well doukeshi, i only role play one-on-one, but i think i can help. My role plays last a VERY long time because they are kept interesting and new characters and events always come into the story. If you do that right, your RP could last for a few months maybe. (mine lasted for 4 months and there's a sequal RP using our dead character's reincarnations.) Battles, mystery and romance add to the plot of the story and make it more interesting. If there are two characters that are best friends during the story, it would be a major plot twist if they turned against each other. (like my character joined the darkness and her best friend formed a resistance against her.) Romance, if you like it, adds feeling and a sense of depth to the story. If your character has someone they love in a role play, the relationshp can become important later on or just be there because it can be. Say in a battle, the person your character loves gets attacked or killed. It builds to the plot and makes it more interesting. Mystery is something that i love in a role play. The sense that something strange could happen at any moment or when there are people that you feel just can't be trusted or can turn on you at any moment. And depending on who you role play with, mystery and darkness can be a bad thing. Keep in mind the people you're role playing with and make sure you keep in mind what they like. If you role play with darkness and angst and you're role playing with someone who likes humor and happiness, try not to dive them away with creepy stuff. (it happens.) well, if that helps in any way or made any sense to you at all. you're welcome. but i doubt i helped, i tried at least. the end. ~Jun

 Coolest: Sesshomaru. He has to be one of the coolest characters in anime. I love how he does not let his emotions distract him from his objectives and decisions. In battle, that skill is what will make it or break it. It's kinda sad you don't see him more often in Inuyasha. Smartest: Naraku. His plans are always thought out so perfectly. The way he manipulates people into doing his work for him is the perfect strategy. (other that when they figure out what's going on, he just has more enemies to deal with.) If he were real, we'd all be doomed. Best: Kagura. Even though she's on the side of evil, she still fights against it. She still cares for Kanna and plans to destroy Naraku, even if he holds her life in his hands. That kind of fierce determinatin to be free is what makes her such an awsome villian. (no, im not trying to put all Inuyasha characters here. they just fit the parts, ya know?) Worst: Majin Buu. he sucks, just face it. In no way does he remind me of a villian. He's a pink blob that eats candy. Don't the words "pink" and "candy" just shout out "HEY!! IM EVIL!! I INSTILL FEAR IN ALL WHO HEAR MY NAME!!"? you see my point, right? Dumbest: I'd also have to say Majin Buu for this one too. He's dumb as a rock and has the attention span of a rat on drugs. He also can't seem to do anything for himself, like think. He always has to be told what to do before he even does it. now that's sad. If you ask me, any villian with the mind of a 5 year old should never be created in the first place. Dorkiest: I think the Ginyu Force takes the prize for this one. Men in tights, posing comically. yeah. that's scary in every way imaginable, now isn't it? (i guess it is kinda scary when you think about it. the poses . .. the horror of it all!) Anyway, yeah. the dorky prize goes to them. the end. ~Jun
Is it true that if someone breaks into your house in the state of New Jersey that you have to give them a chance to run away? Because someone broke into my brother-in-law's house and he went after them, but teh cops wouldn't arrest the guy becasue he didn't give the person a chance to get away. Then the kid's mom tried to press charges on my brother-in-law. :rolleyes: Oh and welcome to the boards don't worry, after the first hundred years you'll learn how things work.
I've never heard of that law either. it seems a bit stupid in my oppinion. Giving someone who just broke into your house a chance to run away? why would you do that? XD we had someone break into our house too, but we were on vacation when it happened, so i couldn't really tell you if it's true or not. damn betrayl. ~grumble~ Anyway, thanks for the welcome ChibiHorsewoman!! ^__^ and im already getting the boards. it's alot easier than i thought. yaay!

ooooh!! this'll be fun!! mwahahaha. >) ~you draw random stick-figures of your mortal enemy dying in comical ways. (this is very entertaining sometimes.) ~you watch a bug crawl up the window of your car when it's moving and say in a squeaky voice what it might be saying at the time. (ex. OMFG!! IM GONNA DIE!!! @#%@#%!!!!) ~fog up the window of your car as you're going down the highway and writing things like "HELP ME!!" or "cheeze" maybe. aaaaand. i might add more later. the end. ~jun -

Now, this isn't really a riddle, it's part of a poem i found. but can you guess what it's talking about? (i also left out a line because it tells you what it is. so i'll put a _______ there.) Humanity constantly tries to touch my silky face Oh they try ever so hard, yet they cannot win I will beat you all to the death And never give in What am i? You ask... I am too many I am the wind in the sky The water in the lake The rock in the mountain The wood in the forest I am older than man itself Wiser and stronger I'm more powerful than you ____________.

Fear is not ust one thing. It isn't possible to have just on fear. I fear cold, dark waters. Any water that i can't see the bottom of petrifies me. It makes it hard to go to the beach that way, now doesn't it? My fear of dark waters also leads to a huge fear of boats and anything that goes out on water. I do, however, like to swim. I fear being alone. Not in the sense of love, just being alone. I always need to know that there is someone that i can count on, just to be there. Having no friends would suck, now wouldn't it? I fear being in a city. i always feel as though someone is there watching me from the shadows or something whenever i am in a city. Like they could pop out of a dark alley at any moment. (like some damn rapist or something.) That is why the fear i listed before affects me so much. That's all im going to list, there's more, but im not going to list them. But to tell you a few things, blood, darkness, bugs, rodents, knives, or anything to that effect do not affect me at all. I could pick up a bloody mouse corpse and say "wow. that's neat." -Jun

~waves to everyone~ hey there. Im a freshman from Sewell NJ in the USA. (or i will be this year) I don't really have a job, but i do train hearing dogs every week. Im in charge of a small, 9 week old trainee that i named Tomo. ^^ yaay for Tomo-chan!! Anyway, for any of you who want to know, Jersey isn't exactly the most exciting place. If you want excitement, don't come here. Jersey is pretty wierd at times though. I guess that's a plus, and so is the fact that there aren't big cities all over the place. Cities suck in my opinion. (no offense to anyone who does like them or lives in one) Anyway, this is my first post ever on the boards, so sorry if it's kinda jumbled-up and poorly written. i don't have much experience in typing these things. ^^;
