Ivy smirked and poped open the beer taking a swig. "I think something is wrong with all this. I think we all know what to do with these monsters. Why go through more training and more of the shit that we have been through since the begining?" She put the beer down and She walked to the door and looked back. "I will be back. I am going to the weapons hold and then to the mess hall to get something to eat." She walked out and to the weapons hold where she picked put a bull whip and a shot gun. Going over to the wall she picked a sword that was long and broad. She swiped ot sideways and blinked as it turned into a cluster of razors connected by a piece of wire. "Wicked..." She straped all this to her back and her shorts and walked to the mess hall, her red hair pulled back into a pony tail. She got a cheese burger and sat down alone at a table in the back and began to read out of the book again, she looked up as Andy sat down with a salad and the water from the room. "What is that your reading?" "It is a list, of the monsters that I have heard of and seen in the time that they have shown." "How many?" "Over 25, 000, and counting. Warriors began to run all over killing the beast of the Nine Army, Satsuki looked for the two boys and when she finally found them a tamer was fighting them. "Any time now Yuea!" She took the chain of bracelets from around her wrist and began to swing them back and forth having them make a sound like a whistle. "Hey whore!" Juno looked up and growled. "Who are you calling a whore when you fantasize of two men?" Satsuki frowned and let the chain fly slashing Juno's cheek. "I see you have not changed Juno." "Nor have you Sanashi." "she didn't want you to tell me of your meeting Yuea, because she knew I would seek her out and kill her. Juno and I have a long unfinished battle and she thought that by getting to you and Omrie she could get to me. Fortuanly for her she was right." She whiped the chain and wrapped it arounf Juno's throat. "o shall we finish it than Juno? Or will you flee as you did the last time?" Juno smiled and threw her sword past Satsuki's face. "You miised." "No...I didn't" Satsuki turned as she heard a body fall to the ground. "ANUIE!" She rushed to the girls side as she began to gurgle speech with the sword embeded in her throat. "Sa-San-a-shi...p-ple-ase...end i-it..." "Shhh, Anuie...you'll be fine. I'm going to save you." Anuie smiled weakly befroe she took her last breath. "Anuie? Anuie.....ANUIE!" Satsuki cradled the girl's body to her and wept openly. "My sister, I will kill her for you." She spun and grabed her pole from a nearby tree and swun hard making it sing through the air. It hit Juno in the stomach, her body breaking was heard all around. "You killed her! You killed my sister! Now I'll kill you in return!" She raised the pole to stirke when Omrie caught her arms. "No Satsuki! I know how you feel but killing her like this makes you no better tahn her!" "How can you say that! Let me kill her let me kill the bitch! She killed my sister! She killed my baby sister!" Satsuki wrpee Juno to a tree with the chain and fell to her knees crying in Omrie's arms. "ANUIE!" She sobbed openly and gripped his shrit.

Ivy snapped her book shut and scoffd. "You know what, stop acting high and mighty. We are all here for the same reason to hunt down these bastards and kill them. Your no diffrent from any of us here so quit with the attitude. We all have a job and we all take it with the upmost importance. So do not think you are the only one here that works alone. I have been hunting these creatures ever since the attack in New Berlin. But you were summoned her to work as part of this team and if I feel that you are indagering any part of this organization. I will tell you. And as of right now I feel you are. Stop being such a jack ass, long ears do not look good on you." She opend her book back and began to read agian having said her peace she was no longer that upset or impatient, now she was just bored. "One thing, does anyone know when this meeting is to get underway?" She still read her book but listened for an answer as well. "Suppose not." She fliped the page, took out a pen and began to write.

