know the truth." "No damnit, he's the only one who can activate the Dragon tear!" She moved him out of the way and felt Reiver's chest, his breathing was slow, slower then it sould be. She blinked as his breathing stopped altogether, she shook her ehad and clamped his nose and looked at Sol. "When I tell you pump his chest!" She put her mouth over his and breathed into him. "Now!" Sol did as he was told and not long after Reiver coughed. "We have to get him out of this smoke." She picked him up under one arm and Sol the other one. "Let's go." She walked with Cain and Sol. "Look take him, I have to go back for the Dragon Tear." Sol nodded and carried Reiver to vega, they got him on the boat safetly. Javen wasn't to far behind Jason she landed on her leg and screamed as blood poured from it. "Hey Vega, a claw, if you don't mind..." jason watched as Vega simple walked over, took one blade from his calws and dug the bullets out of Javen's body, she screamed but didn't seem to bothered. She stood. "Jason help get Reiver to teh captins quarters on this thing, I'll find a first aid kit. Vega see how many bullets you can get from him without making him to uncomfortable. I'll patch him up from there." They stood there looking at her like she was crazy. "Do I HAVE to repeat my-self? NOW! He's bleeding to death." Vega walked up to her. "Why do you want to save him so badly, he's you enemy." Javen pulled out a bright, glowing blue crystal. Vega blinked. "It can't be, the Dragon tear?" "I glowed when he neared it, he can activate it. One more thing." She pulled out a brigth Ruby crystal in the shape of a flame. "The Frozen Flame. Both activated together, can make any persons wish come true, understand now? I need him" Vega nodded. "I understand, but Javen, if things get...'out of hand'...you know the others will not follow you.' "And you vega? And I would also like it if everyone stuck to the place I'm sending them or where ever you choose to go if you don't have a specific place. Javen had been planing this raid for some time and knew exactly what she wanted and how to get it, not many gangs knew of this treasure but the one's that did, wanted it. She sprinkled the powder on the keys and smiled as finger prints began to glow under the laser. "Bingo." She punched in his password and chuckled as the painting swung open to reveal another lock. "Reiver, if you'll be so kind." She watched him work, studieing him and watching what he did, he looked up, sweat running down his forehead. "It's not easy..." She shook the trance off and frowned. "It can't be that hard, lemme have a crack. She knelt down next to him and blinked as he moved closer to see what she was doing. "You know, it's not safe to be this close to an enemy." The third was a DNA test lock. Jason looked down. "How do we get past that?" Javen pulled out a glove and smiled. "I don't call Vega my best for nothing." She placed the glove on Jason's hand and his hand to the pad. "You have the biggest hands here." "Gee, thanks." "Your welcome." she pushed him sideways as a laser came from the door, she had a mirror there before he blinked. "There it is boys. The Dragon Tear and Frozen Flame." Reiver looked at the Dragon Tear. "The lost treasures of the leading gangs." "That lost treasure's of OUR gangs." She set the lasers to point away from them and picked up the Frozen Flame. She atched as Reiver and Jason looked at the Dragon Tear with awe. "Well, what do you think?" "How did he have it here?" "It's always been here. It was hidden here after the first BIG battle between out gangs. ANd here they stayed so neith gang could steal that other from the opposing gang." She smiled and gasped as alarms rang through the room. "Shit. Time to bale gentlemen!" She ran out and grunted as a bullet hit her shoulder, she hit the floor hard and looked up, pain lanceing through her entire body. "D-Damn.." She held the Flame close as more gaurds rushed in. She stood and leaned against the wall as Jason and Reiver looked around behind her. Reiver looked at her. "Nice way of getting rid of us, how much did you pay the bastard." "I didn't set this up! You think I would do this after giving you that back?!" Jason cracked his knuckles. "I was wrong you don't deserve respect." "I'll prove it to you damnit!" She pulled out her dagger and threw it into the throat of a gaurd not to far away, this only gained her a bullet int he leg. "Look, I know this doesn't look like I didn't do this, but you think If I had they would be SHOOTING me?" She looked at Reiver and pleaded with her eyes, she wasn't despreate enought to beg yet, but the pain she was feeling made it a good choice. She heard Vega over the ear piece in her ear. "Javen, you had better live through that, I'll never hear the end from Goscoe if you didn't not only that, your the one who called the truce. Prove it." She was about to answer but he was gone, she looked at Reiver and Jason again. "Look, PLEASE! I want to get out of this. I*'m BEGGING you to belive me. I didn't do this. PLEASE!" She looked up at them, her arm and leg hurting her badly.

