Heh, well, the humor's in the right place. It's not a bad piece of work. :) I'm not sure what you mean by improving your concept whether you want help with how a script should be written or you just mean help with your story idea. But I will say you have some grammatical errors as well as a few typos. Heh, I'm aware some of it is meant to be done wrong for the sake of the jokes said in it, but there are a few things that shouldn't be the way they are. One would be the run-on sentences. It's sort of a pet-peeve of mine and I don't know why, but it's also still a major grammatical error that I'm sure teachers will come after you for soon enough. It starts in the first line.
"Greetings, I am Mrs. Deathscythe, principal of Mrs DeathScythe's school for the Giftedly Wickeded, I understand you're looking for a fine institution where you can school your children in evilness, how can I help?"
This is one massive sentence when it should actually be split into several. How it should be written is this way: "Greetings. I am Mrs. Deathscythe, Principal of Mrs. DeathScythe's School For The Giftedly Wickeded. I understand you're looking for a fine institution where you can school your children in evilness. How can I help?" I also took the liberty of fixing some quick mistakes like capitalization in the school's name and a missed period after Mrs. XD But that's besides the point! These run-on sentences pop up every now and then, mainly with Mrs. Deathscythe's lines. Just watch for that. A good way to avoid run-on sentences is to say the lines aloud and see where it sounds weird for not to have a break by a period. Usually speaking in a monotonous tone will do the trick for that. The rest is really just typos or maybe just insignificant grammar/spelling errors. Just proof-read it and catch them all. Things like:
We're an institution for Evil-minded[/b'] people, most of our students steal their tuition.
In that case, "evil" would not be capitalized since it's not a proper noun. It's just a regular noun describing a "thing," which would be the dark forces. And once again, that's a run-on sentence. You have to watch out for those ;) I can give more help where it's needed if you'd like. Just explain what it is you need help with in means of your "concept." I'll be glad to throw my opinion your way ;) Nice work, though. Some of the humor is wonderful.

I'm very pleased with the outcome of this RPG :) I haven't read all of the profiles, but I'm pleasantly surprised at what I have seen. Good work everyone and thanks. Sign ups will be closed Wednesday, August 9th, 2006, so if you plan on signing up or must finish yours that you've already started, please do so soon and before the due date. Thanks :^D -
Hah, gosh, it took me long enough to get around to signing up. I was going to before, but it slowly slipped away as things got in my way. Now I'm here, though.

Name: Dunkus
Age: 205 (which would still be in your thirties for humans)
Origin: The vast half-farming, half-city area of Genthro

Dunkus in a nutshell is a selfish, untrustworthy, greedy, cowardly 5 foot tall fairie that thinks only of himself in any situation. He's often grumpy as well and has quite a mouth on him. His species are the Narlows, who are short, mischievous fairie-like creatures who are said to grant good luck to travelers they follow, but instead they trick said travelers so the Narlows can get what they want. Dunkus is no exception. He often follows warriors as their ?squire? in hopes to reap the benefits. He will not participate in battle and if necessary, he will flee the scene with as much loot as he can carry. Though Narlows do not actually possess any mystical abilities and are more often just mistaken for humans with pointy ears, they weave the tale of their supposed ?magic? to benefit themselves even further. Sometimes it gets them in high places. In Dunkus? homeland of Genthro, there are some highly respectable Narlows in charge of quite a few things. Dunkus would love to be high and mighty too, but he means to get a castle and rule his own land. But he can?t until he thieves enough treasure. And to do so, he must continue following heroes, warriors, traveling bards, and whatever other unfortunate saps, who will die in battle or ambush while Dunkus robs them of their fine jewels. His current master is Adkan.

Everyone sat around in silence while contemplating what they had just agreed on. It seemed like pretty serious business and not something you can just take lightly. Sure, it was only a little more work, especially for a larger payment, but it still had its risks. Cutler, thinking of his future career as always, was the first to speak. "Hey, Cap'n," he said. Corey turned toward him. "Think this'll get me back in movies?" "Cutler," Corey replied, "with the money you'll get, you can buy the movies." There was somewhat of a light snicker. "I don't want the movies," Cutler smirked back. "I want to just star in them." "Suit yourself," Corey said, pacing from one table to another, flicking dust particles into the air. "But still," he continued without looking back, "with this money you can buy your way back into the movies. You can make your own film and put yourself as the star. Hell, any of you can. With this money, you can buy yourself whatever you'd like. If money's the object, then you have nothing to worry about." Cutler sat with his back against the large window of the diner. His left foot was on the seat while the other rested itself on the table. He played with a fork that had been left. After Corey finished his short speech, Cutler commented lightly. "Guess that makes sense. I just want my old life back." "You have not to worry," Corey repeated himself. "With this money, you can buy your life back." Cutler seemed content after that and the room became silent once more.

