The teenage boy was now somewhere up in the clouds, riding a board of wood he found. He felt...strange. There was something in that direction, but he didn't know what. Something was drawing him. Suddenly he felt something else, it was familiar, yet different. It was below him, so he started to decend. Trashcan lids...floating? [i]Only I can do that...[/i] he thought. He finaly landed on top of a building near them. He could make out some voices. Some kids, around his age. But the trash can lids bothered him. So he decided to stick to the shadows, for now.... One of the kids shot out from the sidewalk and into some garbage. He floated back to the others laughing. The teenage boy decided to listen closer... "So what's everyones powers then?" About a mile away, a teenage boy in a gray cloak slept against a building. His hood was pulled over so you couldn't see his face, just some hair sticking out in the front. It was raining here too, but the boy couldn't care less about it. A man in a normal business suit, carrying a briefcase and an umbrella walked up to the boy and asked him if he was all right. When the boy didn't respond, he set down his briefcase and reached for his hood... Suddenly his arm glowed and it started twisting backwards, the man started screaming and dropped the umbrella. The man fell over, screaming in agony until it snapped. His arm stopped glowing and he ran off clutching his arm, leaving his stuff lying there. The boy got up and walked away from the scene, then disappeared into the rain...

Name: Shinyo (no last name, like Cher) Age: 15 Gender: Male Appearance: He's about 7' 5'' and weighs roughly 185. He has brown, anime style hair (spiky, messy, and defies gravity) and always wears a gray cloak. Underneath the cloak are just some black jeans, and a black, loose fitting shirt. His eyes are sharp and green. He pretty much wanders the country for some reason, and because of this his face is kinda dirty, and his clothes are tattered and worn. Personality: He doesn't really talk much, and he looks like he's always staring into space. He's pretty violent, and if you set him off, you'll probably be dead pretty quickly. His weapon of choice is a dagger, otherwise, he'll just chuck stuff at you with his mind. Empathy-no Telepathy-no Telekinesis-yes-strong Short Bio: As a kid he couldn't control any of his powers as they emerged, and the other kids made fun of him for it. One day he couldn't take it anymore, and killed another kid. Ever since that he's just wandered around on his own without a home. He's had a couple run in with the cops, but he's gotten away every time. He's not wanted, because they can't really link him to any of the crimes his committed. No one can believe that he just took a section of road and hurled it at a guy with his mind.