Javen looked at the two and frowned. "Just for your information, we DO have a way, three of us is conspicous enough, we don't need five. Go to another point and steal something else if you wanna part of this. I don't care where, but my best and his partner already have the museum covered. I appreiceat the help but five of us at one point would be to much." The two nodded and jumped form the building and ran through the city. Javen let out a deep breath. "Can we try this again?" She sneezed and cahnced a look back at the other two, they were jogging together and talking. She sneezed again. Javen rolles here eyes and looked around. "So ANYWAY are we all here and accounted for?" She counted the leaders and their follwers. "Good, follow me." She led them out fo the bar and to her own little hide away, a small run down building. "Up here." She climbed a ladder and sat on a cusion not far form a hole inthe wall. She looked out at the mayors house. "I figer we'll go there first and get the entering rpize. I'll have Vega, Sol, and Jason go the museum...better yet, just Vega and Sol, Jason is alittle to hard core for something that delicate. The rest of us will go and see what spoils the mayor has to offer, we'll bring what we find back here and choose what to take to the old women as an enterance." She looked at Vega, he nodded in approval. "One thing, Sol, I know you and Vega go a way back, but I'm trusting you to take this extremly serious., I don't want word coming back to me that Red Falcons got rid of my best when he wasn't looking." Sol just picked his teeth nonchaoltly. "Fine. Reiver, think it best that you go with me, that way I can keep an eye on you. Aaron, you go with Shena, and Shena and your follwer go together. Since Jason only seems to listen to you Reiver, he'll go with us." she looked arounf and nodded, She thought she had done pretty well. "Alright, the pairs or groupd that I out you in are the one's you'll deal with tonight. Go to the best place you think is a good raid in the place and get what's best. Bring it back here and we'll go from there." She grabbed a pack as the sun began to set in the distance. "Nobody die, nobody tak advantage of the other. Let's head out." She fliped a dagger and sheathed in her belt, heading for the exit she looked at Reiver, a part of her wanted him to say something sarcastic. A part of her just wanted to argue with him, she just didn't know why...and it bugged her to the point of frowning to keep the confusion off her face as she looked at him. "Let's go." She climbed down the ladder and out onto the street, Jason came walking up, he had a bruise on his face, but he seemed content. "I don't know and don't care where you've been, but it's time to move. Your with me and Reiver, since he's the only one you listen to." she waited til they were all packed into the alley and smiled. "Good luck." She ran and leaped to the ladder on teh other building and as she reached the top she took off running in the direction of the Mayor's house.

Jura smiled. "Same to you-" She flung her-self from his arms as she heard the screama dn flung open the door runnign down the hall. She skidded to a halt infront of hsi door and banged on it. "Daergar! What's going on! You alright?" "I'm fine. Leave me alone." She blinked and shrugged."IF you need help you should ask." She walked away, Cain following her. Once back in the room she sat in the chair. "That was odd...."

She nodded her head and lokoed down. "I do, honestly I do." she looked up at him and smiled, she touched his lip again wipeing the little blood there. "I'm sorry..." She bit her lip light uet hard and smiled as she tasted blod. "There even. Blood for blood." She saw him frown and she closed her eyes as he touched her lip. "Jura-" "Stop. It's nothing. I do it when I'm nervous." "You did it on purpose." "Your point? Cain, please? I feel better now." She buried her face in his chest. "Please don't be mad with me...please?" She stayed there afraid that maybe he was.