Jessica Simpson moments part 2
I always seem to say "Ow" when something makes a large noise...I have no clue as to why, natural reaction maybe? So yes I can definately relate to that one.
It's okay, Pumpkin, m'dear. I do as well. Heck, my dad will yell "Ow!" in the other room before anyone comes in and smacks him for saying something stupid. He'll say it if he knows it's coming :P I'm blonde too. It's not Jessica's fault. We're born that way ;) Haha, just kidding, but not really. -

Application

Name: Myers Miller
Age: 21 (Intern)
Gender: Male
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Appearance: Myers likes to clean himself up, so he will often gel his black hair back and keep shaven. He's an average height and is skinny, but not amazingly fit in terms of being an athlete. He does like basketball. Though he is an intern, Myers tends to think of himself more privelaged at times and likes to not wear office clothes too often. If it's necessary, he will, but he may show up in his normal apparel. His outside work outfits (and usually in work outfits too) are the regular t-shirts, sometimes accompanied with an open button-down shirt complete with some kind of shorts, usually khaki. He may even throw in a hat occassionally if the feeling is right. He likes to keep to his style, but his style changes so often, it's hard to tell what it even is anymore.
Personality: The main thing you'd notice about Myers--or just pass off as some mental illness--is his over-active imagination. He'll take things to a whole new level and in almost child-like behavior. Being he loves to have fun, he'll try and make the office as interesting as possible while still accomplishing work--or whatever they have him do. He'll tend to have wild schemes that'll either prove brilliantly executed or disasterous and troubling. He's friendly to everyone since he needs everyone to be friendly back for his work environment to become a natural playground. He'll get his buddy Mike involved usually.
Family: Myers loves his family, but any family can be embarrassing. That's why he's glad to take a break from it all and go to the city for an internship. He also doesn't mind getting away from his brother. He is single, but loves the ladies. He would like to take Mike to some of the local clubs now that they're in the city.
Information: Myers and his friend Mike came to the city for their internship and so they landed a regular-sized apartment near the office they would soon be working in. Mike does a lot more work than Myers, it seems. Nevertheless, Myers appears to always be cracking a new idea or wanting to hit clubs and other things. The whole city life excites him. His "schemes" often involve unusual, if not improbable, situations and events that will turn the office--and anywhere else he goes--into some crazy party. Still, Myers is serious in passing his internship, so he will do work when asked to. But no one ever said he wouldn't do it with "style." And when we say "style," we mean with more conflict.
-
Quell was under the impression Shilandrea might be toying with him. But nevertheless, he looked down at the newly aquired weapon and tossed the pipe aside. In a way, it was an advantage, but also a disadvantage all the same. He could use it to fight, but not that well. After all, he wasn't used to such things. He's done daggers in the past, but a wheel like this, customized to Andrea's liking was a different story. He peered up and eyed his opponent. She smirked, so he smirked back. "Ya know, these here mechanical arms ain't always wut they seem," Quell said. Placing the wheel in his left hand, the unusual substance covering the glove formed into a new shape, matching the grip of Andrea. Since the wheels were customized to her hands, he took advantage of the shifting materials in his mechanical arm to match her. Andrea figured out what he had done. "You still can't use it as well as me, Danjer," she smiled, unmoved by his accomplishment. Quell nodded in agreement, for he knew there was no way around that. Or was there? "Hah, I like you, ma'am," he said, "but you got shit fer brains." Andrea seemed taken back by this insult, but kept her sassy nature nevertheless. "These mechanical arms weren't put on me fer decoration. I had 'em attached fer special accuracy in gunslingin' and various o'her fightin' styles. That includes yer little toys here." With this, we waved the wheel around like a cheap object found in a local pawn