Ivy walked up to the building and scoffed. "You there, how do you come?" "Peaceful." "Are you man or woman?" She rolled her eyes and took the hat off her head and raised an eyebrow. "Happy. I was summoned here for my help was I not?" "We will be the judge of that." "I do not have time for this...either do your searches and let me in or I will leave." They began their scans making her irritated. One grabed her arm roughly and began to drag her through the building. She pulled away quickly and frowned. "I am here to help your scurvy life. You will treat me as a person not a thing that you control. You will lead me to where I am to go. Now shall we give it another try?" He nodded and led her through the building to the room where Andy sat. She pulled her coat off and sat down taking out what looked like a book of names she began to go through and count the names in it. The names were creatures that she had killed in her time of beign what she liked to call a hunter. She looked at Andy and closed the book. "I am Ivy. Pleased to meet you...Your name?" Lyu felt as if her heart would burst, she was so happy tht he felt the same way she did. "Ajack, the reason I picked you was because I knew you neede me. I saw it every day, you struggled with your past and what you had done and what you hadn't doen. I love you and nothing will ever change that." She looked up at him and kissed him. She laughed and giggled than she got back on her feet and grabed his hand and ran to the edge of the balcony. Looking out she looked up as a shooting star went by, looking at Ajakc she pointed upward and smiled. "Means good luck, do you think I'll ever be able to fight like you and the others do? So hard and with such purpose?" She looked at him and giggled. "Nevermind. Ajack, what was your home like? I mean were your parents nice or you know...I don't really recall my real parents...I only knew the couple that raised me. They were nice, they never really scorned me...I suppose that's the reason I turned out so soft hearted...But I think I can still do some good. I hve really bad nightmares every night. Satsuki stoped and grabbed a rope , she looked back at Yuea sadly. "If I knew I would tell you Yuea. As far as my apperance....you'll see." She tugged the rope and grabed Yuea and Omrie and put them beside her as a hidden platform moved up. As they landed high up in the trees a young looking girl ran foward. "Sanashi!" Satsuki caught the girl as she flung her-self into her arms. "Hello Marie, go get Baba." The girl nodde dna dran off, Omrie arched an eye brow. "Baba?" "Father." Yuea raised both his eye brows. "Father?" An old man, plump and hearty strode forward. He looked cheerful and happy, he smiled broadly at them and as he came to them in turn he gave them a large hug that cracked their backs and quiet possibly a rib or two. satsuki greeted him fashonably in a tight hug and began to explain to him in whispers about her journy and Yuea nad Omrie "Ah, these the operators? Good bring them to home, let them wash and eat good food for stomach. Get them new clothes too, they rough looking." He patted his rounf stomach and walked away laughing. Yuea looked at Satsuki. "Not exactly, but it works, we're geting there." She took her hair from the braid hs e had out it in to eat and lay down next to the fire pit in the house and curled under a blanket. She hugged him tightly and pulled him to the railing and took a coin from her glove that was tucked in her shoe. Handing it to Ajakc shetook out another and threw it into the water. The red dragon on the front of her dress made it look elegant and formal. She had her hair down and brushed to a glosst shine as she often did but she had out an extra touch to it, she had put temporary burgandy highlights through out her hair to match her dress. Her nails were painted black and her make up was black and red. "Well your not decked out to be a decoration, get in there." She sqeaked in protest as Dale shovered her throught the doorway and into the hanger. "Get down!" She grabbed her pole and stood as the two fell to the ground, a young girl about Satsuki's age lept from the tree infront of the fire and barred her teeth at Satsuki. "Who do ye think ye are? Coming onto this sacred ground of the earth's gaurdieans!" Satsuki growled deeply in her throat much like a wolf would to ward off danger. I've had some messed up relationships in my life. Only being 17 people tell that I don't know what love truly is, but I honestly think that I do. I have been giong with My fiance Michael for a year and 3 months now and well, we've had our ups and downs in that time period but we always ended up together in the end. And that's what counts. We're really close. We have an undertanding about one another that no one else does. That's reasonalbe though, I know. But alot of peopl etell us that it won't last that something will happen and we'll break up and nothing will fix it. And yes, it worries me alittle because I mean. I love him, more than anything and I would do anything for him. But I wonder somethimes where I would be if it weren'y for him and what peopl edon't realize is he saved me from myself. I was really depressed and I was seriously considering the easy way out (suicide) and he showed me that I wasn't alone and someone DID care about me. So I mean what more can I ask for other than the ring on my finger and him by my side to cuddle with every night nuthin much LOL.

Lyu hugged him tightly. "I think no diffrent of you at all. I think that your atrong for making a new life and cleaning up." She pulled back a little and took his hand from his pocket looking at the wound. "Ajack, you shouldn't so things liek this,you'll only hurt even more." She took the clothe from her back pocket and tied it gently around his hand, she kissed his hand afterward gently showing him that she didn't care. You did all you could, you fought your hardest." He shook his head closing his eyes. She frowned slightly and puled him down covering his lips with hers. She kissed him firmly and gently. She pulled away slowly. "See, I do not care." She wrapped her arms back around him holding him tightly. "Please, don't blame your self so much...you did everything you could." She held him tightly holding back her own tears.