Javen looked at him and smirked. "Look I'm SO glad the mutal hate is here, but if want a part of this you'd better stay, I was thinking of how all our gangs could benifit from this, not just mine. I know you think it's a trap for me to get rid of you, if it was, I would have laid it by now. I'm just as lost as any of you." She walked to him as he stopped and stood in front of him. "And just to let you know, I don't drink often. Look I'm not asking you to trust or like me for that matter, just think of your gang. I know mine isn't exactly doing all that well, this is a poor town and the gangs here steal the food, quite frankly I hate that. I just like to steal for sport, not food." She crossed her arms, her aqua eyes staring up at him. "I'm not asking you to help me, I'm asking you to help your friends. The only family I'm sure any of us have." She reached to the floor and picked up the paper the old lady had given her. "It's a one in a life time oprotunity. I know, I've been in this gang all I can remeber. I'm making a truce, and my life has nothing to do with it. My problems, I have none, just the safety of my caln in my absance. Look, Reiver, I know you don't trust me, I don't trust you. We've been rivals all our lives, but if we work together, maybe we won't have to fight for food for the next generation huh?" She looked at him and raised an eye brow. She extended her hadn to him, unsure of her-self but trusting her insticnts. "Well? Deal? Truce till this is done with?" she waited as he studied her.

Javen rolled her eyes and looked up at Sol. "For your information, to all wondering here, I'm the ONLY lady here, so yes, I must be Javen Tigerpaw. And to be quite frank, I hate this as much as any of you." She looked at Vega and nodded, she watched as Vega scanned the area. "Now, i would very much apprciate it if you," She pointed at Reiver,' Kept you 'pet' theer chained. And as for killing me, you'll have to try damn hard." She slammed her hand on the table, a white panther tatoo on her arm proved her title. "I'm not some street brat, I'm not happy about this anymore than you." She looked at Jason as he shot her a dirty look due to the 'pet' comment. "You can look at me all you want but if you want a share in this," She threw a paper on the table. " You had better learn to deal with me. That's a ticket to the Black Island, the pirates go there to unload their bounty and get the hell outta dodge. I need you to get there, just as you need me to get there. This whole thing is nothing but bussiness. Nothing more, nothing less. And one more thing, call me a runt and I'll personally make sure you never have kids." She took the whiskey and took a long drag on the bottle draining it. the only thought running through her mind at that point... Jura stood away from hima nd looked at him, she saw the tear and felt guilt for her actions but what he was saying couldn't be real. "My father was an elf, he married an elf. That's the end of it." He didn't speak, only close his eyes and keep looking at the floor. She began to pace the room looking this way and that. She knew he wouldn't lie to her, but, of everyone in the world...why Lloyd? she sighed and dropped to her knees infront of him. "Cain, I'm so sorry...please forgive me...I know you would never lie to me...I just don't understand...how could Lloyd possibly...I just...I'm sorry. But I want proof." she gently laid her hand on the cheek she hit and frowned at her-self. She bent down and kiised his cheek than his lips softly. "I'm sorry..." She raised his face to look at her. "Do you believe me?" Her eyes were full of hurt and guilt for what she had just done.