shop. "I may not throw 'em as well as you, but I can sure as shoot be close." Andrea smiled. This upset her not one bit. "Then it'll be a fair fight, indeed," she spoke. "Sure will, darlin'," Quell tipped his burnt hat. "Let's git 'er on the road." Andrea still had disbelief Quell was as accurate with her wheel as he made himself out to be so she dared him on and said, "You go ahead and take the first shot. Let's see what you've got." "Ladies first," Quell suggested. "Age before beauty," she teased. "Shoot, got me there," he chuckled. "Fine, but I won't hold back, jus' 'cause yer a gentlelady." "I wouldn't have it any other way, tiger." Only seconds after she spoke did Quell lunge forward, releasing the wheel in her direction. She was actually impressed by how well he did his first try. But it still wasn't anything she couldn't handle. They were, after all, her weapons of choice. She released her own wheel, causing a collision between the two and the wheels returned to their respective owners. The two stood and stared at one another again. "Not bad." "Not too good either," Quell had to admit. He stood ready while she did the same. This time Andrea sent hers out first. She definitely proved to be the better of the two as the accuracy and speed of the wheel came uncomfortably close to Quell's neck. He blocked it with his wheel only to have part of her wheel cut into the metal of his left arm. Luckily for him it was thick and therefore, undamaged. Andrea caught her wheel again and smiled. "Damn, lady. Tryin' to take off my head?" "Sorry," she teased, obviously with enough sarcasm to fill a ten-gallon hat. "Any more stunts like that and you won't be ahead in this here duel fer long." "You really need to work on your puns." The two dashed forward at the same time, not a second out of sync. Wheels were tossed, movements to evade were made, and a gasp of pain was heard. When the two stopped, they looked at each other reluctantly. Then, a townsperson fell to the ground dead with two rather large wheels lodged in their torso. Quell looked to the corpse, then to Andrea with a nod. "Nice shot." "Not bad yourself," she complimented back. There was a silence, then they both made a move to fetch the two wheels. Andrea was closer and was about to claim them when a metal pipe was tossed under her feet, causing her to fall to the sandy ground. Quell stood above her after retrieving the prized weapons. "Now lookie here," he smiled. Andrea grimaced as Quell held the wheels dangerously close to her neck. "Once you showed me kindness," he said. "It'd be mighty awful of me not to pay you back in kind." He then stood up, tossed the fire wheel down at her feet, and walked a little ways away with the other wheel. He then stood and waited for her to climb to her feet. She stared at the wheel in front of her face in the sand, as if it was now suddenly foreign to her. Then she grasped it and stood up. She looked over to Quell, who had never taken his eyes off her. Then he held his wheel at ready. "Right back where we started," he said. "I should end it now then," she spoke. The wheels flew once more, their direction no longer predictable. Andrea's made its way perfectly toward Quell's leg, which sliced into the thigh, actually penetrating the metal armor and cutting into his skin. Blood was visible, showing it had got him enough to bleed a little. He winced, but kept true to his style and didn't show pain. On the other hand, Quell had surprisingly thrown his wheel well. Andrea saw this, but didn't expect it quick enough to fully dodge. It had gashed her back. She also didn't see Quell had activated its feature and she suddenly felt a burst of electricity through her body. She fell to the ground, spasming. The cut wasn't deep, but the electricity was still fluctuating through her for a long time after. Quell caught the wheel, then tied some of his cloak around his leg to stop the bleeding. He saw Andrea on the ground flinching. She had a taste of the paralyzation he had before. But he didn't take full advantage of the moment and kill her then. Instead, he quickly made his way to a shop nearby. When Andrea finally got a grip, she panted and stood up on her hands and knees. Two wheels were tossed towards her and landed in the sand in front of her. She looked up and saw Quell standing ten feet away, holding two loaded pistols. "Let's git this show on the road ag'in," Quell smirked. "I got a bottle of liquor callin' my name."

