I must say, Ginnylyn, cool pic of Poncho. Mine was a wquick sketch so today in art class I'll go for the main dealy like u. ;) :D Ryu jumped to his feet like nothing had happened. As soon as he was on his feet, he collapsed to the ground. The others cried out in horror as the venom marks returned to his neck. "THat Batwing was some kind of demon! No animal could leave such a marking!" Hjime choked. Ryu nodded. "Ket, you healed my scars. You heals my brooses (I think i spelled that wrong. I don't spell that word much. :D) but the marks onmy neck remain." He staggered to get up but just falling over in exausgtion. Silva caught him and he lay peacefully in her hands. "Is.. is he dead?" Silva wimpered. "Not at all. Just tired." Cecil replied with knowledge, "But the mark's venom will spread throughout his body and it will shatter his bones, rip apart his soul, and then kill him." "What can we do?" Silva pleaded. "We could beg the great Artos to give back his life." Shiva answered for Cecil. "Artos?" all asked. "Artos," Shiva continued, "Is a spirit, or more like a god actually that gives life or death to anyone. Shall we try." Silva wiped away a tear and said in a cheerful voice, "Let's do it!"

[SIZE=3]Special Pincho Bonus!![/SIZE] I drew a quick sketch of what I think Poncho looks like. As you can see here and read in the story, he's a cat. He has a bandana around his neck and has the ears of Gatomon (because Gatomon rocks!) and on his right he has the world-famous PONCHO SURPRISE PACK where he pulls all of his nasty tricks out of. In his right hand is a knife in which he pulled from his pack. Whatd o you think? This should be what he looks like? (And yes, the wings on his back work.)

"I dunno." Ryu replied. "Go back to sleep." Without an argument, Gin was asleep like a newborn. He looked up and stared at Leona and then at the ground. "I have an idea. They're lost out here so... nah! THat'd be too mean. I may be rude sometimes but leaving them out here would just be down-right evil." Ryu stood up and the sun was just emerging over the mountains of Soriya. He blinked because the sun was in his eyes. "Hey Ryu." Ryu jumped up and hit his head on a branche. He turned to see Leona. He made a gesture that said 'what?'. "I have a question."

"What kind of question is that?" Ryu inclined. "You insult me." "I didn't mean it that way." Ryu stared at Cecil with an eyebrow raised. "What makes [I]you[/I] worthy of a dragon? Hmmm?" "THat is not the question." "Or is it?" "Bor iz it?" Ragear chirped. "You are confusing me!" Cecil complained. Ryu just looked at him. "I could have managed killing that creature without your help. You only let it loose." "What? How rude of you Ryu!" "I know. I'm sorry. I'm in an odd mood. Maybe Silva's moods are contageous." "Wait. Did you say loose?" [B]Later, flying over Shadow Wing's fortress, Batwing lands near his master...[/B] "Sir. I did not complete the mission. But I will. I was this close." Batwing uses his wing as a measure. "You fail me too many times. If you fail again, then I shall use my other henchman Poncho and you will be his scratching post." Batwing gulped. As if on cue, Poncho walked into the room. "Purrrrrrfect. I haven't had a mission like this since my claws were short and my tail was stubby." Shadow Wing turned to Poncho. "Ah! Poncho. I see you over heard. Well my feline friend, you up to it?" "Don't worry master. If Bat-brains here fails, I always have a few tricks in my Surprise Pack." Shadow Wing smiled deviously. "Good. You better." Ryu walked away from the campsite to search for Silva after everyone was asleep again. Suddenly, he heard a shreik. "Oh no! Silva!" He began to run faster. Faster than he had ever ran before in his life! He came through some under brush and found Silva being held hostage by Batwing. "Let her go, you winged creep." "Oh! What's that? You want your girlfriend back? Her for your life, buncho!" "Girl friend! Oh that's it! We'll fight for the win." Batwing agreed and charged at Ryu. Ryu dodged but Batwing swooped backwards and smacked him near Silva. He snuck his blade close to her and cut the ropes. "Run." He whispered and got up for the final fight with the winged demon.