In the largest city on the continent you would think the people who lived there would have good jobs and fine homes. The city was a city of gangs; these gangs were battling thief?s clans. There are over one thousand gangs in the one city of Mentain. The harbor city. The Black Island is about two days journey form the harbor city of Mentain. The first ever gang of thieves that started the entire thief?s clan idea was known as the Guild. They were composed of the best thieves in the city, and their reputation was well earned. The last place they raided was the governor?s home, his mansion. They were followed and cornered in their own hide away; the army destroyed the entire Guild that night. Over one hundred years later gangs of thieves that idolize the theory of The Guild overrun the city. There are over one thousand gangs and each has a different name and a different enemy gang. The White Panthers and Black Dragons are the worst gangs in the city that fight. The leader of the White panthers is a 17-year-old girl, but her skills are just as good as an elder thief. Walking through the street she spots an older women standing by an old run down shack. She smirks and walks over, every intention on ripping her off. As she reaches for the women purse her wrist is caught. ?I am not one for youngest thieves but you dear are quiet good? The young girl looked at her astonished. ?How did you-?? ?Know what you were doing? I am one of the best. I am a member of the Guild.? ?That?s impossible, the Guild id dead, the army destroyed them over one hundred years ago.? ?Yes, I know I was there.? ?But that would make you nearly-? ?One hundred and twenty to be exact.? The girl stared in disbelief, she looked up and down the street, and no one else was looking at them, or even watching. ?Who are you?? ?I am the youngest member of the Guild, Naomi? ?Naomi?so what do you want with me?? ?There is a battle going for the gangs of theifs city, a battle for the ultimate prize. A boat to the Black Island? ?Your crazy, that place is a death trap.? ?It is dangerous yes, but the prize there is more than you can imagine the pirates of this day go there every ten years and deposit their spoils and than leave for more. It has been over one thousand years since that island has been raided.? ?And you plan on getting a gang to go there and raid it for you?? ?No, I plan on sending a blend of the gangs there to raid it and split it amongst them0-selves.? ?Your insane, the gangs of this city wouldn?t work together if their lives depended on it? ?You are right, but any thief would work with another if it meant spoils of that magnitude.? ?You may be right?so how do I enter?? ?You already have. You are the first to enter your-self. You now must go and recruit other gang leaders to your aid and then come find me. There will be a battle, who ever steals the biggest or most glorious thing will win and be sent to the Black Island.? ?I still think your insane, so who must I find?? ?The only gangs that are left that haven?t participated, and do not know about it and have not turned it away are these.? The old women handed her a piece of paper, the girl looked at it her eyes growing huge. ?Your crazy!? She looked up at the women but she had vanished, she was gone. On the paper four gangs were left, her gang, the White Panthers had already been scratched off. The White Panthers The Black Dragons The Blue Wolves The Red Falcons The Grey Owls She looked up at where the old women had been not a second before, the gangs she didn?t mind were here, but the one gang she could NEVER work with was there as well, The Black Dragons?only this was a chance of a life time, she heard that pirates would leave whole ship filled with treasure and gems there, in the coves of the Black island and build new ones every time they went. She heaved a sigh and decided she?d kill two birds with one stone, take the prize of the Black Island, and kill the leader of the Black Dragons all in one chance. She made a notice and left it in the tavern window, hoping to get signatures on it very soon. She signed it her-self to show that she was calling a truce between the gangs and that this was a very important deal, and would bring prosperity to each gang that joined her. !NOTICE! This is not a joke; there is a battle of gangs held In a few days, I need the help of four other gangs. I need the leaders of the following gangs to meet The Black Dragons The Blue Wolves The Red Falcons The Grey Owls I need the signatures of every leader on the bottom of this notice, this is a truce being called for the good and prosperity of all the gangs mentioned here. Javen Tigerpaw/Leader of The White Panthers Javen now sat in a tavern a strong whiskey drink in her hand, she figered if she HAD to work with the Black Dragon leader, she'd be to drunk to reconize him. She took the rest of the drink in a huge swallow and asked for a whole bottle. The bar tender looked at her and shook his head. "That stuff'll kill you missy." "I'm planing on it..." She took the cork from the bottle and tipped it to her mouth as her gang came in the door. "Javen!" "Goscoe, what are you guys doing here?" Her second in command a tall women named Goscoe smiled. "Came to see who your dealing with" "I'm sure I can handle them my-slef. I promise. I have Vega with me..." "Like he's much help..." "Goscoe, your in command til I return, go back to the hide away and stay there with the others." "Right, whatever you say," She looked at vega. "You had best take care of her." "Go Goscoe." "Good luck!" Goscoe and a few more girls ran out laughing from the tavern, Vega looked at her. "Are you sure it is a good idea to leave her in command?" "No, but your my best, I need you for this, so she'll have to do." "What about Maya?" "Maya'a mother is sick, she's out of town. So Goscoe will have to make due. Like I said, I'd leave you, but I need you on this thing, your the best I have." Vega nodded and continued to look around the bar with Javen waiting for their 'Other comrades' to join them. "Javen, I have a bad feeling of this." "Trust me, you and me BOTH, but it's the biggest steal in our history, I can't pass that up. I figer we go for the mayor's house and take from there to enter for." "Good plan, do you think we should hit the museum as a precaution." "That's why I brought you along, you always think beyond me. Jura jumped slightly at his touch. "You starteled me, I thought you were asleep." He shook his head and looked at her, his face seemed worried. "You seem troubled, what's on your mind Cain? You can tell me." She smiled and leaned back agaisnt him and sighed. She smiled as she heard Hiro in a few rooms down playing. "I didn't know he could do that...it's very pretty..."

Satsuki could hear the voices outside but coulsn't make them out. "Desh?" [COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]'I'm here Satsuki, your sister's spirit is closing in on Yuea and Chu...'[/COLOR] "I have to help them." [COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]'Your in no condition...'[/COLOR] "No, But you are." [COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]'How did I know you were going to say that?'[/COLOR] "I'm fine as long as I'm fused with you right?" Satsuki felt Desh's mighty legs give a great heave and the speed increse dramticly.