Alright, Mike. I'll give into your wicked ways and sign up. "A world without vampires is like a rose without thorns; the beauty has lost the beast." -Mercutio Nikolai
Name: Mercutio Nikolai Gender: Male Age: 26 Race: Human Alliance: Lowendove Physical Description: I Drew A Pretty Picture Below :P Weapons:

Silver Berettas: Two, to be exact. They were his choice weapons. And he always kept plenty extra bullets for situations that they'd prove necessary.
Crosses: Various sharp crosses used for either frightening vampires or to plunge into their chests with the razor tips.
Abilities: In all honesty, Mercutio is nothing special at anything, but his writing. He can summon up an amazingly beautiful poem, but has never come across any true talents. He can be a good shot with his berettas thanks to frequent visits to a local shooting range, but you can't call him an expert gunsman. Personality: You can't expect Mercutio to speak often. His church seminars are his longest chats in any circumstance. You could really say the only person he speaks to is God. He likes his solitude; a world without others. And why not? Why not shun away the people who shunned him first? Maybe he has yet to find someone worth his breath or time. He does speak sometimes, but it will often end in anger. His short temper gets the best of him. He's an impatient man. Hell, he normally hates everyone unless the Bible forbids it. He won't give anyone the time of day. Guess you can thank his past for that. Biography: You can't choose your life's path. God molds you out of nothing--an invisible, unfathomable clay of life, and then sits you in the bowl of the world to see you take shape. Whether you turn out right or not is not his doing. It's those molded with you. But still, one can help but think why they deserved what they received. Mercutio was born in a small hospital to a family that never wanted him. To put it kindly, he was a mistake. I suppose that's really not that kind, though. But because of that, there wasn't exactly a whole lot of love in the family. His parents married out of High School after his mother got pregnant with him. They were always fighting. Mercutio remembered they always fought. Mainly because they took it out on him much rather than each other. His childhood was regrettable. But it's not like he could have done anything about it or choose a different path. When you're born, there's only one road laid out for you. You don't come to a fork and take the path with birds chirping and sunshine. Things seemed just as bad in school. He wasn't popular, he was awful at academics and even worse at athletics. All he could really do was write poetry and other mediums of literature. Even then he was picked on for it. He wasn't sure where to turn. So he turned to God. It seemed like the logical place to go for a boy his age. God always seemed to be there for the children. Still, his parents forbid him from going to Church. He had to go secretly, and so he did. It wasn't long before his parents found out. That was the biggest argument he'd ever had with them. It was also the last. That night his parents left furious. They didn't return for days. Cops were on the move to find their remains. In the meantime, Mercutio was sent to stay at the church for the time being. He would be happy to do so if it weren't for him being worried for his parents. They were horrid to him, but they were still his mother and father. Weeks had passed and they were officially claimed dead. He was taken from his comforting life in the church to live in an awful orphanage. He would have gone to stay with relatives, but none of them would take him in. The orphanage was just as bad as home. It was almost like torture and he felt he'd might as well be in prison. It grew worse when factual news arrived about his parents from an unknown source. "Peter and June Nikolai found dead by vampire assault." The words tasted bitter when Mercutio read them aloud. He wanted to just die. How could he believe such nonsense. When he was finally old enough, he was thrown back on the streets to fend for himself. In a way, he was happy to leave. But now he also had no place to go. Where was he to turn to? The church. It had been somewhere around thirteen years since he'd been there, but it felt homely all the same. He lived there secretly until one day we was discovered by the priest. Instead of turning Mercutio into the authorities, the priest took him under his wing. Soon, Mercutio apprenticed until he too was a priest of that very church. He stayed a priest to this day there. Men arrived at his church one evening, but not for prayer. They spoke with Mercutio about something he had not thought about in years. His parents. They said they were the ones you sent the note. They were slayers of the vampire kind. They asked for Mercutio's help. He denied and sent them on their way. Still, the idea of the vampires was unsettling, yet felt so believable now. It wasn't long before another man from the same organization returned and Mercutio finally accepted. He not only accepted to join them, but accepted the fact that vampires were a hideous threat and would pay dearly by his vendetta. He remained a priest still. He didn't leave often unless need be (or he'd occassionally go to a certain diner). He would sometimes walk the streets at night, perhaps finding vampires he could let taste the lead of justice. He wanted them all dead. He'd kill any he saw. Whether God liked it or not, he was not held down by simple commandments when darkness plagued his city. Forgive him, Lord... vampires are forever his enemy.