It seemed like days til the forest ended and the Plains of Sora were seen. "Ah good. Were on the right track. After the Plains of Sora, there's the Deserts of Igro or also known as Izzy Deserts. Man that sounds familar." "What's in Izzy Deserts?" "That's where Andro lies, dead, his bones buried miles below the earth and where his eye lies in a disapearing temple. C'mon. Let's keep going." They traveled til it was night fall and had to get out their sleeping bags. Ryu tucked in Gin and started a fire. "Who's up for singing?" There was a long silence. "Fine." Ryu said. "I'll sing myself." There was a long gasp in the camp and Ryu started: [U]Oh where the meadows and the trees do grow,[/U] [U]there lies a dragon that use to go.[/U] [U]He was mighty, he was strong,[/U] [U]for he was Andro, the dragon of the eye, the mighty Dragon Cong.[/U] There music was actually soothing and put everyone to sleep. Ryu stayed awake the whole night, keeping himself happy with his music.

Ryu looked at Ragear and a horn was starting to merge from his head. "Your growing a horn ragear. Wait!" He saw another one. "Two! This is cool!" Suddenly, the happiness ended and a small bat/cat like creature stepped forth. Ryu gasped. "The name's Batwing. The game's Ryu and Ragear's deaths."

Ryu gathered his things and looked behind him at Leona and Wind who were having troubles with their packs. "Ready?" Leona managed to get her pack on. "Ready when you are." "I was ready an hour ago." Ryu remarked sarcastically.:smirk: They started their journey to find Andro's eye!

Ragear sits with the squirrels on his head as Ket flies off on Massora's head. "Go bye-bye!" "Bye-bye." says the squirrel babies. Soon, after the squirrel mom summoned her little ones, Ragear came up to Ryu. He wasn't moving. He just sat on the cliff's edge. He soon started to tip, and feel from the ledge.

Massora walked up to Ragear and he peered up from his play time with the squirrels. "Hello Ragear." "Hello big drago'." "What kind of dragon are you?" "Me a red drago'." "I see that but what KIND of dragon are you. like a Draaqua?" "Me is 2 years old in dragon years. :)" "Oh? Well, there's something i didn't know." "Hey! What are you two talkin' about?" Ryu interrupted. "Uuhh.. Nothing." Massora said and she walked off. Ryu turns to Ragear. "What happened." "Me is this many years young!" he held up 2 claws.

"Well.." Ryu says chopping wood with his blade, "It's a lost treasure known to be guarded by dragons. I'm not there for the money. Only for the Eye of Andro." "Eye of Andro?" "Andro was a dragon back in 100 B.C. The dragon had the power of immortality because he had a crystal eye. One day, theives stole the eye from him and he soon died. The thieves died because they were lost without their map which disapeared suddenly. The eye gives immortality. That's all I'm going to say." Everyone was quiet the rest of the night.

Ryu stood by the cliffs and just stared into the sky. The silver-haired mistress walks up to Silva, "Is he always like this? He's... well... odd." "You'll get use to him." Silva replied cutting up food. Katrah mumbled. Ragear ran up to Ryu's side and held out some celery Silva made for Ryu. "Rooie hungie?" Ryu looked at Ragear and smiled. "Thanks buddy." "No thank me. Thank Ilva!" "Okay. I will." Ragear was hyper and ran off to play with squirrels in the trees. [I]Once again, the thought of Silva makes he feel odd.[/I]

"Well, there's only one thing to do now." He comes up to Leona and she curls up scared. He raises a hand and then gently puts it on Leona's shoulder, "Your coming with us." Leona looked up at Ryu. "Really?" "You know too much." Leona smiled and hugged Ryu. "Hey hey hey! No gushy moments here!" He unclinged her and walked off to start a fire.