Jura sunk into the hot bath and relaxed. "Finally, a good hot bath...feels, wounderful." she had left Cain int he room to rest while she had her own time. She looked up and sighed, she held her breath and dunked her head under the water, coming up she wiped her face and slicked back her hair and took a deep breath. Picking up the soap she began to wash til the water was murky. She rested back and realxed again. She closed her eyes thinking of her time with Cain in the cave and smiled. Her cheeks flushed and she shook her ehad at Ky's remark. "Maybe that is true but...I don't care." she opened her eyes and sat up thinking on how that sounded, how she sounded. "I-I sound infatuated...Oh, my god. I am...this could indanger what we came to do..." she had a short flash back of the cave and blinked. She like the feeling of being loved, of not being alone. She knew how She'ann was feeling too with Ky. Wild Elves are not easily taken... She leaned back and let her mind wander, it wandered to her father...she smiled sadly, her beloved father. She felt her throat tighten and her eyes water, she held them back and forgot them. She stood and let the water drip from her body then grabbed a towel and wrapped it around her-self. Walk ing into her room she found Cain, on his back, asleep. "So he is human...or somewhat..." she dressed quietly and grabbed his feet tugging his shoes off gently she moved him til he was on the bed the right way and yanked the covers quickly out from under him and then covered him again. She sat down on the bed and began to brush her hair, she was letting the crew have some free time to them-selves before they got down to the nitty gritty of things, like searching for clues and exterminateing what little problems this place had.

Jura gathered her things and walked out of the cave and into the sunlight. "This is better...Well, let's go." She climbed up on the horse and helped Cain up. "We should be there soon, she kicked the horse into a gallop and in no time they were in town at the Inn as everyone filed in, she spotted Hiro and figered he would intoduce him-self later. "Okay, I'm glad to see everyone alive and well, anything to report, and anyone to introduce?" She sat in a chair and smiled as everyone sat as well. Ky stood and began his report on the Mind-flayers.

She pulled him to her and wraped her legs around him, she pulled him down and arched into him as he enterd her. She moaned and kissed his neck. Her breathing got heavier as he moved, she moaned with him. He was sweating and his arms were strianing as he held him-self up from putting his weight on her. She raked her nails up his back and gripped his shoulders. She put on hand on the back of his head pulling him close. "I love you." She rocked into him taking him further, her body now sleek with sweat as well. She felt him tense and begin to move faster, she felt her body tense as well and moaned as both their worlds erupted in white light. She was shivering when she finally cleared her vision, but she wsn't cold, he was trembling as well. She brought him to lay with his head on her chest, below her chin and rested her head ontop of his wrapping her arms around him she covered them withthe cloak and she felt her-self drift into a sound and contented sleep.

Jura arched into him moaning lightly. "IF we get through this, bit I don't want to think of that right now..." She pulled him to her and kissed him, she bent one knee and ran her hadns down his back, arching against him more feeling his chest against her's. She bit his shoulder gently and ran her hands through his hair, she moved against him more, wanting nothing between them.

Jura felt her heart skip a beat. She just looked at the ring. he closed the box and looked at him. "If we live through this...I will." He looked a littel put out, she smiled and wrpped her arms around his neck kissing him deeply, she pulled him close to her pressing her body to his. "I love you." she looked at him. "I wigh it would lighten up so I caould find the others and make sure that they're okay, but now...I duno." He frowned and looked at her. she smiled and kissed him again, slower this time, but still deeply. "I'm glad to be with you." She pulled him to her again pressing her body as close as she could to his through the cloak warpped around her.

Jura sighed and looked at him, she was happy too. "I'm glad." She got up and streched. "I'll be right back gonna go see if it's stoped." she walked out and just as quickly ran back in. "I'ts not over..." she was dripping wet, soaked through to the bone. she shivered slightly as she approched the fire agian, she sat on the ground so as to not get his cloak wet again. She looked at it and yanked it out from under him and threw it over her-self and he saw her pants and shirt come from under it to l;ay by the fire, her head emerged as well as she tied it around her, making it look like a long gown, she wrung out her hair and began to run her fingers through it trieing to smooth it out. "Hope it lets up soon..." She looked at him and saw that his eyes were locked on her. "What?" She blinked as he continued to stare.