If you have not, please read what's in the sign up thread first before reading the following. You'll find the sign up thread HERE. If you did read it, here's the deal. In the RPG, you'll play an employee in this office building. We're like all one big happy family. Well, minus the happy part sometimes. A lot of drama flies around the office whether it's from things that occur during work or at home. Employees may get close or kill each other. Both have happened before. Basically you'll not only control characters' lives during the work day, but also when they're outside work. Maybe they're all going drinking after work one day. The RPG will go by days. In other words, I'll say when a new day begins (12:00 am) and when a day will end (which is when the new one begins, obviously). So things will happen through a day. This is important you read everyone's posts because you don't want to speed up time to get to 6:00 pm while someone else still needs it to be 4:00 pm. This is a comedy/drama, so you can do what you like. I'd rather have a limited amount of really dumb humor in it. You can go ahead and have funny, sometimes immature stuff, but let's not crowd the RPG with that hogwash. It can ruin a good thing. I should know. I write that crap all the time. Go ahead and create problems in the workplace. There may be tension. There usually is since the office's coffee machine unfortunately is always broken. People don't have their cup of joe to keep them going and may want to kill. They will have a taste for blood. This is a pretty open RPG. I just ask you keep your sign ups original and do your best to make the office interesting enough. I don't plan on having this RPG go for too long. The concept can be done with a short amount and still be done right. Dragging it on for too long may kill it. So if you're interested, hit the sign up thread. I thank you for your time reading this.
Post all questions, comments, and discussion here. In future please use official thread ratings, PG-13 is not a thread rating used on OB.

The business world can be a funny place. But not really. Actually, I get quite sick of it at times. But that's okay. I'm not the only one to suffer it's horrible wrath. Every day millions of people walk into one stuffy office building and carry out endless amounts of paperwork and file several useless files that no one will ever take out again. In fact, a lot of things we do are useless. We do them anyways, though. We have to still bring home the bacon. What people don't realize is the people that work in the office have lives too. We're not just mindless paper-pushers. We carry out every day lives like the rest of you lot and probably put up with a lot more than you think. There's so much drama around the office you'd think we were stuck in a soap opera. You can try, but somehow you'll get involved in it, whether it's in the office or outside it. And no matter what, the matters in the office always find a way to find you outside the office. So yeah, it's a vicious cycle. You have to be strong to make it in the business world. It's not time to play. It's time to-well... okay, yeah, we play a little. But you have to be serious a lot of the-okay... we aren't really serious too often. You at least have to be mature to... yeah, what am I thinking? We're some of most immature lot in the world. Okay, so in our office, things are more crazy, wild, and stimulated. It's funny, though. You'd think an office with a coffee machine that's always broken wouldn't have such perky and lively employees. Well... I'll let you decide on that.
To Learn More About This RPG Before Signing Up, Please Report To The Underground Thread.
As the leader of the Newbie Forum Patrol, I take great offense to that. Heh, yeah, I figured that too, Des. But I thought I'd throw it out there anyways ;) Still, in that case, then there'd still be no point in any kind of thread or section for new members. We did survive just fine after the whole Newbie Lounge burnt down in a horrendous, spam-infested reign of fire. :)
Hah, if that were the case, Marsh, people would have to give it more thought than: "Umm... I like cookies and anime!!!1 ^_^" Normally that's what I hear when people try and think of short bios for themselves ;) I mean, look at some member profiles. Haha. But like I said, if we did do that, I'd think there should be a nifty system to work with. Like...

Hobbies: What do you like to do? :^D
Personality: What are you like? :O
Favorite Band: My favorite band's better than yours...
I dunno. That could solve the problem, although I could care less either way! :)
Thank you :P