Lyu yawned as she opened the door and looked around the hall. "No one here..." She went to shut the door and stoped. "Wha?" She smiled as she saw it was From Ajack, the ring glittering int he hall light. "So sweet..." She read the letter and smield big, she slipped the ring on her middle finger and closed her door locking it and began to walk down the hall. She stoped an officer in the hall and asked him if he had seen Ajack. "Masters? Last I saw he was heading for the gym." "Thanks." She broke into a slow run adn reached the gym door, it slid open and she smiled as his eyes were closed and he was counting. She walked silently to the place he sat and leaned on a bar above his head smileing. "You come here often?" His eyes snaped open as he heard her voice and she found her self blushing. "Hi." "Hey, Lyu I thought you were asleep." "I was till someone knocked on my door...Quite annoying really I was having a very good dream." "Really about what?" He returned to exoriseing and bliked when she picked up the hand bells and began to use them, bending her arm up and than gently letting it back down. "You can lift those?" "Well yeah, I'm stronger than I look and besides these are only 150 each." She smiled as he shook his head. "So, what was your dream about?" "Well, you and me and the others...We were back in school, and everyone was happy...I miss school sometimes. It was like a haven that we could go to." "Yeah. I know what you mean." "It was nice. Peaceful, Sayne and Sora were together. And you and ...Nevermind." She put the handbells down and he blinked as he saw the ring on her hand. She sighed. Lyu sat at a table in the mess hall pushing her food around her plate. [I]Lyu, whay won't you eat?[/I] [B]No clue...not really hungry anymore I geuss.[/B] She looked up at Ajack as he walked and smiled to herself. She liked him, that was true, but she wasn't sure how he felt about her. Another girl walked up to him and she looked away as he smiled at her. It wasn't a gril from their group, just a girl. A frined of some sort most likely. She grow;ed at her delf and took a large bite of the sandwhich infront of her. "Hey Lyu." she tried to swallow her food and take in a breath to say hello at the same time sending the food in her mouth to the back of her throat making her choke, she hit her chest a couple of times and coughed. "Not to bad actually, he's warming up to me. I can't piolit him yet." She placed a soft hand on his arm and smiled. "Hey, don't worry about it. It'll happen. Give him some time. He'll warm up to you in a while." "yeah I know, but what if we're attacked and I can't be out there helping you guys...and girls." Lyu laughed and looked out a near by window. "look, just cause your not out there doesn't mean your not hepling us. You think that you have to be there physically, but thatas not nessasarily true, just knowing your here when someone comes back, you never know. that may be enough for someone out there." She smiled as se found herself toying with him and she looked back at her dorm room door, he had followed her without realizing it. "Becasue, like I said. It's classified information. But i can give you a clue." She yawned and smiled as he raised an eyebrow. Leaning forward she placed a chaste kiss on his cheek and opened her door. "See ya later Ajack." She shut her door blushing furiously and smileing. "I can't believe that I just dd that...I need a drink." She reached in the small fridge in her room and pulled out a pepsie and downed it, her cheeks still on fire. "Good night everyone, sweet dreams and may your hearts be full of joy...we could use it now." She lay down and drifted into a lightl sleep .

Desh shook the seat in which Lyu slumbered in. "Hey, what the big idea Desh!" [I]I think the meeting is about to start Lyu, Sayne and Sora left just now and Ajack left a little while ago.[/I] "WHAT!" She leapt from the seat and sprinted to the door pushing the button fanticly til it opened. "I can't believe that I'm gonna be late! This bites big time!" She ran past a younger soldier, probably in training, snatching a piece of food from his dinner tray. "Bye! Thank you!" She rounded the corner and skided to a hault infront of the door, she looked down and groaned, she picked up a roasted carrot...she hated carrots. She entered the room hiding the vegatable in her hand and bowed slighlty. "Sorry I'm late...Desh, didn't wake me up..." She blushed as she realized how dumb that sounded. "I'll just take a seat..." The commander nodded. "Yes Condair, I think that would be approriate, and please get rid of the food in your hand if you don't mind." "Huh? Oh, sorry." She made a face as she shovled the carrot in her mouth chewing twice and swallowing the half chewed food. "Gross..." She took a seat next to Ajack abd Liz. "How much have I missed?" Ajack leaned over close to her ear making her blush. "Not much, he was just saying good evening when you came in." Oh, okay...is that your water?" Ajack looked at the bottle of water sitting on the table. "No. I think it's someone elses." "Well do you have any gum or something?" "Why? Your breathe stink?" "No, I hate the taste of carrots." "than why did you bring one in and eat it?" "I stole it off some lower ranks plate on my way here, and I didn't realize it was a carrot, and I ate it because hunger is the est spice you can ever use...So do you?" She silenced her self as the commander looked at her warningly. Satsuki squeezed Omrie's hand tightly briefly and nodded. "yeah, I'm ready. I think. i m as ready as I'll ever be...Let's go." She stood and winced slightly as her back painrd her. "Lets go. We need to get the gaurdieans as soon as possible, and I mean as soon as possible...Omrie, will you gimme a hand? I don't think my knees are very strong right now..." She smiled weakly as Omrie put his shoulder under her arm and began to walk. "Wait! My weapon, and I have to say goodbye!" "Goodbye?" She picked up her weapon and bowed slowly to the grave that Yuea had made for the girl than turned back to the boys. "Let's go. Time to win this war damnit and become heros!" She put her arms around both boys leaning on Omrie more and Yuea a little less, but useing them both none the less.