Cutler Hawkins wasn't as worried or stressed as most, mainly because the whole atmosphere played out like one of his old Hollywood flicks. He recalled a film where he fought aliens in an abandoned space station. He felt right back at home. He was yet to feel this whole situation grow real. It was all like he'd wind right back up in his trailer after the day's reel and he'd be dining with the director and a couple of fine ladies later that evening. Still, he'd been in enough movies and real-life situations as a mercenary to understand the parallels of reality and fictional writing. To Cutler, the ground felt mushy, almost as if his whole boot would be sucked into it like a giant leech's gaping hole of a mouth. He saw one of the other crew members look his way, so he shot back one his movie star smirks. The response wasn't what he expected. The aura of everything was an uncanny and depressing atmosphere and everyone seemed to be catching it like a bad cold. Cutler gripped a large gun in his right hand, growing bored with nothing occurring. He too was glancing about for something to happen, but nothing ever did. He chuckled into his helmet and turned to a fellow mercenary. "Waitin' for the ole Boogie Man to come runnin' out screaming, eh?" No response again, so he just carried on his way. He always liked to play the hero, so he had made his way to the front of the group along near Corey. Unlike the rest, he often wasn't paying attention much to his surroundings, like the mission wasn't that big of a deal. He still kept a watchful eye out for anything suspicious, but mainly he just let the others do the work. Naturally he didn't allow this to show. Still, he'd occassionally be caught fiddling with his gun. Cutler resorted to being by a man's side named Michael Sumerkalis. Michael was the infiltration specialist and the two had spoken when they first arrived for the job a short time ago. Out of all the people there, Cutler felt the most close to Michael in the means of things in common. Not to mention, Michael also felt at ease in the ominous and eerie semblance. The two stuck by each other, both holding their guns at ready. "I've never seen anything like this," Michael said to Cutler as they traversed onward toward the selected destination. "Yes, pretty remarkable, I'd say," replied Cutler. "But it'd be even better if something would happen." "You want to be ambushed?" "What're you so worried about?" Cutler said. "You can just use some of your chop suey on them." He made a chopping motion with his arm to illustrate his statement. Mike shook his head. "You don't know a lot of martial arts, do you?" "Sorry, man. I just like it when things go boom." Mike shook his head yet again and smiled. "I'm glad you're on our side," he said sarcastically.

I dunno. I'm just thinking outside the box?
No one is even suggesting that this be implemented across the Arena. It was brought up as a possible option?yes, like the chapter system?as a way of increasing activity. [/color']
Then I have misunderstood what Shy meant. I was under the impression he wanted to make it a rule.

I say just make it yet another choice like the Chapter System. If people want a word limit in their RPGs, so be it. But like I said before, you shouldn't pressure everyone into changing their style.

I hope I understand what you mean, Shy ;) I don't want to sound like a dummie. I don't know. It'll challenge our abilities, but I personally go to roleplaying to have a good time, not to test my skills really. Sure, my writing quality is put to the test, but I'd hate to be limited by the size. If this is pertaining to the first posts of a sign up thread or something of the like, I'm even less fond of the idea. Sometimes the more detailed RPGs are the better ones. There's currently one in the Inn I saw that had a lot of writing, but only because it had choices of weapons, classes, etc. If anything, that enhances the RPG and gives it more bounds. To limit the amount you can write kind of would get annoying to me. Some things can't always be said in small terms, but also that what's the point? If people don't do RPGs because of length these days, then RPGs have gone to--for lack of a better word--crap. I feel if people can't deal with the length of an RPG, then don't participate. But because some people are too lazy to grace a larger plotline, don't limit other members who express themselves in larger proportion.

Acting is my life, so it's no surprise I dig roleplaying. In real life, I'm constantly in plays and making movies, playing numerous roles created by me or others. And I love it, for sure. For roleplaying, I'll do anything. I'll go about and try to play every type of role at least once, but there are so many, as you may know. In my early years of OB roleplay, I did play characters not made by me. Such as a Mario RPG or what-have-you. Then as I grew up, I kind of left that state of mind and went only to original character creation. I felt I was far too limited when working with another's persona. But sooner or later I also realized I do that all the time when I'm acting, so what's the difference? If the RPG is interesting and calls for me to play someone already made, so be it. When I do make an original character, I get more attached, I'd have to say. I form this character in a way I can completely understand them. Since it's my own creation, I alone know all about this character and everything there should be known about them. I get involved with any character, original or not, but when it's my own, I feel a special connection. This is the same for when I write my character for one of my independent movies I make. Roleplaying isn't far off. There were also times where the RPG had you take a character that was already made, but add a few more details to them. So in that case, you kind of do both. But to answer everything in full, I'll play any role really since it not only improves my writing skills, but also my real life acting abilities as well. Roleplaying on OB could quite possibly have contributed to my life as an actor.

It'd sound bias for me to praise this chapter, but actually, it's not one of my favorites either. It's good like the others, but because it's just the chapter that builds stuff up, it's nothing special. Nevertheless, for what it is, it was nicely done. I especially like how you interpreted Bruce Willis' boxing for my roleplaying in the Arena. That seems to have a perfect ring to it, especially considering our said spar going on currently. Nicely done. I await more.

Art Otaku Drawaca 2006 [DRAWING CONTEST]
Dragon Warrior replied to Dragon Warrior's topic in Creative Works
It was a tough choice, but when it comes down to it, I had to choose this one. This year's (and the very first) Dude of Doodles is cancer. If you wish for reasons for this, some would be how smooth the edges are and how well blended the colors were. It was simpler than The Boss', but sometimes that may make all the difference. I still congratulate The Boss for the effort put forth and how good of a job he did :) Proud of you both. Drawaca Hall of Fame cancer (2006) -
Quell dodged the wheels once more, but unfortunately for him, they sliced through a wooden pole holding up a water tower and shortly after, Quell was drenched. The wheels returned respectively to their owner hiding around the building as Quell sputtered water. "I'm startin' to hate those damn things." He made his way around the corner only to find Andrea ascending the stairs to the upper floor of the building. Jumping on a rail, he got a boost into the air onto the porch of the second floor. From there, he ran in after her. "Here I co-" he shouted, but was cut off as he fell a full story down to the first floor. Turns out there was no floor where that entrance was. After coughing a bit, he peered over to see Andrea had made the same mistake. "No floor." "Yeah," she said. Then there was a pause. It wasn't dramatically long, but it was an eerie silent one nevertheless. Sounds of Dark and Mask's fight echoed through the empty wooden room of the decaying building. Quell and Andrea sat silent and still, neither bothering to make the first move. But Andrea grew impatient and threw her first wheel. Quell was prepared and shot it out of the air. It landed delicately on the dirt ground as he began firing off the last of his bullets at his foe. The lead ricocheted off the rafters and poles that held the building up. Andrea did her normal stunts of gracefully dodging every bit of Quell's ammo. Eventually, the bullets had eaten away at the supporting poles of the structure and the roof creeked a bit, indicating it will soon collapse. Andrea and Quell stopped and peered upward. They both stared at each other, knowing what was about to occur. They both made a move, Quell firing his guns and Andrea diving for her lost wheel. Andrea was able to toss her Fire Wheel and gash the cloth of Quell's pants, but the roof did not hold long enough for a second coming. It started crashing down in the area they were dueling. Unfortunately, due to this, the windows and doors were sealed off by falling rubble. The only way out was up. Andrea and Quell looked at each other again. Quell gave her almost a sympathetic look as he unleashed his jetpack and blasted upward through the collapsing wood. The boost was enough to sit him neatly on the roof that didn't collapse. From there, he looked down and saw the wood scattered across the dusty floor. "You awright, darlin'?" he called down to Andrea, who was currently moving under the rubble. She tossed off a large plank from over top of her, but was shot in the arm shortly after. She looked up and saw the pistols pointed right for her. Quell looked stern, but amused as usual. The sound of a trigger clicking continuously rebounded across the wooden debris, a sign that Quell was out of ammo for good. "Well, shoot. Looks like someone's lookin' out fer ya." He tossed the pistols aside as Andrea tactfully made her way to the rooftop. There, they stood, eyes locked. Quell was weaponless at this point and now had to rely on sheer fighting skill. Andrea, on the other hand, still had her wheels present. "A little uneven, don't ya think?" Quell smiled. "I think you'll be fine," Andrea teased. Then she lifted the wheels up, but did not throw them. She waited. Probably to get on Quell's nerves. Dust from the wind began getting in her eyes. Quell was fine due to the mask. Not to mention he lived there, so he was quite used to its weather patterns. In fact, Quell began to think about the wind, he became so bored. His thoughts were shattered as wheels came crashing through them. He lifted a metal bar the length of half his body and smacked them away. They landed dug into the sand below on the ground. Andrea didn't bother looking away from Quell to see where they made rest. The tables had turned. "Now this is unfair," she said. "I think you'll be fine," Quell teased, holding the pipe tightly.

Yeah, I'm all for this idea. I'd love to be apart of it even. :) I love helping people. Perhaps you could even expand to where you can recruit people to help you with HTML and graphics for the RPG. Some of my RPGs here use tables or title images and etc. This would be a good place to have those who need the help to go to.