Lyu walked around, just walked. In a slight daze. Ajack had hugged her. that didn't really mean anything though but she still liked it. Her face went hot as she recalled it.She shook her head and headed for the hanger to talk with Desh, she ran into the commander on the way. "Oh Sir, Masters won't be joining us at the meeting, he doesn't quiet feel up to it, says he has other things to do sir." He nodded and she conrinued to the hanger taking no notice that she wasn't alone. "Desh, you here?" [I]Where else would I be Lyu? [/I] "Oh, don't get smart with me you." She smiled gently at the Mecha and leaned on it. "Desh, do you think I'll ever be strong enough to fight with the others?" [I]Your spirit seems so much more calm now Lyu, what happen to make you this way? [/I] She patted Desh's leg gently. "Just answer the question Desh." She reclined in the seat and streched back, she began to talk to him agian, smileing the whole time, the thoguth of Ajack's hug still in her mind. She smiled more as Desh began to talk about what he thought of the other Mechs, about them beign to serious and hard. Or them beign to fast or slow, or just plain mean. She yawned and rolled over closing her eyes she lay there listening to the engines of the base humming and the gentle sounds of the Mechs as they rested and recuperated from the battle.

As the battle began to slow and dwindle to the last few troops Lyu had Desh back in the hanger. She climbed out and smiled up. "I think we'll get along fine. You?" [I]I feel the same Lyu. She walked the halls till she reached the main lounge, looking in she saw Ajack looking out the window as the battle was closing. "Uh, hey." Ajack turned and looked at her. "Hey." "Did you and uh...nevermind, not my place to ask. Forget it. You think it's gonna be like this the whole way there?" "Probably, why?" Lyu sighed deeply and fell into a seat near to him. "I hate fighting, ever since my home was destroyed. I can't stand it, someone always gets hurt, or worse killed." "That's life, that's war." "No, life is a picture that you can paint your self with whatever color you want, you can be what you want and do what you want. War is just a period of pain and loss that never stops till one side decides that they can no longer take the masicure of their people. That's what war is. Nothing more Nothing less." "Wow you really do hate to fight don't you." "What can be solved by fighting? After that another fight will break out about who won the first. I'll fight if I must, but I won't fight out of free will. Nothing will ever come of it." She looked at him and smiled sadly. "Ask someone in an inocent village who was affected by war what this place is to them. They'll automaticly say a moving hell that shelters demons who destroy everything in their path." In life there are nothing but rules, you can't o here, you can't do this. But life should be about painting a picture with whatever colors you want. But in a life that nothing ever goes the right way you think that it could never hppen. Recent events in the town of Martin have changed theories on life for people. A wandering person would call the people of the town crazy or insane. But they know that something has happened. The Hollermaid Mansion is the cause as the people believe it to be. The manison takes the entire back of the town and looks haunted, is it? The elders say that the old owner of the mansion went insane and hang him self after his beloved wife commited suicide. The old priest of the town, Father Grieg has called on specialists to come and investigate. Each with their own power or knowlage of the territory. But what he doesn't know whas he had contacted the school of the Dead. Manor High, a school dedicated t finding the talents of the teenagers and children in their youth and train them to hunt the dead and haunting. They come to the town and he finds that they seem no more then mere kids. He none the less sends them to the Mansion to investigate the cause of the changes in the town, for people are begining to call witchcraft and demand a hanging. The kids gp to the manion and discover terrible secrets of the town and of what truly conspired in the mansion to drive the master to his own death. Was it witchcraft? Or was it murder? That is what they have to find out, but will it help them? Or will it ultimatly kill them in the end? He was frightned that the town would kick him out, for hunting the dead was illegal. But he felt that a rule was to be broken for the sake of the town. Another person from the town was found dead that morning, it was time to take action, and fast.
